Description
The application is a divisional application of an invention patent application with the application date of 2018, 1 and 19, and the application number of 201810053374.8, and the name of the invention is 'bundling processing method of cooking raw materials, cooking raw materials and intelligent cooking machine'.
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of intelligent household equipment, in particular to a cooking raw material bundling processing method, a cooking raw material and an intelligent cooking machine.
Background
The intelligent cooking machine adopts a connecting rod type feeding box or a combined plastic box to feed cooking raw materials into the pot body for cooking. Some cooking raw materials are easy to adhere to the feeding box when being fed, and the cooking is affected. The cooking raw materials which are easy to adhere to the feeding box are commonly as follows: liquid edible vegetable oil and fat, semi-liquid animal oil and fat, sauce such as tomato sauce and bean paste, powder such as pepper powder, starch and flour, fine granule such as salt, sugar, monosodium glutamate and sesame, and dispersed such as chopped green onion, chopped garlic and vegetable leaf. There have been several patents disclosed for feeding such cooking materials, such as CN105747879, CN105054800, CN102871531, CN205519336, CN105054832, CN205031124 and CN 205031105. Some patents have solved how to accurately take (e.g., take 4.5 grams) and deliver powdered cooking ingredients such as sugar/chicken essence/salt/pepper, etc. from a holding bin into a pan body, how to keep the feeding device from clogging in a humid environment, etc. by designing various mechanical structure take-off devices. There are some patents relating to how the curve of the dosing box can be designed so that the dosing box has less sticking to the cooking ingredients. Nevertheless, the problems of grease, sauces, powdered foods, flaky and fine granular foods and the problems of high viscosity of the feeding box are not solved well so far. In addition, fluffy cooking raw materials are easy to scatter or occupy larger volume, and are not easy to be filled into the feeding box. These problems significantly affect and limit the performance and user satisfaction of the smart cooking machine.

The cooking raw materials comprise: liquid cooking materials such as oil and fat, soy sauce, vinegar, soup, milk, etc. Powdered and granular cooking materials such as salt, sugar, monosodium glutamate, chicken essence, starch, pepper powder, chili powder, curry and the like, pasty cooking materials such as pepper seeds, thick broad-bean paste, tomato sauce, oyster sauce, animal oil, condensed milk, maltose, egg white/egg yolk and the like, and loose cooking materials such as chopped green onion, garlic pieces and vegetables, and the bundling of the cooking materials can be carried out by various methods such as a chemical method or a physical method, so as to bundle the liquid, powdered, granular, pasty and loose cooking materials, for example, to form solid, semi-solid or capsule bundled cooking materials.
As shown in fig. 1, the vegetable oil may be chemically converted from liquid oil to solid oil 191, for example, by a complete hydrogenation process, so that the liquid vegetable oil is solidified. The prior margarine belongs to a semi-hydrogenation process, and the grease can be hardened by adopting a full-hydrogenation process.
Alternatively, the capsule 192 may be made of an edible solid material that is soluble in high temperature or water or oil, and the liquid or pasty cooking material 1921 may be packaged in a meltable capsule 1922, such that the shell dissolves and the liquid cooking material therein is released after the capsule falls into the pan.
Or, the capsule 193 is made of edible solid material which can be dissolved at high temperature or in water or oil, and the powdery, granular or scattered cooking raw material 1931 is packaged by the meltable capsule 1932, so that the capsule falls into the pot body, the shell is dissolved, and the powdery, granular or scattered cooking raw material in the shell can be released.
Alternatively, the liquid culinary material may be solidified into solid particles by shaping the powdered, granular culinary material into solid particles 194 with an edible binder, or into solid particles (e.g., tablets) 194 by extrusion, or by adding a small amount of a solidifying agent to the liquid culinary material. These solid particles decompose in the presence of water/oil/high temperature functionality.
Alternatively, the liquid or pasty cooking material is solidified or semi-solidified by a low temperature method.
Alternatively, the solidification may be carried out by an integrated process, such as adding a bio-gel like that which produces a "fish-jelly" or "pork skin jelly" to the liquid culinary material, combining a low temperature such that the liquid culinary material is semi-solidified or completely solidified, and then encapsulating with a capsule or edible packaging material.
The egg can be encapsulated after removing the eggshell, so as to facilitate feeding.
The solidified particles and capsules can be standardized so as to facilitate quantitative feeding.
Alternatively, for loose or small pieces of cooking material, the larger clumps 195 are wrapped with a dissolvable edible wrapper such as wafer, for example, chopped green onion, which is light in weight and easily sticky, and are preferably delivered after being wrapped in wafer 195. For fluffy cooking raw materials such as hand-torn cabbage, the volume is large, the weight is dispersed, the leaves of the cabbage are easy to adhere to the feeding box, if the weight is large, the leaves are difficult to be packed in a standard combined plastic box, so that the leaves of the cabbage can be packed by soluble edible packing materials and then bundled to form a package 195, the leaves of the cabbage become compact, the volume is greatly reduced, and the leaves of the cabbage are easy to be matched with the feeding box. After all the vegetable leaves become a compact package, the vegetable leaves are easy to fall out of the combined plastic box through the self weight.
Fig. 2 is a schematic view of a link-bar flip-flop batch box for delivering bundled cooking ingredients. Taking the simplest single-link feeding device as an example, the feeding box 141 is driven by the link 142 to rotate around the rotating shaft 143, and the cooking raw materials are poured into the pot body. Although the connecting rod rotates to have certain throwing power, the connecting rod still has adhesion to grease, sauce and powder, and the bundling cooking raw material 19 is adopted, so that the adhesion is greatly improved. Meanwhile, the combined plastic box 2m1 can be directly clamped on the feeding box 141, so that feeding is smoother, and the feeding box 141 is cleaner.
The connecting rod batch box may also be equipped with a heating device 1401 at the bottom and, in some cases, a stirrer (see fig. 4) and a lid.
Fig. 3 is a schematic view of a combined plastic box for delivering bundled cooking raw materials, which is an effective feeding device of an intelligent cooking machine and has the characteristics of simple structure, integration of storage and transportation and feeding box and easy automation. But the food in the combined plastic box falls down completely depending on the weight of the food, so the problem of food adhesion is more prominent. The invention seals the cooking raw material 19 in the combined plastic box 2m1 after solidifying, encapsulating, pelleting or wrapping, and the film 2m2 can effectively solve the problem of adhesion between food and the combined plastic box.
Fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of an intelligent cooking machine using bundled cooking ingredients. The cooking machine includes: the pot comprises a pot body 1, a pot cover feeding cavity 2 and a pot body stirrer 6 (the rotating shaft of the stirrer in the schematic diagram is horizontal), wherein the pot cover feeding cavity is internally provided with a stirrer 6 g. Adopt the agitator can accelerate solidification cooking raw materials and the intensive mixing of liquid such as water, the decomposition of solidification granule is accelerated, with the ladle stirring when doing crystal sugar water with the dissolution of crystal sugar granule with higher speed. The stirrer also helps to break up the cooking ingredients that are wrapped or bundled into chunks.
The movable partition board 3 at the bottom of the pot cover feeding cavity 2 can be opened or closed. The pot cover feeding cavity 2 is provided with an opening 2k1, and the movable partition plate 2a1 can open or close the feeding port 2k 1.
