The automatic packaging line for canned chili sauce comprises a machine body (1) and is characterized in that two frame plates (2) are fixedly arranged at the upper end of the machine body (1), two butt joint sliding plates (3) which are vertically and hierarchically distributed are arranged between the frame plates (2), hole grooves (301) which are distributed in a rectangular array are formed in the butt joint sliding plates (3) in a penetrating mode, arc vertical plates (302) corresponding to the hole grooves (301) are fixedly arranged at the ends, back to back, of the butt joint sliding plates (3), two external clamping sleeves (5) which are symmetrically distributed are sleeved on the outer sides of the butt joint sliding plates (3), the butt joint sliding plates (3) are connected with the external clamping sleeves (5) in a sliding mode, square shell sleeves (7) are movably arranged on the outer sides of the external clamping sleeves (5), driven supporting rods (4) which penetrate through the external clamping sleeves (5) and the square shell sleeves (7) are fixedly arranged at the side ends of the butt joint sliding plates (3), the square shell (7) and the external cutting sleeve (5) are provided with opposite transmission mechanisms for enabling the two butt-joint sliding plates (3) to move relatively, the upper end of the square shell (7) is fixedly provided with a support (8), the inner side of the frame plate (2) is rotatably connected with two groups of wheel discs (13), one group of wheel discs (13) consists of two wheel discs (13) which are vertically distributed, the outer end of the frame plate (2) is provided with a first driving motor (12) which is matched with the wheel discs (13) to rotate, the outer sides of the two groups of wheel discs (13) are sleeved with transmission chains (14) which are matched with the transmission, the inner end of each transmission chain (14) is fixedly provided with a shaft rod (15), the shaft rod (15) is rotatably connected with the support (8), a retaining mechanism for enabling the two butt-joint sliding plates (3) to slide stably is arranged in the frame plate (2), and a locking mechanism for fixing the positions of the butt-joint sliding plates (3) is further arranged in the frame plate (2), the upper end of organism (1) has set firmly bin (18), be provided with elasticity fixture in bin (18), the outside of bin (18) still is provided with rotary type pushing equipment, the downside that the upper end of organism (1) is located bin (18) slides and is provided with delivery platform (27).

The automatic packaging line for canned chili sauce as claimed in claim 1, wherein the counter transmission mechanism comprises a hydraulic rod (9), a bump (6), a strip-shaped groove (501) and a chute (701), the hydraulic rod (9) is installed at both side ends of the square housing (7), the bump (6) is fixedly arranged at the outer end of the external cutting sleeve (5) at both sides of the square housing (7), and the output end of the hydraulic rod (9) is fixedly connected with the bottom of the bump (6).

The automatic packaging line for canned chili sauce as claimed in claim 2, wherein two strip-shaped grooves (501) matched with the driven support rod (4) to slide are formed in the external cutting sleeve (5) in a penetrating manner, the two strip-shaped grooves (501) are distributed in a central symmetry manner, and a chute (701) matched with the driven support rod (4) to slide is formed in the square shell (7) in a penetrating manner.

The automatic packaging line of canned chilli sauce according to claim 4, characterized in that the locking mechanism comprises L-shaped positioning frames (16) and second driving motors (17), three groups of L-shaped positioning frames (16) which are horizontally and equidistantly distributed are rotatably connected inside the frame plate (2) through rotating shafts, and the second driving motors (17) which are driven to the rotating shafts are installed at the side ends of the frame plate (2).

The automatic packaging line for canned chili sauce as claimed in claim 5, wherein one group of L-shaped positioning frames (16) is composed of two L-shaped positioning frames (16) which are horizontally distributed, the horizontal distance between the two L-shaped positioning frames (16) is matched with the width of the horizontal sliding sleeve (11), and a square groove (202) matched with the L-shaped positioning frames (16) penetrates through the frame plate (2).

The automatic packaging line of canned chili sauce as claimed in claim 6, wherein the elastic clamping mechanism comprises two fastening clamping plates (19) which are symmetrically distributed, two strip-shaped baffle plates (20) are arranged inside the bin (18), the connecting rods (21) penetrating through the bin (18) are fixedly arranged between the strip-shaped baffle plates (20) and the fastening clamping plates (19), and the compression springs (22) are sleeved between the outer side of the connecting rods (21) which are located between the fastening clamping plates (19) and the inner end wall of the bin (18).

The automatic packaging line of canned chilli sauce according to claim 7, characterized in that the rotary material pushing mechanism comprises a cross shaft (25), two side brackets (23) and a third driving motor (24), two side ends of the bin (18) are respectively provided with two side brackets (23), two cross shafts (25) are rotatably connected between the side brackets (23), one of the side brackets (23) is provided with the third driving motor (24) which is used for driving the cross shaft (25), the outer ends of the cross shafts (25) are respectively provided with two symmetrically distributed discharging cams (26), and the bin (18) is internally provided with a groove matched with the discharging cams (26) in a penetrating manner.
