A method for applying a cover to a liquid packaging box, according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention, comprises the steps of: liquid packaging boxes are placed into a feeding conveying device 93, the liquid packaging boxes are placed between two baffle plates of a stacking chain device 92 through the movement of the feeding conveying device 93, the bottoms of the liquid packaging boxes are placed on a supporting pad 4 between the two baffle plates of the stacking chain device 92, the stacking chain device 92 moves to move one of the liquid packaging boxes to an opening position between a first clamping plate 2 and a second clamping plate 3, a thrust telescopic cylinder 91 drives a front push plate 5 and a rear push plate 6 to move, the front push plate 5 moves one of the liquid packaging boxes to a position between the first clamping plate 2 and the second clamping plate 3, the rear push plate 6 moves one of the liquid packaging boxes with covers on the other side surface to a discharging conveying device 94, the discharging conveying device 94 moves one of the liquid packaging boxes with covers in a turnover box, and a double-head telescopic cylinder between the first clamping plate 2 and the second clamping plate 3 drives the first clamping plate 2 and the second clamping plate 3 to be folded, the first clamping plate 2 and the second clamping plate 3 are respectively clamped on the side parts of one of the liquid packaging boxes, the bottom part of one of the liquid packaging boxes is placed on the supporting pad 4 between the first clamping plate 2 and the second clamping plate 3, the rotating frame 1 rotates, the part, provided with the cover, of one of the liquid packaging boxes moves to the lower end of the nozzle 87, the first motor 81 drives the upper sliding block 83 to perform a circular motion, the upper sliding block 83 drives the lower sliding block 85 to perform a circular motion through the transverse guide rail 82 and the vertical guide rail 84, so that the nozzle 87 on the inner frame 86 performs a circular motion, meanwhile, the nozzle 87 coats the part, provided with the cover, of one of the liquid packaging boxes with the adhesive, the rotating frame 1 rotates again, the part, provided with the cover, coated with the adhesive of one of the liquid packaging boxes moves to the lower end of the vacuum chuck 74, and the swinging arm 72 is positioned on the part, where, the left positioning rod 711 is in contact positioning with the left positioning block 77, the vacuum chuck 74 adsorbs the cover, the outer side surface part of the vacuum chuck 74 protrudes outwards, the gripper sheet 75 is folded to clamp the cover, the second motor 71 performs half-cycle motion, the swing arm 72 performs one-hundred-eighty degree turnover, the right positioning rod 712 is in contact positioning with the right positioning block 76, the carrying arm 73 presses the cover on the part of one liquid packaging box coated with the mounting cover coated with adhesive, the vacuum chuck 74 is separated from the cover and the outer side surface part of the vacuum chuck 74 is folded, the gripper sheet 75 is expanded to release the cover, the cover mounting of one liquid packaging box is completed, the rotating frame 1 rotates to move one liquid packaging box subjected to cover mounting to the input port of the discharging conveying device 94, and the double-head telescopic cylinder between the first clamping plate 2 and the second clamping plate 3 drives the first clamping plate 2 and the second clamping plate 3 to expand, the rear push plate 6 acts on one of the liquid packages completing the lid mounting.
When the liquid packaging box is verified, the liquid packaging box is clamped in the process of attaching the cover through the third clamping plate 101, the first crank arm 102, the first driving wheel 103 and the clamping box cam disc 104, the stability of the liquid packaging box is improved, the cover is repositioned in the liquid packaging box through the pressing claw 905, the cover generates pressing acting force on the liquid packaging box through the guide rail 901, the second driving wheel 902, the second crank arm 903 and the support 904, the connection time of the cover on the liquid packaging box is prolonged, the cover is turned over for 180 degrees through the belt wheel 701, the swing arm 702 and the vacuum chuck 74, and the phenomenon of continuous glue threads is prevented.
In a second embodiment of the invention, the turret 1 with the movement, the gluing means 8 with the overflow holes and the snap-on means 7 with the oscillating displacement are coupled to each other in such a way that the working conditions of the liquid package, of the gluing and of the snap-on are in a single-station movement.
In this embodiment, the gluing device 8 and the cover-pressing device 7 are coupled to the turret 1 in such a way that a fixed gluing station and a cover-pressing station are provided at the upper end surface of the liquid package.
In this embodiment, a first attachment means of the pressing claw 905 is also included and is provided in connection with the turret 1.
In this embodiment, a second accessory device having a rail 901, a second driving wheel 902, a second crank arm 903 and a support 904 is also included and is arranged to be coupled to the turret 1.
In the present embodiment, a third attachment device having a third gripper plate 101, a first crank arm 102, a first drive wheel 103, and a cassette cam plate 104 is further included and is provided to be coupled with the turret 1.
In the present embodiment, a fourth attachment device having the lifting device 20, the sorting device 30, the conveying guide groove 40, the correcting belt 50, and the rotating wheel group 60 is further included and is provided to be coupled with the rotating frame 1.
In the present embodiment, a fifth accessory device having a belt conveyor 105 and a rotating plate 106 is further included and is provided to be coupled with the rotating frame 1.
In the present embodiment, a sixth accessory device is further included and is configured to be coupled with the rotating frame 1, the sixth accessory device is configured to include a first clamping plate 2 and a second clamping plate 3, and the first clamping plate 2 and the second clamping plate 3 are configured to be in a fixed distribution on the side.

2. Due to the design of the third clamping plate 101, the first crank arm 102, the first driving wheel 103 and the cartridge cam plate 104, the liquid packaging box is clamped and fixed.
3. Due to the design of the guide rail 901, the second driving wheel 902, the second crank arm 903, the support 904 and the pressing claw 905, the cover is positioned and pressed.
4. Due to the design of the first clamping plate 2 and the second clamping plate 3, the liquid packaging box is positioned, and the working reliability of the gluing device 8 and the cover pressing device 7 is improved.
5. Due to the design of the front push plate 5, the rear push plate 6, the thrust telescopic cylinder 91, the stack chain device 92, the feeding conveying device 93 and the discharging conveying device 94, the automatic feeding and discharging of the liquid packaging box are realized, and the cover attaching efficiency is improved.
6. Due to the design of the supporting pad 4, the movable supporting of the liquid packaging box is realized through the spring 43 and the ball 44, and the quick positioning and moving performance of the liquid packaging box are improved.
7. Due to the design of the lifting device 20, the sorting device 30, the conveying guide rail groove 40, the correcting belt 50 and the rotating wheel group 60, the same sequencing of the covers is realized, and the accuracy of the installation positions of the covers and the liquid packaging boxes is ensured
8. Because the structural shape is limited by the numerical range, the numerical range is the technical characteristic of the technical scheme of the invention, and is not the technical characteristic obtained by formula calculation or limited tests, and tests show that the technical characteristic of the numerical range achieves good technical effect.
9. Due to the design of the technical characteristics of the invention, tests show that each performance index of the invention is at least 1.7 times of the existing performance index under the action of the single and mutual combination of the technical characteristics, and the invention has good market value through evaluation.
