Claims (10)

1. An envelope edge banding machine, comprising:
the conveying mechanism (1) is provided with a supporting frame (11), a conveying belt (13) is connected to the upper end of the supporting frame (11), an envelope fixing device (14) is arranged on the conveying belt (13), rollers (12) are connected to two ends of the conveying belt (13), and the rollers (12) drive the conveying belt (13) to move;

the gluing mechanism (3) is arranged on the supporting frame (11), is adjacent to the grabbing mechanism (2), is arranged in front of the grabbing mechanism (2), and is used for gluing the edge of the envelope conveyed by the conveying belt (13);
and the press sealing mechanism (4) is arranged on the supporting frame (11), is adjacent to the gluing mechanism (3), is arranged in front of the gluing mechanism (3), and is used for rolling and pressing the edge of the glued envelope.
2. The envelope edge banding machine according to claim 1, characterized in that said gripping mechanism (2) comprises:

and the edge pressing part (43) is positioned on one side of the edge rolling part (42) and smoothly transits with the edge rolling part (42), the other side opposite to the straight line edge is folded inwards to form a horizontal plane, and the edge pressing part is positioned on the surface of the conveying belt (13) and is more than the thickness of one envelope by the distance between the conveying belts (13) and used for completely pressing the envelope.

The envelope edge banding machine according to claim 1, characterized in that the envelope fixing device (14) is arranged as a blocking groove which is arranged on the outer surface of the conveying belt (13), has the same size as the envelope, and the front end is an opening part, the envelope is inserted into the blocking groove from the opening part through a grabbing mechanism (2), the edge needing to be glued is left outside the blocking groove, and the other three edges are fixed through the blocking groove;
and a second mechanical arm (15) is arranged on the supporting frame (11), the second mechanical arm (15) has spatial freedom degree, is adjacent to the press sealing mechanism (4) and is arranged in front of the press sealing mechanism (4), and is used for taking out the sealed envelope from the clamping groove.
