Description

Fixing device for patient suffering from dysphoria of anesthesia
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of medical instruments, in particular to a fixing device for an anaesthesia restless patient.
Background
Restlessness (EA) during the waking period of general anesthesia refers to an inappropriate behavior during the waking period of general anesthesia, manifested as the coexistence of excitation, agitation and disorientation, and inappropriate behaviors such as unconscious movements of the limbs, unlubricated speech, irrational speech, crying or groaning, thinking and the like. When the restlessness attack is serious after operation, the patient is easy to raise the hand, turn around, shake the limbs and the like unconsciously. The above actions are easy to cause accidental injuries, and in severe cases, the tracheal cannula can be touched, so that the life safety of a patient is threatened.
However, restless patients do not have prior signs of restlessness during the anesthetic recovery period. The medical personnel are also unable to determine whether the patient is agitated during the wake period. If the patient is not fixed in advance, the patient is easy to be injured accidentally when restlessness occurs; if the fixation is realized, great discomfort is caused to the patient when the patient is recovered, the tension of the patient is increased, and the generation of agitation is further induced.
Therefore, there is a need for a device that is comfortable to wear and that can be quickly secured in the event of agitation in the patient.
Disclosure of Invention
It is an object of the present invention to overcome the above problems and to provide an anaesthetised restless patient securing device. In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a fixing device for anaesthetized restless patients comprises a bed body, an upper limb fixing device and a lower limb fixing device, wherein the upper limb fixing device and the lower limb fixing device are movably connected with the bed body;
the upper limb fixing device is provided with a shoulder pressing plate and a limiter for limiting the upper arm and the forearm, the lower limb fixing device is provided with a limiter for fixing the thigh and the shank, the limiter is provided with a lacing, and the lacing extends to the lower part of the bed body and is wound on the transmission lifting device;
when the tying belt is pulled upwards, the tying belt drives the upper limb fixing device or the lower limb fixing device to move downwards through the transmission device.
As an improvement, the upper limb fixing device is provided with an upright post, the side part of the bed body is provided with a clamping ring, and the upright post is arranged in the clamping ring in a penetrating way.
As an improvement, the shoulder pressing plate is arranged at the top of the upright post, a shoulder pad is arranged at the tail end of the shoulder pressing plate, and a connecting rod is arranged between the shoulder pressing plate and the limiter.
As an improvement, the transmission lifting device comprises an outer frame and a cross rod arranged in the outer frame, the lacing penetrates through the bed body and is wound on the cross rod, and then the tail end of the lacing is fixedly connected with the tail end of the limiter.
As an improvement, the bed body is provided with a gear corresponding to the position of the clamping ring, and the stand column is provided with a rack matched with the gear.
As an improvement, a shifting sheet for pushing the gear to rotate is arranged on the outer frame, and the shifting sheet can only rotate upwards by 0-90 degrees.
As an improvement, the tail end of the limiter is provided with a winding drum for accommodating the tying belt.
The invention has the advantages that:
the invention can carry out loose constraint on the anesthesia patient in advance, and can provide good body feeling for the patient if the patient does not have agitation; once the patient has restless symptoms, the device can gradually press down and fix the patient according to the shaking of the limbs of the patient, so that the purpose of anaesthetizing the patient with restless motion is achieved.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in detail and specifically with reference to the following examples so as to facilitate the understanding of the present invention, but the following examples do not limit the scope of the present invention.
Example 1
The embodiment discloses a fixing device for anaesthesia restless patients, which comprises a bed body 1, an upper limb fixing device 2 and a lower limb fixing device 3. The upper limb fixing device 2 and the lower limb fixing device 3 are movably connected with the bed body 1.
The upper limb fixing device 2 is provided with an upright post 21, the side part of the bed body 1 is provided with a clamping ring 11, and the upright post 21 is arranged in the clamping ring 11 in a penetrating way. The upper limb fixing device 2 is provided with a shoulder pressing plate 22 and a limiter 4 for limiting the upper arm and the forearm. The shoulder pressing plate 22 is arranged at the top of the upright post 21, the tail end of the shoulder pressing plate 22 is provided with a shoulder pad 23, and a connecting rod 24 is arranged between the shoulder pressing plate 22 and the limiter 4.
The limiter 4 is provided with a tying belt 41, and the tying belt 41 extends to the lower part of the bed body 1 and is wound on the transmission lifting device 5. When the tying belt 4 is pulled upwards, the tying belt 4 drives the upper limb fixing device 2 or the lower limb fixing device 3 to move downwards through the transmission lifting device 5.
The transmission lifting device 5 comprises an outer frame 51 and a cross bar 52 arranged in the outer frame 51, the lace 41 penetrates through the bed body 1 and is wound on the cross bar 52, then the tail end of the lace is fixedly connected with the tail end of the limiter 4, and the tail end of the limiter 4 is provided with a winding drum 42 for accommodating the lace 41. The bed body 1 is provided with a gear 12 corresponding to the position of the retainer ring, and the upright post 21 is provided with a rack 25 matched with the gear 12.
The outer frame 51 is provided with a shifting sheet 53 for pushing the gear 12 to rotate, and the shifting sheet 53 can only rotate upwards by 0-90 degrees.
The lower limb fixing device 3 is provided with a stopper 4 for fixing the thigh and the calf. The structure and working principle of the lower limb fixing device 3 are the same as those of the upper limb fixing device 2.
When the patient restraint device is used, the patient can be restrained at a loose position in advance. When the patient recovers from anesthesia, if the restlessness phenomenon does not occur, the patient can be in a more comfortable state. If the patient has restlessness, the limbs shake back and forth, at the moment, the limbs pull the tying belts 41, the tying belts 41 pull the cross rods 52 and the outer frame 51 to move upwards, the poking pieces 53 drive the gears 12 to rotate anticlockwise, and the racks 25 and the upright posts 21 move downwards; so as to achieve the purpose of reducing the activity space of the limbs of the patient. Along with the increase of the limb movement of the patient, the positions of the upper limb fixing device 2 and the lower limb fixing device 3 gradually move downwards, and the fixing effect on the patient is better and better.
In this embodiment, the shifting piece 53 can only rotate upwards, when the shifting piece 53 moves upwards, the gear 12 can be driven to rotate, and when the shifting piece 53 falls back, the gear 12 cannot be driven to rotate.
The embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail above, but they are merely exemplary, and the present invention is not equivalent to the above described embodiments. Any equivalent modifications and substitutions to those skilled in the art are also within the scope of the present invention. Accordingly, it is intended that all equivalent alterations and modifications be included within the scope of the invention, without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.
