Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of medical equipment, in particular to a fixing device for an anesthesia agitation patient.
Background
Agitation (emergence agitation, EA) refers to an inappropriate behavior in the period of general anesthesia, manifesting as simultaneous excitation, agitation and disorientation, and inappropriate behavior such as unconscious movements of the limbs, disorientation, irritability speech, crying or moaning, delusions, etc. When the postoperative agitation is serious, the patient is easy to subconsciously lift hands, turn around and shake limbs and the like. The actions are easy to cause accidental injury, and the tracheal cannula can be touched when serious, so that the life safety of a patient is endangered.
However, the patient with agitation during the period of anesthesia is not previously marked for agitation. The healthcare worker cannot determine whether the patient is agitated during the waking period. If the patient is not fixed in advance, accidental injury is easy to happen when agitation occurs; if the fixing of the patient is realized, the patient is greatly uncomfortable when the patient wakes up, the tension of the patient is increased, and then the generation of agitation is induced.
Thus, there is a need for a device that is comfortable for the anesthetized patient and that can be quickly secured once the patient is agitated.

when the lacing is pulled upwards, the lacing drives the upper limb fixing device or the lower limb fixing device to move downwards through the transmission device.
As an improvement, the upper limb fixing device is provided with an upright post, the side part of the bed body is provided with a clamping ring, and the upright post is arranged in the clamping ring in a penetrating way.
As an improvement, the shoulder pressing plate is arranged at the top of the upright post, a shoulder pad is arranged at the tail end of the shoulder pressing plate, and a connecting rod is arranged between the shoulder pressing plate and the limiter.
As an improvement, the transmission lifting device comprises an outer frame and a cross rod arranged in the outer frame, and the lacing passes through the bed body to be wound on the cross rod, and then the tail end of the lacing is fixedly connected with the tail end of the limiter.
As an improvement, the position of the bed body corresponding to the clamping ring is provided with a gear, and the upright post is provided with a rack matched with the gear.
As an improvement, the outer frame is provided with a poking piece for pushing the gear to rotate, and the poking piece can only rotate upwards by 0-90 degrees.
As an improvement, the end of the limiter is provided with a winding drum for accommodating the lacing.
The invention has the advantages that:
the invention can carry out loose constraint on the anesthetized patient in advance, and can provide good body feeling for the patient if the patient does not have agitation; once the patient has agitation symptoms, the device can gradually press down and fix the patient according to the shaking of the limbs of the patient, so as to achieve the purpose of protecting the patient suffering agitation during anesthesia.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in detail and specifically by way of the following examples, which are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.
Example 1
The embodiment discloses an anesthesia agitation patient fixing device, which comprises a bed body 1, an upper limb fixing device 2 and a lower limb fixing device 3. The upper limb fixing device 2 and the lower limb fixing device 3 are both movably connected with the bed body 1.
The upper limb fixing device 2 is provided with a stand column 21, the side part of the bed body 1 is provided with a clamping ring 11, and the stand column 21 is arranged in the clamping ring 11 in a penetrating way. The upper limb fixing device 2 is provided with a shoulder pressing plate 22 and a limiter 4 for limiting the upper arm and the forearm. The shoulder pressing plate 22 is arranged at the top of the upright post 21, a shoulder pad 23 is arranged at the tail end of the shoulder pressing plate 22, and a connecting rod 24 is arranged between the shoulder pressing plate 22 and the limiter 4.
The limiter 4 is provided with a lacing 41, and the lacing 41 extends to the lower part of the bed body 1 and is wound on the transmission lifting device 5. When the lacing 4 is pulled upwards, the lacing 4 drives the upper limb fixing device 2 or the lower limb fixing device 3 to move downwards through the transmission lifting device 5.
The transmission lifting device 5 comprises an outer frame 51 and a cross rod 52 arranged in the outer frame 51, the lacing 41 passes through the bed body 1 and is wound on the cross rod 52, then the tail end of the lacing 41 is fixedly connected with the tail end of the limiter 4, and the tail end of the limiter 4 is provided with a winding drum 42 for accommodating the lacing 41. The corresponding clamping ring position of the bed body 1 is provided with a gear 12, and the upright post 21 is provided with a rack 25 matched with the gear 12.
The outer frame 51 is provided with a poking piece 53 for pushing the gear 12 to rotate, and the poking piece 53 can only rotate upwards by 0-90 degrees.
The lower limb fixing device 3 is provided with a limiter 4 for fixing thighs and calves. The lower limb fixation apparatus 3 has the same structure and operation principle as the upper limb fixation apparatus 2.
When the embodiment is used, the patient can be restrained in a looser position in advance. When the patient is anesthetized and awakened, the patient can be in a more comfortable state if the agitation phenomenon does not occur. If the patient is restless and the limbs shake back and forth, at this time, the limbs pull the lacing 41, the lacing 41 pulls the cross bar 52 and the outer frame 51 to move upwards, the poking piece 53 drives the gear 12 to rotate anticlockwise, and the rack 25 and the upright post 21 move downwards; so as to achieve the purpose of reducing the limb movement space of the patient. As the limb movement of the patient increases, the positions of the upper limb fixing device 2 and the lower limb fixing device 3 gradually move downwards, and the fixing effect on the patient is also better.
In this embodiment, the pulling piece 53 can only rotate upwards, when the pulling piece 53 moves upwards, the gear 12 can be driven to rotate, and when the pulling piece 53 falls back, the gear 12 cannot be driven to rotate.
The above description of the specific embodiments of the present invention is given by way of example only, and the present invention is not equivalent to the above-described specific embodiments. Any equivalent modifications and substitutions for the present invention will occur to those skilled in the art, and are also within the scope of the present invention. Accordingly, equivalent changes and modifications to the disclosed embodiments are intended to be included within the scope of the present invention.
