Claims (4)
1. A health food for nourishing and resisting aging by taking deer fetus as a main raw material is characterized in that: the composite material consists of the following raw materials in parts by weight:
40-50 parts of deer placenta, 3-10 parts of ginseng, 1-5 parts of Chinese date, 1-5 parts of medlar, 10-20 parts of brown sugar, 10-20 parts of lonicera edulis, 10-20 parts of grape seed and 3-10 parts of donkey-hide gelatin.
2. The fetus cervi nourishing and anti-aging health food as raw materials in claim 1 is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 45 parts of deer placenta, 5 parts of ginseng, 2 parts of Chinese date, 1 part of medlar, 10 parts of brown sugar, 15 parts of indigo fruit, 15 parts of grape seed and 7 parts of donkey-hide gelatin powder.
3. The method for extracting the nourishing and anti-aging health food from deer fetus as the raw material according to claim 1 or 2, comprises the following steps:
(1) taking 45 parts of fresh deer fetus, adding 12-15% of normal saline, repeatedly rubbing and washing for 3-5 times, repeatedly washing with purified water, then putting into a boiling pot, separating water for boiling, turning off the boiling pot after 5 hours of boiling, stewing for 2 hours, boiling for 3 hours, cooling, taking out, drying, and crushing to 80-100 meshes for later use;
(2) cleaning 5 parts of ginseng, 2 parts of Chinese date, 1 part of medlar and 15 parts of grape seeds, drying and crushing for later use;
(3) pulverizing 15 parts of fresh indigo honeysuckle, filtering to remove juice, taking 0.05 part of pectinase, adding water with the temperature of 40 ℃ for dissolving, adding the dissolved indigo honeysuckle into the pulverized indigo honeysuckle, uniformly mixing, drying at 37 ℃ for 2 hours, taking out, putting the mixture into an electric heating forced air drying oven, drying at 75 ℃ for 24 hours, taking out, and pulverizing for later use;
