An attractant composition for preventing and treating Spodoptera frugiperda comprises sex pheromone, odor substance and auxiliary components; the sex pheromone consists of (Z) -7-dodecen-1-ol acetate, (Z) -9-tetradecene acetate, (Z) -11-hexadecene alcohol acetate and (Z) -9-dodecen-1-ol acetate, wherein the mass content of the (Z) -7-dodecen-1-ol acetate, (Z) -9-tetradecene alcohol acetate, (Z) -11-hexadecene alcohol acetate and the (Z) -9-dodecen-1-ol acetate is 0.01-0.05:1-5:0.1-1: 0.01-0.05; the odor substance consists of linalool oxide and methyl salicylate, and the volume ratio of linalool oxide to methyl salicylate is 0.1-1: 0.1-1. The attractant composition can be used for trapping spodoptera frugiperda.

Background
Spodoptera frugiperda has the characteristics of strong reproductive capacity, wide hosts, fast migration and high destructiveness, and the Spodoptera frugiperda adults have strong long-distance migration capacity and can fly about 100 kilometers per night. The uncertainty of the occurrence area is large under the influence of the population quantity of the adults and the wind direction and the wind speed. At present, the insect is found in Yunnan, Guangxi, Guizhou and other places in China. Because the control of spodoptera frugiperda is mainly carried out by a chemical method, the spodoptera frugiperda causes different degrees of drug resistance to various insecticides and obviously influences the ecological environment, the search for a pollution-free sustainable control method is urgent, and the control of spodoptera frugiperda by using an attractant is one of effective measures.

Patent application (CN202010051273) of institute of plant protection and agricultural product quality safety of agricultural science of Anhui province discloses application of linalool oxide in attracting Spodoptera frugiperda; also discloses an attractant composition, which comprises linalool oxide, a light stabilizer, an antioxidant and a solvent
The applicant found through previous research (CN201910399034) that the luring activity of (Z) -7-dodecen-1-ol acetate, (Z) -9-tetradecene acetate, (Z) -11-hexadecenol acetate and (Z) -9-dodecen-1-ol acetate on Spodoptera frugiperda is remarkably improved after the combination use, and particularly when the mass ratio of (Z) -7-dodecen-1-ol acetate, (Z) -9-tetradecene acetate, (Z) -11-hexadecenol acetate and (Z) -9-dodecen-1-ol acetate is 0.02:2.5:0.5:0.02, the luring effect is up to 21.10 heads/day, and the components have better luring activity.
Based on the previous research, the applicant further developed spodoptera frugiperda attractant compositions having excellent attracting effects.

Preferably, the sex pheromone consists of (Z) -7-dodecen-1-ol acetate, (Z) -9-tetradecene acetate, (Z) -11-hexadecenol acetate and (Z) -9-dodecen-1-ol acetate, wherein the mass ratio of (Z) -7-dodecen-1-ol acetate, (Z) -9-tetradecene acetate, (Z) -11-hexadecene acetate and (Z) -9-dodecen-1-ol acetate is 0.01 to 0.05:1-5:0.1-1: 0.01-0.05.
Preferably, the odorant is composed of linalool oxide and methyl salicylate, wherein the volume ratio of linalool oxide to methyl salicylate is 0.1-1: 0.1-1.
Preferably, the mass ratio of the (Z) -7-dodecen-1-ol acetate, (Z) -9-tetradecene acetate, (Z) -11-hexadecenol acetate and (Z) -9-dodecen-1-ol acetate is 0.02:2.5:0.5: 0.02; the odor substance consists of linalool oxide and methyl salicylate, and the volume ratio of linalool oxide to methyl salicylate is 0.2-0.8: 0.2-0.8.
Preferably, the auxiliary component is at least one of a solvent, a light stabilizer, an antioxidant and a slow-release carrier.
Preferably, the solvent is at least one of natural vegetable oil, dioctyl terephthalate, dichloromethane and n-hexane. The antioxidant is at least one of vitamin E, TBHQ, BHT and BHA. The slow release carrier is at least one of rubber, polyethylene slow release tube or bottle and polyvinyl chloride slow release tube. The light stabilizer is at least one of salicylate, benzophenones, benzotriazoles, substituted acrylonitrile, triazines and hindered amine ultraviolet absorbers.
The spodoptera frugiperda attractant lure core has sex pheromone content of 0.1-10mg and odor substance content of 0.1-5 mL.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
(1) when the sex pheromone is combined with the odor substance, the more the odor substance types, the better the trapping effect, and only when the sex pheromone is combined with the appropriate odor substance, the trapping effect can be obviously improved. Compared with the formula 6, the formula 4 has obvious effect of enhancing the attraction effect by the linalool oxide and the methyl salicylate, and the total trapping amount is 370.
(2) The different proportions of linalool oxide and methyl salicylate have obvious influence on the attraction effect. In the formula 11, the ratio of linalool oxide to methyl salicylate is 1:4, and the attraction effect is 285 heads; the formula 4, 12, 13 and 14 has better attraction effect.
(3) The Spodoptera frugiperda attractant composition can effectively reduce the application of chemical pesticides and reduce environmental pollution.

Detailed Description
The following detailed description of specific embodiments of the present invention is provided in conjunction with examples, but it should be understood that the scope of the present invention is not limited to the specific embodiments.
Example 1: experiment for attracting and monitoring effects of spodoptera frugiperda by different attractant formulas
Test site: the corn planting method comprises the following steps of planting corn in Guangxi guest in a core area, and planting the corn in a piece-by-piece mode in the area.
The test method comprises the following steps: preparing lure cores according to the formula shown in the table 1, placing the lure cores in a ship-shaped trap, enabling the trap interval to be about 10 meters, enabling the height of the trap cores to be 1.5 meters from the ground, adopting a random block design, repeating the treatment for three times every time, continuously surveying for 15 days, counting the lure quantity of each trap in the morning every day, removing Spodoptera frugiperda trapped by the trap, and recording the total trapping quantity.

As can be seen from Table 1 and FIG. 1, the effect of trapping Spodoptera frugiperda by sex pheromone and odor substance can be improved; the trapping effects are ranked from large to small: formula 4 > formula 2 > formula 5 > formula 1 > formula 8 > formula 3 > formula 7 > formula 6 > formula 9 >; however, when the sex pheromone is combined with the odor substance, the trapping effect is better when the odor substance is not more in variety, and the trapping effect can be obviously improved only when the sex pheromone is combined with the appropriate odor substance.
As can be seen from the comparison between the formula 4 and the formula 6, the linalool oxide and the methyl salicylate have a remarkable effect of enhancing the luring effect, and the total trapping amount is 370.
Example 2:experiment for attracting and monitoring effects of spodoptera frugiperda by different attractant formulas

As can be seen from fig. 2, the different proportions of linalool oxide and methyl salicylate have a significant effect on the attraction: when the proportion of linalool oxide and methyl salicylate in the formula 11 is 1:4, the attraction effect is poor, and the total trapping amount is 285 heads; the luring effect of the formulas 12, 13 and 14 is better, especially when the ratio of linalool oxide to methyl salicylate is 4:1, the luring effect is the best, and the total luring amount is 331 heads.

5. An attractant composition according to claim 3, wherein said antioxidant is at least one of vitamin E, TBHQ, BHT and BHA; the slow release carrier is at least one of rubber, polyethylene slow release tube or bottle and polyvinyl chloride slow release tube.
6. An attractant composition according to claim 3, wherein said light stabilizer is at least one of salicylate, benzophenones, benzotriazoles, substituted acrylonitriles, triazines and hindered amine ultraviolet absorbers.
7. A spodoptera frugiperda attractant core comprising the attractant composition of any one of claims 1-6, wherein the sex pheromone content of each core is from 0.1 to 10mg and the odorous substance content of each core is from 0.1 to 5 mL.
