The invention discloses a Chilo suppressalis attractant and application thereof, wherein the Chilo suppressalis attractant is composed of a sex attractant and a host odor composition, wherein the host odor composition is composed of the following components in parts by weight: 2-4 parts of limonene, 12-18 parts of zingiberene, 12-18 parts of caryophyllene and 60-74 parts of trans-2-hexenal. The chilo suppressalis sex attractant is used in combination with the host odor composition, and the synergistic attraction effect is achieved. The Chilo suppressalis attractant provided by the invention can be accurately applied to the detection and prediction of the Chilo suppressalis situation, a large amount of trapping and mating interference, and has important significance for comprehensively treating the Chilo suppressalis.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of biotechnology, and particularly relates to a composition for simultaneously attracting female and male moths of chilo suppressalis and application thereof.
Background
Chilo Suppressalis (Chilo Suppressalis) is an important lepidoptera pest on rice in China, and can cause a large amount of yield reduction of the rice. In recent years, the occurrence range of chilo suppressalis in China is gradually expanded, outbreaks are more and more frequent, and loss is more serious. Besides rice, Chilo suppressalis also damage crops such as corn, sugarcane, cane shoots, sorghum, wheat and the like.
The main control means for chilo suppressalis in the past is chemical pesticide. However, chemical pesticides bring about a series of negative environmental effects: causing environmental pollution of atmosphere, water source and the like; killing non-target organisms to cause damage to a farmland ecosystem; the pesticide resistance of the chilo suppressalis is very high after long-term use of the pesticide; bringing potential risks to the health of people.
In order to avoid adverse consequences caused by pesticides, sustainable agricultural development is realized, and pollution-free prevention and control of chilo suppressalis are urgently developed. Insect sex pheromones are a novel green pest prevention and control technology developed in recent years. Because of its advantages of high efficiency, strong specificity, no drug resistance, no toxicity and no residue, people are more and more attentive and certain progress has been made.
The conventional striped rice borer sex attractant mainly attracts a male adult, but striped rice borers have a mating habit for many times, and the prevention and control effect of attracting part of male moths is limited. The host odor substance can simultaneously attract the male and female adult chilo suppressalis, but the trapping efficiency is low, and the application to production is difficult. Therefore, the synergistic composition of the two types of attracting substances is screened and searched by combining the advantages of the two types of attracting substances to obtain the compound attractant, the attracting capability of male moths is enhanced, and part of female moths are attracted at the same time, so that better green prevention and control effects are achieved.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problem that the sex attractant of the chilo suppressalis can only trap and kill male worms and is difficult to achieve effective control, the invention designs and prepares the composition for trapping the female moths of the chilo suppressalis, the male moths are significantly more than the sex attractant by the formula, and the male moths can be simultaneously trapped by the female moths.
Based on the purpose, the chilo suppressalis attractant provided by the invention mainly comprises two parts: chilo suppressalis sex attractant and host odor composition.
The sex attractant is provided by Beijing Zhongjie Siamese Co., Ltd, and is used for attracting the core of the rubber head.
The host odor composition comprises the following components in parts by weight:
1-5% of limonene
Trans-2-hexenal 10-20%
10 to 20 percent of caryophyllene
45 to 79 percent of shogaol
And the sum of the weight percentages of the four components is 100 percent.
Optionally, the host-odor composition consists of the following components in respective weight percentages:
2-4% of limonene
12 to 18 percent of shogaol
12 to 18 percent of caryophyllene

The Chilo suppressalis attractant provided by the invention can be applied to Chilo suppressalis emotion prediction and mass trapping and killing, obviously reduces progeny harm and has important significance for comprehensive treatment. The chilo suppressalis attractant has strong specificity, does not generate resistance, has no harm to natural enemies, is nontoxic to human and livestock, and is environment-friendly; the stress resistance is strong, and the wind, the rain and the sunshine are not afraid; simple preparation, simple use, long lasting period and feasible conditions. The attractant composition is used for monitoring the insect situation, the accuracy is high, and the insect trapping amount can accurately predict the occurrence dynamics of chilo suppressalis; the pesticide can also be used for trapping and killing a large number of chilo suppressalis in the field, and can obviously reduce the number of chilo suppressalis in the field and reduce the population density of progeny insects.

Researches prove that the host odor substance has a guiding effect on egg laying of female moths, and meanwhile, experiments find that the odor substance and striped rice borer sex pheromone have a remarkable synergistic effect, so that the effect of the sex attractant for trapping male moths can be remarkably improved on one hand, and female moths can be attracted on the other hand. A formula of the Chilo suppressalis attractant composition is obtained through screening and optimizing a large number of field tests.
Example 1
As an embodiment of the invention, the chilo suppressalis attractant is composed of a chilo suppressalis rubber head sex attractant and a host odor composition. The total amount of the host odor composition is 40mg, and the host odor composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 4 parts of limonene, 12 parts of zingiberene, 12 parts of caryophyllene and 72 parts of trans-2-hexenal.

Therefore, the chilo suppressalis attractant provided by the invention can be applied to the detection and prediction of the chilo suppressalis situation and a large amount of trapping and killing, and has important significance for comprehensively treating the chilo suppressalis. The chilo suppressalis attractant has strong specificity, does not generate resistance, has no harm to natural enemies, is nontoxic to human and livestock, and is environment-friendly; the stress resistance is strong, and the wind, the rain and the sunshine are not afraid; simple preparation, simple use, long lasting period and feasible conditions.
