Abstract

本发明涉及康复辅具技术领域,提出了一种用于小型液压阻尼缸的电动调节流阀装置,该装置主要应用于高端假肢关节中调节液压阻尼缸活塞杆伸缩,使用时将本发明提供的电动调节流阀装置固定于小型液压阻尼缸两侧,可分别调节液压阻尼缸进出油路油液流量大小,进而调节阻尼缸活塞杆伸缩速度并实现节流流量精确调节。该装置通过采用旋阀结构,阀芯本身受到的液静力平衡,旋转驱动器只受液动力影响,相较于传统的滑阀,所需驱动力更小;腰果形节流口的设计,相较于三角形阀缝,拥有更大的阻尼调节范围;与圆阀孔相比,可以更精确的控制阀孔的通流特性,使小型液压阻尼缸活塞伸缩性能更加稳定,可以精确调节阻尼及具有良好的缓冲作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及康复辅具技术领域,尤其涉及一种用于小型液压阻尼缸的电动调节流阀装置。
背景技术
随着自然灾害、交通事故以及其他不可抗拒灾难的不断发生,在灾害和事故中由于受伤严重无法保全肢体的截肢人士逐渐增多。近些年来随着科技发展和国民生活品质的提高,部分残障人士迫切希望能够改变自身的现状,为了帮助这类人员恢复行动能力,使他们能够重新融入社会,提高他们的自信心和生活质量,将高端假肢关节引入辅助这类人士恢复运动功能的辅具设计当中。
节流阀是调节液压阻尼缸活塞杆伸缩快慢的重要装置,小型液压阻尼电动调节流阀装置可以实现节流阀最小稳定流量精确调节。目前,传统的节流阀节流口普遍采用圆形、三角形等,容易造成节流范围小、控制流量不准确以及小型液压阻尼缸活塞杆伸缩稳定性差等缺点。
发明内容
因此,如何提供一种节流范围更大、控制流量更精准以及活塞杆伸缩稳定性更高的节流阀是本发明的目的,其主要应用于高端假肢关节中调节液压阻尼缸活塞杆伸缩,使用时将本发明提供的电动调节流阀装置固定于小型液压阻尼缸两侧,可分别调节液压阻尼缸进出油路油液流量大小,进而调节阻尼缸活塞杆伸缩速度并实现节流流量精确调节。
具体的,本发明主要通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种用于小型液压阻尼缸的电动调节流阀装置,包括:
电机连接套、连接杆、传动销、连接套、限位针、节流阀芯、壳体、端盖、O形密封圈、限位套、连接座、支撑套、节流阀套、定位销、油液入口以及油液出口;
电机连接套通过螺丝与连接杆连接,电机连接套和连接杆通过端盖和连接座进行径向定位,以及,通过限位套进行横向定位;
所述端盖通过螺纹连接壳体,端盖和壳体通过O形密封圈密封;
所述连接杆通过传动销与连接套固定,所述连接套通过限位针与节流阀芯固定,所述节流阀芯轴向装配在节流阀套内,所述节流阀套通过定位销固定在壳体上,所述节流阀套与支撑套轴向间隙配合,并为端盖提供支撑和轴向定位。
优选地,节流阀芯的轴面径向设有腰果形沟槽。
优选地,所述节流阀套通过螺纹固定在液压阻尼缸缸体的两侧。
本发明公开的用于小型液压阻尼缸的电动调节流阀装置采用旋阀结构,阀芯本身受到的液静力平衡,旋转驱动器只受液动力影响,相较于传统的滑阀,所需驱动力更小;腰果形节流口的设计,相较于三角形阀缝,拥有更大的阻尼调节范围;与圆阀孔相比,可以更精确的控制阀孔的通流特性,可以有效地满足高阻尼力缓慢运动的使用场景,使小型液压阻尼缸活塞伸缩性能更加稳定,可以精确调节阻尼及具有良好的缓冲作用。

具体实施方式
为了使本领域技术人员更清楚的理解本发明的核心思想,下面将结合附图对其进行详细的说明。
如图1-4所示,本发明公开了一种用于小型液压阻尼缸的电动调节流阀装置,该装置包括:
电机连接套1、连接杆2、传动销3、连接套4、限位针5、节流阀芯6、壳体7、端盖8、O形密封圈9、限位套10、连接座11、支撑套12、节流阀套13、定位销14、油液入口15以及油液出口16;电机连接套1通过螺丝与连接杆2连接,电机连接套1和连接杆2通过端盖8和连接座11进行径向定位,以及,通过限位套进行横向定位;所述端盖8通过螺纹连接壳体7,端盖8和壳体7通过O形密封圈9密封;所述连接杆2通过传动销3与连接套4固定,所述连接套 4通过限位针5与节流阀芯6固定,所述节流阀芯6轴向装配在节流阀套13内,所述节流阀套13通过定位销14固定在壳体7上,所述节流阀套13与支撑套12轴向间隙配合,并为端盖8提供支撑和轴向定位。
节流阀芯6的轴面径向设有腰果形沟槽。
所述节流阀套13通过螺纹固定在液压阻尼缸缸体的两侧。
通过旋转节流阀芯6调节通过阀口油液的流量,从而实现对阻尼力的调节,当旋转节流阀芯6不同角度,使节流阀芯6与节流阀套 13相互配合实现合理调速,使液压阻尼缸活塞杆伸缩过程更加平稳。
由上可知,本发明实施公开的一种用于小型液压阻尼缸的电动调节流阀装置通过采用旋阀结构,阀芯本身受到的液静力平衡,旋转驱动器只受液动力影响,相较于传统的滑阀,所需驱动力更小;腰果形节流口的设计,相较于三角形阀缝,拥有更大的阻尼调节范围;与圆阀孔相比,可以更精确的控制阀孔的通流特性,可以有效地满足高阻尼力缓慢运动的使用场景,使小型液压阻尼缸活塞伸缩性能更加稳定,可以精确调节阻尼及具有良好的缓冲作用。

1.一种用于小型液压阻尼缸的电动调节流阀装置,其特征在于,包括:
电机连接套(1)和通过螺丝连接于电机连接套(1)上的连接杆(2),电机连接套(1)和连接杆(2)通过端盖(8)和连接座(11)进行径向定位,以及,通过限位套(10)进行横向定位;
所述端盖(8)通过螺纹连接有壳体(7),端盖(8)和壳体(7)通过O形密封圈(9)密封;
所述连接杆(2)通过传动销(3)与连接套(4)固定,所述连接套(4)通过限位针(5)与节流阀芯(6)固定,所述节流阀芯(6)轴向装配在节流阀套(13)内,所述节流阀套(13)通过定位销(14)固定在壳体(7)上,所述节流阀套(13)与支撑套(12)轴向间隙配合,并为端盖(8)提供支撑和轴向定位。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种用于小型液压阻尼缸的电动调节流阀装置,其特征在于,所述节流阀芯(6)的轴面径向设有腰果形沟槽。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种用于小型液压阻尼缸的电动调节流阀装置,其特征在于,所述节流阀套(13)通过螺纹固定在液压阻尼缸缸体的两侧。
