Abstract

本发明涉及康复辅具技术领域,提出了一种用于小型液压阻尼缸的手调节流阀装置,该装置包括阻尼缸缸体、阀体和阀芯;阀体设有两道轴向密封,第一密封和第二密封;阀芯设有两道轴向密封,第三密封和第四密封;阀体通过螺纹固定在阻尼缸缸体的两侧;阀芯沿轴向插入阀体内,通过旋转阀芯可调节通过阀口油液的流量。本发明通过阀芯轴面径向三角形沟槽油道结构和阀体轴面径向圆形沟槽配合使用,形成渐近节流作用。通过旋转阀芯不同角度,使阀芯轴上三角形沟槽逐渐与阀体轴面圆形沟槽接触的公共区域逐渐增大,从而实现更合理调速,使液压阻尼缸活塞杆伸缩过程中更加平稳,同时,可根据实际阻尼需要实现渐近调节,实现节流阀最小稳定节流。

一种用于小型液压阻尼缸的手调节流阀装置
技术领域
本发明涉及康复辅具技术领域,尤其涉及一种用于小型液压阻尼缸的手调节流阀装置。
背景技术
随着自然灾害、交通事故以及其他不可抗拒灾难的不断发生,在灾害和事故中由于受伤严重无法保全肢体的截肢人士逐渐增多。近些年来随着科技发展和国民生活品质的提高,部分残障人士迫切希望能够改变自身的现状,为了帮助这类人员恢复行动能力,使他们能够重新融入社会,提高他们的自信心和生活质量,将高端假肢关节引入辅助这类人士恢复运动功能的辅具设计当中。
节流阀是调节液压阻尼缸活塞杆伸缩快慢的重要装置,现有小型液压阻尼缸缸设计中,节流口截面均采用圆形,使得活塞伸缩稳定性较差且不能按需实现阻尼渐近稳定节流调节,目前这种小型液压阻尼手调节流装置的阀芯、阀体普遍采用圆孔结构,通过两圆孔重叠部分节流,这种方式最小稳定流量难以控制。
发明内容
因此,为了解决上述现有技术中存在的技术问题,本发明公开一种用于小型液压阻尼缸的手调节流阀装置,通过锥形节流槽由浅渐深实现节流阀最小稳定节流。
具体的,本发明主要通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种用于小型液压阻尼缸的手调节流阀装置,包括:
阻尼缸缸体、阀体和阀芯;
所述阀体设有两道轴向密封,第一密封和第二密封;
所述阀芯设有两道轴向密封,第三密封和第四密封;
所述阀体通过螺纹固定在阻尼缸缸体的两侧;
所述阀芯沿轴向插入阀体内,通过旋转阀芯可调节通过阀口油液的流量。
优选地,所述阀体油液流道截面为圆形沟槽。
优选地,所述圆形沟槽设计为由浅渐深以及由窄渐宽。
优选地,所述阀芯油液流道截面为三角形沟槽。
优选地,所述三角形沟槽设计为由浅渐深以及由窄渐宽。
优选地,所述阀体通过轴向外侧第一密封以及第二密封进行密封,所述阀芯通过轴向外侧第三密封和第四密封进行密封。
本发明公开的用于小型液压阻尼缸的手调节流阀装置采用锥形节流槽由浅渐深实现节流阀最小稳定节流,使用时将本发明提供的手调节流阀装置固定于小型液压阻尼缸缸体两侧,通过阀芯轴面径向三角形沟槽油道结构和阀体轴面径向圆形沟槽配合使用,形成渐近节流作用。通过旋转阀芯不同角度,使阀芯轴上三角形沟槽逐渐与阀体轴面圆形沟槽接触的公共区域逐渐增大,从而实现更合理调速,使液压阻尼缸活塞杆伸缩过程中更加平稳,同时,可根据实际阻尼需要实现渐近调节,实现节流阀最小稳定节流。

为了使本领域技术人员更清楚的理解本发明的核心思想,下面将结合附图对其进行详细的说明。
如图1-2所示,本发明公开了一种用于小型液压阻尼缸的手调节流阀装置,该装置包括:
阻尼缸缸体3、阀体4和阀芯5;所述阀体4设有两道轴向密封,第一密封1和第二密封2,所述阀体4通过轴向外侧第一密封1以及第二密封2进行密封;所述阀芯5设有两道轴向密封,第三密封6和第四密封7,所述阀芯5通过轴向外侧第三密封6和第四密封7进行密封;所述阀体4通过螺纹固定在阻尼缸缸体3的两侧;所述阀芯5沿轴向插入阀体4内,通过旋转阀芯5可调节通过阀口油液的流量。
如图3所示,示出了本发明实施例公开的所述手调节流阀装置中阀体4的三维结构图,可知,阀体4的油液流道截面为圆形沟槽,且该圆形沟槽为由浅渐深、由窄渐宽。
如图4所示,示出了本发明实施例公开的所述手调节流阀装置中阀芯5的三维结构图,可知,阀芯5的油液流道截面为三角形沟槽,且该三角形沟槽为由浅渐深、由窄渐宽。
由上可知,本发明实施公开的一种用于小型液压阻尼缸的手调节流阀装置中,阀体4通过螺纹固定在液压阻尼缸缸体3的两侧,用以调节进回油流量从而实现对阻尼力的调节。阀芯5沿轴向插入阀体4内,通过旋转阀芯5的方式可调节通过阀口油液的流量。其中,阀体4的油液流道截面为圆形沟槽,阀芯5的油液流道截面为三角形沟槽,且该沟槽由浅渐深、由窄渐宽。具体的,通过阀芯5轴面径向三角形沟槽油道结构和阀体4轴面径向圆形沟槽配合使用,形成节流作用;当旋转阀芯5不同角度,使阀芯5轴上三角形沟槽逐渐与阀体4轴面圆形沟槽接触的公共区域逐渐增大,从而实现合理调速,使液压阻尼缸活塞杆伸缩更加平稳,同时,可根据实际阻尼需要实现渐近调节,实现节流阀最小稳定节流。

阻尼缸缸体(3)、阀体(4)和阀芯(5);
所述阀体(4)设有两道轴向密封,第一密封(1)和第二密封(2);
所述阀芯(5)设有两道轴向密封,第三密封(6)和第四密封(7);
所述阀体(4)通过螺纹固定在阻尼缸缸体(3)的两侧;
所述阀芯(5)沿轴向插入阀体(4)内,通过旋转阀芯(5)可调节通过阀口油液的流量。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种用于小型液压阻尼缸的手调节流阀装置,其特征在于,所述阀体(4)油液流道截面为圆形沟槽。
