本发明涉及一种比例调节球阀,球阀包括具有入口和出口的阀体、球体、阀杆、与阀杆连接的扳手,球体的球面上形成有让介质流过的渐变通口,进入阀体入口的介质通过渐变通口之后从阀体的出口排出,渐变通口随着球体的转动能够逐渐变大或变小;本发明的比例调节球阀,转动球体能够使得渐变通口的大小发生变化,从而做到调节流量的目的;通过本发明的渐变通口的设计,转动球体时,渐变通口的大小跟随变化,达到精准调节流量的目的。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种比例调节球阀。
背景技术
球阀一般用于比较清的、不含颗袭粒杂质的液体的通断,如冷热水(淡水、海水)、酸碱液(用耐酸碱腐蚀的球阀)、液氨、液化气体等,它的密封性好;球阀一般主要是起到通断的作用,一般是不能用来调节流量的,但是也有部分球阀可以用于流量控制,例如偏心球阀,然而控制流量不如专业的比例调节阀门易操作,调节球阀开度一般主要在0-90度,做到精确调节很难,而且现有技术中可调节流量的球阀,其阀芯一般都不是全球体,球面只占整球的1/4左右,这使得阀芯的稳定性及牢固性都较差。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种比例调节球阀。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采取的技术方案如下:
一种比例调节球阀,球阀包括具有入口和出口的阀体、球体、阀杆、与阀杆连接的扳手,球体的球面上形成有让介质流过的渐变通口,进入阀体入口的介质通过渐变通口之后从阀体的出口排出,渐变通口随着球体的转动能够逐渐变大或变小。
优选地,球体上开设有沿圆周方向延伸的沟槽,沟槽的横截面外形构成渐变通口的外形。
优选地,沟槽所在位置位于球面的中部。
优选地,沟槽的横截面外形由沟槽的一端向另一端逐渐变大或者变小。
优选地,沟槽的长度大于其所在圆的圆周长度的1/2。
优选地,沟槽的横截面外形成呈倾倒状的V字型。
优选地,球体的转动角度为180°
优选地,球体为实心球体。
优选地,球体顶部开设有卡槽,阀杆的底部与卡槽卡接固定。
由于以上技术方案的实施,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下优点:
本发明的比例调节球阀,转动球体能够使得渐变通口的大小发生变化,从而做到调节流量的目的;通过本发明的渐变通口的设计,转动球体时,渐变通口的大小跟随变化,达到精准调节流量的目的。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体的实施例对本发明做进一步详细的说明。
如图1至图5所示,一种比例调节球阀,球阀包括具有入口和出口的阀体13、球体10(球体10的转动角度为180°,且球体10为实心球体10)、阀杆12、与阀杆12连接的扳手11,球体10的球面上形成有让介质流过的渐变通口1000,进入阀体13入口的介质通过渐变通口1000之后从阀体13的出口排出,渐变通口1000随着球体10的转动能够逐渐变大或变小。
具体地,球体10上开设有沿圆周方向延伸的沟槽101,沟槽101的横截面外形构成渐变通口1000的外形;且沟槽101的横截面外形由沟槽101的一端向另一端逐渐变大或者变小。随着球体10转动,其上沟槽101也跟随着转动,则沟槽101在阀体13入口和出口之间的一个固定位置处的截面外形不断变大或变小,即渐变通口1000逐渐变大或变小,从而实现介质通过的流量变大或变小。
本发明球体10可以采用PVC-U、PP、PVDF等材质制作。
本例中,沟槽101所在位置位于球面的中部。沟槽101的长度大于其所在圆的圆周长度的1/2。沟槽101的横截面外形成呈倾倒状的V字型。通过本发明沟槽101的结构设计,球体10转动至任一位置时,渐变通口1000都会大小都会精准的跟随变化,即球体10在180°的转动角度范围内能够实现精准的流量控制,大大提升球阀的流量控制精准度,满足介质的流量精准控制的需求。
进一步地,球体10顶部开设有卡槽100,阀杆12的底部与卡槽100卡接固定。
本发明球阀可选用的最大标称宽度的球体10为DN25,球体10的转动角度为180°,最大流量可达到2000L/h。
综上所述,本发明的比例调节球阀,转动球体能够使得渐变通口的大小发生变化,从而做到调节流量的目的;通过本发明的渐变通口的设计,转动球体时,渐变通口的大小跟随变化,达到精准调节流量的目的。

2.根据权利要求1所述的比例调节球阀,其特征在于:所述球体上开设有沿圆周方向延伸的沟槽,所述沟槽的横截面外形构成所述渐变通口的外形。
3.根据权利要求2所述的比例调节球阀,其特征在于:所述沟槽所在位置位于所述球面的中部。
4.根据权利要求2所述的比例调节球阀,其特征在于:所述沟槽的横截面外形由所述沟槽的一端向另一端逐渐变大或者变小。
5.根据权利要求2所述的比例调节球阀,其特征在于:所述沟槽的长度大于其所在圆的圆周长度的1/2。
6.根据权利要求2所述的比例调节球阀,其特征在于:所述沟槽的横截面外形成呈倾倒状的V字型。
