本发明涉及汽车零部件的领域,具体涉及一种传动轴支架。
背景技术
传动轴支架典型结构由外壳、橡胶垫、轴承构成。外壳与车辆底盘连接,传动轴主体与轴承连接,橡胶垫包裹轴承,起到支撑传动轴主体及吸收传动轴振动作用。现有结构中橡胶垫采用等刚度设计及制造,在360°方向上的刚度均等。而根据实际需求而言,位于下方的橡胶刚度应大,便于支撑传动轴主体,而位于上方的橡胶刚度应小,便于吸收振动。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的不足,而提供一种传动轴支架,解决了现有传动轴支架结构的减震缺点,又满足了功能需求。
本发明的目的是通过如下技术方案来完成的:这种传动轴支架,包括外壳、橡胶垫和轴承,所述外壳以装车方向与车辆底盘连接固定,外壳内设有轴承,传动轴主体套入轴承内,轴承外周包裹有橡胶垫,橡胶垫与外壳内壁之间采用间隙配合;橡胶垫外周背离装车方向的一侧对称设置有飞翼结构,飞翼结构与外壳内壁之间采用过盈配合,从而在背离装车方向一侧的橡胶垫上形成高刚度区域。
作为优选的技术方案,所述飞翼结构之间所呈夹角为120°。
本发明的有益效果为:通过将橡胶垫设计为非对称刚度,不仅满足了传动轴主体支撑的需求,也提升了减震NVH性能。

本发明相比原有支架,在原支架下方的橡胶垫上新增飞翼结构,橡胶飞翼接触到外壳时,下方位置变为高刚度,而对应的上部无飞翼结构,仍然为原来的低刚度。使得橡胶垫在360°方向上的刚度不均等,位于下方的橡胶刚度大便于支撑传动轴主体,而位于上方的橡胶刚度小,便于吸收传动轴的振动。
