Abstract
本发明公开了一种汽车行李箱备板热贴合设备,其包括框架及设置于框架上的上模机构、下模机构和加压机构,上模机构由加压机构驱动而与下模机构合模或分模,上模机构包括上模底板,上模底板上安装有压合型面,压合型面根据备板的型面形状随形加工,且压合型面上设置有加热体,下模机构包括下模底板,下模底板上安装有支撑型面,支撑型面上设置有浮动定位机构,浮动定位机构包括与备板上孔位匹配的定位块。上述汽车行李箱备板热贴合设备设计了带有加热功能的上模机构以激活无纺布背面的胶膜,并设计带有浮动式定位块的下模机构可靠支撑和定位,实现了无纺布与行李箱备板的自动贴合工艺,改善了无纺布的贴合效果,提高了贴合质量。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及汽车行李箱备板制造技术领域,尤其涉及一种汽车行李箱备板热贴合设备。
背景技术
行李箱备板是汽车常用的内饰件之一,客户对备板外观面的要求是和谐、美观、大气,表面无成型时的蜂窝痕迹,一般通过在备板6背部贴合一层黑色的无纺布7来实现,如图6所示。传统的无纺布贴合工艺一般通过喷胶、贴合实现,存在贴合牢度较低、表面平整度一般、不良品率高、贴合效率低及胶水气味大等问题。现采取无纺布背面附一层PET胶膜,通过加热熔化胶膜并大力挤压,使无纺布与备板贴合完全的工艺,可改善以上问题,提高贴合效果,但是工艺中面对如何将无纺布背面的PET胶膜熔化、如何给无纺布提供足够的压力等,需要一种专用的工装设备来实现。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种汽车行李箱备板热贴合设备,实现自动化加热熔化胶膜并稳定施压,使无纺布与备板完美贴合,提高贴合质量。
为达上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种汽车行李箱备板热贴合设备,其包括框架及设置于框架上的上模机构、下模机构和加压机构,上模机构由加压机构驱动而与下模机构合模或分模,上模机构包括上模底板,上模底板上安装有压合型面,压合型面根据备板的型面形状随形加工,且压合型面上设置有加热体,下模机构包括下模底板,下模底板上安装有支撑型面,支撑型面上设置有浮动定位机构,浮动定位机构包括与备板上孔位匹配的定位块。
特别地,浮动定位机构还包括弹簧导柱、金属弹簧、无油衬套和衬套安装板,衬套安装板安装于下模底板的下表面,无油衬套装配于衬套安装板上,弹簧导柱穿设于无油衬套中,且弹簧导柱的上端与定位块固连,金属弹簧套设于弹簧导柱上且位于定位块与衬套安装板之间。
特别地,还包括升降平台,框架上设置有竖向导轨,升降平台的侧面设置有与竖向导轨配合的滑块,上模底板安装于升降平台上,加压机构驱动升降平台进而驱动上模机构沿着竖向导轨上下移动。
特别地,加压机构为气液增压缸,其缸体固定于框架上,输出杆与升降平台固连。
特别地,加热体为加热管,压合型面中间隔开设有若干个通孔,加热管穿设于对应通孔中。
特别地,上模底板与压合型面之间设置有隔热板,隔热板为环氧树脂板,其随压合型面的形状随形加工。
特别地,下模底板上设置有合模导柱,上模底板上对应合模导柱设置有合模导套。
特别地,支撑型面通过工字支撑座垫高于下模底板上。
特别地,下模底板上设置有与叉车脚适配的吊块。
综上,本发明的有益效果为,与现有技术相比,所述汽车行李箱备板热贴合设备设计了带有加热功能的上模机构以激活无纺布背面的胶膜,并设计带有浮动式定位块的下模机构可靠支撑和定位,实现了无纺布与行李箱备板的自动贴合工艺,改善了无纺布的贴合效果,提高了贴合质量。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图并通过具体实施方式来进一步说明本发明的技术方案。
请参阅图1所示,本优选实施例提供一种汽车行李箱备板热贴合设备,其包括框架1及设置于框架1上的上模机构2、下模机构3、加压机构4和升降平台5,上模机构2由加压机构4驱动而与下模机构3合模或分模,框架1上设置有竖向导轨11,升降平台5的侧面设置有与竖向导轨11配合的滑块51,上模机构2安装于升降平台5上,加压机构4驱动升降平台5进而驱动上模机构2沿着竖向导轨11上下移动。其中加压机构4优选为气液增压缸,也可以是小型液压站等,用于提供15T左右的压力,其缸体固定于框架1上,输出杆与升降平台5固连。
如图2所示,上模机构2包括上模底板21,上模底板21为金属加工件,前后边沿开有U型槽,通过专用T型螺栓固定在升降平台5上。上模底板21上安装有压合型面22,压合型面22根据备板6的型面形状随形加工,且压合型面22上设置有加热体23,上模底板21与压合型面22之间设置有隔热板24。其中隔热板24优选为环氧树脂板,其随压合型面22的形状随形加工,加热体23优选为加热管,压合型面22中间隔开设有若干个通孔,加热管穿设于对应通孔中。加热体23还可以是加热板等,保证发热稳定、导热均匀。
如图3至5所示,下模机构3包括下模底板31,下模底板31为金属加工件,前后边沿开有U型槽,通过专用T型螺栓固定在框架1上。下模底板31上安装有支撑型面32,支撑型面32上设置有浮动定位机构,浮动定位机构包括定位块33、弹簧导柱34、金属弹簧35、无油衬套36和衬套安装板37。衬套安装板37安装于下模底板31的下表面,无油衬套36装配于衬套安装板37上,弹簧导柱34穿设于无油衬套36中,且弹簧导柱34的上端与定位块33固连,金属弹簧35套设于弹簧导柱34上且位于定位块33与衬套安装板37之间。其中定位块33为金属加工件,根据备板6上具体孔位随形加工。
另外,下模底板31上设置有合模导柱38,上模底板21上对应合模导柱38设置有合模导套25,支撑型面32通过工字支撑座垫高于下模底板31上,下模底板31上设置有与叉车脚适配的吊块39。
该热贴合设备的工作流程为:先将行李箱备板6放置在支撑型面32上,并通过浮动式定位块33定位,再将无纺布7放置并定位在备板6上方,启动上模机构2下压,合模导套25插入合模导柱38,上下模合模,过程中定位块33受力向下移动,压合型面22压紧无纺布7并加热,快速熔化无纺布7背面的胶膜,加压机构4提供15T左右的压力,将胶膜熔化后的无纺布7压紧贴合在备板6上,从而完成无纺布7与行李箱备板6的自动贴合。
综上,上述的汽车行李箱备板热贴合设备设计了带有加热功能的上模机构以激活无纺布背面的胶膜,并设计带有浮动式定位块的下模机构可靠支撑和定位,实现了无纺布与行李箱备板的自动贴合工艺,改善了无纺布的贴合效果,提高了贴合质量。

Claims (9)
1.一种汽车行李箱备板热贴合设备,其特征在于,包括框架及设置于所述框架上的上模机构、下模机构和加压机构,所述上模机构由所述加压机构驱动而与所述下模机构合模或分模,所述上模机构包括上模底板,所述上模底板上安装有压合型面,所述压合型面根据备板的型面形状随形加工,且压合型面上设置有加热体,所述下模机构包括下模底板,所述下模底板上安装有支撑型面,所述支撑型面上设置有浮动定位机构,所述浮动定位机构包括与备板上孔位匹配的定位块。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车行李箱备板热贴合设备,其特征在于:所述浮动定位机构还包括弹簧导柱、金属弹簧、无油衬套和衬套安装板,所述衬套安装板安装于所述下模底板的下表面,所述无油衬套装配于所述衬套安装板上,所述弹簧导柱穿设于所述无油衬套中,且弹簧导柱的上端与所述定位块固连,所述金属弹簧套设于所述弹簧导柱上且位于定位块与衬套安装板之间。
3.根据权利要求1所述的汽车行李箱备板热贴合设备,其特征在于:还包括升降平台,所述框架上设置有竖向导轨,所述升降平台的侧面设置有与竖向导轨配合的滑块,所述上模底板安装于所述升降平台上,所述加压机构驱动升降平台进而驱动上模机构沿着所述竖向导轨上下移动。
4.根据权利要求3所述的汽车行李箱备板热贴合设备,其特征在于:所述加压机构为气液增压缸,其缸体固定于所述框架上,输出杆与所述升降平台固连。
5.根据权利要求1所述的汽车行李箱备板热贴合设备,其特征在于:所述加热体为加热管,所述压合型面中间隔开设有若干个通孔,所述加热管穿设于对应通孔中。
6.根据权利要求1所述的汽车行李箱备板热贴合设备,其特征在于:所述上模底板与所述压合型面之间设置有隔热板,所述隔热板为环氧树脂板,其随压合型面的形状随形加工。
7.根据权利要求1所述的汽车行李箱备板热贴合设备,其特征在于:所述下模底板上设置有合模导柱,所述上模底板上对应合模导柱设置有合模导套。
8.根据权利要求1所述的汽车行李箱备板热贴合设备,其特征在于:所述支撑型面通过工字支撑座垫高于所述下模底板上。
9.根据权利要求1所述的汽车行李箱备板热贴合设备,其特征在于:所述下模底板上设置有与叉车脚适配的吊块。
