Abstract
[课题]本发明提供一种柔软性优异的非保湿高级型纸巾。[解决手段]通过下述纸巾得以解决,其为3层的纸巾,每1层的基重为12.0g/m2以上,3层的纸厚为200~265μm,水分含量为4.0~9.0质量%,包含0.15~0.45质量%的利用二乙醚提取的油性成分,横向的弯曲刚性小于0.006gf·cm/cm,横向的弯曲恢复力小于0.005gf·cm/cm。

技术领域
本发明涉及纸巾。
背景技术
纸巾包括:对原纸赋予了包含多元醇的保湿剂的保湿纸巾;和未对原纸赋予保湿剂的非保湿纸巾。非保湿纸巾具有下述优点:不存在多元醇的吸湿导致的水含量增加,具有结实感及厚度感,并且粘腻感少、使用感干爽,保湿剂不会被转移到肌肤上。
另外,非保湿纸巾包括:重视价格的通用型的被称为通用纸巾的非保湿纸巾,其为2层,每1层的基重为12g/m2左右;和基重比其更高且价格高、属于与保湿纸巾同样地被认为是高级品的产品组的非保湿纸巾。
以往,后者的非保湿纸巾的基重高、厚度厚,但为了表现出作为高级品的柔软性及顺滑性,降低了纸的密度,特别是使其表现出厚度方向的缓冲特性。

发明所要解决的课题
但是,降低纸的密度时虽然厚度方向的缓冲特性提高,但表面的纤维变得稀疏,粗糙感也提高,因此仅通过降低纸的密度难以进一步提高柔软性及顺滑性。另外,若纸的密度过度降低,则强度容易不足,结实感容易降低。此外,若为了降低纸的密度而大量使用蓬松剂,则容易产生抄纸时从干燥机的剥离性容易变差等问题。
另一方面,若像保湿纸巾那样具有高水分含量,虽然容易表现出柔软性,但非保湿纸巾特有的使用感干爽、且柔软性优异的优点被削弱,同时结实感也降低。
因此,本发明的主要课题在于提供一种柔软性、顺滑性更优异、还具有结实感的高基重的非保湿纸巾。
用于解决课题的手段
用于解决上述课题的第一手段为一种纸巾,其为3层的纸巾,其特征在于,
每1层的基重为12.0g/m2以上,
3层的纸厚为200~265μm,
水分含量为4.0~9.0质量%,
包含0.15~0.45质量%的利用二乙醚提取的油性成分,
横向的弯曲刚性小于0.006gf·cm/cm,
横向的弯曲恢复力小于0.005gf·cm/cm。
第二手段为上述第一手段的纸巾,其中,
纵向的干燥拉伸强度为300~440cN,
横向的干燥拉伸强度为130~200cN。
第三手段为上述第一手段的纸巾,其中,未外添涂布多元醇。
第四手段为上述第一手段的纸巾,其中,不包含甘油。
发明的效果
根据上述本发明,提供一种柔软性、顺滑性更优异、还具有结实感的高基重的非保湿纸巾。

具体实施方式
以下,说明本发明的实施方式。
本发明的纸巾的层数为3层,每1层的基重为12.0g/m2以上。优选每1层的基重为13.0g/m2以上。关于非保湿型的高级品型的基重,在2层产品的情况下,每1层的基重为14.0g/m2以上,特别是基重的范围多在14.0~17.0g/m2的范围。这是因为,在小于14.0g/m2时,难以表现出厚度感、蓬松感,难以感受到与低价格通用品的差异。本实施方式中,通过将层数增加到3层,即使基重低于14.0g/m2,若以2层来看处于属于通用品的范围的12.0g/m2起的范围,也可获得厚度感,另外,可形成两个层间的空隙,缓冲特性也提高,与低价格通用品相比可充分获得高级感。此处,关于1层的基重的上限值,其越高则厚度感越优异,并不一定限定,但若基重过高则难以表现出柔软性。在本实施方式的3层纸巾的情况下,优选为14.6g/m2以下、更优选为14.0g/m2以下。本实施方式通过设定为3层,与2层不同,即使基重为略低的范围也可获得厚度感及缓冲特性。另外,通过为3层,结实感也提高。纸厚以3层计为200~265μm。在上述基重的范围内,可达到适度的低密度,与层间空隙相结合,容易感受到缓冲特性。
此处,本发明中的基重是指基于JIS P 8124(1998)测定的值,纸厚是指将试验片在JIS P 8111(1998)的条件下充分调湿后,在相同条件下使用表盘式测厚仪(厚度测定器)“PEACOCK G型”(尾崎制作所制)测定的值。该纸厚测定的具体过程如下:确认柱塞与测定台之间没有污物、尘埃等,将柱塞下降至测定台上,移动上述表盘式测厚仪的刻度使其归零,接着提起柱塞并将试样置于试验台上,缓慢地降下柱塞,读取此时的表数(gauge)。此时只是放置柱塞。柱塞的端子为金属制,使直径10mm的圆形平面与纸平面垂直地接触,该纸厚测定时的负荷为约70gf。将进行10次测定得到的平均值作为纸厚。
另一方面,本发明的纸巾的水分含量为4.0~9.0质量%。优选为4.0~8.0质量%。水分含量如下测定。从测定对象采集两组试样,在23℃、50%的恒温恒湿室中调湿3小时。将各试样分别装入称量瓶中,密封后测定质量。接着,在打开称量瓶的盖的状态下放入调整为105±3℃的干燥机中,干燥4小时。在干燥机中将称量瓶盖上盖,之后从干燥机中取出,将温度自然降至室温,进一步经过15~20分钟后,测定装有试样的称量瓶的质量。接着,由水分含量(质量%)=(((称量瓶+干燥前的试样的质量)-(称量瓶+干燥后的试样的质量))/((称量瓶+干燥前的纸的重量)-(称量瓶的重量)))×100的算式计算出水分含量。此处,在两组试样的水分含量(质量%)之差为1.0质量%以内的情况下,采用其平均值作为试样的水分含量(质量%)。需要说明的是,水分含量用%表示到小数点后一位。另一方面,在两组试样的水分含量之差超过1.0质量%的情况下,再次进行试验。
本发明的纸巾的水分含量在4.0~9.0质量%的范围。若水分含量在该范围,则具有干爽的感觉,并且感受到具有厚度感的高级感。此处,为了使水分含量为4.0~9.0质量%,优选制成未对原纸外添涂布保湿剂的非保湿纸巾。保湿纸巾的水分含量通常超过10.0质量%。若制成未对原纸外添涂布保湿剂的非保湿纸巾,则容易达到上述水分含量。需要说明的是,保湿剂是指通过甘油、1,3-丁二醇、丙二醇、3-甲基-1,3-丁二醇、1,3-丙二醇、2-甲基-1,3-丙二醇等多元醇的吸湿性来提高水分含量的外添试剂。
此外,本发明的纸巾优选不包含甘油。优选也不包含甘油作为内添剂。甘油通过高吸湿性提高水分含量,但含有甘油时容易表现出粘腻感。此外,本发明的纸巾优选也不包含三元以上的多元醇。这些为油性成分,容易表现出粘腻感。
该本发明的纸巾特征性地包含0.15~0.45质量%的利用二乙醚提取的油性成分。优选包含0.21~0.35质量%。进一步优选包含0.23~0.30质量%。二乙醚可有效地提取作为低极性物质的油脂。作为纸巾的主要原料的纸浆不包含油性成分。因此,本发明的油性成分是源于内添剂、特别是源于内添的柔软剂而含有的。需要说明的是,作为包含油性成分的纸巾,也有通过外添而涂布有硅酮或聚硅氧烷等油成分的纸巾,但上述范围是难以通过外添均匀地涂布的范围,并且是难以通过外添涂布表现出效果的范围。本发明人发现:无论是低基重的通用型还是高基重的高级型,该油性成分0.15~0.45质量%的范围均是在现有的非保湿纸巾中未见过的高含量。并且,若小于0.15质量%,则柔软性、顺滑性的提高效果小,若超过0.45质量%,则成本高且难以生产。
本发明的纸巾中,源于内添剂的利用二乙醚提取的油性成分多。即,被覆纸浆纤维的表面的油性成分多,由该油性成分的覆膜带来的表面的顺滑性和减弱纸浆间的氢键的作用强烈地发生作用,高度地表现出柔软性。此外,由于被覆纸浆纤维的表面的油性成分多,因此可通过软化效果保持纸浆的水分。即,虽然油性成分本身没有吸湿效果,但不会妨碍保持纸浆纤维本身吸湿的水分的效果,湿润感不会过度降低。
此处,为了达到高油性成分的含量,可以增加包含油脂成分的柔软剂的添加量,或增加柔软剂中的油脂成分,但由于利用二乙醚提取的油脂为低极性物质,因此通常即使单纯地增加柔软剂的添加量,在纤维上的固着率也难以提高。另外,对干燥机的粘附率降低,操作性有时也会变差。因此,为了提高利用二乙醚提取的油脂在纤维上的固着率,优选增加纸浆与油脂的接触机会。例如,使包含非离子活性剂和阳离子活性剂的弱阳离子性的酸性柔软剂为有效成分25~35质量%的低浓度,使粘度为500mPa·s以下,在纸机浆池、调浆箱(種箱)等抄纸设备的适当部位分散供给到纸料浆料中即可。
柔软剂的用量根据柔软剂的种类进行调整,相对于纸浆纤维的总重量为0.2~0.5质量%左右。若小于0.2质量%,有时无法获得充分的柔软效果,即便超过0.5质量%,固着率有时也不会提高。
柔软剂的种类并不一定限定,如上所述,优选阳离子型表面活性剂与非离子型表面活性剂的组合。并且,在不妨碍本发明的作用效果的范围内,可以加入高级醇类、脂肪酸酯类、酰基氨基酸酯类等软化成分。另外,在不妨碍本发明的作用效果的范围内,也可以加入少量的保湿剂等,但不包含外添多元醇。
作为软化成分的具体例,可以举出鳄梨油、扁桃仁油、橄榄油、茶花籽油、芝麻油、米糠油、红花油、大豆油、玉米油、菜籽油、杏仁油、杏桃仁油(persic oil)、桃仁油、蓖麻油、葵花籽油、葡萄籽油、棉籽油、椰子油、小麦胚芽油、米胚芽油、月見草油、杂交葵花籽油、澳洲坚果油、白芒花籽油、榛子油、棕榈仁油、棕榈油、椰子油、可可脂、乳木果油、木蜡、貂油、海龟油、卵黄油、牛脂、乳脂、猪油、马油、霍霍巴油、巴西棕榈蜡、小烛树蜡、米糠蜡、大西洋胄胸鲷油、蜂蜡、虫胶、羊毛脂、褐煤蜡、角鲨烯、角鲨烷、液体石蜡、石蜡、微晶蜡、凡士林、软质液体异链烷烃、氢化聚异丁烯、地蜡、纯白地蜡、α-烯烃低聚物、聚丁烯、聚乙烯等烃类、或者月桂酸、肉豆蔻酸、棕榈酸、硬脂酸、山嵛酸、羟基硬脂酸、油酸、亚油酸、乙基己酸、异硬脂酸、异棕榈酸、异十三酸、异壬酸、十五烷酸、月桂醇、硬脂醇、鲸蜡硬脂醇、山嵛醇、鲸蜡醇、油醇、羊毛脂醇、胆固醇、异胆固醇、谷甾醇、豆甾醇、异硬脂醇、辛基十二烷醇、己基癸醇、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯、棕榈酸异丙酯、硬脂酸丁酯、油酸乙酯、棕榈酸鲸蜡酯、肉豆蔻酸肉豆蔻酯、肉豆蔻酸辛基十二烷基酯、油酸辛基十二烷基酯、硬脂酸胆甾醇酯、羟基硬脂酸胆甾醇酯、三癸酸甘油酯、三肉豆蔻酸甘油酯、三辛酸甘油酯、异硬脂酸异丙酯、异硬脂酸乙酯、乙基己酸鲸蜡酯、乙基己酸硬脂酯、三乙基己酸甘油酯、三乙基己酸甘油酯、三乙基己酸三羟甲基丙烷、季戊四醇四(乙基己酸)酯、三异硬脂酸甘油酯、三异硬脂酸三羟甲基丙烷、季戊四醇四异硬脂酸酯、季戊四醇三异硬脂酸酯、异硬脂酸异鲸蜡酯、二甲基辛酸辛基十二烷基酯、乳酸肉豆蔻酯、乳酸鲸蜡酯、柠檬酸三辛基十二烷基酯和苹果酸二异硬脂酯。它们可以使用一种或两种以上。
作为阳离子型表面活性剂,可以从季铵盐、胺盐或胺等中适当选择。特别优选的阳离子型表面活性剂为季铵盐,优选使用季铵盐。作为具体例,可以举出二月桂基二甲基氯化铵、二硬脂基二甲基氯化铵、二肉豆蔻基二甲基氯化铵、二棕榈基二甲基氯化铵、二硬脂基二甲基氯化铵等。
作为非离子型表面活性剂,可以使用酯型、醚型、酯醚型、烷醇酰胺型、烷基糖苷等。作为酯型的示例,可以举出山梨聚糖脂肪酸酯、二乙二醇单硬脂酸酯、二乙二醇单油酸酯、单硬脂酸甘油酯、单油酸甘油酯、
丙二醇单硬脂酸酯、N-(3-油酰氧基-2-羟基丙基)二乙醇胺、聚氧乙烯氢化蓖麻油、聚氧乙烯山梨糖醇蜂蜡、聚氧乙烯山梨糖醇酐倍半硬脂酸酯、聚氧乙烯单油酸酯、聚氧乙烯单月桂酸酯等。另外,作为醚型,有聚氧乙烯烷基醚、聚氧乙烯烷基苯基醚等,具体而言,可以举出聚氧乙烯十六烷基醚、聚氧乙烯月桂基醚等。
此处,本发明中的利用二乙醚提取的油性成分的比例通过INTEC株式会社制造的快速残留脂肪提取装置OC-1或其同等仪器或兼容仪器进行测定。该装置的构造如下:将试样装入下部具有提取口的附带的试管内,之后供给溶剂,则来自上述提取口的提取液落至位于下部的被加热的铝制托盘上,仅溶剂蒸发,由铝制托盘的提取液滴加前后的质量差求出提取物质量,从而能够快速且简便地测定试样中的油性成分。然后,可以由该提取物质量和试样的质量计算出提取物的比例。本发明中,试样是3层为1组的2组纸巾,所使用的二乙醚的量为10cc。另外,投入二乙醚后,在60秒内利用推杆开始进行推入。
另一方面,本发明的纸巾的横向的弯曲刚性小于0.006gf·cm/cm、横向的弯曲恢复力小于0.005gf·cm/cm。该范围作为3层、每1层的基重为12.0g/m2以上的高基重的非保湿纸巾来说是低的值。本实施方式的纸巾包含大量油性成分,纤维间的结合被减弱,因此在纸的横向的纸强度所涉及的物性方面表现出显著的特征。横向的弯曲刚性和横向的弯曲恢复性是指将试样与试样的流动方向成直角地弯曲时,纵向的弯曲刚性和纵向的弯曲恢复性是指将试样与试样的流动方向平行地弯曲时。横向的弯曲刚性和横向的弯曲恢复力是与正交于褶皱的棱线的方向上的弯曲有关的指标,因此在横向的弯曲刚性和横向的弯曲恢复力低时,柔软且容易感受到柔软性。需要说明的是,本发明的横向的弯曲刚性和横向的弯曲恢复力是利用KATO TECH株式会社制造的纯弯曲试验机KES-FB2-A或其同等仪器或具有兼容功能的测定器测定的值。另外,在测定时,使用在23℃、50%的恒温恒湿室中调湿3小时以上的试样,试样的尺寸为200×200mm,测定次数为N=5,将其平均值作为测定值。弯曲刚性被认为与人将物体弯曲时感受到的柔软性、刚性有关,认为弯曲刚性的值越大则越刚硬、越小则越柔软。另外,弯曲恢复力被认为与人将物体弯曲并恢复到原样时感受到的恢复性(弹性)有关,认为值越大则恢复性越差、越小则恢复性越好。
此外,本发明的纸巾优选纵向的干燥拉伸强度为300~440cN,横向的干燥拉伸强度为130~200cN。特别优选的横向的干燥拉伸强度为150~180cN。若纵向的干燥拉伸强度为300~440cN的范围,则为充分的干燥拉伸强度。另一方面,在3层的纸巾的情况下,若横向的干燥拉伸强度小于130cN,则使用时容易破损。另外,若超过200cN,则难以感受到柔软性的提高效果。本发明的纸巾中,特别是横向的干燥拉伸强度低。纵向的干燥拉伸强度是将褶皱展开的方向的纸强度,因此容易通过褶皱来调整强度。需要说明的是,制造本发明的纸巾时的优选起皱率为15~28%。另一方面,横向的干燥拉伸强度是与褶皱被展开的纵向正交的方向上的纸强度,因此纤维彼此的结合所形成的部分大,并且有时会对柔软性的感受方式产生影响。本发明的横向的干燥拉伸强度作为3层来说是略低的值,认为这是因为,利用二乙醚提取的油性成分的比例多,因此纤维间的氢键被减弱。本发明的纸巾中,特别是纵向的干燥拉伸强度为通常的范围,同时特别是横向的干燥拉伸强度略微降低,因此容易感受到柔软性。需要说明的是,本发明的干燥拉伸强度是指基于JIS P 8113(1998)的拉伸试验以试样宽度25mm测定的值。本发明的干燥拉伸强度的调整中可以使用公知的干强剂。这样,本发明的纸巾的横向的干燥拉伸强度作为3层的非保湿的高基重高级型来说是弱的,此外,横向的弯曲刚性和横向的弯曲恢复力也低于现有的非保湿的高基重高级型,因此柔软性和顺滑性优异。
本发明的纸巾中的纸浆纤维优选将NBKP(针叶树硫酸盐纸浆)和LBKP(阔叶树硫酸盐纸浆)混配而成。特别是,纸浆纤维优选仅由NBKP和LBKP构成,混配比例优选为NBKP:LBKP=20:80~80:20,特别优选为NBKP:LBKP=30:70~60:40。通过该NBKP与LBKP的混配比,可以调整纸强度、柔软度等。另外,本发明的纸巾可以在不妨碍本发明效果的范围内包含化学纤维、槿麻纤维、棉纤维等公知的纤维。
实施例
接着,对于本发明的纸巾的实施例和比较例,测定物性值并进行感官试验。各例中的组成和物性值如下述表1所示。另外,各物性值的测定方法如上所述。比较例1中,纸厚、抗弯性、弯曲恢复量不在本发明的范围内,提取油分量在本发明的范围内。比较例2~比较例5是每1层的基重为14.0g/m2以上的2层的高级型纸巾。
实施例1和实施例2中,作为柔软剂,使用了包含非离子活性剂和阳离子活性剂的弱阳离子性的酸性柔软剂,使其为有效成分25~35质量%的低浓度且使粘度为500Pa·s以下,以提高固着率。关于柔软剂的用量,实施例1中以纸浆质量比计为0.35质量%,实施例2中为0.40质量%。另外,实施例1和实施例2中的纸浆纤维是100%原生纸浆,不包含废纸纸浆。
另外,感官试验如下进行评价。标准试样是作为市售品的比较例2。比较例1中,柔软性、顺滑性的预先评价高,并且,利用二乙醚提取的油性成分的量在比较例中显示为最高值。评价方法为下述方法:设标准试样的评价为4分,其他示例的试样与其对比按照1~7分进行评价。需要说明的是,作为大概的基准,对受试者给出了下述基准,即,1分:与标准试样相比非常差(厌恶),2分:与标准试样相比差(厌恶),3分:与标准试样相比稍差(厌恶),4分:与标准品相同,5分:与标准品相比稍好(喜欢),6分:与标准品相比好(喜欢),7分:与标准品相比非常好(喜欢)。
关于顺滑性的评价,将1组纸巾沿纵向对折,将该对折后的试样置于表面平滑的水平台上,用食指从一端至另一端横向滑动1次,判断此时的顺滑性。关于柔软性、湿润感、喜好的评价,受试者自由地接触1组纸巾来进行评价。受试者为11人,表中的数值为其平均值。需要说明的是,图1中将结果以曲线图示出。
如表1中结果所示,可以确认到:实施例中提取油性成分量高,油性成分固着。另外,另一方面,水分含量与比较例相同,不具有多元醇那样的吸湿性。另外,横向的弯曲刚性的物性值低,表明1张纸巾的抗弯性低。横向的弯曲恢复性的物性值低,表明1张纸巾的弯曲恢复性好。关于感官评价的结果,不仅比作为标准试样的比较例2好,与其他全部比较例相比也是非常良好的结果。
另外,比较例1中,基重略低,纸厚高于本发明,密度过低。像这样密度过度降低时,纵向和横向的干燥拉伸强度降低,但弯曲恢复性和弯曲刚性未充分降低,柔软性及顺滑性的评价未提高。认为这是因为,1张纸巾的较厚的纸厚产生的影响大,弯曲刚性提高。相对于这样的比较例1的结果,对比本发明的实施例来看,本发明的实施例中,弯曲恢复性和弯曲刚性低,特别是横向的弯曲恢复性和横向的弯曲刚性两者低,感官评价显著提高。
此外,与比较例2~4进行对比,比较例2~4为2层,就总基重和纸厚来说实施例更高。但是,实施例中提取油分量多,弯曲恢复性和横向的弯曲刚性低,感官评价也高。而且,干燥拉伸强度高。
这样,通过制成本发明的3层的纸巾,可提供柔软性、顺滑性更优异、还具有结实感及厚度感的高基重的非保湿纸巾。
Claims (4)
1.一种纸巾,其为3层的纸巾,其特征在于,
每1层的基重为12.0g/m2以上,
3层的纸厚为200~265μm,
水分含量为4.0~9.0质量%,
包含0.15~0.45质量%的利用二乙醚提取的油性成分,
横向的弯曲刚性小于0.006gf·cm/cm,横向的弯曲恢复力小于0.005gf·cm/cm。
2.如权利要求1所述的纸巾,其中,
纵向的干燥拉伸强度为300~440cN,
横向的干燥拉伸强度为130~200cN。
3.如权利要求1所述的纸巾,其中,未外添涂布多元醇。
4.如权利要求1所述的纸巾,其中,不包含甘油。
