Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present application, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments that can be derived from the embodiments given herein by a person of ordinary skill in the art are intended to be within the scope of the present disclosure.
In the embodiment of the application, a corresponding solution is provided for enabling a user to more conveniently perform unified settlement of multiple commodity objects. In this embodiment, after the user selects a plurality of commodity objects to be settled and clicks an operation option such as "settle" or the like, an operation option for setting the shipping address information in the commodity object dimension may be provided in the skipped target interface. In this way, the user can set different delivery addresses for a plurality of commodity objects to be settled currently. But at the same time, the system can still carry out uniform settlement on a plurality of different commodity objects corresponding to different receiving addresses. In other words, the collective payment can be used to calculate information such as the total amount to be paid for a plurality of merchandise items corresponding to different delivery addresses. In addition, in the process of calculating the total payment to be paid, the calculation of the user rights hit by the specific commodity object, the calculation of freight fee and the like can be involved. In the embodiment of the application, in the process of calculating the user rights, a plurality of commodity objects which correspond to different receiving addresses and have the same user rights identification can be aggregated together, and whether the conditions corresponding to the user rights are hit or not can be judged uniformly. That is, merchandise items that need to be delivered to different shipping addresses may be "singled out". When the freight rate is calculated, the freight rate can be calculated according to different receiving addresses corresponding to specific commodity objects, especially in a cross-border scene, different receiving addresses may be located in different countries, at this time, a larger difference may exist in the specific freight rate, and the calculation may be performed by a related logistics service provider and the like.
By the mode, a user can uniformly settle a plurality of commodity objects which need to be distributed to different receiving addresses, so that uniform payment and other operations can be realized, the operation process of the user can be simplified, and the transaction is convenient to achieve.
From the perspective of system architecture, referring to fig. 1, the embodiment of the present application may relate to a client and a server of a commodity object information system, where the client is mainly a client provided for a consumer user to use, and specifically may be used for displaying a front-end interface, interacting with the user, and the like. The server can be used for carrying out specific settlement and other processing, and processing a settlement result to the client.
The following describes in detail specific implementations provided in embodiments of the present application.
Example one
In the first embodiment, from the perspective of the client, a method for processing information of a commodity object is provided, with reference to fig. 2, the method may specifically include:
s210: a plurality of merchandise objects to be settled are determined.
Specifically, the commodity objects to be settled are the commodity objects which need to be purchased for placing orders currently, and are included in a plurality of items, generally because the system provides a shopping cart function for users. In the process of browsing the commodity object information, a user can temporarily add an interested commodity object to a shopping cart waiting settlement commodity object set, then enter a specific shopping cart page to check the commodity object which needs to be purchased actually, and then initiate a request for settlement of the checked commodity object through operation options such as 'settlement removal' in the shopping cart page. At this time, the checked commodity objects may be commodity objects to be settled. In the embodiment of the present application, it mainly relates to a case where a plurality of commodity objects are simultaneously selected for settlement, and therefore, a plurality of commodity objects to be settled may exist.
S220: providing operation options for setting the receiving address information of the plurality of commodity objects in a target interface; the target interface comprises an interface for confirming order information;
after the user selects a plurality of commodity objects in the shopping cart page and clicks operation options such as 'go to settle' and the like, the user can enter a target interface for displaying specific settlement result information. In general, the top position of the target interface displays default receiving address information, and in addition, multiple commodity object information selected by the user can be displayed, including settlement result information of each commodity object, and specifically including information of amount to be paid, freight information, and preference information of each commodity object. In the prior art, the information in the target interface is not editable except that the default receiving address information can be modified. And, if the default shipping address is modified, it means that all the goods objects to be settled currently use the modified shipping address.
In the embodiment of the present application, an operation option for setting the shipping address information in the commodity object dimension may be provided, that is, different shipping addresses may be set for a plurality of commodity objects that need to be subjected to the unified settlement. The specific operation options can be in various forms when the method is specifically implemented. For example, in one approach, default shipping address information may still be provided in the target interface, while operational options for address modification may be provided for each specific item object to be settled. Therefore, the commodity objects needing address modification can be modified through the corresponding operation options. The modified address information may be recorded as attribute information of the corresponding commodity object, and the information may be used subsequently when settlement and order generation are performed. Wherein, the commodity object without modified address can still correspond to the default receiving address. In addition, the default shipping address may be in a modifiable state.
For example, assuming that the "shopping cart" interface is as shown in fig. 3-1, which includes two commodity objects, the user may click on the "go to settle" option after selecting the two commodity objects, and then may enter the "order confirmation" interface shown in fig. 3-2, that is, the target interface in the embodiment of the present application. In the present embodiment, in the "order confirmation" interface, default shipping address information may be provided, and at the same time, an operation option of "modify address" may be provided for each specific merchandise object, as shown at 31 in fig. 3-2. If the user needs to modify the receiving address of a certain commodity object, the corresponding 'modifying address' option can be clicked. Thereafter, an address management interface, as shown in FIGS. 3-3, may be presented, which may include address information that has been historically used by the current user, from which the user may select. Alternatively, a new shipping address may be edited, and so on.
In another mode, in order to facilitate the user to perform batch operation, a check operation control and an operation option for performing address modification in batch may be provided for each commodity object in the target interface, and the user may check a plurality of commodity objects that need to be modified to the same address, and then operate through the operation option to enter a specific address selection or editing interface, and after completing selection or editing, may implement batch modification of the shipping addresses of the plurality of commodity objects.
In addition, an operation option for uploading a target configuration file can be provided in the target interface, wherein the target configuration file is used for recording the receiving addresses corresponding to the commodity objects respectively; and then, after the uploaded target configuration file is received through the operation options, the at least two receiving addresses and the corresponding commodity objects are determined through analyzing the target configuration file. In this way, the user can set the receiving addresses corresponding to the plurality of commodity objects through the files in the formats of Excel and the like, and then upload the files, so that the system can determine different receiving addresses corresponding to specific commodity objects through analysis of the files.
S230: and acquiring at least two receiving addresses set based on the operation options, and determining the commodity objects corresponding to the at least two receiving addresses respectively.
When the operation option is provided, at least two delivery addresses set based on the operation option may be acquired, and the commodity objects corresponding to the at least two delivery addresses may be determined.
S240: and settling the commodity objects corresponding to the at least two receiving addresses, and providing a combined payment operation option for combined payment of different commodity objects corresponding to the at least two receiving addresses.
In the embodiment of the present application, for the case that the receiving address of the partial commodity object is modified, the plurality of commodity objects to be currently settled correspond to the plurality of different receiving addresses, the unified settlement of the plurality of commodity objects corresponding to the plurality of different receiving addresses can still be continuously performed, so as to obtain the settlement result information of the plurality of commodity objects respectively. That is, although a plurality of product objects correspond to different delivery addresses, uniform settlement can be performed. The advantage of the uniform settlement is that on one hand, uniform payment can be carried out, and multiple times of respective payment are avoided, and on the other hand, "bill making up" can be carried out conveniently, so that the user can better enjoy the preferential benefit brought to the user by the user interest.
For example, the system provides the user with a coupon of "500 minus 100", wherein the specific use condition is "500 yuan", the user can select a plurality of commodity objects with the user interest identifier through a "shopping cart" to realize "order making", thereby enjoying the "100 yuan minus" advantage, and the like. At this time, it is assumed that a certain user selects 5 commodity objects with the user interest marks in total, and the total price attribute of the commodity objects satisfies the condition of "full 500", but since 3 of the commodity objects need to be distributed to the own home address and 2 commodity objects need to be distributed to the own office address, in the prior art, only two times of settlement can be performed. However, the condition of "full 500" may not be satisfied any more at each settlement, so that the user cannot enjoy the corresponding benefit. At this time, the user either needs to select more merchandise objects for each settlement to "bill" the two settlement processes separately, or may give up the purchase directly due to failure or difficulty in success of "bill making", etc.
In the embodiment of the application, different receiving addresses can be set for different commodity objects in the settlement interface, and a plurality of commodity objects corresponding to the different receiving addresses can still be subjected to unified settlement, so that 'order making' is easier. For example, in the foregoing example, the user may select all of the 5 merchandise objects selected by the user, click on the "go to settle" option, and display a default shipping address, which may be the home address of the user, in the jump-to-target interface, in which case the user only needs to modify the shipping addresses of the two merchandise objects to be delivered to the office address in the interface to change to the associated office address. Thus, the two goods objects correspond to the shipping address of the two goods objects which is the office address of the two goods objects, and the other three goods objects which are not modified still correspond to the default home address. However, particularly when settlement is performed, the 5 commodity objects can still be uniformly settled. That is, the information such as the price attributes of the 5 commodity objects can be added to judge whether the use condition corresponding to the specific user interest is hit, and if yes, the discount amount can be shared according to the information such as the discount mode of the specific user interest, and the discount amortization amount corresponding to each commodity object is determined. Then, the preferential price attribute information can be calculated according to the specific price attribute information of the commodity object and the amortization amount, and the like.
In addition, particularly, in the process of carrying out unified settlement, calculation of freight attribute information and tax attribute information corresponding to the commodity object can be involved, and further, information such as the amount to be paid of the specific commodity object can be determined according to the preferential price attribute information, the preferential freight attribute information and the like. And the sum of the to-be-paid amounts of the commodity objects can determine the total to-be-paid amount so as to carry out uniform payment. The tax attribute information may be added to the amount to be paid if the user of the buyer is required to pay the tax attribute information, and it is needless to say that the user does not need to pay the tax any more in this case, but the calculation result of the tax may be used in the subsequent links such as tax refund.
In the calculation of the freight attribute, the freight cost may be greatly different between the same delivery location and the delivery address of different countries because the specific freight cost is usually related to the delivery address, especially in the case of cross-border transaction. Therefore, in the embodiment of the present application, after different receiving addresses corresponding to a plurality of different commodity objects are determined, the freight attribute information corresponding to each commodity object may be determined according to the different receiving addresses corresponding to the plurality of commodity objects. The specific freight attribute information may be determined in a variety of ways, for example, in one way, the information of the specific goods object and the receiving address information may be provided to a system of the logistics service provider for calculation to obtain the specific freight attribute information, and the like.
As described above, in the embodiment of the present application, a cross-border scenario may be involved, and different shipping addresses corresponding to a plurality of different merchandise objects that need to be settled in a unified manner may correspond to different countries. For example, for a user in a european country, due to the relatively close distance between the countries in europe, there are often situations where the user lives in one country but works in another country, and thus, the home address and the office address are located in different countries. In the embodiment of the present application, when different shipping addresses are set for different merchandise objects, the different shipping addresses may also be shipping addresses of different countries. For example, in the foregoing example, the user may set the shipping address of the 3 merchandise objects he or she has selected as the home address located in the uk, the shipping address of the other 2 merchandise objects as the office address located in france, and so on.
In the above case, since the currency units used in different countries are usually different, for example, the currency units used in uk are pounds, while france may be euro, etc. Therefore, in the specific implementation, the settlement result information of the corresponding commodity object can be described according to the currency unit corresponding to the country to which the delivery address belongs. For example, information such as a specific price attribute and freight rate may be expressed in a unit of pound in the settlement result information corresponding to a commodity object whose destination is uk, information such as a specific price attribute and freight rate may be expressed in a unit of euro in the settlement result information corresponding to a commodity object whose destination is france, and so on. Of course, when the specific unified payment is performed, the payment can be performed by uniformly using the payment currency of the user, but the specific settlement result information can be expressed by the currency unit of the country corresponding to the specific receiving address in the settlement result information interface.
After the settlement result information corresponding to the plurality of commodity objects is determined, the settlement result information of the plurality of commodity objects can be displayed in the target interface. It should be noted that, if the default receiving address information exists in the target interface and the user modifies the receiving address of the commodity object through the operation option corresponding to the specific commodity object, in the initial state, the settlement result information of each commodity object can be determined according to the default receiving address; after the receiving address of one or several commodity objects is modified, the settlement result information of the commodity object or several commodity objects is updated and displayed, and the like.
When the settlement result information corresponding to the plurality of commodity objects is displayed, total settlement result information including total amount to be paid, total preference information and the like can be provided. Then, an operation option for performing consolidated payment on the plurality of commodity objects corresponding to the plurality of different delivery addresses may be provided, so that the consolidated payment may be performed on the plurality of commodity objects. That is, for a plurality of merchandise objects that need to be delivered to a plurality of different shipping addresses, payment for the merchandise objects can be completed only by one payment operation.
In addition, in specific implementation, after receiving the message of completing the payment operation through the operation option, a plurality of orders may be generated according to a plurality of different receiving addresses corresponding to the plurality of commodity objects, where each order corresponds to one receiving address. That is, although the settlement and payment processing are performed in a unified manner for a plurality of product objects, specifically, when an order is generated, the order can be split into a plurality of orders according to the difference in the receiving address for the order, so that the logistics information and the like of the order can be tracked.
In summary, according to the embodiment of the present application, after a plurality of commodity objects to be settled are determined, an operation option for setting the receiving address information from the commodity object dimension can be provided in the target interface, so that a user can set different receiving addresses for the commodity objects according to specific requirements, and then, the settlement can be uniformly performed for the plurality of commodity objects corresponding to the plurality of different receiving addresses, and the calculation result information can be displayed. In this way, a plurality of different commodity objects corresponding to different receiving addresses can still be subjected to unified settlement, and the user is not required to perform multiple settlement and payment processing. In addition, through the unified settlement of the plurality of different commodity objects corresponding to different receiving addresses, the commodity objects of different receiving addresses can also participate in the 'order making', so that the use conditions of specific user rights and interests are conveniently met, and further the achievement of transactions is promoted.
Example two
The second embodiment corresponds to the first embodiment, and provides a commodity object information processing method from the perspective of the server, and referring to fig. 4, the method may include:
s410: determining information of a plurality of commodity objects to be settled and receiving addresses corresponding to the commodity objects, wherein at least two commodity objects correspond to different receiving addresses;
s420: uniformly settling a plurality of commodity objects corresponding to different receiving addresses to respectively obtain settlement result information of the commodity objects;
s430: and providing the settlement result information to the client so as to be displayed in a target interface of the client.
Wherein, when the unified settlement is carried out, the freight attribute information and/or the tax attribute information of the commodity objects can be determined according to a plurality of different receiving addresses corresponding to the commodity objects
In addition, after a plurality of commodity objects which correspond to different receiving addresses and have the same user interest identifier are aggregated, whether the same user interest use condition is hit or not can be judged, and the to-be-paid amount information of the plurality of commodity objects can be determined according to the judgment result.
If a plurality of commodity objects corresponding to different receiving addresses hit the use condition of the same user interest, using the preferential mode information corresponding to the user interest information to determine the preferential amortization amount corresponding to each of the plurality of commodity objects; and then, determining attribute information of the amount to be paid of the plurality of commodity objects corresponding to different receiving addresses according to the preferential amortization amount.
Furthermore, total payment amount information of the plurality of commodity objects corresponding to the plurality of different receiving addresses can be provided, so that the plurality of commodity objects corresponding to the plurality of different receiving addresses can be subjected to unified payment. After the unified payment operation is completed, a plurality of orders can be generated according to a plurality of different receiving addresses corresponding to the commodity objects, and each order corresponds to one receiving address.
EXAMPLE III
In the foregoing embodiment, in a scenario where a user selects a plurality of commodity objects for settlement and needs to deliver different commodity objects to a plurality of different delivery addresses, an implementation scheme is provided that can combine settlement and payment. In practical application, there may be a "community group buying" scenario, where the "community group buying" is a regional and localized group buying form based on real communities. Through preferential activities in a group buying form provided by the community stores for surrounding residents (in the community), the accurate marketing and consumption stimulation of the stores to core customers are promoted, and a positive effect is generated on the marketing of the stores. In specific implementation, the shop can use the related information publishing platform to publish the commodity object information participating in the group purchase, and the residents find the group purchase product or service provided by the shop through searching and other modes, and then can purchase the specific group purchase product or service through telephone presetting and other modes. On the other hand, in a specific shop side, there is a possibility that the corresponding stock is not available in the shop, and it is necessary to directly deliver the product to the residents from the upstream supplier. The shop side can perform specific ordering operation through a specific commodity object information system, wherein the specific ordering operation comprises selecting a specific upstream supplier and a specific commodity object, and ordering according to an address provided by a specific resident. In the prior art, if there are a plurality of residents reserving the same commodity object and correspond to different specific addresses (building numbers, house numbers, etc.), a plurality of orders need to be created and paid for multiple times respectively according to the addresses of the residents reserving the commodity object specifically. Of course, in practical applications, there may be other situations where the same commodity object needs to be delivered to different receiving addresses, and in the prior art, multiple orders need to be created and paid separately.
