Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present application, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments obtained by a person of ordinary skill in the art based on the embodiments in the present application are within the scope of protection of the present application.
It should be noted that, in the process of implementing the embodiment of the present application, the inventor of the present application finds that there may be some special commodities in the commodity information service system, and the particularity of the commodities is that, in the process of purchasing the commodities, the user may only need a small amount of information to make a purchase decision quickly, and in addition, the commodities may only have a single SKU (Stock Keeping Unit). For example, for some commodity-like items, such as some tissues, beverages, snacks, etc., a user may only need to make a purchase decision based on simple information such as specification, price, brand, etc. However, according to the prior art scheme, when purchasing such a product, a user needs to enter a product detail page to select a SKU (even if there is only one SKU, the SKU needs to be switched to a selected state to be able to place an order), then after clicking a control such as "purchase immediately" to purchase the product, the user needs to jump to an order confirmation page, further confirm information such as a receiving address, a purchase quantity, and a SKU in the page, and then click a control such as "submit an order" to be able to create a corresponding transaction order.
Based on the above situation, in the embodiment of the present application, an implementation scheme capable of rapidly placing orders is provided. In this scenario, some goods that can make a purchase decision quickly may be organized together by the platform operator of the goods information services system. For example, some platform-level marketing campaigns may be organized and conditions may be specified that need to be met for items that are specifically attended to the campaign, including items that can make a quick purchase decision, or items with a single SKU, or if there are multiple SKUs, one of the SKUs to be attended to the campaign, and so on. Thus, the merchant can select some qualified commodities from the store to participate in the activity according to the above conditions, and can also submit some critical information related to the shopping decision of the user according to the requirements, for example, the specific requirements may include: the format of the title of the item, the fields of information that need to be included in the title (e.g., SKU information for the item may be written into the title of the item), the length of the title (e.g., the number of words of the title may be limited, etc., to enable a particular title to be displayed in a single row), etc.
Then, the information of the commodities can be displayed in an aggregation manner through one page, specifically, a specific page can be generated by taking a specific activity as a unit, and the page can be referred to as a detail page of the activity scene. In such a page, corresponding information cards may be generated for the commodities participating in the event, respectively, and the information cards may be collectively and switchably displayed in the page. That is, a plurality of information cards may be included in the details page of an activity. Each information card may include the critical information related to the user shopping decision, and may further include information related to order confirmation (e.g., SKU information, shipping address information, etc.), and target operation controls. Therefore, a user can make a shopping decision and confirm order information based on the information card, and then can finish purchasing and order submitting operations in one key mode by clicking the operation control in the information card.
That is to say, in the embodiment of the present application, for a commodity participating in a specific activity, a user may directly implement "one-click order creation" for a specific target commodity according to an information card displayed in a detail page of the activity, without entering the detail page of the specific commodity again, and perform operations such as SKU selection, receiving address confirmation, and the like, so that the operation cost of the user may be reduced, and the browsing-purchasing conversion rate of the commodity may be favorably improved.
From the perspective of system architecture, the embodiment of the application can provide a specific function of one-click order creation in a commodity information service system. Referring to fig. 1, the goods information service system may include a client and a server, wherein the client may be divided into a merchant and a consumer. The server can be used for organizing specific events, the merchant can register through a registration entry of the merchant, information such as the ID of goods submitted to the specific events is included, if the goods are multiple SKU goods, the SKU of the events can be appointed based on an interface of the merchant, in addition, titles can be added to the specific goods according to requirements, and the like. Upon completion of the merchant entry, the platform operator may publish a link to the activity so that such a link may be exposed in a related page in the consumer user side, and the user may trigger the exposure of a details page for the activity by clicking on the link, or the like. Specifically, when the display is performed, the server may further filter or sort the commodities associated with the specific activity according to information such as personalized preference of the current user, and provide information of the commodities (which may include key information related to a purchase decision of the corresponding commodity, for example, a main map, a price, a title, where the title may include SKU information, and the like), and receiving address information commonly used or recently used by the user, to the client. The customer end can generate a plurality of information cards according to the information and display the information cards in the detail obtaining page. In the subsequent process that the user executes interaction based on the activity detail page, the client may also respond to specific interaction operations, including switching and displaying information cards in a left-right sliding manner or the like, and may also notify the server to create a transaction order based on information related to order confirmation in an information card when an operation control in the information card is operated.
The following describes in detail specific implementations provided in embodiments of the present application.
Example one
First, in the first embodiment, from the perspective of the client, a method for processing commodity information is provided, and referring to fig. 2, the method may specifically include:
s201: responding to a request for browsing details of a target activity scene initiated by a user, and displaying a detail page of the target activity scene, wherein the detail page comprises at least one information card which corresponds to at least one commodity associated with the target activity scene, and the information card comprises key information related to purchase decision of the corresponding commodity, information related to order confirmation and a target operation control.
In specific implementation, the platform operator may release link information about a specific activity to some channels, for example, the platform operator initiates an activity named "0.1 meta-package post", and may release a link to the activity after multiple merchants register for participation and specify information about specific registered commodities and the like. For example, the active link may be specifically published to a client top page, and the active link is displayed on the client top page in a pop-up window or the like, and the user is guided to click. It should be noted that, in a specific implementation, when the active link is released in a scene such as a home page of a client, whether the active link is displayed may be determined based on a specific user, or, when there are a plurality of different activities, which active link is to be popped up may be determined based on information such as personalized preferences of the user, and so on.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment of the present application, after a platform operator initiates an activity, in the process of registration of a specific merchant, strict control may be performed on a specific commodity participating in the activity, including commodity quality, whether a quick decision is appropriate, whether a SKU is single, and the like. Only the commodities which are qualified in various aspects can become the commodities related to the specific activity. In addition, when registering to participate in the event, the merchant may provide a registration interface for the merchant, through which the merchant selects the commodities participating in the event from the published commodities associated with its store, and may provide the commodities with titles satisfying the format requirements, for example, the information of the SKU may be embodied in the title, and the number of words of the title may also have a certain limit, so that the title may be displayed in a single line, and so on. Alternatively, if multiple SKUs are associated with a particular item enrolled for an event, one of the SKUs may be selected via the interface to participate in the current event, and so on.
After a number of associated items are determined for a particular campaign, the campaign links may be published. Then, after the user performs operations such as clicking on the activity link, a request for performing detail browsing on the corresponding activity scene may be triggered, and accordingly, a detail page corresponding to the activity scene may be displayed. In the embodiment of the present application, the detail page may include at least one information card, which corresponds to at least one item associated with the target activity scene. That is, assuming that a certain activity scenario has N items associated with it, N information cards may be included in the details page. Certainly, in practical applications, the commodities displayed in the detail pages may also be screened or sorted according to personalized information of specific users, that is, contents of the detail pages of the same activity seen by different users may not be completely the same.
In a specific implementation, the specific activity scenario may also be associated with user rights information, for example, the aforementioned activity named "time-limited exclusive share 0.1 meta-package post", where "0.1 meta-package post" is also a user right provided for the user, that is, when the user clicks to purchase a certain item through the detail page of the activity, the user may enjoy the right of "0.1 meta-package post". In a preferred embodiment, if a specific activity scenario is associated with user interest information, the specific activity scenario may be presented in a detail page of the activity, for example, title information about a target activity scenario may be presented in the activity detail page, and the title information may be associated with the user interest information. For example, as shown at 31 in FIG. 3, which illustrates an activity details page in one example, where the user benefit associated with the activity is "0.1 meta-package post," the user benefit information may be presented at the top of the activity details page in the form of an activity title, and so on.
In an optional mode, the content of a single information card can be displayed within a screen range. For example, as shown at 32 in fig. 3, the information card corresponds to a commodity, and all contents of the information card can be displayed in the same screen, that is, the user does not need to slide the screen up and down to browse all contents of the information card.
In a specific implementation, as shown in fig. 3, the detail page of the specific target activity scene may include an activity scene title display area 33 and an information card display area 34; the activity scene title display area 33 is configured to display title information of the target activity scene, and may be, for example, the activity title generated according to the associated user interest, or may express the activity title in another manner when the user interest is not associated with the specific activity. The information card display area 34 may include a display container that is responsive to a left-right sliding operation, so that a plurality of information cards can be displayed in a switching manner by performing a left-right sliding operation in the information card display area, for example, as shown in fig. 3, an information card 32 is currently displayed in the information card display area, and at this time, by performing a left-right sliding operation in the area, another information card can be switched to and displayed for information of another commodity. In the process of switching the information cards in the information card display area, the content of the activity scene title display area can be kept unchanged. That is to say, in this way, because multiple commodities displayed in the page participate in the same activity, the commodities can share the title of the activity, and especially in the case of naming the activity title by using specific user interest information, the resident displayed activity title can strengthen the expression of the interest obtained by the specific user, which is beneficial to improving the purchase conversion rate of the user.
In addition, in order to facilitate quick switching of the information cards, a product label display area, for example, an area shown as 35 in fig. 3, may be further disposed between the activity scene title display area and the information card display area. The commodity label display area can also comprise a display container capable of responding to left-right sliding operation, the display container can comprise a commodity label corresponding to at least one commodity, and brief information of the corresponding commodity can be displayed on the specific commodity label, so that a user can perform preliminary overview on which commodities are contained in the current page through the label display area, and in addition, the information card displayed in the information card display area can be switched by selecting the commodity label in the commodity label display area. For example, clicking a certain product tag in the tag display area may cause the information card display area to display an information card corresponding to the product, and so on.
The above describes the composition structure of the get details page, and the following describes the content presented in the specific information card. As described above, in the embodiment of the present application, each information card may correspond to a commodity, and in a preferred implementation, the content presented in one information card may be displayed in the same screen, that is, the content displayed in the information card is relatively simplified. However, critical information related to purchase decision and information for order confirmation may still be presented through such a compact information card to enable a user to complete a purchase decision and confirm information required to create an order based on the single-screen presented information card.
Critical information relevant to the purchase decision may include, among other things, the main picture of the good, which typically requires only one, title, and price information, as shown, for example, at 35 in fig. 3. To save space, the title may also be relatively short, for example, as shown at 36 in fig. 3, the text of the title of the article may be presented in a single line. With respect to price information, it may then be presented on a specific operational control, which in a preferred implementation may be a price that is enjoyed after the associated user interest is taken. For example, in the event of "0.1 yuan package post", all the commodities participating in the event can be picked up at a price of 0.1 yuan, and therefore the price of the commodity can be displayed as "0.1 yuan" and wait.
In addition, in the embodiment of the present application, information related to order confirmation may be displayed on the information card. The information related to order confirmation mainly comprises SKU information of the goods and receiving address information. In the prior art, the SKU information generally needs to be selected by a user, and even if only one SKU exists, the SKU needs to be selected. However, in embodiments of the present application, a particular item may have unique SKU information, and the SKU information may be validated without the need for SKU selection. In addition, since the user does not need to confirm the SKU, the information on the unique SKU can be expressed by directly adding the information on the unique SKU of the product to the title text of the product. For example, in the example shown in FIG. 3, the specific heading may be expressed as "6 bottles 330ml of a brand cola carbonated beverage", wherein "6 bottles 330ml" belongs to the SKU information. In this way, the user can directly obtain the information about the SKU from the title of the product, and can communicate the mind that the SKU is not required to be selected for the user, and the SKU is confirmed on behalf of the user by clicking the operation control in the information card.
As mentioned above, the product participating in the activity may be a single SKU product, and at this time, the single SKU is directly determined as the only displayed SKU in the embodiment of the present application. Alternatively, the items participating in the event may themselves be multiple SKUs, in which case one of the SKUs may be designated as the SKU participating in the target event. At this time, specifically, during the display, the information of one SKU participating in the target activity may be extracted from a plurality of SKUs of the product, and only the information of the SKU is displayed in the corresponding information card as the information related to order confirmation. That is, the system may extract the SKU information that the merchant designates to participate in the current activity, and add the SKU information to the title of the product according to a preset format, thereby completing the title of the product and displaying the title of the product.
Of course, in the specific implementation, multiple SKUs of one commodity may be designated as SKUs participating in the activity, at this time, an option for SKU selection may also be provided in the information card, and after the user clicks the option, a specific selectable SKU may be displayed in a manner of half-screen pop-up layer, and the SKU selection operation is performed by the user.
In addition to SKU information that may be displayed for an item in a particular information card, information specifically related to order confirmation may also include shipping address information for the user. Therefore, in specific implementation, the information of the common or recently used receiving address associated with the user can be read and displayed in the information card as the information related to order confirmation. For example, a specific presentation may be as shown at 37 in fig. 3. Moreover, when the user clicks the target operation control in the information card, the user can also confirm the currently displayed receiving address information, that is, the read receiving address information can be directly determined as the receiving address of the created transaction order, and the user does not need to confirm through a separate order confirmation page any more.
Of course, in specific implementation, the shipping address information displayed in the information card may be in an editable state, so that the user may modify the shipping address or input a new shipping address.
Additionally, a target operation control may be included in the information card, for example, as shown at 38 in fig. 3 (where the control displays commodity price information, since the activity in the example is associated with the user right of "0.1 meta pack post", the price information here may be directly displayed as "0.1 meta immediate lead", and so on). After making a decision according to the criticality related to the purchase decision displayed in the information card and confirming that the information related to the order confirmation displayed in the information card is correct, if the user needs to purchase, the user can directly initiate an operation request by clicking the target operation control and the like.
S202: after receiving the operation executed by the user through the target operation control in one of the information cards, submitting a request for creating a transaction order to the server based on the information related to order confirmation in the information card, so that the one-click transaction order creation is completed through the target operation control under the condition of skipping an order confirmation page.
After a user clicks the target operation control in a specific information card, the user can purchase a commodity displayed in the information card on behalf of the user, and the information related to order confirmation is confirmed, so that a request for creating a transaction order can be submitted to a server directly based on the information related to order confirmation in the information card, and one-click transaction order creation can be completed through the target operation control under the condition that an order confirmation page is skipped. That is to say, in the embodiment of the present application, the target operation control displayed in the specific information card may have two functions of "purchase immediately" and "submit order" (whereas in the prior art, the "purchase immediately" control is usually displayed in the item detail page and used for indicating the confirmation of the user's desire to purchase, and the "submit order" control is displayed in the order confirmation page and used for indicating the confirmation of the user's information such as SKU and shipping address). Thus, one-click trade order creation can be achieved through the above-described target operational controls in the information card without going through a separate order confirmation page. In addition, since the commodity in the embodiment of the present application is usually a commodity capable of making a quick decision, for example, a purchase decision can be made only by seeing a main map, a title, and a price, and in most cases, SKU information of the commodity does not need to be selected by a consumer user, so as long as the receiving address information is correct, the user can generate a specific transaction order directly by clicking a target operation control in a specific information card without performing any other operation.
In specific implementation, after the user clicks the target operation control in a specific information card, the client may submit a request for creating a transaction order to the server, and may submit information related to order confirmation, which is displayed in the current information card, to the server, where the information includes SKU information, receiving address information, and the like, and, of course, may also include identification information such as an ID of a specific commodity, and accordingly, the server may generate a specific transaction order based on the information.
In addition, as described above, the current target activity scenario may further be associated with user interest information, and at this time, after receiving an operation executed by the target operation control in one of the information cards, a request for obtaining the corresponding user interest is also submitted to the server. That is to say, the target operation control provided in the specific information card in the embodiment of the present application may have multiple functions, such as user interest obtaining, purchase intention confirmation, order information confirmation, and the like, at the same time, the user may complete one-button user interest obtaining and transaction order creation through the target operation control, and accordingly, the server may determine the amount information to be paid corresponding to the created order according to the obtained user interest.
Upon completion of the transaction order creation, the user may be provided with a corresponding payment interface for completing payment operations for the transaction order. Specifically, in an optional manner, a payment interface may be displayed in a manner of providing a half-screen popup layer on an upper layer of a detail page of a current target activity scene, where the payment interface includes a payment operation control for paying for the transaction order. After the user completes the payment operation, the user can return to the detail page of the current target activity scene for displaying, and the user can continue to browse other information cards therein, or finish browsing the detail page through an exit or closing control in the detail page, and return to the upper level page.
It should be noted here that, in the prior art, some commodity information systems also provide a technical solution of a "Mini Detail" page, for example, when a user selects to click a link of a certain commodity from a commodity recommendation information stream such as "guess you like" in a top page of a client, the user first enters the "Mini Detail" page instead of directly entering the detailed page of the commodity, and in the "Mini Detail" page, information about the commodity can be displayed in the form of an information card, and some information about purchasing decisions for the commodity can also be included, for example, including a main map, a title, a price, and the like. In addition, information cards of other commodities related to or similar to the current clicked commodity can be displayed in the Mini Detail page, and the information cards can be switched and viewed in an up-and-down sliding mode. After clicking on such an information card, a detailed page for a particular item may be accessed. In addition, such information cards may also include operation options such as "purchase immediately". However, since the goods displayed in the "Mini Detail" page may not be the goods capable of making a quick decision, it is often difficult for the user to make a purchase decision directly according to the brief information in the information card, and therefore, in practical applications, the user still needs to click the information card first, enter into the detailed goods Detail page to obtain more detailed information, and then make a purchase decision. In addition, even if a user directly makes a purchase decision for a corresponding commodity based on an information card in the "Mini Detail" page, after clicking the "purchase immediately" control in the information card, the user still needs to enter an order confirmation page to confirm specific SKUs, shipping addresses and the like, and even if the commodity only has a single SKU and the most recently or frequently used shipping address has been read, the exception is not so.
In the embodiment of the application, the commodities are aggregated specifically by taking an activity scene as a unit, certain requirements can be put forward on the commodities participating in the activity in advance, and the activity can be participated only when the condition that the purchasing decision can be quickly made is met, so that the purchasing decision process of the commodities is relatively simple, and the purchasing decision of the user can be made by a small amount of critical information listed in an information card form in a short term. Moreover, since a specific activity scenario may be associated with a certain user interest, that is, a user only needs to pay a very low amount of money to purchase a certain product participating in an activity, the original price of the product is usually not very high, for example, the product may be a small daily necessity. Therefore, in the process of browsing the activity detail page by the user, the user usually does not pay much attention to the details of specific commodities, and only needs to quickly make a selection among the commodities participating in the current activity. The decision can be made even through more abbreviated information in the merchandise tag display area, including thumbnails, category names, etc. of the merchandise. For example, the user can find out that there are cola, dried lemon, banana and the like which participate in the current activity by browsing the commodity label display area, so that only one of interest needs to be selected for getting, which further provides a basis for quick decision of the user. In addition, because the items specifically participating in the event may typically have a unique SKU, the user need not make a SKU selection, need only present SKU information to the user, and so on. Based on the situation, the embodiment of the application provides a one-key implementation scheme for achieving multiple functions of user interest obtaining, purchase intention confirmation, order information confirmation and the like, so that a user is helped to complete ordering with lower operation cost according to the scene capable of being quickly decided.
In summary, through the embodiment of the present application, a detail page may be generated in units of an activity scene, in which multiple commodities (usually, some commodities capable of making a quick decision) participating in the same activity may be organized together for display, each commodity may correspond to an information card, and each information card may include critical information related to a purchase decision and information related to order confirmation of the corresponding commodity, and may further include a target operation control. Therefore, a user can complete purchase decision and confirmation of order information through the information in the information card, and then when an operation request is received through a target operation control in a certain information card, the user can be considered to complete confirmation of purchase intention and confirmation of order information, so that an order confirmation page can be skipped, and a request for creating a transaction order is submitted to a server side directly based on information related to order confirmation in the current information card, so as to complete one-button transaction order creation.
In a preferred embodiment, the request for the merchandise participating in the event may also be made, for example, the merchandise may be a single SKU, or for the merchandise with multiple SKUs, one of the SKUs may be designated to participate in the event, etc., and the SKU information may also be directly added to the title of the merchandise for display. In this way, the user is prevented from performing the SKU selection operation, which is also more advantageous in saving display space.
It should be noted that, in the embodiments of the present application, the user data may be used, and in practical applications, the user-specific personal data may be used in the scheme described herein within the scope permitted by the applicable law, under the condition of meeting the requirements of the applicable law and regulations in the country (for example, the user explicitly agrees, the user is informed, etc.).
