The user production content corresponding to the same target commodity may be continuously updated, and after one user production content is generated, other users may also perform feedback on the user production content, including evaluation, forwarding, approval and the like. Therefore, if a plurality of user production contents related to the target commodity are included in the content publishing subsystem, the user production contents for being displayed through the content container are selected according to the production time of the user production contents and/or the obtained feedback condition. For example, the most recently produced content may be selected, or the user who gets more positive feedback may produce the content, and so on.
For example, specifically, a live recorded video associated with the target commodity may be obtained from a live subsystem, and since the specific live recorded video generally includes explanation contents corresponding to a plurality of commodities, a segment related to the target commodity may be captured from the live recorded video, and the segment is used as the live explanation content of the target commodity.
In addition, if the shop associated with the target commodity is live broadcast when the request for showing the commodity detail page is received, corresponding live broadcast stream content can be obtained from a live broadcast subsystem of the server, and the like. That is to say, in the embodiment of the present application, when a user browses a detail page of a certain commodity, the user can directly pull a live stream of a store to a content container of the detail page to play, so that the user can directly view live content from the detail page of the commodity without entering a "live room" page of a specific store to view.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present application, the specific product information service system may be a system specially developed for some specific categories of products (for example, fashion clothes, etc.), or a merchant with personalization, etc. Such merchants are characterized by a relatively small number of items in the same store, perhaps even one or a few, rather than a large number of items as in conventional branded stores, but these small numbers of items may have a strong advantage in fashion trends and the like. In this case, when the merchant performs live broadcasting activities, only a few items of merchandise need to be explained live, so that when the user accesses a detail page of one of the items, if the shop is just live broadcasting, the item currently being browsed is live broadcasting at a high probability. Even if the current user browses the commodities, the notification message about browsing the detail page of the target commodity can be automatically pushed to the merchant user corresponding to the store through the server, so that the merchant user can know that a consumer browses a target commodity in the store in the live broadcast process, and therefore the merchant user can explain the target commodity.
Of course, since the content resources obtained through the various data sources may include a plurality of different types, the content container in a particular item detail page may support the presentation of a plurality of types of content, wherein the plurality of types may include some or all of the following: picture content, audio-video content, live streaming content, and so forth.
In summary, in the embodiment of the present application, the content to be displayed in the content container of the specific commodity detail page may be obtained from multiple data sources after receiving a browsing request from a user. Because the live streaming content, live explanation content, user production content of a consumer for a target commodity and the like of a merchant can be continuously updated, that is, more and richer content resources related to one commodity can be gradually generated in the system and can be used for being displayed in a content container of a commodity detail page. Thus, when a user accesses the details page for the same item at different times, the content presented in the content container may be different because new content assets associated with the item are generated in the system and may be added directly to the content container for presentation to the user. For example, if a merchant explains the same item in live broadcast activities of different times, live broadcast explanatory contents displayed in a content container on a detail page of the item can be displayed based on recently produced live broadcast explanatory contents. The live streaming has the characteristic of real-time performance, and if a user initiates access for many times and merchants are in live broadcasting, different live streaming contents can be directly watched in a content container of a detail page.
S203: and in the process of displaying the commodity detail page, switching and displaying the plurality of content resources through the content container, and carrying out adaptive adjustment on the mode of the content container according to the type and/or display attribute information of the content resources.
After acquiring multiple content resources from multiple data sources, the content to be displayed in the content container of the commodity detail page can be assembled, and the display can be switched in the content container of the commodity detail page. The process of switching the display may be automatic carousel at certain time intervals, or may be switched under the sliding operation of the user. For example, as shown in fig. 3, if a sliding screen operation in the left-right direction is received within the window range where the content container is located, the multiple content resources may be displayed in a switched manner. The user can check a plurality of content resources related to the current target commodity, and the detailed information of the specific commodity is obtained from the content resources.
Since multiple content resources may correspond to different data sources, the respective types, presentation attributes, etc. may be different. The specific types may include general pictures, videos, and the like, and may also include live streams, live lecture contents, and the like. The presentation properties may include whether a full screen presentation is presented, and aspect ratio in the case of a non-full screen presentation, among others. Therefore, in the process of switching and displaying a plurality of content resources by the same content container, the mode of the content container can be adapted and adjusted according to the type and/or display attribute information of the content resources. The specific mode adjustment may include an adjustment to the type of content currently being presented, an adjustment to the size of the container, and so on. For example, when displaying a normal picture or video, a non-full screen mode may be used for displaying, and the size of the content container may be adjusted to fit the aspect ratio of the content resource. When displaying the contents of live streaming or live explanation videos, short videos produced by users and the like, the contents can be displayed in a full screen mode.
As described above, in a specific implementation, the item detail page provided by the embodiment of the present application may be a single-screen page, that is, all contents of the item detail page may be displayed without performing a vertical sliding. At this time, as shown in fig. 3, if the user performs a slide in the up-down direction, a detail page of other products may be displayed. That is to say, in the embodiment of the present application, since the product detail page has only one screen, the user may switch to another product detail page for displaying in a manner of sliding up and down (in the prior art, the product detail page is usually long, and the display of the product detail page can be triggered only after a link needs to be clicked). Specifically, the other merchandise may be merchandise similar to or related to the target merchandise, and so on. The same merchant can be associated, and different merchants can also be associated, so that the detailed pages of a plurality of different commodities can be switched conveniently.
In the process of the single-screen display of the product detail page, since the mode of the content container needs to be adaptively adjusted, the display mode of other text information (including the aforementioned price, title, information for parameter selection, and the like) and/or operation controls (including "join shopping cart", "buy immediately", and the like) in the product detail page can be correspondingly adjusted. For example, when displaying a common picture or a common video, the content container may be in a non-full screen mode, and at this time, the product detail page may be divided into two areas, where the first area is used to display the content container, and the second area is used to display other text information and/or operation controls, and the two areas constitute one screen of content. When the live broadcast stream, the live broadcast explanation content, the short video produced by the user and the like are displayed, the content container can be in a full screen mode, and at the moment, the text information, the operation control and the like in the page can be displayed to the upper layer of the content container because the whole commodity information detail page needs to be displayed in a single screen mode. At this time, the background of the text information, the operation control, and the like can be adjusted to be transparent color so as to reduce the occlusion of the content displayed in the content container. Or, the text information, the operation control, and the like may be hidden in a default state, and when an operation such as a click performed by a user on the content container is received, specific text information, an operation control, and the like are displayed on the upper layer of the content container.
Besides switching and displaying a plurality of content resources in a content container, an interactive operation control can be provided based on the content container in the commodity detail page, so that interactive contents input by a consumer user in the process of browsing the commodity detail page can be displayed in the form of subtitles displayed in the media content container. For example, in the specific implementation, interactive operation buttons in the form of "appearance" or the like may be provided in the content container of the item detail page, so that the user can express his attitude (including ideas, opinions, etc.) about the item in the process of browsing the item detail page directly even if he has not purchased the specific item. Moreover, the interactive content can be displayed on the upper layer of the content resource picture displayed in the content container in the form of 'floating screen' subtitles (or called as a bullet screen). That is, the user can express his attitude at any time in the process of browsing the detailed page of the commodity, and can also look up the attitude of other users to the commodity from the bullet screen, and the like. The interactive contents can help the user to make shopping decisions on one hand and play a role in atmosphere warming on the other hand. Particularly, under the condition that specific commodities are relatively topical, for example, some fashion costumes and the like, the atmosphere of the commodities can be better supported through the interactive contents published by the user.
In addition, during specific implementation, when the interactive operation control is provided, recommended interactive contents can be provided according to the topic characteristics related to the target commodity, so that a consumer user can input the interactive contents by selecting from the recommended interactive contents. In specific implementation, the business may specify the topic related to the target product, or the service end may determine the topic related to the target product according to the content such as the title of the target product, and the like. Then, specific interactive contents can be recommended according to specific topic characteristics, for example, some recommended text contents and/or expressions can be included, and the interactive contents can more effectively play a role in atmosphere.
As described above, the user evaluation information related to the target product may be displayed in the form of subtitles displayed in the content container; the user evaluation information is evaluation information issued to the target commodity by a consumer user who has purchased the target commodity.
That is, the user evaluation contents are mainly evaluations issued on products by the user who purchased a specific product and completed receiving the product. The user interactive content is the interactive content input by a main user in the process of browsing the commodity detail page, and the user may not purchase a specific commodity or purchase but not receive the commodity, and cannot publish the evaluation of the commodity. And all of this information helps to assist the viewer user in making shopping decisions.
It should be noted here that, in some existing commodity information systems, a secondary distribution page may be provided for a traffic distribution page such as a commodity recommendation page, a commodity search result page, and the like. For example, when a user clicks a certain commodity link in a commodity search result page, presentation of the secondary distribution page may be triggered, where the secondary distribution page includes information of multiple commodities, and for each commodity, some key information may be extracted from the detail page and presented in the secondary distribution page, and it also appears that each commodity corresponds to one screen of content. However, the nature of the page is still a distribution page, which is an "infinite screen" page, that is, one page includes information of multiple commodities, but the content of each commodity is displayed in one screen. In addition, as the page property is flow distribution, the final purpose is to attract users to click, guide the users to enter the commodity detail page for browsing, and then express the commodity information in more detail through the image-text content in the detail page. Therefore, the live explanation video, the live stream and the like of the commodity cannot be directly disclosed in the page, and user evaluation content or interactive content displayed in the form of a bullet screen and the like does not exist. Even in such a secondary distribution page, if information such as user evaluation in the form of a bullet screen or the like is forcibly added, interference may be caused to browsing of the user.
In the embodiment of the present application, the specific display object is a product detail page itself, and the function of the page is to provide detailed information for the user to help the user make a shopping decision by introducing product information in detail, so that, compared with the aforementioned secondary distribution page, the page displayed on the single screen in the embodiment of the present application is already a product detail page, and further click skipping is not needed. Therefore, the embodiment of the application considers that multiple content resources are displayed in the same content container in a switching manner, so that the content displayed in the content container provides the user with information enough to help the user make a shopping decision, and the dependence on the image-text detail content of the long image class is reduced. And because the commodity detail page is displayed, not the page with the distribution property, the page can have stronger capability of bearing interaction, including richer bullet screen display, interaction in the form of user form and the like, and the like. The interactive contents can also help the user to make shopping decisions, so that interference on browsing of the user is avoided, and better fusion between the commodity information and various interactive information is realized.
In addition, because the organization form of the commodity detail page provided by the embodiment of the application has lower dependence on the image-text detail content, the commodity publishing process of the merchant can be simplified.
For ease of understanding, the product distribution flow in the conventional product information system will be briefly described here. In a conventional goods information service system, an operation background (usually a workbench-like tool at a PC end) is usually provided for a merchant user, and the merchant user needs to rely on the operation background at the PC end to perform goods distribution, management and the like. In addition, because a large amount of information of image-text introduction is needed in the commodity detail page, the flow of commodity release is often complex, and a merchant user is required to provide a lot of information to complete the release of one commodity. For example, there may be a configuration related to a series of information on a product map (usually, there may be a relatively high demand for the number and quality of the main figure), a title (including a main title, a subheading, and the like), a text description, a SKU (stock keeping unit), a price, an inventory, logistics (whether to pack mail, or to charge by volume/weight, unit price, and the like), a service (whether to support "7-day unprovoked refunds", freight insurance, and the like), marketing (whether to have a discount, and the like), and the like. The above process is often too costly for the business of small and medium-sized shops.
In the embodiment of the present application, the details of the product can be mainly expressed by switching and displaying a plurality of content resources in the content container in the product detail page, and the content resources may be from live activities performed by the user in a later period, or user production contents published by the consumer for specific products, and the like, so that the content can be continuously enriched along with contents produced by merchants and/or consumers step by step. That is, in the embodiment of the present application, when a user accesses the detail page of the same item at different times, the content presented in the content container may be different because a new content resource related to the item has been generated and may be directly added to the content container for presentation to the user. Therefore, when the merchant issues the commodity, the merchant does not need to provide a large amount of image-text data, for example, only a few items of key information such as a commodity picture, a title, a price and the like need to be provided, and the shooting quality of the commodity picture does not need to set an excessively high requirement, and a main title, a sub-title and the like do not need to be set about the title. Inventory, logistics, services and the like of the commodities can be supplemented in a commodity management mode after the commodities are released, so that the process of releasing the commodities by a merchant is greatly simplified.
In addition, as described above, the method for displaying the detail page of the commodity provided by the embodiment of the present application can be applied to a newly developed commodity information service system, and in this case, the method can be combined with the simplification of the commodity publishing process to provide a brand new commodity publishing mode for a merchant. Specifically, a mobile end-side application program (App) can be provided for a merchant, and when account registration is performed for the first time, identities of a consumer and the merchant do not need to be distinguished, that is, a uniform registration mode can be provided for all users. After registration is completed, a relevant operation control of opening a shop can be provided in a relevant interface of the App, if a certain registered user needs to open a shop in the system, a request can be directly initiated through the App on the mobile terminal side, after the system verifies the property of opening the shop and the like, an identity of a shop owner (or a "manager") can be added to the personal account of the user, and at the moment, the user can directly issue and manage commodities based on the App on the mobile terminal side.
That is, in the new product information service system, for a user who opens a store in the system, the personal account can be used as the store account, that is, "one-person-one-store" is realized, a merchant can directly issue product information by using the personal account, and the issuing and management of a product can be directly completed by the App on the mobile end side without the need of issuing and management by means of the merchant back office on the PC side.
In this way, in combination with the simplified commodity publishing process, the merchant can complete the rapid commodity publishing by performing a few simple operations through the App on the mobile end side. For example, if a certain merchant has a sample of a certain commodity, several pictures or videos can be taken by a mobile phone at any time, and then a title and a price are input, so that the commodity can be published in a commodity information system. Details of the commodity can be introduced in detail in a live broadcast mode, a recorded and explained video mode and the like. Moreover, the live content and the explanation video content can be directly displayed in a content container of a commodity detail page. If information such as inventory, logistics, service and the like needs to be provided for the commodities, the published commodities can be managed through the mobile terminal side App, and the like.
In summary, according to the embodiment of the present application, a content container may be provided on a detail page of a product, and after receiving a request for displaying the detail page of a target product, multiple content resources related to the target product may be acquired, so as to assemble a content to be displayed in the content container. In this way, in the process of displaying the commodity detail page, the multiple content resources are displayed in a switching manner through the content container, so that the commodity detail page expresses the detailed information of the target commodity through the content resources displayed in the switching manner in the content container. The mode of the content container may be adapted and adjusted according to the type of the content resource and/or the presentation attribute information, for example, the mode includes a full-screen mode, a non-full-screen mode, and the like. In this way, because the plurality of content resources switched and displayed in the content container are enough to help the user to make a shopping decision, the dependence of the commodity detail page on the long-graph-type image-text detail content can be reduced, the length of the commodity detail page can be shortened, and the browsing and decision efficiency of the user can be improved.
The commodity information service system of the present application may be associated with a content publishing subsystem, so that, regarding to the multiple content resources, in addition to content submitted by a merchant user in a process of publishing or managing commodities, the content may also include user production content, which is acquired from the content publishing subsystem, regarding the target commodity. For example, short video content, live explanation content or live streaming content produced by the merchant for the published target commodity, or short video content or image and text content produced by the consumer for the target commodity, and the like, may be included. Therefore, the content resources displayed in the content container can be further enriched, the requirement on the content required to be submitted when the merchant releases the commodity can be reduced, and the content in the content container of the commodity detail page can be enriched and updated continuously along with the generation of new user production content.
In addition, the user evaluation content may also be presented in the form of a bullet screen or the like based on a specific content container. And an interactive operation control can be provided, so that the user can issue own opinions, attitudes and other interactive contents to the commodity even if the user does not purchase a specific commodity in the process of browsing the commodity detail page. The contents can provide more references for the shopping decision of the user and also can be beneficial to setting off the page atmosphere.
It should be noted that, in the embodiments of the present application, the user data may be used, and in practical applications, the user-specific personal data may be used in the scheme described herein within the scope permitted by the applicable law, under the condition of meeting the requirements of the applicable law and regulations in the country (for example, the user explicitly agrees, the user is informed, etc.).
Corresponding to the foregoing method embodiment, an embodiment of the present application further provides a device for displaying a detail page of a commodity, with reference to fig. 4, where the device includes:

Where fig. 5 illustrates an architecture of an electronic device, for example, the device 500 may be a mobile phone, a computer, a digital broadcast terminal, a messaging device, a game console, a tablet device, a medical device, a fitness device, a personal digital assistant, an aircraft, and so forth.
Referring to fig. 5, device 500 may include one or more of the following components: processing component 502, memory 504, power component 506, multimedia component 508, audio component 510, input/output (I/O) interface 512, sensor component 514, and communication component 516.
The processing component 502 generally controls overall operation of the device 500, such as operations associated with display, telephone calls, data communications, camera operations, and recording operations. The processing element 502 may include one or more processors 520 to execute instructions to perform all or a portion of the steps of the methods provided by the presently disclosed subject matter. Further, the processing component 502 can include one or more modules that facilitate interaction between the processing component 502 and other components. For example, the processing component 502 can include a multimedia module to facilitate interaction between the multimedia component 508 and the processing component 502.
The memory 504 is configured to store various types of data to support operation at the device 500. Examples of such data include instructions for any application or method operating on device 500, contact data, phonebook data, messages, pictures, videos, and so forth. The memory 504 may be implemented by any type or combination of volatile or non-volatile memory devices such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), electrically erasable programmable read-only memory (EEPROM), erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM), programmable read-only memory (PROM), read-only memory (ROM), magnetic memory, flash memory, magnetic or optical disks.
The power supply component 506 provides power to the various components of the device 500. The power components 506 may include a power management system, one or more power supplies, and other components associated with generating, managing, and distributing power for the device 500.
The multimedia component 508 includes a screen that provides an output interface between the device 500 and the user. In some embodiments, the screen may include a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) and a Touch Panel (TP). If the screen includes a touch panel, the screen may be implemented as a touch screen to receive an input signal from a user. The touch panel includes one or more touch sensors to sense touch, slide, and gestures on the touch panel. The touch sensor may not only sense the boundary of a touch or slide action, but also detect the duration and pressure associated with the touch or slide operation. In some embodiments, the multimedia component 508 includes a front facing camera and/or a rear facing camera. The front-facing camera and/or the rear-facing camera may receive external multimedia data when the device 500 is in an operating mode, such as a shooting mode or a video mode. Each front camera and rear camera may be a fixed optical lens system or have a focal length and optical zoom capability.
The audio component 510 is configured to output and/or input audio signals. For example, the audio component 510 includes a Microphone (MIC) configured to receive external audio signals when the device 500 is in an operational mode, such as a call mode, a recording mode, and a voice recognition mode. The received audio signals may further be stored in the memory 504 or transmitted via the communication component 516. In some embodiments, audio component 510 further includes a speaker for outputting audio signals.
The I/O interface 512 provides an interface between the processing component 502 and peripheral interface modules, which may be keyboards, click wheels, buttons, etc. These buttons may include, but are not limited to: a home button, a volume button, a start button, and a lock button.
The sensor assembly 514 includes one or more sensors for providing various aspects of status assessment for the device 500. For example, the sensor assembly 514 may detect an open/closed state of the device 500, the relative positioning of the components, such as a display and keypad of the device 500, the sensor assembly 514 may also detect a change in the position of the device 500 or a component of the device 500, the presence or absence of user contact with the device 500, orientation or acceleration/deceleration of the device 500, and a change in the temperature of the device 500. The sensor assembly 514 may include a proximity sensor configured to detect the presence of a nearby object without any physical contact. The sensor assembly 514 may also include a light sensor, such as a CMOS or CCD image sensor, for use in imaging applications. In some embodiments, the sensor assembly 514 may also include an acceleration sensor, a gyroscope sensor, a magnetic sensor, a pressure sensor, or a temperature sensor.
The communication component 516 is configured to facilitate communications between the device 500 and other devices in a wired or wireless manner. The device 500 may access a wireless network based on a communication standard, such as WiFi, or a mobile communication network such as 2G, 3G, 4G/LTE, 5G, etc. In an exemplary embodiment, the communication component 516 receives a broadcast signal or broadcast associated information from an external broadcast management system via a broadcast channel. In an exemplary embodiment, the communications component 516 further includes a Near Field Communication (NFC) module to facilitate short-range communications. For example, the NFC module may be implemented based on Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology, infrared data association (IrDA) technology, Ultra Wideband (UWB) technology, Bluetooth (BT) technology, and other technologies.
In an exemplary embodiment, the apparatus 500 may be implemented by one or more Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), Digital Signal Processors (DSPs), Digital Signal Processing Devices (DSPDs), Programmable Logic Devices (PLDs), Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs), controllers, micro-controllers, microprocessors or other electronic components for performing the above-described methods.
In an exemplary embodiment, a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium comprising instructions, such as the memory 504 comprising instructions, executable by the processor 520 of the device 500 to perform the methods provided by the present disclosure is also provided. and in the process of displaying the commodity detail page, switching and displaying the plurality of content resources through the content container, and carrying out adaptive adjustment on the mode of the content container according to the type and/or display attribute information of the content resources.
