Technical Field

Background

In the commodity object network sale system, the quantity of commodity objects is large, a user can usually search for the required commodity objects by searching and checking classification channels and the like, and in addition, some commodity object information can be recommended to the user in the pages of a client side home page and the like of the system in the forms of waterfall flow and the like. Whether the page is a search result page, a category page or a recommendation information page, the information of a plurality of commodity objects is mostly displayed in the form of a list in the page, and each commodity object only displays information such as pictures and prices. If a certain commodity object is interested, the user can click to enter a commodity detail page to browse so as to view more information content in the commodity detail page, and can close the detail page and return to the list page to browse other commodity objects continuously. In the process, the user needs to continuously switch between the list page and the commodity object detail page, and the browsing efficiency is low.

Therefore, how to effectively improve the browsing efficiency of the user becomes a technical problem to be solved by the technical personnel in the field.

Detailed Description

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present application, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments that can be derived from the embodiments given herein by a person of ordinary skill in the art are intended to be within the scope of the present disclosure.

In the embodiment of the application, a new browsing mode is provided for improving the browsing efficiency of a user. Specifically, the mode of clicking a certain commodity object in a source page such as a list page can trigger the mode of entering the browsing mode. In this mode, the information of the commodity object can be displayed in the form of an information card, wherein the information card is a card-type information page, and each screen can display only one information card, and each information card is used for displaying the information of one commodity object. Because only one information card is displayed on a single screen, the area of the information card can be larger, wherein the displayed information content can be more than the content of the corresponding commodity object in the list page, or more operation options (including seeing details, seeing similarities, seeing comments and the like) can be added in the information card to present richer information, and the like. For example, a list page usually displays only key information such as a picture, a title, and a price of a commodity object, and an information card in the browsing mode may display information such as a sales point copy in addition to the above information. The specifically presented information can be personalized according to different users, and information on the dimension which is most concerned by the users is displayed. Moreover, because the display area of the information card is larger, pictures or videos with larger areas can be displayed, automatic playing of the videos, carousel of multiple pictures and the like can be performed. In addition, functional options can be provided based on the information card, including viewing comments, viewing more details, viewing user interest information, viewing similar commodity objects, adding to-be-purchased collections, and the like. In addition, because the information of the commodity objects is displayed in a card mode, the information cards can be conveniently switched in a mode of sliding up and down and the like, so that the information cards of other commodity objects in the source page can be switched to be displayed. That is, with such an information card, a user can obtain more information of other commodity objects in the source page without returning to the source page while browsing more information about the commodity objects, so as to obtain more information thereof. By the method, the situation that the user switches back and forth between the source page and the detail page for many times can be avoided, and browsing efficiency is improved. In addition, in a preferred embodiment, instant interactive feedback based on user behavior can be provided on the basis of the browsing mode, so that the user is better immersed in the browsing mode, and a better browsing experience is obtained.

In specific implementation, from the perspective of system architecture, referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of the present application may relate to a client and a server of a commodity object information service system, where the client is mainly used for presentation of a front-end page and interaction with a user, and the server is mainly used for providing specific data, including acquisition of data in a specific information card, storage of user tag data, storage of a selling point information base, and matching calculation between selling point information and a commodity object and a user.

The following describes in detail specific implementations provided in embodiments of the present application.

Example one

First, in the first embodiment, a commodity object information display method is provided from the perspective of a client, and referring to fig. 2, the method may specifically include:

The source page includes a plurality of resource positions, and each resource position can usually display information of a commodity object, including simple abstract information such as a picture, a title, a price and the like of the commodity object. The specific mode for displaying the plurality of commodity objects in the source page can comprise a list mode and a card mode, wherein the list mode page is usually in an upper and lower list layout, relatively small pictures or icons are arranged on the left side, and character data information is matched on the right side; in the card type page, cards are usually placed left and right, pictures are highlighted in the cards, and text data information is matched below the pictures. In the embodiment of the present application, after the resource slot where the specific commodity object is located is clicked, the target browsing mode provided by the embodiment of the present application can be triggered to enter. After entering the target browsing mode, the information of the target commodity object can be displayed in the form of an information card. The information card can be a card-type information display page used for displaying relevant information of the corresponding commodity object. Such information cards may directly or indirectly provide the user with richer information about the target merchandise object. For example, in a specific implementation, the amount of information displayed in the information card may be greater than the amount of information about the corresponding commodity object in the source page, or by adding some operation options, the user may obtain richer information about the target data object by operating the operation options. It should be noted here that the information card in the target browsing mode may specifically be a card with a relatively large area, and a single screen may only display a single information card, where the single information card corresponds to information of a single commodity object. Specifically, the information card may be displayed in a full screen manner, or may be displayed in a non-full screen manner, in order to embody a browsing mode that the information card is provided on the basis of the source page and may be returned to the source page at any time for browsing, and the like. For example, as shown in fig. 3-1, after the user clicks on the merchandise object at 31 in the source page, the target browsing mode may be entered, and in the target browsing mode, the specific information card may be as shown in fig. 3-2. During specific implementation, a layer of semitransparent mask can be created on the upper layer of the source page, and then the information card is displayed in a non-full screen mode at the central position of the mask and the like. Specifically, when the non-full-screen display is performed, the card can be displayed in the middle, or other forms can be adopted for displaying. For example, a card display area may be created on one side of the source page, etc., in which the information card in the target browsing mode is displayed, and meanwhile, other display areas in the source page retain the display of the original merchandise object information, etc.

The content in the information card can be from various sources. For example, in one mode, summary information may be extracted from a detail information base of the corresponding object and displayed through an information card. In addition, the information related to the corresponding commodity object can be extracted from the selling point copy information base and displayed through an information card, and the like. Wherein the summary information in the detail information base may specifically include pictures, videos, titles, prices, hit preference labels (e.g., "buy present" shown in fig. 3-2, etc.), supportable delivery method labels (e.g., "tomorrow delivery" shown in fig. 3-2), and so on. The selling point copy library may be pre-established, specifically, when the information card is generated, the selling point copy in the selling point copy library may be matched with the information of the currently displayed target commodity object, and the matched selling point copy may be added to the information card for display, for example, the selling point copy library may include description information in the aspects of features or advantages of commodity objects such as "original package import", "grain feeding", "tender meat and succulent meat" and the like shown in fig. 3-2. In a preferred embodiment, the information in the specific information card is determined according to the attention degree of the user to the information dimension of the commodity object, wherein the attention degree is determined according to the user tag associated with the user. That is to say, because information concerned by different users may be different, which information in the dimension is more valuable may be determined according to the attention degree of the user to the corresponding dimension, and then the information in the dimension concerned more by the current user is displayed in the information card, and in this way, the specific information card can realize "thousands of people and thousands of faces".

Specifically, in an initial state, a user tag library established in advance by the system may be used, and in addition, the user tags of the user may be updated or supplemented according to behavior data of the user in the process of browsing or switching the information card, so that the information displayed in the information card better meets the requirements of the user.

The user tags in multiple aspects can be included in the user tag library pre-established by the system, and for example, the user tags can include behavior tags, attribute tags, interest tags, consumption tags, family tags, and the like. The behavior labels comprise purchased, viewed and collected commodity object categories and the like; the user attribute tags may be the gender, age, occupation, etc. of the user; interest tags may include mother and infant, fitness, shopping, snacks, and the like; the consumption tag may include: price sensitivity, quality requirements, entanglement and the like; family tags may include singles, the two-person world, three-family, and so on.

The embodiment of the application can also update or complement the user tags according to the behavior generated by the user in the browsing mode provided by the embodiment of the application. For example, user a, the original label given by the system is a high-protein commodity such as frequently browsed chicken and steak, and is inferred to be a fitness crowd, and other labels are not available; in the browsing process of the user A in the target browsing mode, the user A finds that the user is attracted by coupon information, and the user A orders the user after the coupon information is received, supplements that the consumption attribute is 'price sensitive', stays in a 'person-to-person' menu video for a long time, supplements that the label is 'menu type of grass', deduces that the user is probably a 'user for buying a menu' by generating interest in the menu, and accordingly improves the background label of the user.

In addition, more interactive operations can be supported on the basis of the specific information card, for example, recommendation information related to the target commodity object can be provided after a third operation (for example, a leftward sliding operation performed on the information card, and the like) performed on the information card of the target commodity object is received. After receiving a fourth operation (for example, a click operation performed on the information card, etc.) performed on the information card of the target commodity object, the detail page of the target commodity object may be displayed. For example, when a user adds a commodity object such as "green soy" to a "shopping cart", a commodity object that can be used in association with "green soy" can be provided on the next information card. The collocation information may be from a preset collocation relationship or from a historical purchase condition of the user. For example, as shown in fig. 3 to 4, a commodity object of "a user who bought green beans still buys it" and the like may be recommended in a new information card.

In addition, the information card can also comprise a function option area which is used for providing one or more function options. For example, as shown at 33 in fig. 3-2, the functionality options include one or more of: an option for receiving user rights, an option for viewing more detailed content, an operation option for viewing information of a commodity object similar to the target commodity object, an option for viewing user comment information of the target commodity object, an option for adding the target commodity object to a to-be-purchased collection, and the like.

And in the process of displaying the information card, the function options can be operated and prompted in sequence. The specific sequence may be preset, for example, if the commodity object is associated with user right information such as a coupon, the information may be prompted preferentially; and then prompting the functions of checking more details, checking similar commodity objects, checking comments and the like in sequence. The specific prompt may be provided in various ways, for example, as shown in fig. 3-3, a prompt about "go to coupon" may be provided by popping up a bubble or the like. If the user clicks on a particular option, a page for a coupon or the like may be provided. If not clicked, the prompt may be turned off after a certain length of time (e.g., 3S) is displayed. When the review comment function is prompted, if actual comment contents exist, as shown at 34 in fig. 3-5, one of the comment contents may be extracted for prompting, and specifically, the comment contents may include the user avatar + the first ten (or other number) of comment contents displayed in the pop-up bubble. If the actual comment content does not exist, the relevant information such as the good comment rate can be displayed in the pop-up bubble, and the like.

After the specific function option is triggered, the corresponding content can be provided in the form of popping up a floating layer and the like. For example, as shown in FIGS. 3-6, after the "watch comment" function option is triggered, user comment information for the associated item object may be presented in a pop-up float. As another example, after the "see details" function option is triggered, more details of the item object may be presented in the pop-up float. The contents such as user comments, details and the like are more, and more contents can be viewed in a sliding mode in the popup floating layer. In addition, in the process of displaying or switching to display the information card, instant interactive feedback can be provided according to the behavior of the user. For example, in one scenario, if the staying time of the user on the information card of the target commodity object reaches a threshold, a prompt message for receiving the user's interest may be provided, and the user may be attracted to convert the information through specific promotion information and the like.

After the prompt information about the rights of the users to be taken disappears, if the users continue to stay on the information card of the target commodity object, the commodity is indicated to be interested to a certain extent, the prompt information about the review evaluation information can be provided, so that the users can be attracted to convert by using the content.

If the user slides through multiple screens when viewing the evaluation information, for example, slides through two screens to show that the user has a certain interest level in the content, richer content prompts can be provided, and prompt information for viewing the video related to the target commodity object issued by the user can be provided. For example, as shown at 35 in FIGS. 3-6, such video may be a video explanation or the like for a merchandise object published by a "reach" user. In addition, in the case that the information card includes a function option area, since a plurality of function options may be included, and the function options are prompted in a form of popping up bubbles or the like according to a certain sequence, so as to guide the user to obtain corresponding information by using the function options. In the initial state, the prompting may be performed in a default order, for example, the prompting may be performed in the order of "going to coupon", "detail", "similar", "comment", and the like. And under the condition of performing instant interactive feedback according to the user behavior, determining the attention of the user to the function options according to the operation condition of the user to the function options in the displayed information card, and then, when switching to a new information card for displaying, determining the order of prompting the function options in the newly displayed information card according to the attention. For example, audio component 910 includes a Microphone (MIC) configured to receive external audio signals when device 900 is in an operational mode, such as a call mode, a recording mode, and a voice recognition mode. The received audio signals may further be stored in the memory 904 or transmitted via the communication component 916. In some embodiments, audio component 910 also includes a speaker for outputting audio signals.

I/O interface 912 provides an interface between processing component 902 and peripheral interface modules, which may be keyboards, click wheels, buttons, etc. These buttons may include, but are not limited to: a home button, a volume button, a start button, and a lock button.

The sensor component 914 includes one or more sensors for providing status assessment of various aspects of the device 900. For example, the sensor component 914 may detect an open/closed state of the device 900, the relative positioning of components, such as a display and keypad of the device 900, the sensor component 914 may also detect a change in the position of the device 900 or a component of the device 900, the presence or absence of user contact with the device 900, orientation or acceleration/deceleration of the device 900, and a change in the temperature of the device 900. The sensor assembly 914 may include a proximity sensor configured to detect the presence of a nearby object in the absence of any physical contact. The sensor assembly 914 may also include a light sensor, such as a CMOS or CCD image sensor, for use in imaging applications. In some embodiments, the sensor assembly 914 may also include an acceleration sensor, a gyroscope sensor, a magnetic sensor, a pressure sensor, or a temperature sensor.

The communication component 916 is configured to facilitate communications between the device 900 and other devices in a wired or wireless manner. The device 900 may access a wireless network based on a communication standard, such as WiFi, or a mobile communication network such as 2G, 3G, 4G/LTE, 5G, etc. In an exemplary embodiment, the communication component 916 receives a broadcast signal or broadcast associated information from an external broadcast management system via a broadcast channel. In an exemplary embodiment, the communications component 916 further includes a Near Field Communication (NFC) module to facilitate short-range communications. For example, the NFC module may be implemented based on Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology, infrared data association (IrDA) technology, Ultra Wideband (UWB) technology, Bluetooth (BT) technology, and other technologies.

In an exemplary embodiment, the device 900 may be implemented by one or more Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), Digital Signal Processors (DSPs), Digital Signal Processing Devices (DSPDs), Programmable Logic Devices (PLDs), Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs), controllers, micro-controllers, microprocessors or other electronic components for performing the above-described methods.

In an exemplary embodiment, a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium comprising instructions, such as the memory 904 comprising instructions, executable by the processor 920 of the device 900 to perform the methods provided by the present disclosure is also provided. For example, the non-transitory computer readable storage medium may be a ROM, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a CD-ROM, a magnetic tape, a floppy disk, an optical data storage device, and the like.
