After the experience request of the user is actually received subsequently, the information of the relevant entity shop can be directly read from the local cache and displayed.
In addition, in the embodiment of the present application, a physical store may provide experience services for a commodity object, and there may be a plurality of relationships between the commodity object and the physical store. One of them is that the merchandise object is actually sold in the physical store and has sufficient inventory, and at this time, the physical experience about the merchandise object can be provided naturally. Alternatively, the merchandise object may have sold out of the physical store, but if a user desires to obtain a physical experience with the merchandise object, the physical store may contact the relevant channel to replenish the inventory of the merchandise object as soon as possible, including restocking from a source, or making a call from another associated store, etc. At this time, if a specific physical store is willing to provide the service for the user, the service belongs to the category capable of providing the experience service. It should be noted that, since some site requirements may be involved in the specific physical experience process, for example, a fitting room, a driving site, and the like, besides providing related goods objects, limitations may also be imposed on whether there is a related site. That is to say, the so-called entity shop capable of providing experience service may specifically include two layers, namely, it is capable of ensuring that there is a specific physical experience, and it is capable of corresponding experience places.
After the selectable entity store information is specifically displayed, the first user can select the entity store according to the needs of the first user, for example, the entity store closest to the first user is selected, or the entity store which is the most trusted to the first user is selected. Of course, if there is only one eligible physical store, it can also be selected whether to obtain a physical experience about the merchandise object through the physical store, and so on.
After the first user selects one of the targeted entity stores, the first client may submit the selection result information to the server so that the server notifies the client associated with the targeted entity store. So that the target entity shop can at least know that the user is interested in the commodity object and wants to have a physical experience.
In specific implementation, in order to facilitate the user to obtain the relevant experience service, the system may further provide the relevant functions such as reservation. Specifically, after receiving the selection result for the target entity store, a second operation option for making a store-to-store experience reservation can be provided. If the user wants to physically experience the commodity object in a certain target physical shop after knowing the details of the physical shop, the reservation can be initiated through the second operation option. Then, optional time information may be provided, and after receiving the required reservation time information, the reservation time information is submitted to a server, so that the server notifies the client associated with the target entity store of the reservation time information. That is, the specific reservation time selected by the user may be provided to the targeted entity store. In this way, the target entity store can be prepared in advance according to the reservation time of the user, for example, a real object corresponding to a specific commodity object is prepared in advance, or a related place is prepared in advance, and the like, so that the user can obtain a better experience.
And regarding the specific optional time, in the specific implementation, the first client may submit the store-to-store experience reservation request to the server, and the server determines and returns optional time information corresponding to the target entity store, and then provides the optional time information for the user to select. When the server specifically determines the selectable time information corresponding to the target entity store, the server may determine the selectable time information according to an inventory state of the commodity object in the corresponding entity store, a reservation state of a venue, and the like. For example, if a certain merchandise object has available inventory in the corresponding physical store, and the relevant places and the like are free, the latest date may be provided to the user for selection. Or, if a certain commodity object has no available stock in the corresponding physical store and needs replenishment or allocation, optional time information may be provided according to the replenishment or allocation period configured by the physical store. Alternatively, if a certain merchandise object has available stock in the corresponding physical store, but some date of the venue has been reserved by other users, optional time information may be provided according to specific reservation situations, and so on.
In addition, after a certain target entity store is selected, the target entity store can be required to mail the commodity object to a specified address in real object besides the store reservation experience. That is, the user finds that a certain merchandise object is interested in during online browsing, and then finds that the merchandise object is sold in a physical store under the online browsing, and the physical store is located near the associated geographic location, so that the physical store may be required to directly deliver the merchandise object, and thus, the user may receive the specific real object in a shorter time than the user delivers the merchandise from the warehouse associated with the online store. Specifically, in order to support such a function, after receiving a selection result for a target physical store, a third operation option may be provided, where the third operation option is used to initiate a request for physically mailing a target address from the target physical store. Upon receiving a mailing request via the third operation option, a fourth operation option for confirming address information may be provided, for example, a default shipping address to which the user is bound may be provided for selection, and so on. The received address information may then be submitted to a server for the server to notify the targeted entity store-associated client of the address information. Thus, the target entity store can arrange for shipment and the like.
In this case, in order to facilitate the user to perform operations such as payment, corresponding support may be provided in the associated payment system. For example, after the user selects to mail by the targeted physical store, the system may generate a corresponding order that may be the recipient of the account opened by the targeted physical store in the system. In this way, after the user completes the payment operation for the order, the corresponding money is finally transferred to the account corresponding to the target entity store (of course, the money can be held by the intermediate account in the same way, and the money is transferred to the account corresponding to the target entity store after the user receives the actual goods).
In short, through the embodiment of the application, the operation option for initiating the experience request can be provided in the commodity object information interface, so that in the process of browsing the commodity object information by a user, if the requirement for the physical experience of the commodity object is generated, the request can be directly initiated through the operation option. Accordingly, the user may be provided with information of the physical store that provides the experience service for the merchandise object and that is geographically matched to the geographic location associated with the current user. Then, the user can select a specific physical shop according to the requirement of the user so as to obtain the physical experience of the commodity object currently browsed. Therefore, by the mode, the physical experience requirements of users can be better met, and the service mode of on-line and off-line integration is better realized.
Example two
The second embodiment corresponds to the first embodiment, and provides a commodity object information processing method from the perspective of a server, with reference to fig. 4, where the method may specifically include:

In a specific implementation, there may be multiple occasions for providing the information related to the physical store to the first client, for example, in one mode, after the user makes a specific experience request and the server receives the request submitted by the first client, the server determines a specific available physical store and returns the related information to the first client. Specifically, the server may receive an experience request for the commodity object, which is submitted by the first client, where the request is generated after the first client receives the user operation through the first operation option, and carries geographic location information associated with the current user; then, the entity stores can be screened according to the geographic position information, and a first entity store set is generated. Determining an entity shop capable of providing experience service related to the commodity object from the first entity shop set, and generating a second entity shop set; the second set of physical stores is then returned to the first client, so that the first client can provide the user with specific physical store information in the front-end interface.
In the above-described manner, the server may specifically determine, from the first set of physical stores, a physical store that can provide an experience service for the commodity object in a plurality of manners. For example, in one mode, the server may send query messages to second clients associated with the entity stores in the first entity store set, where the query messages carry related information of the commodity object; and then determining whether the corresponding entity shop can provide experience service about the commodity object through a response message returned by the second client.
Or, in another mode, it may be determined whether the physical store in the first physical store set can perform the experience service on the current commodity object according to a pre-stored correspondence between the physical store and the commodity object set that can provide the experience service.
Alternatively, the two above-mentioned methods may be combined. Specifically, the correspondence relationship pre-stored in the server may further include inventory status information of the commodity object in the physical store; at this time, if the inventory status of the commodity object in an entity store is found to be a sold-out status after the corresponding relationship between the entity store and the commodity object set capable of providing experience service is determined according to the pre-stored corresponding relationship between the entity store and the commodity object set capable of providing experience service, a query message can be sent to a second client associated with the entity store to be used for querying whether the entity store can provide experience service related to the commodity object in a replenishment or transfer mode.
Another opportunity to provide the entity store information to the first client may be when interface data of the specific merchandise object information interface is returned to the first client. Specifically, when interface data of the commodity object information interface is returned to the first client, first, geographic location information associated with the user (which may be real-time location information where the user is located, or common or most recently used shipping address information of the user, or the like) may be determined according to an access request submitted by the first client; then, screening the entity stores according to the geographical position information to generate a first entity store set; according to a pre-stored corresponding relation between the entity shop and a commodity object set capable of providing experience service, an entity shop capable of providing experience service related to the commodity object is determined from the first entity shop set, and a second entity shop set is generated; and if the second entity shop set is not empty, adding the first operation option in the information interface. That is, in this manner, it is determined in advance whether or not there is a specific physical store that can provide an experience service and whose geographic location satisfies a condition, and if there is any, the first operation option is provided again. So as to avoid the situation that the user finds no matching entity shop after clicking 'try me'.
In this case, when the interface data is returned to the first client, the information of the second entity store set may also be returned to the first client, so that the first client performs caching, and after receiving an operation request of a user through the first client, provides relevant entity store information according to the cached information.

That is, the determination may be made automatically by the second client without human intervention.
Or, in another mode, the related information of the commodity object may also include text and/or picture description information of the commodity object, but an operation option for entering a determination result may also be provided; and receiving a judgment result input by an operator associated with the physical shop through the operation option. That is, the related operator in the entity store can determine to judge the commodity object carried in the inquiry request, determine whether the experience service can be provided, and then enter the experience service into the second client, so that the second client can obtain a specific judgment result according to the experience service.

A fourth embodiment is also corresponding to the first embodiment, and from the perspective of the second client, for an implementation scheme that the second client stores a commodity object list capable of providing an experience service in advance in the server, a commodity object information processing method is provided, with reference to fig. 6, and the method may specifically include:

Referring to fig. 13, device 1300 may include one or more of the following components: a processing component 1302, a memory 1304, a power component 1306, a multimedia component 1308, an audio component 1310, an input/output (I/O) interface 1312, a sensor component 1314, and a communication component 1316.
The processing component 1302 generally controls overall operation of the device 1300, such as operations associated with display, telephone calls, data communications, camera operations, and recording operations. The processing element 1302 may include one or more processors 1320 to execute instructions, so as to complete generating a traffic compression request when a preset condition is met in the video playing method provided in the technical solution of the present disclosure, and sending the traffic compression request to the server, where the traffic compression request records information for triggering the server to acquire a target attention area, and the traffic compression request is used to request the server to preferentially ensure a bitrate of video content in the target attention area; and playing the video content corresponding to the code stream file according to the code stream file returned by the server, wherein the code stream file is all or part of the video file obtained by carrying out code rate compression processing on the video content outside the target attention area by the server according to the flow compression request. Further, the processing component 1302 can include one or more modules that facilitate interaction between the processing component 1302 and other components. For example, the processing component 1302 may include a multimedia module to facilitate interaction between the multimedia component 1308 and the processing component 1302.
The memory 1304 is configured to store various types of data to support operation at the device 1300. Examples of such data include instructions for any application or method operating on device 1300, contact data, phonebook data, messages, pictures, videos, and so forth. The memory 1304 may be implemented by any type or combination of volatile or non-volatile memory devices such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), electrically erasable programmable read-only memory (EEPROM), erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM), programmable read-only memory (PROM), read-only memory (ROM), magnetic memory, flash memory, magnetic or optical disks.
The power supply component 1306 provides power to the various components of the device 1300. Power components 1306 may include a power management system, one or more power sources, and other components associated with generating, managing, and distributing power for device 1300.
The multimedia component 1308 includes a screen that provides an output interface between the device 1300 and a user. In some embodiments, the screen may include a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) and a Touch Panel (TP). If the screen includes a touch panel, the screen may be implemented as a touch screen to receive an input signal from a user. The touch panel includes one or more touch sensors to sense touch, slide, and gestures on the touch panel. The touch sensor may not only sense the boundary of a touch or slide action, but also detect the duration and pressure associated with the touch or slide operation. In some embodiments, the multimedia component 1308 includes a front facing camera and/or a rear facing camera. The front-facing camera and/or the back-facing camera may receive external multimedia data when the device 1300 is in an operational mode, such as a capture mode or a video mode. Each front camera and rear camera may be a fixed optical lens system or have a focal length and optical zoom capability.
The audio component 1310 is configured to output and/or input audio signals. For example, the audio component 1310 includes a Microphone (MIC) configured to receive external audio signals when the device 1300 is in an operational mode, such as a call mode, a recording mode, and a voice recognition mode. The received audio signals may further be stored in the memory 1304 or transmitted via the communication component 1316. In some embodiments, the audio component 1310 also includes a speaker for outputting audio signals.
The I/O interface 1312 provides an interface between the processing component 1302 and peripheral interface modules, which may be keyboards, click wheels, buttons, etc. These buttons may include, but are not limited to: a home button, a volume button, a start button, and a lock button.
The sensor assembly 1314 includes one or more sensors for providing various aspects of state assessment for the device 1300. For example, the sensor assembly 1314 may detect the open/closed state of the device 1300, the relative positioning of components, such as a display and keypad of the device 1300, the sensor assembly 1314 may also detect a change in the position of the device 1300 or a component of the device 1300, the presence or absence of user contact with the device 1300, orientation or acceleration/deceleration of the device 1300, and a change in the temperature of the device 1300. The sensor assembly 1314 may include a proximity sensor configured to detect the presence of a nearby object without any physical contact. The sensor assembly 1314 may also include a light sensor, such as a CMOS or CCD image sensor, for use in imaging applications. In some embodiments, the sensor assembly 1314 may also include an acceleration sensor, a gyroscope sensor, a magnetic sensor, a pressure sensor, or a temperature sensor.
The communication component 1316 is configured to facilitate communications between the device 1300 and other devices in a wired or wireless manner. The device 1300 may access a wireless network based on a communication standard, such as WiFi, 2G or 3G, or a combination thereof. In an exemplary embodiment, the communication component 1316 receives broadcast signals or broadcast related information from an external broadcast management system via a broadcast channel. In an exemplary embodiment, the communications component 1316 also includes a Near Field Communications (NFC) module to facilitate short-range communications. For example, the NFC module may be implemented based on Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology, infrared data association (IrDA) technology, Ultra Wideband (UWB) technology, Bluetooth (BT) technology, and other technologies.
In an exemplary embodiment, the device 1300 may be implemented by one or more Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), Digital Signal Processors (DSPs), Digital Signal Processing Devices (DSPDs), Programmable Logic Devices (PLDs), Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs), controllers, micro-controllers, microprocessors or other electronic components for performing the above-described methods.
In an exemplary embodiment, a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium including instructions, for example, the memory 1304 including instructions, which is executable by the processor 1320 of the device 1300 to perform the method for playing a video provided by the present disclosure, when a preset condition is met, generating a traffic compression request, and sending the traffic compression request to a server, where the traffic compression request records information for triggering the server to obtain a target attention area, and the traffic compression request is used to request the server to preferentially guarantee a bitrate of video content in the target attention area; and playing the video content corresponding to the code stream file according to the code stream file returned by the server, wherein the code stream file is obtained by performing code rate compression processing on the video content outside the target attention area by the server according to the flow compression request. For example, the non-transitory computer readable storage medium may be a ROM, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a CD-ROM, a magnetic tape, a floppy disk, an optical data storage device, and the like.
From the above description of the embodiments, it is clear to those skilled in the art that the present application can be implemented by software plus necessary general hardware platform. Based on such understanding, the technical solutions of the present application may be essentially or partially implemented in the form of a software product, which may be stored in a storage medium, such as a ROM/RAM, a magnetic disk, an optical disk, etc., and includes several instructions for enabling a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device, etc.) to execute the method according to the embodiments or some parts of the embodiments of the present application.
The embodiments in the present specification are described in a progressive manner, and the same and similar parts among the embodiments are referred to each other, and each embodiment focuses on the differences from the other embodiments. Claims (31)

1. A commodity object information processing method, comprising:
displaying a commodity object information interface, wherein the commodity object information interface comprises a first operation option for initiating an experience request;
after receiving the experience request through the first operation option, providing related entity store information, wherein the related entity store is as follows: and the physical shop can provide experience service related to the commodity object, and the relation between the geographical position of the physical shop and the geographical position information associated with the current user meets preset conditions.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
submitting the experience request to a server, and carrying geographic position information associated with the current user in the request so that the server can return the related entity shop information;
the providing related entity shop information comprises:
and returning the related entity shop information to the server for displaying.
3. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
when an information interface browsing request aiming at the commodity object is submitted to a server, the information related to the current user geographic position is carried, so that the server determines whether an entity shop which is matched with the geographic position related to the current user and can provide experience service related to the commodity object exists or not according to the geographic position information related to the current user, and if the entity shop exists, the first operation option is provided in the information interface of the commodity object.
4. The method of claim 3,
the server also provides the entity shop information when returning the interface data of the commodity object information interface;
the method further comprises the following steps:
caching the entity shop information returned by the server;
the providing related entity shop information comprises:
and providing related entity shop information according to the cached information.
5. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and after receiving a selection result aiming at the target entity shop, submitting the selection result information to a server so that the server can inform a second client end associated with the target entity shop.
6. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
after receiving a selection result of the target entity store, providing a second operation option for making a store-to-store experience reservation;
providing selectable time information after receiving the store experience reservation request through the second operation option;
and after receiving the required reservation time information, submitting the reservation time information to a server so that the server can inform a second client associated with the target entity shop of the reservation time information.
7. The method of claim 6,
the providing of the selectable time information includes:
submitting the in-store experience reservation request to a server, and determining and returning selectable time information corresponding to the target entity store by the server according to the inventory state of the commodity object in the target entity store and/or the occupation condition of the required experience field;
and providing optional time information according to the information returned by the server.
8. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
after receiving a selection result aiming at a target entity shop, providing a third operation option, wherein the third operation option is used for initiating a request for mailing a real object to a specified address from the target entity shop;
after receiving the mailing request through the third operation option, providing a fourth operation option for confirming the address information;
and submitting the received address information to a server so that the server can inform a client associated with the target entity shop of the address information.
9. A commodity object information processing method, comprising:
receiving an access request of a first client aiming at a specified commodity object information interface;
interface data of the commodity object information interface is returned to the first client, wherein the commodity object information interface comprises a first operation option for initiating an experience request, so that relevant entity shop information is provided after the experience request is received through the first operation option, and the relevant entity shop is as follows: and the physical shop can provide experience service related to the commodity object, and the relation between the geographical position of the physical shop and the geographical position information associated with the current user meets preset conditions.
10. The method of claim 9, further comprising:
receiving an experience request for the commodity object, which is submitted by the first client, wherein the request is generated after the first client receives user operation through the first operation option, and carries geographical position information associated with a current user;
screening the entity stores according to the geographic position information to generate a first entity store set;
determining a physical store which can provide experience service about the commodity object from the first physical store set, and generating a second physical store set;
and returning the second entity shop set to the first client.
11. The method of claim 10,
the determining, from the first set of physical stores, a physical store that can provide experience services with respect to the merchandise object includes:
respectively sending inquiry messages to second clients associated with the entity stores in the first entity store set, wherein the inquiry messages carry the related information of the commodity object;
and determining whether the corresponding entity shop can provide experience service about the commodity object through a response message returned by the second client.
12. The method of claim 10,
the determining, from the first set of physical stores, a physical store that can provide experience services with respect to the merchandise object includes:
and determining whether the entity stores in the first entity store set can be used for the experience service of the current commodity object according to the corresponding relation between the entity stores saved in advance and the commodity object set capable of providing the experience service.
13. The method of claim 12,
the pre-saved corresponding relation also comprises inventory state information of the commodity object in the entity shop;
the determining, from the first set of physical stores, a physical store that can provide experience services with respect to the merchandise object, further comprising:
and if the inventory state of the commodity object in a physical store is a sold-out state, sending a query message to a second client associated with the physical store to query whether the physical store can provide experience service about the commodity object in a replenishment or transfer mode.
14. The method of claim 9,
the returning of the interface data of the commodity object information interface to the first client comprises the following steps:
determining user-associated geographic position information according to the access request submitted by the first client;
screening the entity stores according to the geographic position information to generate a first entity store set;
according to a pre-stored corresponding relation between an entity shop and a commodity object set capable of providing experience service, an entity shop capable of providing experience service related to the commodity object is determined from the first entity shop set, and a second entity shop set is generated;
and if the second entity shop set is not empty, adding the first operation option in the information interface.
15. The method of claim 14,
when the interface data is returned to the first client, the method further comprises the following steps:
and returning the information of the second entity shop set to the first client so that the first client caches the information, and after receiving an operation request of a user through the first client, providing related entity shop information according to the cached information.
16. The method of claim 9, further comprising:
and after receiving the information of the selected target entity shop submitted by the first client, sending a notification message to a second client associated with the target entity shop.
17. The method of claim 9, further comprising:
after receiving a request submitted by a first client for performing store-to-store experience to a selected target entity store, returning optional time information according to the stock state of the commodity object in the target entity store and/or the occupation condition of a required experience field;
and after receiving the selected appointment time information, notifying a second client associated with the target entity shop.
18. The method of claim 9, further comprising:
and after receiving a request submitted by a first client for physically mailing a selected target entity store to a specified address, providing the commodity object information and the address information to a second client associated with the target entity store.
19. A commodity object information processing method, comprising:
receiving an inquiry message which is sent by a server and is about whether experience service about a commodity object can be provided or not, wherein the inquiry message carries relevant information of the commodity object;
obtaining a judgment result by judging whether the associated entity shop can provide experience service about the commodity object;
and returning the judgment result to the server.
20. The method of claim 19,
the related information of the commodity object comprises text and/or picture description information of the commodity object;
the obtaining of the determination result by determining whether the associated physical store can provide experience service about the commodity object includes:
and matching the text and/or picture description information of the commodity object with the text and/or picture description information of the commodity object capable of providing experience service in the entity shop, and judging according to the matching result.

providing an operation option for submitting commodity description information of experience service which can be provided by the associated entity shop;
after receiving the description information through the operation option, submitting the description information to a server so that the server can screen out a commodity object list meeting the conditions from a commodity object information base according to the description information and return the commodity object list;
providing commodity object candidates according to the commodity object list returned by the server;
and submitting the selected commodity object to a server so that the server adds the identification information of the selected commodity object to a commodity object set which can provide experience service and corresponds to the physical shop.
23. The method of claim 22, further comprising:
and providing an operation option for updating the stock state information of the commodity objects in the commodity object set in the physical shop so as to update the stock state information to a server side.
24. The method of claim 22, further comprising:
and providing an operation option for updating the reservation/occupancy state of the site required by the physical experience in the physical store so as to update the reservation/occupancy state information to the server side.
25. A commodity object information processing method, comprising:
receiving commodity description information which is submitted by a second client and can provide experience service for the associated entity shop;
screening out a commodity object list meeting the conditions from a commodity object information base according to the commodity description information and returning the commodity object list;
and receiving the selected commodity object submitted by the second client, and adding the identification of the commodity object to a commodity object set of experience services which can be provided by the associated entity shop.
26. A commodity object information processing apparatus characterized by comprising:
