Abstract
The invention discloses a mosquito-repellent toilet water containing zanthoxylum bungeanum essential oil, a preparation method and application thereof, wherein the mosquito-repellent toilet water contains the zanthoxylum bungeanum essential oil and citronella oil with volume fractions of 2-8% and 2-8%, respectively; the mosquito repellent has the advantages that the natural plants including the zanthoxylum bungeanum and the lemongrass are used as main mosquito repellent components, the mosquito repellent is non-irritant, does not damage human bodies, is good in safety and good in mosquito repellent effect, and is particularly suitable for children.

So far, there have been many reports on the mosquito poisoning and fumigating effect of natural herbal extracts such as plant essential oils, for example, pyrethrum, marigold, and ursolic, and grass of Gramineae, such as lemongrass, cogongrass, and vanilla. The pepper is dry mature peel of Rutaceae plant green pepper (Zanthoxylum schinifolium Sieb. et Zucc.) or pepper (Zanthoxylum bungeanum Maxim.), has the characteristics of medicine application and food homology, is rich in various nutrient substances, and has unique medicinal value. The compendium of materia Medica records: "Zanthoxylum bungeanum" is pungent and numb in flavor and warm in nature. Enter lung to dispel cold, treat cough; it enters spleen to remove dampness, and is indicated for arthralgia due to wind-cold-dampness, edema and dysentery, and enters right kidney to tonify fire, and is indicated for yang deficiency, scanty and scanty urine, weak foot and chronic dysentery. As a traditional Chinese medicinal material in China, the pepper can be used for treating abdominal pain, cold, vomiting, diarrhea and eczema. Zanthoxylum bungeanum (Zanthoxylum armatum DC. var. novem folius Hong Ping Deng) is a variety of Zanthoxylum plant Zanthoxylum armatum (Z. armatum) and is named as "Zanthoxylum armatum" because the young seedling and young tree leaves are as many as nine. The zanthoxylum bungeanum maxim is mainly distributed in the Jiangjin area in Chongqing city and is an important economic crop in the Jiangjin area. Compared with other zanthoxylum bungeanum maxim, the zanthoxylum bungeanum maxim has better quality and stronger fragrance. Research shows that volatile oil components in the pepper are the main source of the fragrance of the pepper and are an important index for evaluating the quality of the pepper. Ancient people utilize zanthoxylum bungeanum maxim as an aromatic preservative, an insect repellent, a fish poisoning agent and the like, and modern researches show that zanthoxylum bungeanum maxim essential oil can effectively repel mosquitoes and insects but is not developed and utilized, so that the development of a mosquito repellent product containing zanthoxylum bungeanum maxim essential oil components has important application value and economic value for obtaining a safe product with good mosquito repellent effect.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, one of the purposes of the invention is to provide mosquito-repellent toilet water containing zanthoxylum bungeanum essential oil for repelling mosquitoes in daily life, and the mosquito-repellent effect of the product is equivalent to that of Liushen toilet water which is a chemical mosquito-repellent product; the second purpose of the invention is that the components in the product are from natural plants of zanthoxylum bungeanum and lemongrass, have no irritation and are particularly suitable for children; the invention also aims to provide a preparation method of the mosquito-repellent toilet water containing the zanthoxylum bungeanum essential oil.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme:
1. the mosquito-repellent toilet water contains 0.1-10% of zanthoxylum oil and 0.1-10% of citronella oil by volume fraction.
Preferably, the mosquito repellent toilet water also contains 50-75% and 1-5% of alcohol and tween-80 by volume fraction, and 0.1-0.5% of menthol and borneol by mass fraction.
Preferably, the main mosquito-repellent components of the zanthoxylum bungeanum essential oil are linalool and D-limonene.
Preferably, the zanthoxylum bungeanum essential oil contains 19 compounds which are respectively: 2-methyl-5- (1-methylethyl) -bicyclo [3, 1,0] -2-ethylene, 1R) -2,6,6-trimethylbicyclo [3.3.1] hept-2-ene, sabinene hydrate, (1S) -6, 6-dimethyl-2-methylenebicyclo [3.1.1] heptane, myrcene, m-isopropyltoluene, D-limonene, (Z) -3,7-dimethyl-1,3, 6-octadecatriene, γ -terpinene, linalool, thujone, cis-4- (isopropyl) -1-methylcyclohex-2-en-1-ol, (-) -4-terpineol, linalyl acetate, caryophyllene, lupinene, copaene, nerolidol. Wherein the main compounds are olefin compounds, linalool and D-limonene.
Preferably, the zanthoxylum bungeanum essential oil is prepared by crushing zanthoxylum bungeanum into powder, adding water for reflux extraction.
In the invention, preferably, the water is added for reflux extraction, and the reflux extraction is carried out for 6 hours by heating under the condition of 130 ℃ oil bath by adding water which is 6 times of the weight of the medicinal materials.
2. The preparation method of the mosquito-repellent toilet water containing the zanthoxylum bungeanum essential oil comprises the steps of respectively taking the zanthoxylum bungeanum essential oil, the citronella oil, the alcohol, the tween, the menthol and the borneol according to a formula, adding the menthol and the borneol into the alcohol to prepare a mixture I, then uniformly mixing the zanthoxylum bungeanum essential oil, the citronella oil and the tween, pouring the mixture I into the mixture I, fully stirring, finally fixing the volume, standing and filtering to obtain the mosquito-repellent toilet water.
3. The mosquito-repellent toilet water containing the zanthoxylum bungeanum essential oil is applied to mosquito repelling.

FIG. 1 is a total ion diagram obtained by GC-MS analysis of volatile oil parts of zanthoxylum bungeanum, and the conditions of chromatography-mass spectrometry are as follows: adopting an RTX-5 capillary column, keeping the column starting temperature at 50 ℃ for 2min, raising the temperature to 130 ℃ by a program of 3 ℃/min, keeping the temperature for 2min, raising the temperature to 200 ℃ by 4 ℃/min, keeping the temperature for 2min, raising the temperature to 230 ℃ by 20 ℃/min, keeping the temperature for 5 min; the carrier gas is high-purity helium, the pressure in front of the column is 53kPa, the split ratio is 80: 1, the temperatures of a sample inlet and an interface are 230 ℃, the ionization mode EI is 50-550 of the scanning range (m/z), and the acquisition mode is a full scanning mode.

The present invention is further described with reference to the following drawings and specific examples so that those skilled in the art can better understand the present invention and can practice the present invention, but the examples are not intended to limit the present invention.
The invention provides a technical scheme that the preparation method of the mosquito-repellent toilet water containing the plant essential oil is characterized in that the mosquito-repellent toilet water containing the plant essential oil is prepared by combining zanthoxylum oil, citronella oil, alcohol, menthol, borneol, tween and water.
Example 1 preparation method of Zanthoxylum bungeanum essential oil
Pulverizing the zanthoxylum bungeanum maxim into powder, adding deionized water which is 6 times of the weight of the medicinal materials, and heating and refluxing for 6 hours by adopting a water distillation device under the condition of oil bath at 130 ℃ to obtain the zanthoxylum bungeanum maxim essential oil. The GC-MS analysis of the site showed the spectrum results shown in FIG. 1 and Table 1, and 19 compounds were obtained by co-separation, which were: bicycyclo [3.1.0] hex-2-ene, (1R) -2,6, 6-trimethybyciclo [3.1.1] hex-2-ene, alpha-Terpineol, Linalylacetate, Thujone, 4-Methyl-1- (1-methythynyl) -bicycyclo [3.1.0] hexane, D-Limonene, Linalool, beta-Myrcene, (1S) -6, 6-Dimethyl-2-methy-bicyclo [3.1.1] heptane, 1-Methyl-3- (1-methythynyl) -benene, (Z) -3,7-Dimethyl-1,3,6-octatriene, gamma-Terpineol, 4-hexamethylene-1-methyne, (1-4-Dimethyl-1-phynyl) -naphthalene, (1R) -1,6, 6-trimethylene-1-Dimethyl-1- (1-methythynyl) -naphthalene, (E) 3,7,11-trimethyl-1,6, 10-dodecanarin-3-ol, wherein the main compounds are olefin compounds, linalool and D-limonene.

Example 2 preparation of mosquito repellent toilet Water containing Zanthoxylum piperitum essential oil
The equipment required for preparation comprises: volumetric flask, graduated flask, burette and electronic balance.
Preparing raw materials for preparing the mosquito-repellent toilet water containing the zanthoxylum bungeanum essential oil: the Chinese medicinal composition comprises refined oil of Zanthoxylum bungeanum, citronella oil, alcohol, menthol, borneol, tween and water;
the preparation method comprises the following steps:
(1) measuring the raw materials by a measuring cylinder and an electronic balance, wherein the raw materials comprise 70mL of alcohol, 4mL of zanthoxylum piperitum essential oil, 2mL of citronella oil, 2mL of tween, 0.1g of menthol and 0.1g of borneol;
(2) weighing alcohol, adding menthol and borneol to prepare a mixture I, uniformly mixing pepper essential oil, citronella oil and tween, pouring into the alcohol, fully stirring, adding water to a constant volume of 100mL, standing for 3-5 days after uniformly mixing, filtering, and bottling and storing the filtrate.
Comparative example 1:
the equipment required for preparation comprises: volumetric flask, graduated flask, burette and electronic balance.
Preparing raw materials for preparing the mosquito-repellent toilet water containing the zanthoxylum bungeanum essential oil: nine-leaf green pepper essential oil, alcohol, menthol, borneol, tween and water;
the preparation method comprises the following steps:
(1) measuring the raw materials by a measuring cylinder and an electronic balance, wherein the raw materials comprise 70mL of alcohol, 4mL of zanthoxylum piperitum essential oil, 2mL of tween, 0.1g of menthol and 0.1g of borneol;
(2) the preparation method comprises the steps of adding menthol and borneol into alcohol to obtain a mixture I, uniformly mixing the pepper essential oil and tween, pouring into the alcohol, fully stirring, adding water to a constant volume of 100mL, standing for 3-5 days after uniformly mixing, filtering, and bottling and storing the filtrate.
Comparative example 2:
the equipment required for preparation comprises: volumetric flask, graduated flask, burette and electronic balance.
Preparing raw materials for preparing the mosquito-repellent floral water without the zanthoxylum bungeanum essential oil: citronella oil, alcohol, menthol, borneol, tween and water;
the preparation method comprises the following steps:
(1) measuring the raw materials by a measuring cylinder and an electronic balance, wherein the raw materials comprise 70mL of alcohol, 2mL of citronella oil, 1mL of tween, 0.1g of menthol and 0.1g of borneol;
(2) the preparation method comprises the steps of adding menthol and borneol into alcohol to obtain a mixture I, uniformly mixing citronella oil and tween, pouring into the alcohol, fully stirring, adding water to a constant volume of 100mL, standing for 3-5 days after uniformly mixing, filtering, and bottling and storing the filtrate.
Example 3 mosquito repelling experiment of Jiuyejing zanthoxylum essential oil mosquito repelling toilet water
1. Test animals: the test method comprises the following steps of (1) selecting healthy female mosquitoes which do not suck blood and are tidy and consistent 4-5 days after eclosion for testing, setting the upper water level and the lower water level at the temperature of 26-27 ℃ and the humidity of 60-70% in a pest feeding room, ventilating all the time, feeding 8% glucose solution for adult mosquitoes, and simultaneously using mice for sucking blood by the female mosquitoes; the weight of Kunming mouse is 18-20 g.
2. Determination of repellent rate of anophelifuge toilet water by using zanthoxylum bungeanum essential oil
300 test insects which are all female insects are put into a mosquito cage, the abdomen of a white mouse is fixed upwards, the abdominal hair is cut off, the skin with the thickness of 4cm multiplied by 4cm is exposed, the rest parts are placed into the mosquito cage for 2min after being tightly shielded, and more than 30 test insects which are stopped before can be used for a repellent test.
Spraying a proper amount of floral water on the abdomen of a qualified mouse, using the white mouse coated with distilled water as a blank control group, coating Liushen floral water, using the floral water prepared in comparative example 1 and using the mouse coated with the floral water prepared in comparative example 2 as a control group, recording for 1 time every 15min, judging that the pepper essential oil has mosquito repelling failure as long as 1 mosquito sucks blood in the future, recording the time of the 1 st time of mosquito stopping, and determining that the test time is 100% of protection time, namely the effective repelling time of the test sample.
The number of mosquito bites within 4h of the test sample application was recorded for the different treatment groups and the control group (Liushen toilet water group), and the repellency rate of the sample was calculated according to the following formula (each group was repeated three times).
The repellency rate (%) (number of aedes albopictus in blank control group-number of aedes albopictus in treated group)/number of aedes albopictus in blank control group × 100%; the statistical results are shown in table 2.

The result shows that the toilet water of the zanthoxylum bungeanum essential oil has a good mosquito repelling effect, the effective repelling time can reach three hours, and the toilet water is herbal toilet water, is safe and effective compared with the toilet water added with the mosquito repelling ester chemical substances, and is suitable for more people to use. To sum up, this preparation method of mosquito repellent toilet water containing plant essential oil, through the quantitative ratio between water, alcohol, nine leaf green prickly ash essential oil, citronella oil, borneol, the menthol, can let this toilet water reach the effect of mosquito repellent, alcohol can play the effect of disinfecting, and can make the volatilization rate of toilet water become fast, do not influence practical comfort, menthol and borneol can let user's skin fresh and cool, and have light faint scent, can play the effect of refreshing oneself and restoring consciousness, nine leaf green prickly ash essential oil and citronella oil have replaced the mosquito repellent ester material that original toilet water preparation added, the raw materials are green nature, the irritation to the human body has been reduced, and can reach the purpose of mosquito repellent.

5. The anophelifuge toilet water containing the zanthoxylum bungeanum essential oil as claimed in claim 1 or 2, is characterized in that: the zanthoxylum bungeanum essential oil is prepared by crushing zanthoxylum bungeanum into powder, adding water, and extracting under reflux for 6 hours.

The mosquito-repellent toilet water containing zanthoxylum simulans essential oil according to claim 5, which is characterized in that: the water reflux extraction is carried out by adding water 2-20 times of the weight of the medicinal materials and heating and reflux extraction for 6 hours at 130 ℃ under the condition of oil bath.

The preparation method of the anophelifuge toilet water containing the zanthoxylum bungeanum essential oil, as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6, is characterized in that: taking the zanthoxylum bungeanum essential oil, the citronella oil, the alcohol, the tween, the menthol and the borneol according to the formula, adding the menthol and the borneol into the alcohol to prepare a mixture I, then uniformly mixing the zanthoxylum bungeanum essential oil, the citronella oil and the tween, pouring the mixture I into the mixture I for fully stirring, finally fixing the volume, standing and filtering to obtain the mosquito repellent floral water.
