Abstract
The invention discloses a fly repellent, a preparation method and application thereof, and the main active substances are as follows: the composition contains the essential oil of the litsea cubeba in Hunan, the essential oil of the eupatorium lindleyanum and the essential oil of the cinnamomum zeylanicum, and the composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 40-65 parts of the essential oil of the seed of litsea cubeba in Hunan, 20-35 parts of the essential oil of the seed of euonymus alatus and 15-30 parts of the essential oil of the flower of lesser osmanthus. The invention adopts various plant-derived, safe and nontoxic essential oils as the main active ingredients of the fly repellent, so that the prepared fly repellent has the advantages of safety, no toxicity and difficulty in drug dependence. The single essential oil has an insignificant repellent effect, and the prepared fly repellent has a significant repellent effect on flies by utilizing the mutual synergistic effect of the litsea henryi essential oil, the eupatene essential oil and the artocarpus hypargyreus essential oil. The preparation process is simple, and the main raw materials are derived from plants, so that the environment is not polluted.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of plant-derived pesticides, and particularly relates to a fly repellent and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
Flies are common insects in our lives, and because numerous bristles and hairs grow on the body surface, the flies can mechanically carry and transmit various pathogens, and are harmful to our lives. Besides disturbing people and polluting food, the fly harm is to spread various diseases and cause myiasis. The fly-borne diseases comprise two modes of mechanical transmission and biological transmission, wherein the mechanical transmission mainly transmits and spreads pathogens through actions of landing, licking, vomiting, excretion and the like, and the transmission mainly comprises digestive tract diseases (such as dysentery, cholera and the like), respiratory tract diseases (such as tuberculosis, pneumonia) and skin diseases; the biologically transmitted diseases mainly include that the tsetse fly (collecting fly) can transmit human trypanosomiasis (sleeping sickness). And fly larvae of flies can parasitize tissues and organs of human bodies and animals to cause myiasis. Musca domestica L belongs to the family of Diptera, is the most common fly in our lives, is a worldwide environment sanitary pest, is widely distributed in various parts of China, is a main activity place of kitchens, restaurants, food processing factories and the like, carries a large number of pathogenic bacteria, such as escherichia coli, oral ciliate bacteria, mycobacterium tuberculosis and the like, spreads a plurality of diseases such as typhoid fever, dysentery, cholera and the like, seriously threatens the health of human beings and disturbs the life of the human beings.
There are many methods of controlling flies, and fly repellents and insecticides are the most effective methods of use. At present, the fly insecticides such as pyrethroids are mainly chemically synthesized insecticides, but the insecticide resistance of the fly insecticides to the insecticides is in a remarkable rising trend, and the pyrethroid insecticides have certain acute toxicity and can cause symptoms such as dyspnea, cough, bronchospasm, nausea, vomiting, headache and the like. In order to solve the harm of chemosynthetic insecticides, researchers develop plant-derived fly repellents and insecticides, compared with chemosynthetic insecticides, repellents and insecticides prepared from plant extracts have certain repellent effect on flies, and have the characteristics of safety, low toxicity or no toxicity and difficulty in causing houseflies to generate drug resistance.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a safe and nontoxic fly repellent with a remarkable repellent effect, and a preparation method and application thereof.
The main active substances of the fly repellent are as follows: the composition contains the essential oil of the litsea cubeba in Hunan, the essential oil of the eupatorium lindleyanum and the essential oil of the cinnamomum zeylanicum, and the composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 40-65 parts of the essential oil of the seed of litsea cubeba in Hunan, 20-35 parts of the essential oil of the seed of euonymus alatus and 15-30 parts of the essential oil of the flower of lesser osmanthus.
Preferably, the composition comprises the following components in parts by mass: 50-60 parts of the essential oil of the seed of litsea cubeba in Hunan, 25-30 parts of the essential oil of the seed of euonymus alatus and 20-25 parts of the essential oil of the flower of lesser osmanthus.
The essential oil of the litsea cubeba, the essential oil of the eupatorium japonicum and the essential oil of the cinnamomum pauciflorum are respectively extracted from the litsea cubeba fruit, the whole plant of the eupatorium japonicum and the cinnamomum pauciflorum leaf by a steam distillation method.
The composition is prepared by dissolving and mixing all components through a solvent, wherein the solvent accounts for 5-10% of the total mass of the composition.

The cinnamon twig oil has high aromatic oil content, and the bark and the root of the cinnamon twig oil can also be used as medicines, so the cinnamon twig oil prepared by steam distillation is safe and nontoxic.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention adopts various plant-derived, safe and nontoxic essential oils as the main active ingredients of the fly repellent, so that the prepared fly repellent has the advantages of safety, no toxicity and difficulty in drug dependence.
Detailed Description
The main active substances of the fly repellent are as follows: the composition contains the litsea cubeba essential oil, the eupatene essential oil and the cinnamomum zeylanicum essential oil (the following 'plant fly-expelling agent composition') and comprises the following components in parts by mass: 40-65 parts of the essential oil of the seed of litsea cubeba in Hunan, 20-35 parts of the essential oil of the seed of euonymus alatus and 15-30 parts of the essential oil of the flower of lesser osmanthus. The preparation method comprises the steps of respectively dissolving the essential oil of the litsea cubeba in the Hunan, the essential oil of the eupatorium and the essential oil of the cinnamomum pauciflorum by using absolute ethyl alcohol, and then mixing, wherein the absolute ethyl alcohol accounts for 5-10% of the total weight of the composition.
The essential oil of the litsea cubeba is prepared from litsea cubeba (litsea cubeba)Litsea hunanensis) The fruit is obtained by steam distillation. The eupatorium essential oil is prepared from eupatorium (Elsholtzia rugulosa) The whole herb is obtained by steam distillation. The oligomate essential oil is prepared from oligomate (A)Cinnamomum pauciflorum) The leaves are obtained by steam distillation. The steam distillation method adopts conventional co-distillation.
In one embodiment, the fly repellant comprises the following components (the following mass percentages are based on the fly repellant as a whole): 60-80% of the composition, 1-5% of an emulsifier, 0.1-0.5% of an antioxidant, 0.1-1% of a preservative, 1-8% of a humectant and 0.1-0.5% of a pH regulator, wherein the fly repellent is prepared by uniformly mixing the raw materials in proportion, adding distilled water to 100%, emulsifying and homogenizing for 5-8 min. Then sampling to detect the stability and appearance of the preparation, and bottling after the preparation is qualified to obtain the finished product.
The following examples further illustrate the invention without limiting its scope.
Example 1
1) Preparation of active composition
