Description

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于控制输出端口处的压力的阀组件和方法,特别是涉及一种阀组件,其具有优化的空气引导以增大所述阀组件的使用寿命。
背景技术
在用于商用车的气动制动装置的防抱死系统(ABS)中,在ABS干预时短时地部分地强地减小空气压力,以便由此消除车轮抱死或者短暂地松开制动器。所述压力降低例如通过排出阀实现,其中,在排出阀中的膜片在目前的结构形式中由于所述短暂的压力降低而显著地被加载负荷,这同时限制阀组件的使用寿命。

在示出的(默认)位态中,输入端口P1的压力通过开启的第一阀10继续传送到输出端口P2。然而当此时要实施ABS干预并且由此要短时地降低输出端口P2处的压力时,则这通过开启第二阀20实现。由此输出端口P2与压力降低装置S(P3)连接。这可以通过给第二控制阀25通电实现,这引起控制接口22排气。通过第二控制阀25使控制接口22再次进气来将控制接口22处的压力增大到输入端口P1的压力并且由此关闭第二阀20。因为在激活ABS时输入端口P1处的压力通常明显大于输出端口P2处的压力,这导致第二膜片23显著地被加载负荷,所述第二膜片将这两个压力彼此分开。由此显著地缩短整个阀组件的使用寿命。单个膜片的更换通常在经济上是不合算的。
发明内容
由此存在阀组件的下述需求,所述阀组件实现快速地并且高效地控制输出端口处的压力,然而尽管如此仍确保所使用的阀的长使用寿命。这特别是对于自动驾驶是重要的,因为在那里所使用的部件连续地经受高负荷并且阀控制装置的明显更高的使用寿命是值得期望的。

当示例性的ABS被激活时,则应该至少部分地明显地降低输出端口P2处的压力。这通过激活第二控制阀125实现(所述第二控制阀被通电),从而使在第二阀120上的控制接口122排气。这实现通过由第二阀120开启至压力降低装置S的连接使输出端口P2排气。
图2示出了出自图1的连接的一个可能的具体的实施方案,该实施方案又类似于出自图3A的实施方案。所有压力降低装置S在此也与排气端口P3连接,所述排气端口又与外部周围环境连接。如同在传统的实施方案中的那样,第一阀110包括第一膜片113,并且第二阀120包括第二膜片123。此外,所示的实施方案包括可选的节流装置105,以便将通过阀组件的流量限制至期望的值。
第一膜片113更确切地说根据第一阀110的控制接口112处的压力开启和/或关闭输入端口P1和输出端口P2之间的连接。当第一阀110的控制接口112进气时,则关闭第一阀110,当控制接口112排气时,则开启第一阀110。
第二膜片123更确切地说根据第二阀120的控制接口122处的压力开启和/或关闭输出端口P2和压力降低装置S之间的连接。当控制接口122进气时,则关闭第二阀120,当控制接口122排气时,则第二阀120开启至压力降低装置S的连接。
所有其他的部件能够以与在出自图3A或3B的传统的阀组件中相同的方式构造。
然而与出自图3A的传统的实施方案不同地,控制压力管路140构造在输出端口P2和第二控制阀125之间,并且输出端口P2处的压力用作用于使第二阀20进气的控制压力并且不如同在传统的组件中的那样用作输入端口P1的压力。
第一控制阀115示意性地借助弹簧这样被预加载,从而所述第一控制阀在无电流状态中使第一阀110的控制接口112排气。由此,在将正压力施加在输入端口P1上时第一阀110自动地开启。第二控制阀125同样借助弹簧这样被预加载,从而所述第二控制阀在无电流状态中将压缩空气通过控制压力管路140继续传输到第二阀120的控制接口122。由此将输出端口P2的压力连续地施加在第二膜片123的背侧。
当应该对示例性的防抱死系统进行干预(输出端口P2处的压力应该例如短时地或脉冲式地被降低)时,则这通过开启第二阀120实现,由此输出端口P2与压力降低装置S(P3)连接。为此第二控制阀125短时地被通电,这引起控制接口122排气,从而第二膜片122打开至压力降低装置S的开口。
通过将第二控制阀125切换为无电流而使控制接口122再次进气而将控制接口122处的压力增大到输出端口P2的压力。则将相同的压力施加在第二膜片123的两侧。然而因为第二膜片123(例如通过弹簧)被预加载,所以第二膜片123在这种情况中关闭至压力降低装置S的开口。在此,第二膜片123关闭至位于上方的流动通道的开口,所述流动通道通过漏斗形的结构与在排气端口P3上的压力降低装置S连接(在图2中仅仅示意性地示出,因为所述连接位于附图平面以外)。
可理解的是,压力和通道管路也可以任意地选择,并且本发明不应局限于确定的压力比或通道管路。
然而实施例的一个优点在于,与存在的压力无关地将(几乎)相同的压力、即输出端口P2的压力施加在第二膜片123的两侧。由此明显地降低第二膜片123的负荷并且延长使用寿命。这导致明显更小的负荷或更小的在材料中的应力并且由此导致在构件中的小的损害。
本发明的在说明书、权利要求和附图中公开的特征可以不仅单个地而且也以任意组合对于实现本发明是必不可少的。

Claims (9)

1.一种阀组件,其用于控制输出端口(P2)处的压力,所述阀组件具有输入端口(P1)、压力降低装置(S)、带有第一控制接口(112)的第一阀(110)和带有第二控制接口(122)的第二阀(120),所述第一阀和所述第二阀串联地布置在所述输入端口(P1)和所述压力降低装置(S)之间,并且所述输出端口(P2)分接在所述第一阀和所述第二阀之间,其特征在于,
-设置第一控制阀(115),所述第一控制阀能控制地使所述第一控制接口(112)与所述输入端口(P1)连接或者排气;和
-设置第二控制阀(125),所述第二控制阀能控制地使所述第一控制接口(122)与所述输出端口(P2)连接或者排气。
2.根据权利要求1所述的阀组件,其特征在于,
所述第一控制阀(115)是电磁阀,其在无电流状态中使所述第一控制接口(112)排气;和
所述第二控制阀(125)是电磁阀,其在无电流状态中使所述第二控制接口(122)与所述输出端口(P2)连接。
3.根据权利要求1或权利要求2所述的阀组件,其特征在于,
所述第一阀(110)包括第一膜片(113),在操纵所述第一阀(110)时所述第一膜片开启或关闭所述输入端口(P1)和所述输出端口(P2)之间的连接;和/或
所述第二阀(120)包括第二膜片(123),在操纵所述第二阀(120)时所述第二膜片开启或关闭所述输出端口(P2)和所述压力降低装置(S)之间的连接。
4.根据权利要求3所述的阀组件,其特征在于,
所述第一膜片(113)被预加载,以便在所述输入端口(P1)处无压力的情况中关闭所述第一阀(110);和/或
所述第二膜片(123)被预加载,以便在所述输出端口(P2)处无压力的情况中关闭所述第二阀(110)。
5.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的阀组件,其特征在于,
设置节流装置(105),所述节流装置限制经由所述输入端口(P1)的流入量。
6.一种用于车辆制动器的防抱死系统,其特征在于,
设置有根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的阀组件,用于控制输出端口(P2)处的压力,其中,所述输出端口(P2)能够与所述车辆的制动器的制动缸连接。
7.根据权利要求6所述的防抱死系统(ABS),其特征在于,
ABS干预引起所述输出端口(P2)通过所述第二阀(120)排气并且由此短时地松开所述制动器。
8.一种商用车,其特征在于,
设置有根据前述权利要求1至5中任一项所述的阀组件;或
设置有根据权利要求6或权利要求7所述的防抱死系统。
9.一种用于借助根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的阀组件控制输出端口(P2)处的压力的方法,其特征在于,
-将压力经由输入端口(P1)通过第一阀(110)供应至输出端口(P2);
-关闭所述第一阀(110),以便保持所述输出端口(P2)处的压力;
-通过第二阀(120)使所述输出端口(P2)与压力降低装置(S)连接,以便降低所述输出端口(P2)处的压力;并且
-通过以所述输出端口(P2)处的压力控制所述第二阀(120)来中断所述输出端口(P2)至所述压力降低装置(S)的连接。
