Claims (9)
- 出口ポート(P2)における圧力を制御するための弁アセンブリであって、入口ポート(P1)と、圧力シンク(S)と、第1の制御接続部(112)を備えた第1の弁(110)と、第2の制御接続部(122)を備えた第2の弁(120)とを備え、前記第1の弁(110)と前記第2の弁(120)とが、前記入口ポート(P1)と前記圧力シンク(S)との間に直列に配置されており、前記第1の弁(110)と前記第2の弁(120)との間で前記出口ポート(P2)が分岐している、弁アセンブリにおいて、
前記第1の制御接続部(112)を制御可能に前記入口ポート(P1)に接続するか、または脱気する第1の制御弁(115)と、
前記第2の制御接続部(122)を制御可能に前記出口ポート(P2)に接続するか、または脱気する第2の制御弁(125)と、
が設けられていることを特徴とする、弁アセンブリ。 - 前記第1の制御弁(115)が、電磁弁であって、該電磁弁が無通電状態において前記第1の制御接続部(112)を脱気し、
前記第2の制御弁(125)が、電磁弁であって、該電磁弁が無通電状態において前記第2の制御接続部(122)を前記出口ポート(P2)に接続する、
請求項1記載の弁アセンブリ。 - 前記第1の弁(110)が、第1のダイヤフラム(113)を含み、該第1のダイヤフラム(113)が、前記第1の弁(110)の操作時に、前記入口ポート(P1)と前記出口ポート(P2)との間の接続部を開閉し、かつ/または
前記第2の弁(120)が、第2のダイヤフラム(123)を含み、該第2のダイヤフラム(123)が、前記第2の弁(120)の操作時に、前記出口ポート(P2)と前記圧力シンク(S)との間の接続部を開閉する、
請求項1または2記載の弁アセンブリ。 - 前記第1のダイヤフラム(113)には、前記入口ポート(P1)に圧力が加えられていない場合に前記第1の弁(110)を閉鎖するように、予荷重が加えられている、かつ/または
前記第2のダイヤフラム(123)には、前記出口ポート(P2)に圧力が加えられていない場合に前記第2の弁(120)を閉鎖するように、予荷重が加えられている、
請求項3記載の弁アセンブリ。 - 前記入口ポート(P1)を介した流入を制限する絞り(105)が設けられている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の弁アセンブリ。
- 車両ブレーキのためのアンチロックブレーキシステムであって、
出口ポート(P2)における圧力を制御するための、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の弁アセンブリが設けられ、前記出口ポート(P2)が、前記車両のブレーキのブレーキシリンダに接続可能であることを特徴とする、アンチロックブレーキシステム。 - ABS介入が、第2の弁(120)による前記出口ポート(P2)の脱気、ひいては前記ブレーキの短時間の解除を引き起こす、請求項6記載のアンチロックブレーキシステム(ABS)。
- 請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の弁アセンブリ、または
請求項6または7記載のアンチロックブレーキシステム
が設けられていることを特徴とする、商用車。 - 請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の弁アセンブリにより、出口ポート(P2)における圧力を制御するための方法であって、
入口ポート(P1)を介して第1の弁(110)により出口ポート(P2)に圧力を供給するステップと、
前記出口ポート(P2)における圧力を保持するために、前記第1の弁(110)を閉鎖するステップと、
前記出口ポート(P2)における圧力を降下させるために、第2の弁(120)により前記出口ポート(P2)を圧力シンク(S)に接続するステップと、
前記出口ポート(P2)における圧力で前記第2の弁(120)を制御することにより前記圧力シンク(S)への前記出口ポート(P2)の接続を遮断するステップと、
を含む、圧力を制御するための方法。
