Abstract
本发明属于日化领域。一种粉底霜，包括以下组分：环五聚二甲基硅氧烷、甘油、异壬酸异壬酯、二氧化钛、氯氧化铋、氧化铁类、氧化铝、硅石、三乙氧基辛基硅烷、聚二甲基硅氧烷、乳化剂、云母、二硬脂二甲铵锂蒙脱石、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、氯化钠、泛醇、硬脂酸镁、丁二醇、植物提取物以及余量的水。本发明粉底霜膏体细腻，质地轻薄，延展性好，涂抹顺滑，易上妆，妆面自然服帖，不浮粉，清爽不粘腻，透气不堵塞毛孔，遮盖力强，隐藏毛孔，调整肤色，提亮肤色，长效控油保湿，营养滋润肌肤，防水、防汗、防紫外线，持妆效果好。

技术领域
本发明属于日化领域，具体涉及一种粉底霜及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前，粉底霜、粉底液等底妆产品分为以下几类：油包水、水包油、全油、全水剂型。底妆产品需要具备妆效持久、防水防汗、遮瑕、防晒、隔离的功效，水包油和全水剂型粉底霜较为保湿滋润，但在持久妆效和防水防汗方面效果较差；油包水和全油体系的粉底霜妆效和防水防汗效果更为持久，但用后肤感较为油腻，透气性差，长期使用或清洁不当，易造成毛孔堵塞，从而引发一系列肌肤问题，干燥、粗糙、肤色暗哑、毛孔粗大、肌肤炎症等。因此，需要一种粉底霜，在具有良好遮瑕、防水、防汗、持妆效果的同时，具有轻薄透气，控油保湿，不堵塞毛孔的特点。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种粉底霜，该粉底霜可作为气垫霜、BB霜和CC霜，膏体细腻，质地轻薄，延展性好，涂抹顺滑，易上妆，妆面自然服帖，不浮粉，清爽不粘腻，透气不堵塞毛孔，遮盖力强，隐藏毛孔，调整肤色，提亮肤色，长效控油保湿，营养滋润肌肤，防水、防汗、防紫外线，持妆效果好。
本发明的技术方案如下：
一种粉底霜，包括以下按质量百分比计算的组分：
A相：环五聚二甲基硅氧烷1-5％、甘油1-10％、异壬酸异壬酯1-5％；
B相：二氧化钛0.1-5％、氯氧化铋0.01-0.5％、氧化铁类0.01-0.5％、氧化铝0.01-0.5％、硅石0.01-0.5％、三乙氧基辛基硅烷0.01-0.5％、聚二甲基硅氧烷0.01-0.5％；
C相：乳化剂0.01-8％、云母0.5-5％、二硬脂二甲铵锂蒙脱石0.1-0.5％、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯0.1-0.5％、氯化钠0.5-2％、泛醇0.1-2％、硬脂酸镁0.1-0.5％、丁二醇0.01-0.5％、植物提取物0.1-3.5％；
以及余量的水。
进一步的，所述乳化剂包括鲸蜡基PEG/PPG-10/1聚二甲基硅氧烷、PEG-30二聚羟基硬脂酸酯、PEG/PPG-18/18聚二甲基硅氧烷、PEG-10聚二甲基硅氧烷中的至少一种。
进一步的，所述乳化剂为鲸蜡基PEG/PPG-10/1聚二甲基硅氧烷0.5-3％、PEG-30二聚羟基硬脂酸酯0.01-2％、PEG/PPG-18/18聚二甲基硅氧烷0.01-2％、PEG-10聚二甲基硅氧烷0.1-1％。
PEG/PPG-18/18聚二甲基硅氧烷、PEG-10聚二甲基硅氧烷具有良好的调理性能和乳化性能，可有效避免油包水体系出现油水分离现象，长效保湿滋润，防水、防汗和妆面效果持久。PEG-30二聚羟基硬脂酸酯稳定性好、粘度低，可提高产品的延展性，肤感轻盈不粘腻。鲸蜡基PEG/PPG-10/1聚二甲基硅氧烷作为一种调理剂、乳化剂和助渗剂。具有良好的湿润和锁水能力，肤感清爽不粘腻，可使肌肤细腻丝滑。
进一步的，所述植物提取物包括积雪草提取物、虎杖根提取物、黄芩根提取物、茶叶提取物、光果甘草根提取物、母菊花提取物、迷迭香叶提取物中的至少一种。
进一步的，所述植物提取为积雪草提取物0.01-0.5％、虎杖根提取物0.01-0.5％、黄芩根提取物0.01-0.5％、茶叶提取物0.01-0.5％、光果甘草根提取物0.01-0.5％、母菊花提取物0.01-0.5％、迷迭香叶提取物0.01-0.5％。
积雪草提取物可促进真皮层中胶原蛋白形成，使纤维蛋白再生，在遮蔽细小皱纹的同时紧致肌肤，修复肌肤屏障，恢复肌肤弹性，祛皱抗皱，平滑肌肤，使妆面服帖不浮粉。虎杖根提取物具有抑菌、抗炎、抗氧化的作用；黄芩根提取物美白亮肤、抗菌消炎的作用；茶叶提取物具有保湿控油、抗菌消炎的作用；母菊花提取物具有抑菌抗炎、舒缓镇静、补水保湿的功效，可帮助肌肤抵御化妆品中成分的刺激，减少肌肤敏感，延缓肌肤衰老，调节肌肤水油平衡。迷迭香叶提取物具有抗氧化性，抑菌止痒，促进血液循环，可提高其它活性成分的透皮吸收作用。光果甘草提取物中含有光果甘草啶，可抑制络氨酸酶活性，抑制细胞合成黑色素，美白亮肤。
进一步的，所述C相中还包括防腐剂0.1-1％。
进一步的，所述防腐剂为苯氧乙醇。
一种所述的粉底霜的制备方法，包括以下步骤：将B相原料混合后研磨至粒度小于20nm，升温至80-85℃；将A相原料与水混合升温至80-85℃加入B相原料中，均质8-10min，搅拌降温至40-45℃，加入C相原料，搅拌均匀即可。
本发明具有如下有益效果：
环五聚二甲基硅氧烷、甘油和异壬酸异壬酯等油相成分，水作为水相成分，在乳化剂的作用下形成稳定的油包水体系，体系对植物提取物和色素具有良好的包容性，可保证有效成分的活性不被破坏，可使有效成分缓慢持久释放，降低了有效成分直接作用于皮肤上的刺激性，延长了有效成分在肌肤上作用的时间，妆面效果更为持久。添加的植物提取物可降低化妆品成分的刺激性，舒缓紧致肌肤，控油保湿，美白亮肤，肌肤平滑细腻，使妆面效果更为服帖。有效成分的调理作用赋予了粉底霜清爽不黏腻的肤感，粉体粒径小，在体系中的分散性好，产品膏体细腻，延展性好，遮盖力强，着色剂可均匀沉积于肌肤表面，不堵塞毛孔，易上妆，妆后肤色均匀自然，妆面服帖。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明进行详细的说明，实施例仅是本发明的优选实施方式，不是对本发明的限定。
下表为本发明粉底霜的3个实施例的配方表(单位：％)：
一种所述的粉底霜的制备方法，包括以下步骤：将B相原料混合后研磨至粒度为20nm，升温至80℃；将A相原料与水混合升温至80℃加入B相原料中，均质10min，搅拌降温至40-45℃，加入C相原料，搅拌均匀即可。
测试本发明粉底霜实施例1-3的各项性能，选取30名志愿者，每天在妆前使用等量样品，保持妆容15h，期间不擦拭、不补妆、不卸妆，连续测试15天，统计受试者每日持妆时长去平均值；遮瑕效果、水润感和防汗效果评价采用评分方式，10分为效果优异，8分为效果良好，6分为效果较好，4分为效果一般，2分为效果较差，0分为无效。测试结果见下表：
可见，本发明遮瑕霜持妆效果持久，具有良好的遮瑕、防汗效果，肤感清爽水润不粘腻。
本发明粉底霜膏体细腻，质地轻薄，延展性好，涂抹顺滑，易上妆，妆面自然服帖，不浮粉，清爽不粘腻，透气不堵塞毛孔，遮盖力强，隐藏毛孔，调整肤色，提亮肤色，长效控油保湿，营养滋润肌肤，防水、防汗、防紫外线，持妆效果好。
Claims (8)
1.一种粉底霜，其特征在于，包括以下按质量百分比计算的组分：
A相：环五聚二甲基硅氧烷1-5％、甘油1-10％、异壬酸异壬酯1-5％；
B相：二氧化钛0.1-5％、氯氧化铋0.01-0.5％、氧化铁类0.01-0.5％、氧化铝0.01-0.5％、硅石0.01-0.5％、三乙氧基辛基硅烷0.01-0.5％、聚二甲基硅氧烷0.01-0.5％；
C相：乳化剂0.01-8％、云母0.5-5％、二硬脂二甲铵锂蒙脱石0.1-0.5％、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯0.1-0.5％、氯化钠0.5-2％、泛醇0.1-2％、硬脂酸镁0.1-0.5％、丁二醇0.01-0.5％、植物提取物0.1-3.5％；
以及余量的水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的粉底霜，其特征在于，所述乳化剂包括鲸蜡基PEG/PPG-10/1聚二甲基硅氧烷、PEG-30二聚羟基硬脂酸酯、PEG/PPG-18/18聚二甲基硅氧烷、PEG-10聚二甲基硅氧烷中的至少一种。
3.根据权利要求2所述的粉底霜，其特征在于，所述乳化剂为鲸蜡基PEG/PPG-10/1聚二甲基硅氧烷0.5-3％、PEG-30二聚羟基硬脂酸酯0.01-2％、PEG/PPG-18/18聚二甲基硅氧烷0.01-2％、PEG-10聚二甲基硅氧烷0.1-1％。
4.根据权利要求1所述的粉底霜，其特征在于，所述植物提取物包括积雪草提取物、虎杖根提取物、黄芩根提取物、茶叶提取物、光果甘草根提取物、母菊花提取物、迷迭香叶提取物中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求4所述的粉底霜，其特征在于，所述植物提取为积雪草提取物0.01-0.5％、虎杖根提取物0.01-0.5％、黄芩根提取物0.01-0.5％、茶叶提取物0.01-0.5％、光果甘草根提取物0.01-0.5％、母菊花提取物0.01-0.5％、迷迭香叶提取物0.01-0.5％。
6.根据权利要求1所述的粉底霜，其特征在于，所述C相中还包括防腐剂0.1-1％。
7.根据权利要求6所述的粉底霜，其特征在于，所述防腐剂为苯氧乙醇。
8.一种权利要求1-7任一项所述的粉底霜的制备方法，其特征在于，包括以下步骤：将B相原料混合后研磨至粒度小于20nm，升温至80-85℃；将A相原料与水混合升温至80-85℃加入B相原料中，均质8-10min，搅拌降温至40-45℃，加入C相原料，搅拌均匀即可。
