Abstract
本发明属于化妆品领域,公开了一种防水隔离乳,是由A、B、C、D、E五种组分组成,各组分分别是由以下质量份数的原料组成:A组分:水50‑80份、汉生胶0.1‑1份、卡波姆0.2‑2份、甘油5‑15份、丙二醇1‑10份;B组分:癸酸甘油三酯1‑5份、二甲基硅氧烷1‑5份、异壬酸异壬酯1‑7份、甲氧基肉桂酸辛酯1‑5份、硅弹体1‑6份、聚二甲基硅氧烷0.5‑5份、聚二甲基硅氧烷醇0.5‑5份、亲油钠米钛白粉1‑10份;C组分:三乙醇胺0.05‑0.5份;D组分:聚丙烯酸酯交联聚合物‑6 0.5‑3份;E组分:七草金质0.5‑2份、苯氧乙醇0.2‑1份、防腐剂0.5‑3份和香精0.02‑0.2份。本发明制得的隔离乳防水性极高、同时具有美白、防晒和清爽功能。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于化妆品领域,具体涉及一种防水隔离乳及其制备方法。
背景技术
隔离霜是保护皮肤的重要护肤品,隔离霜对紫外线有隔离作用,实质就是防晒。隔离霜中所用的防晒剂和防晒霜一样,通常分为有机防晒剂和物理防晒剂两类。隔离霜除了具有隔离效果以外,还添加有淡肤色、柔白色、紫色、珍珠亮等修色粒子,因此,涂抹隔离霜成为彩妆的第一步。市场上的隔离霜可以分为两类,一类有防晒功能,另一类既有修饰肤色效果又有隔离作用。
目前,有些肌肤公害很难避免,比如即使你素面朝天,也无法躲避紫外线和空气中的污染物。而隔离霜的第二大功能就是能阻隔这两种不可抗击的自然因素。
对于长时间使用电脑的人来讲,如果没有适当的保护,肌肤很容易产生色素沉积、细纹,造成早衰。目前市面上的隔离产品大都是油包水的产品,产品的防水性非常好,但涂抹感不够清爽且油腻。市面上也有一些水包油体系的产品,虽然产品清爽、不油腻,但防水性差。目前,为了解决这个问题,有人从水包油体系去做好防水,也有人采用一些特殊的乳化剂实现防水,但效果都不尽人意。
因此,亟需开发一种防水性极高、同时具有美白、防晒和清爽功能的隔离乳液。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种隔离乳液及其制备方法,该隔离乳液防水性极高、同时具有美白、防晒和清爽功能。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种防水隔离乳,是由A、B、C、D、E五种组分组成,各组分分别是由以下质量份数的原料组成:
A组分:水50-80份、汉生胶0.1-1份、卡波姆0.2-2份、甘油5-15份、丙二醇1-10份;
B组分:癸酸甘油三酯1-5份、二甲基硅氧烷1-5份、异壬酸异壬酯1-7份、甲氧基肉桂酸辛酯1-5份、硅弹体1-6份、聚二甲基硅氧烷0.5-5份、聚二甲基硅氧烷醇0.5-5份、亲油钠米钛白粉1-10份;
C组分:三乙醇胺0.05-0.5份;
D组分:聚丙烯酸酯交联聚合物-6 0.5-3份;
E组分:七草金质0.5-2份、苯氧乙醇0.2-1份、防腐剂0.5-3份和香精0.02-0.2份。
优选地,所述的防水隔离乳,是由A、B、C、D、E五种组分组成,各组分分别是由以下质量份数的原料组成:
A组分:水60-70份、汉生胶0.1-0.5份、卡波姆0.2-1份、甘油10-15份、丙二醇5-10份;
B组分:癸酸甘油三酯2-5份、异壬酸异壬酯1-3份、二甲基硅氧烷2-5份、甲氧基肉桂酸辛酯1-2份、硅弹体1-3份、聚二甲基硅氧烷0.5-3份、聚二甲基硅氧烷醇0.5-2份、亲油钠米钛白粉1-5份;
C组分:三乙醇胺0.05-0.2份;
D组分:聚丙烯酸酯交联聚合物-6 0.5-1份;
E组分:七草金质0.5-1份、苯氧乙醇0.2-0.5份、防腐剂0.5-1份和香精0.02-0.05份。
优选地,所述A组分中的卡波姆选自路博润公司的卡波姆934、卡波姆940中的一种或两种。
优选地,所述A组分中的水为纯净水、蒸馏水、去离子水中的任意一种。
优选地,所述B组分中的硅弹体选自聚二甲基硅氧烷、聚二甲基硅氧烷/乙烯基聚二甲基硅氧烷交联聚合物。
优选地,所述E组分中的七草金质选自光果甘草根提取物、积雪草提取物、母菊花提取物、茶叶提取物、虎杖根提取物、迷迭香叶提取物和黄芩根提取物。七草金质具有舒缓刺激,有效地抑制皮肤搔痒;修护皮肤,防止皮肤干燥、发红、脱皮的功能。
优选地,所述E组分中的防腐剂选自辛酰羟肟酸和乙基己基甘油中的一种或两种。
茶叶:茶叶有很好的医疗效用,可以防、治内外妇儿各科的很多病症,茶叶用于化妆品中,使茶叶中的美容成分直接被皮肤吸收,具有安全、刺激性小等的优点。茶多酚是茶叶中含量最多的一类可溶性成分,也是茶叶发挥其健康保健功效最主要的物质,最典型的代表是儿茶素(酚),具有抗氧化(消除氧自由基)、抗炎、降低心血管病发病几率、预防癌症、降血脂、减少体脂形成、抗菌、改变肠道菌群生态等多项功效。研究表明,喝下一杯茶半小时后,血中的抗氧化容量(对抗氧自由基的能力)增加41%~48%,并能在高水平状态持续一个半小时。茶色素:主要包括叶绿素、β-胡萝卜素等,具有抗肿癌、延缓衰老以及美容等作用。茶氨酸:能提高大脑功能,增强记忆力和学习能力。对阿尔海默病(老年痴呆症)、帕金森病及自主神经功能紊乱都有预防作用。茶多糖:是一类成分复杂的混合物。茶多糖具有抗辐射、增加白细胞数量、提高免疫力的作用,还能降血糖,还可以防、治内外妇儿各科的很多病症,茶叶用于化妆品中,使茶叶中的美容成分直接被皮肤吸收,具有安全、刺激性小等的优点。
积雪草(又名雷公根),清热解毒,利湿消肿,可益脑提神。研究表明具有滋补、消炎、愈合伤口、利尿通便和镇定作用。对麻风病、溃疡也有疗效,对血液净化及免疫力有激活作用,因其可刺激深层皮肤细胞的更替,积雪草用于化妆品中更可紧致表皮与真皮连接部分,能使皮肤变柔软,有助于解决皮肤松弛现象,使皮肤光滑有弹性。
洋甘草(光果甘草)是《中华人民共和国药典》规定甘草药材三种来源植物之一,以根与根茎入药,味甘,性平。有补脾益气,止咳祛痰,清热解毒,缓急定痛,调和药性的功能。用于脾胃虚弱,中气不足,咳嗽气喘,痈疽疮毒,腹中挛急作痛,缓和药物烈性。
母菊花,别名洋甘菊、欧药菊,为玄参科植物小米草的全草。具有驱风解表,治感冒、风湿疼痛等功能,专用于解痉、抗炎、利胆作用强;促进肝脏排泄胆汁;支气管哮喘、风湿热、过敏性胃肠炎、湿疹等。
虎杖,微苦,微寒,具有抗氧化和抗炎作用。用于水火烫伤,跌扑损伤,痈肿疮毒。根状茎药用,有活血散痰、祛风解毒、消炎止痛、去湿热黄疸、治慢性气管炎、降低血脂等功效。
迷迭香是著名的有收敛功效的植物,可以帮助我们清洁毛囊和皮肤深层,并能够让毛孔更细小,从而让皮肤看起来更细腻更平整。而对于面部有多余脂肪的人来说,也有消除脂肪,紧实皮肤的功效,此外,迷迭香的抗氧化性,对减缓衰老也起到了一定作用。
黄芩为薄荷家族成员,具有抗氧和抗炎作用。
七草金质:针对皮肤病或刺激性皮肤而选出的7种草药,7种混合草药的提取物具有舒缓刺激、修护肌肤;还能深度修护、温和舒缓寒冷干燥天气带来的皴裂、干痒、发红、脱皮等肌肤问题,保持皮肤持久柔润健康。
一种防水隔离乳的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)先将A组分中的卡波姆加入水中均质,加热,用甘油和丙二醇分散汉生胶,得到分散液,再将分散液加入加热后的卡波姆中,得到水相;
(2)将B组分的癸酸甘油三酯、二甲基硅氧烷、异壬酸异壬酯、甲氧基肉桂酸辛酯、硅弹体、聚二甲基硅氧烷、聚二甲基硅氧烷醇和亲油钠米钛白粉均质分散,加入油锅中,并加热,得到油相;
(3)均质水相,将油相抽往水相中,提速继续均质,得到水包油体系;
(4)将C组分的三乙醇胺加入水包油体系第一次搅拌,再加入D组分的聚丙烯酸酯交联聚合物-6第二次搅拌;
(5)降温,按照E组分的原料组成加入七草金质、苯氧乙醇、防腐剂和香精搅拌后出料,陈化,即得防水隔离乳。
优选地,步骤(1)和步骤(2)所述均质采用均质分散机,均质的时间为10-15min。
优选地,步骤(1)所述加热的温度为70℃-90℃;步骤(2)所述加热的温度为75℃-85℃。
优选地,步骤(3)所述均质水相的速度为1000-1500r/min,所述油相抽往水相中的时间为25-35min,所述提速继续均质的速度为15000-18000r/min,均质的时间为10-15min。
优选地,步骤(4)所述加入三乙醇胺前,先把体系抽真空;所述第一次搅拌的速度为40-50r/min,时间为10-20min;所述第二次搅拌的速度为40-50r/min,时间为20-30min。
优选地,步骤(5)所述降温至38℃-42℃。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明制得的隔离乳防水性极高、同时具有美白、防晒和清爽功能。
1)本发明利用15000-18000r/min的均质速度来将油相充分的渗透到水相中形成的是水包油体系,将本发明用在脸上或身体上,会出现分布均匀的乳状珠子,涂抹完后,亲油钛白粉均匀的分布在皮肤上,亲肤不浮粉,亲油钛白粉还具有强防水性和防晒功能;
2)本发明的亲油钛白粉与香精结合使隔离乳更滑腻美白,用于脸上有更强附着力、吸收力和遮盖力,还可减弱油腻及透明的感觉,使得隔离乳清爽美白;
3)本发明还充分利用光果甘草根提取物、积雪草提取物、母菊花提取物、茶叶提取物、虎杖根提取物、迷迭香叶提取物和黄芩根提取物的特性,舒缓刺激、修护肌肤同时具有防晒作用。

为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚明了,下面通过实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。但是应该理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限制本发明的范围。

实施例1-4的制备方法如下:
一种防水隔离乳的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)先将A组分中的卡波姆加入水中均质,加热至80℃,用甘油和丙二醇分散汉生胶,得到分散液,再将分散液加入加热后的卡波姆934中,得到水相;
(2)将B组分的癸酸甘油三酯、二甲基硅氧烷、异壬酸异壬酯、甲氧基肉桂酸辛酯、硅弹体、聚二甲基硅氧烷、聚二甲基硅氧烷醇和亲油钠米钛白粉均质分散,加入油锅中,并加热至80℃,得到油相;
(3)采用均质速度为1200r/min均质水相,将油相抽往水相中,全部进入水相后,再提高均质速度至18000r/min,均质10分钟,得到水包油体系;
(4)将C组分的三乙醇胺加入水包油体系第一次搅拌,搅拌速度为40r/min,再加入D组分的聚丙烯酸酯交联聚合物-6第二次搅拌,搅拌时间为20-30min;
(5)降温至40℃,加入E组分的光果甘草根提取物、积雪草提取物、母菊花提取物、茶叶提取物、虎杖根提取物、迷迭香叶提取物、黄芩根提取物、苯氧乙醇、辛酰羟肟酸和乙基己基甘油和香精搅拌后出料,陈化,即得防水隔离乳。
对比例1
对比例1与实施例4不同的是,对比例1不加入亲油钠米钛白粉,其余与实施例4的原料及制备方法相同。
对比例2
对比例2与实施例4不同的是,对比例1不加入七草金质,其余与实施例4的原料及制备方法相同。
应用测试
招募120名实验者,其中,男50人,女70人,年龄18-38岁,分成6组,每组20人。测试方法为:受试者直接使用实施例1-4和对比例1-2,使用前先做好脸部清洁和保湿,取适量本发明的防水隔离乳均匀涂抹于脸部肌肤,轻柔按摩至吸收即可,检验防水隔离乳防水、美白和防晒的效果。使用的效果如表4所示。

评价标准:非常好:5分;良好:4分;一般:3分;较差:2分;很差:1分。
从以上的测试结果可知,本发明的防水隔离乳有着极强的防水、防晒效果,能够同时做到美白、保湿,且产品使用后无明显黏腻感,对皮肤温和,刺激性较小。
上述实施例为本发明较佳的实施方式,但本发明的实施方式并不受上述实施例的限制,其他的任何未背离本发明的精神实质与原理下所作的改变、修饰、替代、组合、简化,均应为等效的置换方式,都包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (10)
1.一种防水隔离乳,其特征在于,是由A、B、C、D、E五种组分组成,各组分分别是由以下质量份数的原料组成:
A组分:水50-80份、汉生胶0.1-1份、卡波姆0.2-2份、甘油5-15份、丙二醇1-10份;
B组分:癸酸甘油三酯1-5份、二甲基硅氧烷1-5份、异壬酸异壬酯1-7份、甲氧基肉桂酸辛酯1-5份、硅弹体1-6份、聚二甲基硅氧烷0.5-5份、聚二甲基硅氧烷醇0.5-5份、亲油钠米钛白粉1-10份;
C组分:三乙醇胺0.05-0.5份;
D组分:聚丙烯酸酯交联聚合物-6 0.5-3份;
E组分:七草金质0.5-2份、苯氧乙醇0.2-1份、防腐剂0.5-3份和香精0.02-0.2份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防水隔离乳,其特征在于,是由A、B、C、D、E五种组分组成,各组分分别是由以下质量份数的原料组成:
A组分:水60-70份、汉生胶0.1-0.5份、卡波姆0.2-1份、甘油10-15份、丙二醇5-10份;
B组分:癸酸甘油三酯2-5份、异壬酸异壬酯1-3份、二甲基硅氧烷2-5份、甲氧基肉桂酸辛酯1-2份、硅弹体1-3份、聚二甲基硅氧烷0.5-3份、聚二甲基硅氧烷醇0.5-2份、亲油钠米钛白粉1-5份;
C组分:三乙醇胺0.05-0.2份;
D组分:聚丙烯酸酯交联聚合物-6 0.5-1份;
E组分:七草金质0.5-1份、苯氧乙醇0.2-0.5份、防腐剂0.5-1份和香精0.02-0.05份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的防水隔离乳,其特征在于,所述A组分中的水为纯净水、蒸馏水、去离子水中的任意一种。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的防水隔离乳,其特征在于,所述B组分中的硅弹体选自聚二甲基硅氧烷、聚二甲基硅氧烷/乙烯基聚二甲基硅氧烷交联聚合物。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的防水隔离乳,其特征在于,所述E组分中的七草金质由光果甘草根提取物、积雪草提取物、母菊花提取物、茶叶提取物、虎杖根提取物、迷迭香叶提取物和黄芩根提取物组成。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的防水隔离乳,其特征在于,所述E组分中的防腐剂选自辛酰羟肟酸和乙基己基甘油中的一种或两种。
7.权利要求1-6任一项所述的防水隔离乳的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)先将A组分中的卡波姆加入水中均质,加热,用甘油和丙二醇分散汉生胶,得到分散液,再将分散液加入加热后的卡波姆中,得到水相;
(2)将B组分的癸酸甘油三酯、二甲基硅氧烷、异壬酸异壬酯、甲氧基肉桂酸辛酯、硅弹体、聚二甲基硅氧烷、聚二甲基硅氧烷醇和亲油钠米钛白粉均质分散,加入油锅中,并加热,得到油相;
(3)均质水相,将油相抽往水相中,提速继续均质,得到水包油体系;
(4)将C组分的三乙醇胺加入水包油体系第一次搅拌,再加入D组分的聚丙烯酸酯交联聚合物-6第二次搅拌;
(5)降温,按照E组分的原料组成加入七草金质、苯氧乙醇、防腐剂和香精搅拌后出料,陈化,即得防水隔离乳。
8.根据权利要求7所述的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)和步骤(2)所述均质采用均质分散机,均质的时间为10-15min。
9.根据权利要求7所述的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)所述加热的温度为70℃-90℃;步骤(2)所述加热的温度为75℃-85℃。
10.根据权利要求7所述的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)所述均质水相的速度为1000-1500r/min,所述油相抽往水相中的时间为25-35min,所述提速继续均质的速度为15000-18000r/min,均质的时间为10-15min。
