面霜是基础护肤中最重要的一步,面霜中的有效成分能够很好的被肌肤吸收,改善肌肤表层的纹理与肤色均匀度,使肌肤更富弹性和细致。但是,现在市售的抗辐射面霜种类很少,而且很多面霜产品都会添加人工色素、香料和矿石类药物(如重金属汞等),这些成分可能会影响面部皮肤的新陈代谢,不利于长期使用。
如何利用沉香来提高面霜的品质,并提高皮肤的品质是目前亟待解决的技术问题。

S11.将甘油、丁二醇、黄原胶、羟苯甲酯、EDTA 二钠、丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30 烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物、卡波姆、透明质酸钠、丙烯酸羟乙酯/丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸钠共聚物、泛醇加入乳化装置内,30~40r/min搅拌,升温至83~85℃,升温完毕后,2000~3000r/min均质3~10min后,再保温5~15min;
S12.将滋润剂和辅料加入油相锅内,搅拌并升温至83~85℃,至润湿剂和辅料完全溶解,得到油相;
S13.将油相通过真空抽入的方式加入到乳化装置内,所述真空抽入过程中保持真空0.05~0.08MPa,同时以40~50r/min搅拌;2800~3000r/min均质5~10min,保温8~12min;
S14.缓慢降温至60~70℃,35~45r/min搅拌加入预先用水溶解的氨基酸,再加入沉香精油,在真空0.05~0.08MPa下,1000~2000r/min均质5~10min;
S15.继续缓慢降温至45~55℃,加入植物提取物、抗菌剂、抗氧化剂、沉香精油,30~40r/min搅拌均匀,继续降温至25~30℃,出料既得面霜。

沉香精油面霜, 包括甘油1%,丁二醇1%,黄原胶0.01%,羟苯甲酯0.01%,EDTA二钠0.01%,丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物0.01%,卡波姆0.01%,透明质酸钠0.01%,丙烯酸羟乙酯/丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸钠共聚物0.01%、泛醇0.01%,滋润剂2.75%,氨基酸0.01%,植物提取物41%,沉香精油0.11%,抗菌剂0.1%,辅料1%,抗氧化剂0.2%,所述抗氧化剂包括富勒烯,余量为水。所述氨基酸为精氨酸。所述滋润剂为鲸蜡硬脂醇橄榄油酸酯或山梨坦橄榄油酸酯0.1%、甘油硬脂酸酯或PEG-100 硬脂酸酯0.1%、角鲨烷0.1%、新戊二醇二庚酸酯0.1%、甘油三(乙基己酸)酯0.1%、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯1%、甘油辛酸酯0.1%、牛油果树果脂0.1%、异壬酸异壬酯0.5%、聚二甲基硅氧烷0.5%、生育酚乙酸酯0.05%。所述植物提取物为库拉索芦荟叶提取物5%、生物糖胶-1 5%、赤藓醇5%、黄细心根提取物5%、α-熊果苷3%、积雪草提取物3%、烟酰胺5%、燕麦蛋白提取物5%、白睡莲花提取物5%。所述黄细心根提取物为黄细心根提取物同1,3-丙二醇、水的1:1:1的混合物,所述白睡莲花提取物为白睡莲花提取物同丁二醇、水的1:1:3的混合物。所述辅料为二氧化钛、氢氧化铝、三乙氧基辛基硅烷1:1:1的混合物。所述抗氧化剂包括富勒烯溶液0.08%和含鞣花酸的混合物0.12%,所述富勒烯溶液为丁二醇、水、黄原胶、富勒烯的1:1:1:1的混合溶液,所述含鞣花酸的混合物为鞣花酸、碳酸氢钠、精氨酸的1:1:1的混合物。所述抗菌剂为苯氧乙醇、1,2-己二醇、氯苯甘醚的1:1:1的混合物。

实施例3
沉香精油面霜, 包括甘油5%,丁二醇3%,黄原胶1%,羟苯甲酯0.8%,EDTA二钠0.1%,丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物0.5%,卡波姆0.5%,透明质酸钠0.5%,丙烯酸羟乙酯/丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸钠共聚物0.5%、泛醇0.5%,滋润剂61%,氨基酸2%,植物提取物0.8%,沉香精油5%,抗菌剂0.8%,辅料8%,抗氧化剂5%,所述抗氧化剂包括富勒烯,余量为水。所述滋润剂为鲸蜡硬脂醇橄榄油酸酯或/和山梨坦橄榄油酸酯5%、甘油硬脂酸酯或/和PEG-100 硬脂酸酯5%、角鲨烷5%、新戊二醇二庚酸酯5%、甘油三(乙基己酸)酯5%、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯15%、甘油辛酸酯5%、牛油果树果脂5%、异壬酸异壬酯5%、聚二甲基硅氧烷5%、生育酚乙酸酯1%。所述植物提取物为库拉索芦荟叶提取物0.1%、生物糖胶-1 0.1%、赤藓醇0.1%、黄细心根提取物0.1%、α-熊果苷0.1%、积雪草提取物0.05%、烟酰胺0.1%、燕麦蛋白提取物0.05%、白睡莲花提取物0.1%。所述黄细心根提取物为黄细心根提取物同1,3-丙二醇、水的1:1:1的混合物,所述白睡莲花提取物为白睡莲花提取物同丁二醇、水的1:1:3的混合物。所述辅料为二氧化钛、氢氧化铝、三乙氧基辛基硅烷1:1:1的混合物。所述抗氧化剂包括富勒烯溶液2%和含鞣花酸的混合物3%,所述富勒烯溶液为丁二醇、水、黄原胶、富勒烯的1:1:1:1的混合溶液,所述含鞣花酸的混合物为鞣花酸、碳酸氢钠、精氨酸的1:1:1的混合物。所述抗菌剂为苯氧乙醇、1,2-己二醇、氯苯甘醚的1:1:1的混合物。

实施例4
沉香精油面霜的制备方法,包括:
S11. 甘油5%,丁二醇5%,黄原胶0.5%,羟苯甲酯0.5%,EDTA二钠0.05%,丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物0.2%,卡波姆0.3%,透明质酸钠0.3%,丙烯酸羟乙酯/丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸钠共聚物0.2%、泛醇0.2%加入乳化装置内,30~40r/min搅拌,升温至83~85℃,升温完毕后,2000~3000r/min均质3~10min后,再保温5~15min;
S12.将鲸蜡硬脂醇橄榄油酸酯或/和山梨坦橄榄油酸酯1%、甘油硬脂酸酯或/和PEG-100 硬脂酸酯2%、角鲨烷1%、新戊二醇二庚酸酯1%、甘油三(乙基己酸)酯1%、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯5%、甘油辛酸酯3%、牛油果树果脂1%、异壬酸异壬酯1%、聚二甲基硅氧烷2%、生育酚乙酸酯0.5%和所述辅料3%为二氧化钛、氢氧化铝、三乙氧基辛基硅烷1:1:1的混合物加入油相锅内,搅拌并升温至83~85℃,至润湿剂和辅料完全溶解,得到油相;
S13.将油相通过真空抽入的方式加入到乳化装置内,所述真空抽入过程中保持真空0.05~0.08MPa,同时以40~50r/min搅拌;2800~3000r/min均质5~10min,保温8~12min;
S14.缓慢降温至60~70℃,35~45r/min搅拌加入预先用水溶解的精氨酸1%,再加入沉香精油2%,在真空0.05~0.08MPa下,1000~2000r/min均质5~10min;
S15.继续缓慢降温至45~55℃,加入植物提取物10%、抗菌剂0.5%、抗氧化剂5%、沉香精油1%,30~40r/min搅拌均匀,继续降温至25~30℃,出料既得面霜。所述植物提取物为库拉索芦荟叶提取物1%、生物糖胶-1 1%、赤藓醇2%、黄细心根提取物1%、α-熊果苷1%、积雪草提取物1%、烟酰胺1%、燕麦蛋白提取物1.5%、白睡莲花提取物1.5%。所述黄细心根提取物为黄细心根提取物同1,3-丙二醇、水的1:1:1的混合物,所述白睡莲花提取物为白睡莲花提取物同丁二醇、水的1:1:1的混合物。所述辅料为二氧化钛、氢氧化铝、三乙氧基辛基硅烷1:1:1的混合物。所述抗氧化剂包括富勒烯溶液2%和含鞣花酸的混合物3%,所述富勒烯溶液为丁二醇、水、黄原胶、富勒烯的1:1:1:1的混合溶液,所述含鞣花酸的混合物为鞣花酸、碳酸氢钠、精氨酸的1:1:1的混合物。所述抗菌剂为苯氧乙醇、1,2-己二醇、氯苯甘醚的1:1:1的混合物。

沉香精油面霜的制备方法,包括:
S11. 将甘油1%,丁二醇1%,黄原胶0.01%,羟苯甲酯0.01%,EDTA二钠0.01%,丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物0.01%,卡波姆0.01%,透明质酸钠0.01%,丙烯酸羟乙酯/丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸钠共聚物0.01%、泛醇0.01%加入乳化装置内,30~40r/min搅拌,升温至83~85℃,升温完毕后,2000~3000r/min均质3~10min后,再保温5~15min;
S12.将鲸蜡硬脂醇橄榄油酸酯或山梨坦橄榄油酸酯0.1%、甘油硬脂酸酯或PEG-100 硬脂酸酯0.1%、角鲨烷0.1%、新戊二醇二庚酸酯0.1%、甘油三(乙基己酸)酯0.1%、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯1%、甘油辛酸酯0.1%、牛油果树果脂0.1%、异壬酸异壬酯0.5%、聚二甲基硅氧烷0.5%、生育酚乙酸酯0.05%和所述辅料1%为二氧化钛、氢氧化铝、三乙氧基辛基硅烷1:1:1的混合物加入油相锅内,搅拌并升温至83~85℃,至润湿剂和辅料完全溶解,得到油相;
S13.将油相通过真空抽入的方式加入到乳化装置内,所述真空抽入过程中保持真空0.05~0.08MPa,同时以40~50r/min搅拌;2800~3000r/min均质5~10min,保温8~12min;
S14.缓慢降温至60~70℃,35~45r/min搅拌加入预先用水溶解的精氨酸0.01%,再加入沉香精油0.1%,在真空0.05~0.08MPa下,1000~2000r/min均质5~10min;
S15.继续缓慢降温至45~55℃,加入植物提取物41%、抗菌剂0.5%、抗氧化剂0.2%、沉香精油0.01%,30~40r/min搅拌均匀,继续降温至25~30℃,出料既得面霜。所述植物提取物为库拉索芦荟叶提取物5%、生物糖胶-1 5%、赤藓醇5%、黄细心根提取物5%、α-熊果苷3%、积雪草提取物3%、烟酰胺5%、燕麦蛋白提取物5%、白睡莲花提取物5%。所述黄细心根提取物为黄细心根提取物同1,3-丙二醇、水的1:1:1的混合物,所述白睡莲花提取物为白睡莲花提取物同丁二醇、水的1:1:3的混合物。所述辅料为二氧化钛、氢氧化铝、三乙氧基辛基硅烷1:1:1的混合物。所述抗氧化剂包括富勒烯溶液0.08%和含鞣花酸的混合物0.12%,所述富勒烯溶液为丁二醇、水、黄原胶、富勒烯的1:1:1:1的混合溶液,所述含鞣花酸的混合物为鞣花酸、碳酸氢钠、精氨酸的1:1:1的混合物。所述抗菌剂为苯氧乙醇、1,2-己二醇、氯苯甘醚的1:1:1的混合物。

沉香精油面霜的制备方法,包括:

S12.将鲸蜡硬脂醇橄榄油酸酯或/和山梨坦橄榄油酸酯5%、甘油硬脂酸酯或/和PEG-100 硬脂酸酯5%、角鲨烷5%、新戊二醇二庚酸酯5%、甘油三(乙基己酸)酯5%、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯15%、甘油辛酸酯5%、牛油果树果脂5%、异壬酸异壬酯5%、聚二甲基硅氧烷5%、生育酚乙酸酯1%和所述辅料8%为二氧化钛、氢氧化铝、三乙氧基辛基硅烷1:1:1的混合物加入油相锅内,搅拌并升温至83~85℃,至润湿剂和辅料完全溶解,得到油相;
S13.将油相通过真空抽入的方式加入到乳化装置内,所述真空抽入过程中保持真空0.05~0.08MPa,同时以40~50r/min搅拌;2800~3000r/min均质5~10min,保温8~12min;
S14.缓慢降温至60~70℃,35~45r/min搅拌加入预先用水溶解的精氨酸2%,再加入沉香精油3%,在真空0.05~0.08MPa下,1000~2000r/min均质5~10min;
S15.继续缓慢降温至45~55℃,加入植物提取物0.8%、抗菌剂0.8%、抗氧化剂5%、沉香精油1%,30~40r/min搅拌均匀,继续降温至25~30℃,出料既得面霜。所述植物提取物为库拉索芦荟叶提取物0.1%、生物糖胶-1 0.1%、赤藓醇0.1%、黄细心根提取物0.1%、α-熊果苷0.1%、积雪草提取物0.05%、烟酰胺0.1%、燕麦蛋白提取物0.05%、白睡莲花提取物0.1%。所述黄细心根提取物为黄细心根提取物同1,3-丙二醇、水的1:1:1的混合物,所述白睡莲花提取物为白睡莲花提取物同丁二醇、水的1:1:3的混合物。所述辅料为二氧化钛、氢氧化铝、三乙氧基辛基硅烷1:1:1的混合物。所述抗氧化剂包括富勒烯溶液2%和含鞣花酸的混合物3%,所述富勒烯溶液为丁二醇、水、黄原胶、富勒烯的1:1:1:1的混合溶液,所述含鞣花酸的混合物为鞣花酸、碳酸氢钠、精氨酸的1:1:1的混合物。所述抗菌剂为苯氧乙醇、1,2-己二醇、氯苯甘醚的1:1:1的混合物。
整个配方中丁二醇应为3.52%,黄原胶应为1.5%,精氨酸为3%。

实施例7同实施例4不同之处在于,不含有黄细心根提取物,所述植物提取物为库拉索芦荟叶提取物1%、生物糖胶-1 1%、赤藓醇2%、α-熊果苷1%、积雪草提取物1%、烟酰胺1%、燕麦蛋白提取物1.5%、白睡莲花提取物1.5%,水1%。其余同实施例4。
实施例8
实施例8同实施例4不同之处在于,不含白睡莲花提取物,所述植物提取物为库拉索芦荟叶提取物1%、生物糖胶-1 1%、赤藓醇2%、黄细心根提取物1%、α-熊果苷1%、积雪草提取物1%、烟酰胺1%、燕麦蛋白提取物1.5%,水1.5%。
整个配方中丁二醇应为5.5%,黄原胶应为1%,精氨酸为2%。
其余同实施例4。
实施例9
实施例9同实施例4不同之处在于,不含积雪草提取物,所述植物提取物为库拉索芦荟叶提取物1%、生物糖胶-1 1%、赤藓醇2%、黄细心根提取物1%、α-熊果苷1%、烟酰胺1%、燕麦蛋白提取物1.5%、白睡莲花提取物1.5%,水1%。
实施例10
实施例10同实施例1不同之处在于,不含燕麦蛋白提取物,所述植物提取物为库拉索芦荟叶提取物1%、生物糖胶-1 1%、赤藓醇2%、黄细心根提取物1%、α-熊果苷1%、积雪草提取物1%、烟酰胺1%、水1.5%,白睡莲花提取物1.5%。
对比例
对比例同实施例4不同之处在于,面霜中不含沉香精油,以水替代,其余同实施例4。
实验例
取80只实验小鼠分为8组,采用实施例4~10及对比例获取到的面霜对小鼠进行处理,具体为:各组小鼠饲养一周后,用硫化钠溶液脱毛,露出背部3cm见方的皮肤,每天涂抹面膜,饲养8周后,禁食一天,脱颈椎处死小鼠,将背部皮肤取下,参照GB/T 5009.3-2003的恒温干燥法测定皮肤水分含量。

从表1可以看出,实施例4~6均具有一定保湿的效果,同对比例相比,皮肤的水分明显增多,表明了沉香和植物提取物的混合使用产生一定的协同增效作用,共同提高了皮肤的质量。
实施例1是较优的实施方案,综合评价较高,水分含量较高;实施例2中的各组份投加量较少,保湿效果同对比例相比仍有显著的效果,表明包含沉香精油和植物提取物在保护皮肤的方面的作用是较为重要的;对比例采用的未采用沉香精油,用户反映较差,水分流失也较多;表明只有沉香精油同植物提取物联用才能产生良好的改善皮肤的效果。
实施例7~10中的植物提取物同实施例4有相当的差别,其皮肤保湿的效果较差,皮肤水分散失较为严重,表明混合提取物与沉香精油联用对于改善皮肤的质量有极为重要的作用。将黄细心根、积雪草、燕麦蛋白和白水莲花的提取物复配,可以显著的提高皮肤的保湿效果。

Claims (10)

1.沉香精油面霜,其特征在于,包括甘油1~10%,丁二醇1.15~20%,黄原胶0.11~6%,羟苯甲酯0.01~0.8%,EDTA二钠0.01~0.1%,丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物0.01~0.5%,卡波姆0.01~0.5%,透明质酸钠0.01~0.5%,丙烯酸羟乙酯/丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸钠共聚物0.01~0.5%、泛醇0.01~0.5%,滋润剂2.75~61%,氨基酸0.11~7%,植物提取物0.75~41%,沉香精油0.11~7%,抗菌剂0.1~0.8%,辅料1~8%,抗氧化剂0.2~10%,所述抗氧化剂包括富勒烯,余量为水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的沉香精油面霜,其特征在于,所述氨基酸为精氨酸。
3.根据权利要求2所述的沉香精油面霜,其特征在于,所述滋润剂为鲸蜡硬脂醇橄榄油酸酯、山梨坦橄榄油酸酯、甘油硬脂酸酯、PEG-100 硬脂酸酯、角鲨烷、新戊二醇二庚酸酯、甘油三(乙基己酸)酯、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯、甘油辛酸酯、牛油果树果脂、异壬酸异壬酯、聚二甲基硅氧烷、生育酚乙酸酯其中一种或几种的混合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的沉香精油面霜,其特征在于,所述滋润剂为鲸蜡硬脂醇橄榄油酸酯或/和山梨坦橄榄油酸酯0.1~5%、甘油硬脂酸酯或/和PEG-100 硬脂酸酯0.1~5%、角鲨烷0.1~5%、新戊二醇二庚酸酯0.1~5%、甘油三(乙基己酸)酯0.1~5%、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯1~15%、甘油辛酸酯0.1~5%、牛油果树果脂0.1~5%、异壬酸异壬酯0.5~5%、聚二甲基硅氧烷0.5~5%、生育酚乙酸酯0.05~1%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的沉香精油面霜,其特征在于,所述植物提取物为库拉索芦荟叶提取物0.1~5%、生物糖胶-1 0.1~5%、赤藓醇0.1~5%、黄细心根提取物0.1~5%、α-熊果苷0.1~3%、积雪草提取物0.05~3%、烟酰胺0.1~5%、燕麦蛋白提取物0.05~5%、白睡莲花提取物0.05~5%。
6.根据权利要求1所述的沉香精油面霜,其特征在于,所述黄细心根提取物为黄细心根提取物同1,3-丙二醇、水的混合物,所述白睡莲花提取物为白睡莲花提取物同丁二醇、水的混合物。
7.根据权利要求1所述的沉香精油面霜,其特征在于,所述辅料为二氧化钛、氢氧化铝、三乙氧基辛基硅烷其中的一种或几种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的沉香精油面霜,其特征在于,所述抗氧化剂包括富勒烯溶液和含鞣花酸的混合物,所述富勒烯溶液为丁二醇、水、黄原胶、富勒烯的混合溶液,所述含鞣花酸的混合物为鞣花酸、碳酸氢钠、精氨酸的混合物。
9.根据权利要求1所述的沉香精油面霜,其特征在于,所述抗菌剂为苯氧乙醇、1,2-己二醇、氯苯甘醚的其中一种或几种。
10.沉香精油面霜的制备方法,其特征在于,包括:
S11.将甘油、丁二醇、黄原胶、羟苯甲酯、EDTA 二钠、丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30 烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物、卡波姆、透明质酸钠、丙烯酸羟乙酯/丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸钠共聚物、泛醇加入乳化装置内,30~40r/min搅拌,升温至83~85℃,升温完毕后,2000~3000r/min均质3~10min后,再保温5~15min;
S12.将滋润剂和辅料加入油相锅内,搅拌并升温至83~85℃,至润湿剂和辅料完全溶解,得到油相;
S13.将油相通过真空抽入的方式加入到乳化装置内,所述真空抽入过程中保持真空0.05~0.08MPa,同时以40~50r/min搅拌;2800~3000r/min均质5~10min,保温8~12min;
S14.缓慢降温至60~70℃,35~45r/min搅拌加入预先用水溶解的氨基酸,再加入沉香精油,在真空0.05~0.08MPa下,1000~2000r/min均质5~10min;
S15.继续缓慢降温至45~55℃,加入植物提取物、抗菌剂、抗氧化剂、沉香精油,30~40r/min搅拌均匀,继续降温至25~30℃,出料既得面霜。
