背景技术
人类与微生物密切相关,微生物给予人类很多恩惠,另一方面微生物侵入人体给健康可能带来严重威胁。高科技功能性的面料应运而生,不仅防止织物被微生物沾污而损伤,更重要的是为了防止传染疾病传播,保证人体的安全健康和穿着舒适,降低公共环境的交叉感染率,使面料获得卫生保健的新功能。
抗菌织物的生产方法有两种,一种方法是将抗菌剂添加到成纤聚合物中,经纺丝后制成抗菌纤维,另一种方法是采用抗菌整理的方法。海藻纤维因其含有对人体有益的氨基酸、维生素、矿物质等成分,制成的织物具有抗菌润颜、消炎止痒、美容保健等作用,成为抑菌面料最受欢迎的成分并成为研究热点。
但是海藻纤维不耐酸碱处理,而且在含有钠离子的溶液中容易发生凝胶化,因此染色困难,影响和限制了海藻纤维的应用领域。
CN201910066372.7提供一种多功能海藻纤维面料的制备工艺,将海藻纤维面料前处理后送入到染缸中升温煮漂,调节pH值,保温,40℃的水洗30min,冷却至室温即完成海藻纤维面料的染色,再经皂洗、固色、烘干、剖幅、拉幅定型整理即得多功能海藻纤维面料,具有抗菌、防霉、消炎的功效。

发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足之处,提供一种海藻纤维抑菌防螨面料及其制备工艺,集抗菌、防霉、防螨于一体,能够提升穿着舒适度和耐穿性,达到吸湿性和透气性以及柔软的手感,同时解决了样布颜色选择的局限性,不需经过高温染煮,提升了海藻纱线韧性和强力,色牢度和强力都优于染色后整处理的纱线,大货投产可行性高,降低染厂工作难度及成本。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种海藻纤维抑菌防螨面料的制备工艺,包括以下加工流程:
(1)纺纱:将海藻纤维和粘胶、腈纶经过混棉、清花、梳棉、并条、粗纱、细纱、自动络筒包装,纺纱车间温度达到20℃以上,湿度60-65%,其中海藻纤维、腈纶和粘胶的混纺质量比例分别为10-20%,30-45%、30-45%,纺成40支混纺海藻色纱;
(2)编织:在单面大圆机上,在25-35℃,相对湿度60-65%条件下将混纺海藻色纱与氨纶一起编织,得到氨纶汗布;设备自带开幅打卷装置,减少压褶;
在编织过程中设置与自动送纱器相连的张力控制器;通过张力控制器控制自动送纱器;使其转速稳定为300-500rpm;
(3)水洗定型处理:将已开幅氨纶汗布接头,预定温度设置为160℃预定型,然后入染缸加入少量精炼渗透剂,经过60℃水温20分钟水洗,去除油污,脱水再次定型,设定温度150℃;
(4)缝制:经铺料停放24小时料布自然回缩。
作为优选,步骤(1)中海藻纤维为1.5D*38mm,强度2.6dtex,粘胶1.3D*38mm,拜耳腈纶0.9D*38mm。
作为优选,步骤(2)将混纺海藻色纱与30D氨纶置于20-25℃环境中平衡24小时以上,此种环境条件能够最大程度的保证纱线各部分性能的稳定,减少由于捻度的特殊设定而引起的不利影响,以保障编织后得到均匀的纹路。
作为优选,步骤(1)纺纱过程中还可以加入羊毛或兔毛。
更优选的,所述羊毛为改性羊毛纤维,兔毛为改性兔毛纤维,具体改性过程为:筛选平均长度大于20mm,短毛率小于35%的清洁羊毛或兔毛原料,经和毛机开松混合均匀,加入羊毛或兔毛原料质量3-5%的软化剂,在温度45-60℃下软化2-4h,得到软化后的羊毛或兔毛;向软化后的羊毛或兔毛中分别加入羊毛或兔毛原料质量5-10%的表面活性剂和石墨烯,进行超声空化处理;
所述软化剂为质量比为2:5的氨基硅类柔软剂和甘油;
所述表面活性剂选用吐温20或吐温80;
所述石墨烯为氧化石墨烯;
所述超声空化处理的条件为:超声功率80-100W,频率设置20-40KHz;水浴温度60-80摄氏度,处理时间40-60分钟。

本发明中,海藻纤维是以100%海藻酸钠为原料加工而成的天然功能性纤维,是一种无毒、无害、可生物降解的绿色材料,为保持独有特性,不需要化学处理,只是梳棉等机械处理。海藻纤维回潮率为16%,手感类似于丝绸和羊绒,加之其天然抗菌防霉,生物可降解的特性,适合制作贴身的针织品,但海藻纤维手感滑爽,无法100%纺成纱线,故将海藻纤维与其他纱线混纺,既保留到了纤维本身抗菌、防霉、手感滑爽的特性,又提升了海藻纤维纱线的韧性和强力,增加可纺性。同时,选用色粘胶和色腈纶与海藻纤维直接混纺出多种颜色,解决了样布颜色选择的局限性,不需经过高温染煮,提升了海藻纱线韧性和强力,色牢度和强力都优于染色后整处理的纱线,大货投产可行性高,降低染厂工作难度及成本。
本发明所述海藻纤维抑菌防螨面料中海藻纤维对金黄色葡萄球菌,白色念珠菌和大肠杆菌均具有非常好的抗菌效果。腈纶的保暖性使海藻纤维可应用于各类纺织产品的生产。进一步采用氨纶与粘胶、腈纶、海藻纤维混纺纱一起编织,增强织物的弹性,提升穿着舒适度和耐穿性,同时可以达到吸湿性和透气性以及柔软的手感,还具有防霉防螨的作用。
此外,羊毛纤维和兔毛纤维增强了面料直接接触人体的舒适细腻感,还具有防风保暖性;石墨烯纤维具有独特功能,不仅能够抗菌抑菌,杜绝异味产生和细菌滋生,还能够发射远红外线,促进血液流通,增进人体微循环。本发明采用的超声空化处理使表面活性剂进入到石墨烯纤维片层中,充分分散有表面活性剂基团的石墨烯接枝到羊毛或兔毛纤维表面,三者相互作用为有机结合的整体,且使表面活性剂与羊毛或兔毛纤维稳定连接,提高稳定性,解决了羊毛或兔毛纤维短容易飞毛、脱落的问题,还大幅降低了对羊毛或兔毛纤维的长度和短毛率品质的要求。此外,超声空化还具有降解软化羊毛或兔毛的残留废液的作用,通过功率超声在溶液中的多重效应能使污染物的官能团结构单元界面破坏,断裂化学键,极大限度的降低羊毛或兔毛处理过程中产生的对人体不可避免的副作用。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点和积极效果在于:
1、本发明将海藻纤维、黏胶、腈纶采用特殊配比并经一系列流程混纺成混纺纱,提升了海藻纱线的韧性和强力,还可加入羊毛或兔毛纤维,使海藻纤维可应用于面料产品的生产,扩大了海藻纤维的应用范围和使用性能,且绿色经济环保。
2、本发明方法制备的面料集抗菌、防霉、防螨于一体,还能够提升穿着舒适度和耐穿性,同时可以达到吸湿性和透气性以及柔软的手感。
3、选用特殊配制海藻纤维与色粘胶和色腈纶的混纺纱,因海藻纤维染整的特殊性,本发明规避了染化料的使用,只是常温水洗,减少染色这一工序,减少高温染煮的不利影响,避免海藻纤维的损伤,最大限度确保成品的抗菌效果。且色纺纱规避了染色技术只能染浅色,颜色不鲜亮这一缺点。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明,但本发明并不局限于以下的实施例。
实施例1
一种海藻纤维抑菌防螨面料的制备工艺,包括以下加工流程:
(1)纺纱:精选1.5D*38mm,强度2.6dtex的海藻纤维,将其与绿粘胶1.3D*38mm、麻灰拜耳腈纶0.9D*38mm经混棉、清花、梳棉、精梳、并条、粗纱、细纱、捻线等流程混纺成为40支棉纱,其中海藻纤维含量为8%,腈纶含量43%,粘胶含量44%,氨纶5%。纺纱车间温度达到20℃以上,湿度60-65%;
(2)大圆机加工:将混纺棉纱与30D氨纶置于20-25℃环境中平衡24小时以上,此种环境条件能够最大程度的保证纱线各部分性能的稳定,减少由于捻度的特殊设定而引起的不利影响,以保障编织后得到均匀的纹路,此后在大圆机上,在25-35℃,相对湿度60-65%条件下将混纺海藻色纱与30D氨纶一起编织,得到氨纶汗布;其中圆筒机采用34英寸针筒、28G设备、2976针的编织机进行编织;设备自带开幅打卷装置,减少压褶;
在编织过程中设置与自动送纱器相连的张力控制器;通过张力控制器控制自动送纱器;使其转速稳定为300-500rpm;
(3)水洗定型处理:将已开幅氨纶汗布接头,预定温度设置为160℃预定型,然后入染缸加入少量精炼渗透剂,经过60℃水温20分钟水洗,去除油污,脱水再次定型,设定温度150℃。
将制备得到的面料裁剪缝制为内衣。
实施例2
同实施例1,其中海藻纤维含量为13%,黄腈纶含量40%,蓝粘胶含量42%,氨纶5%。将制备得到的面料裁剪缝制为婴儿抱被。
实施例3
同实施例1,步骤(1)纺纱过程中还可以加入改性羊毛纤维,具体改性过程为:筛选平均长度大于20mm,短毛率小于35%的清洁羊毛原料,经和毛机开松混合均匀,加入羊毛原料质量3-5%的软化剂,在温度45-60℃下软化2-4h,得到软化后的羊毛;向软化后的羊毛中分别加入羊毛原料质量5-10%的表面活性剂和石墨烯,进行超声空化处理;
所述软化剂为质量比为2:5的氨基硅类柔软剂和甘油;
所述表面活性剂选用吐温20或吐温80;
所述石墨烯为氧化石墨烯;
所述超声空化处理的条件为:超声功率80-100W,频率设置20-40KHz;水浴温度60-80摄氏度,处理时间40-60分钟;
其中海藻纤维含量为8%,黄腈纶含量40%,红粘胶含量40%,氨纶5%,改性羊毛纤维7%。将制备得到的面料裁剪缝制为席梦思面料。
实施例4
同实施例2,步骤(1)纺纱过程中还可以加入改性兔毛纤维,具体改性过程为:筛选平均长度大于20mm,短毛率小于35%的清洁兔毛原料,经和毛机开松混合均匀,加入兔毛原料质量3-5%的软化剂,在温度45-60℃下软化2-4h,得到软化后的兔毛;向软化后的兔毛中分别加入兔毛原料质量5-10%的表面活性剂和石墨烯,进行超声空化处理;
所述软化剂为质量比为2:5的氨基硅类柔软剂和甘油;
所述表面活性剂选用吐温20或吐温80;
所述石墨烯为氧化石墨烯;
所述超声空化处理的条件为:超声功率80-100W,频率设置20-40KHz;水浴温度60-80摄氏度,处理时间40-60分钟。
其中海藻纤维含量为13%,黄腈纶含量35%,红粘胶含量40%,氨纶5%,改性兔毛纤维7%。将制备得到的面料裁剪缝制为袜子。
对比例1-2
与实施例1-2相同,采用无色的黏胶和腈纶替换色黏胶和色腈纶,在步骤(1)后增加染色步骤,具体操作为:
使用棉/锦一浴一步法在pH=6~7条件下染色,染色温度为75~80℃;只能染浅色,颜色不鲜亮,且两侧易有染痕。
对比例3-4
同实施例1-2,将海藻纤维替换为长绒棉纤维。
测试例
一、检验细菌种类
检验依据和方法:GB/T 20944.3-2008纺织品抗菌性能的评价第3部分:振荡法检测抗菌性能。
实施例1-4的抗菌性能数据:
1.金黄色葡萄球菌(ATCC 6538)抑菌率洗涤50次后标准值≥80%,实际值>93%,符合标准;
2.白色念珠菌(ATCC 10231)抑菌率洗涤50次后标准值≥60%,实际值>96%,符合标准;
3.大肠杆菌(8099)抑菌率洗涤50次后标准值≥70%,实际值>97%,符合标准。
海藻纤维抑菌防螨面料对金黄色葡萄球菌,白色念珠菌和大肠杆菌均具有非常好的抗菌效果。
对比例1-2的抑菌性能有所降低,具体值为白色念珠菌抑菌率92%,大肠杆菌抑菌率80%,金黄色葡萄球菌抑菌率95%。
对比例3-4几乎不具有抑菌性能,具体值为白色念珠菌抑菌率0.0%,大肠杆菌抑菌率0.0%,金黄色葡萄球菌抑菌率0.0%。

二、防霉检测
检测条件:国家标准是在温度28℃,湿度90%,持续28天。
实施例1-4和对比例1-2中的海藻纤维抑菌防螨面料防霉等级为二级,防霉效果好,对比例3-4面料达不到防霉等级。
三、防螨检测
检测标准:GB/T 24253-2009纺织品防螨性能的评价9.1驱避法
实施例1-4中的海藻纤维抑菌防螨面料螨虫的趋避率大于62%,对比例1-2中的海藻纤维抑菌防螨面料螨虫的趋避率为55-60%,具有防螨效果。对比例3-4面料不具有防螨效果。
四、性能测试
1、测试上染率和染色牢度
上染率E=(1-A1/A0)×100%
式中,A0为染色原液的吸光度值;A1为染色后残夜和皂煮液混合后的吸光度值。
耐光色牢度的测定根据GB/T 8430-1998;耐摩擦色牢度的测定根据GB/T 3920-2008;耐酸汗渍色牢度及耐碱汗渍色牢度测定根据GB/T 3922-2013。
2、测试透气性能、耐磨性能
透气性按照GB/T5453,选用YG461-B型织物中低压透气量仪,压降选定为100Pa。
耐磨性标准按照FZ/T 01121-2014,采用Y522型圆盘式织物平磨仪,对海藻纤维抑菌防螨面料的进行测试,得出耐磨次数的平均值。

Claims (8)

1.一种海藻纤维抑菌防螨面料的制备工艺,其特征在于,包括以下加工流程:
(1)纺纱:将海藻纤维和粘胶、腈纶经过混棉、清花、梳棉、并条、粗纱、细纱、自动络筒包装,纺纱车间温度达到20℃以上,湿度60-65%,其中海藻纤维、腈纶和粘胶的混纺质量比例分别为10-20%,30-45%、30-45%,纺成40支混纺海藻色纱;
(2)编织:在单面大圆机上,在25-35℃,相对湿度60-65%条件下将混纺海藻色纱与氨纶一起编织,得到氨纶汗布;设备自带开幅打卷装置,减少压褶;
在编织过程中设置与自动送纱器相连的张力控制器;通过张力控制器控制自动送纱器;使其转速稳定为300-500rpm;
(3)水洗定型处理:将已开幅氨纶汗布接头,预定温度设置为160℃预定型,然后入染缸加入少量精炼渗透剂,经过60℃水温20分钟水洗,去除油污,脱水再次定型,设定温度150℃;
(4)缝制:经铺料停放24小时料布自然回缩。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种海藻纤维抑菌防螨面料的制备工艺,其特征在于,步骤(1)中海藻纤维为1.5D*38mm,强度2.6dtex,粘胶1.3D*38mm,腈纶为拜耳腈纶0.9D*38mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种海藻纤维抑菌防螨面料的制备工艺,其特征在于,步骤(2)将混纺海藻色纱与30D氨纶置于20-25℃环境中平衡24小时以上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种海藻纤维抑菌防螨面料的制备工艺,其特征在于,步骤(1)纺纱过程中还可以加入羊毛或兔毛。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种海藻纤维抑菌防螨面料的制备工艺,其特征在于,所述羊毛为改性羊毛纤维,兔毛为改性兔毛纤维,具体改性过程为:筛选平均长度大于20mm,短毛率小于35%的清洁羊毛或兔毛原料,经和毛机开松混合均匀,加入羊毛或兔毛原料质量3-5%的软化剂,在温度45-60℃下软化2-4h,得到软化后的羊毛或兔毛;向软化后的羊毛或兔毛中分别加入羊毛或兔毛原料质量5-10%的表面活性剂和石墨烯,进行超声空化处理。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种海藻纤维抑菌防螨面料的制备工艺,其特征在于,所述软化剂为质量比为2:5的氨基硅类柔软剂和甘油;
所述表面活性剂选用吐温20或吐温80;
所述石墨烯为氧化石墨烯;
所述超声空化处理的条件为:超声功率80-100W,频率设置20-40KHz;水浴温度60-80摄氏度,处理时间40-60分钟。
7.权利要求1-6任一所述的工艺制备得到的海藻纤维抑菌防螨面料。
8.权利要求1所述的面料在制备内衣、床品、袜子中的应用。
