Abstract
本发明属于虾青素饮品技术领域,涉及一种含天然虾青素的饮品工艺,其中,包括以下制作步骤:S1、制作前处理:取果葡糖浆6—15克、糖5—10克、水果果汁6—30克、果糖6—13克和乳酸菌10—15克添加至球墨罐,研磨20—30分钟,得到混合浆液;S2、过滤筛选:将S1得到的混合浆液倒入过滤筛内,对未研磨充分的杂质进行过滤;其有益效果是,该含天然虾青素的饮品工艺,通过添加雨生红球藻粉和虾青素微囊粉,雨生红球藻粉在特定的条件下可以产生大量类胡萝卜素,其中大部分为虾青素,容易被吸收,具有较好的抗氧化作用,通过添加乳酸菌,富含氨基酸、维生素、无机盐等营养成分,具有调节胃肠功能、提高免疫力等效用,适合各种人群食用。

技术领域
本发明属于虾青素饮品技术领域,具体涉及一种含天然虾青素的饮品工艺。
背景技术
虾青素是一种脂溶性的类胡萝卜素,呈现红色或橙色,最早是从水产动物组织、螯虾外壳及藻细胞中发现,具有极强的抗氧化活性,是到目前为止在自然界有机体中发现的最强的抗氧化剂,它的清除自由基和单线态氧淬灭的能力远远强于维生素E,也比玉米黄质、番茄红素及β-胡萝卜素等常见抗氧化物质的抗氧化能力要强10倍以上,因此虾青素具有抑制肿瘤、提高肌体免疫力、清除活性氧和自由基等作用,除此之外虾青素还具有良好的着色效果,可以进入生物体直接贮存在组织中,动物的羽毛和皮肤等就会呈现鲜亮的红色或金黄色,使某些动物的肌肉和皮肤呈现健康漂亮的颜色如红鳝鱼、大马哈鱼等。正是因为这些特性使得其在保健品、药物、食品、化妆品及养殖工业等方面得到了广泛的应用。
目前,现有的含有虾青素的饮品大多口味单一,无法根据口味需要,选择相应的饮品,进而极大的降低了消费者够买欲望,不利于虾青素饮品的发展,因此需要研究一种多口味含有虾青素的饮品,增加口味多样性,保障消费者食用的兴趣。
发明内容
为解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。本发明提供了一种含天然虾青素的饮品工艺,其解决了口味单一和饮用感较差的技术问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种含天然虾青素的饮品工艺,包括以下制作步骤:
S1、制作前处理
取6—15质量份果葡糖浆、5—10质量份糖、6—30质量份水果果汁、6—13质量份果糖和10—15质量份乳酸菌添加至球墨罐,研磨20—30分钟,得到混合浆液;
S2、过滤筛选
将S1得到的混合浆液倒入过滤筛内,对未研磨充分的杂质进行过滤,得到纯果汁浆液,并将其倒入搅拌机中等待使用;
S4、饮品材料制备
取20—40质量份雨生红球藻粉、10—20质量份鱼胶原蛋白肽、30—40质量份虾青素微囊粉、15—35质量份复合维生素、16—25质量份烟酰胺精华添加至球墨罐,研磨15—30分钟,得到混合粉,将其倒入搅拌机中等待使用;
S4、混合
取20—50质量份饮用水,添加至搅拌机中,然后控制搅拌机工作,将S2过滤后的果汁浆液和S3研磨后的混合粉进行混合搅拌,使其均匀混合,得到含有虾青素的饮品;
S5、包装
将混合后的饮品按比例装入合适规格的饮品盒中,然后放置在冰箱中进行冷却10—20分钟,完成饮品制作。
作为本发明的进一步方案:所述水果果汁采用榨汁机进行榨汁并通过纱布过滤后使用,所述水果果汁不限血橙浓缩汁、石榴浓缩汁、蜜桃浓缩汁和哈密瓜浓缩汁。
作为本发明的进一步方案:所述S1中的果糖可采用水果酱、水果粒和水果片进行相应制作。
作为本发明的进一步方案:所述S4中的复合维生素包括但不限于维生素C和维生素E。
作为本发明的进一步方案:所述S1中的糖可采用白糖和红糖。
作为本发明的进一步方案:所述S5中的饮品盒规格包括30ML、70ML和160ML。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
该含天然虾青素的饮品工艺,通过添加雨生红球藻粉和虾青素微囊粉,雨生红球藻粉在特定的条件下可以产生大量类胡萝卜素,其中大部分为虾青素,容易被吸收,具有较好的抗氧化作用,通过添加乳酸菌,富含氨基酸、维生素、无机盐等营养成分,具有调节胃肠功能、提高免疫力等效用,适合各种人群食用,通过使用不同水果制作饮品,可以组合出多种口味的虾青素饮品,达到了根据消费者饮用口味的不同进行多种口味的调整,增加了虾青素饮品的多样性,同时果汁中具备较多营养元素,对有利于保障人体健康。

下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例一
本发明提供以下技术方案:一种含天然虾青素的饮品工艺,包括以下制作步骤:
S1、制作前处理
取果葡糖浆6克、糖5克、血橙浓缩果汁6克、水果酱6克和乳酸菌10克添加至球墨罐,研磨20分钟,得到混合浆液,所述血橙浓缩果汁采用榨汁机进行榨汁并通过纱布过滤后使用,通过使用不同水果制作饮品,可以组合出多种口味的虾青素饮品,达到了根据消费者饮用口味的不同进行多种口味的调整,增加了虾青素饮品的多样性,同时果汁中具备较多营养元素,对有利于保障人体健康,通过添加乳酸菌,富含氨基酸、维生素、无机盐等营养成分,具有调节胃肠功能、提高免疫力等效用,适合各种人群食用;
S2、过滤筛选
将S1得到的混合浆液倒入过滤筛内,对未研磨充分的杂质进行过滤,得到纯果汁浆液,并将其倒入搅拌机中等待使用;
S4、饮品材料制备
取雨生红球藻粉20克、鱼胶原蛋白肽10克、虾青素微囊粉30克、复合维生素15克、烟酰胺精华16克添加至球墨罐,研磨15分钟,得到混合粉,将其倒入搅拌机中等待使用,通过添加雨生红球藻粉和虾青素微囊粉,雨生红球藻粉在特定的条件下可以产生大量类胡萝卜素,其中大部分为虾青素,容易被吸收,具有较好的抗氧化作用;
S4、混合
取饮用水20克,添加至搅拌机中,然后控制搅拌机工作,将S2过滤后的果汁浆液和S3研磨后的混合粉进行混合搅拌,使其均匀混合,得到含有虾青素的饮品;
S5、包装
将混合后的饮品按比例装入合适规格的饮品盒中,然后放置在冰箱中进行冷却10分钟,完成饮品制作。
实施例二
本发明提供以下技术方案:一种含天然虾青素的饮品工艺,包括以下制作步骤:
S1、制作前处理
取果葡糖浆10克、糖8克、石榴浓缩果汁10克、水果粒7克和乳酸菌12克添加至球墨罐,研磨25分钟,得到混合浆液,所述石榴浓缩果汁采用榨汁机进行榨汁并通过纱布过滤后使用,通过使用;
S2、过滤筛选
将S1得到的混合浆液倒入过滤筛内,对未研磨充分的杂质进行过滤,得到纯果汁浆液,并将其倒入搅拌机中等待使用;
S4、饮品材料制备
取雨生红球藻粉30克、鱼胶原蛋白肽15克、虾青素微囊粉35克、复合维生素20克、烟酰胺精华19克添加至球墨罐,研磨15分钟,得到混合粉,将其倒入搅拌机中等待使用;
S4、混合
取饮用水30克,添加至搅拌机中,然后控制搅拌机工作,将S2过滤后的果汁浆液和S3研磨后的混合粉进行混合搅拌,使其均匀混合,得到含有虾青素的饮品;
S5、包装
将混合后的饮品按比例装入合适规格的饮品盒中,然后放置在冰箱中进行冷却15分钟,完成饮品制作。
实施例三
本发明提供以下技术方案:一种含天然虾青素的饮品工艺,包括以下制作步骤:
S1、制作前处理
取果葡糖浆15克、糖10克、苹果浓缩果汁30克、水果片13克和乳酸菌15克添加至球墨罐,研磨30分钟,得到混合浆液,所述苹果浓缩果汁采用榨汁机进行榨汁并通过纱布过滤后使用;
S2、过滤筛选
将S1得到的混合浆液倒入过滤筛内,对未研磨充分的杂质进行过滤,得到纯果汁浆液,并将其倒入搅拌机中等待使用;
S4、饮品材料制备
取雨生红球藻粉40克、鱼胶原蛋白肽20克、虾青素微囊粉40克、复合维生素35克、烟酰胺精华25克添加至球墨罐,研磨15分钟,得到混合粉,将其倒入搅拌机中等待使用;
S4、混合
取饮用水50克,添加至搅拌机中,然后控制搅拌机工作,将S2过滤后的果汁浆液和S3研磨后的混合粉进行混合搅拌,使其均匀混合,得到含有虾青素的饮品;
S5、包装
将混合后的饮品按比例装入合适规格的饮品盒中,然后放置在冰箱中进行冷却20分钟,完成饮品制作。
在制作完成后,可对饮品进行包装售卖,可根据消费者需求进行相应选择,进行饮品制作,通过搭配不同比例组克的果汁配合虾青素、乳酸菌、鱼胶原蛋白肽等物质对消费者不同口味需求进行满足,在保障饮品效用下,提高消费者饮用感。

Claims (6)
1.一种含天然虾青素的饮品工艺,其特征在于:包括以下制作步骤:
S1、制作前处理
取6—15质量份果葡糖浆、5—10质量份糖、6—30质量份水果果汁、6—13质量份果糖和10—15质量份乳酸菌添加至球墨罐,研磨20—30分钟,得到混合浆液;
S2、过滤筛选
将S1得到的混合浆液倒入过滤筛内,对未研磨充分的杂质进行过滤,得到纯果汁浆液,并将其倒入搅拌机中等待使用;
S4、饮品材料制备
取20—40质量份雨生红球藻粉、10—20质量份鱼胶原蛋白肽、30—40质量份虾青素微囊粉、15—35质量份复合维生素、16—25质量份烟酰胺精华添加至球墨罐,研磨15—30分钟,得到混合粉,将其倒入搅拌机中等待使用;
S4、混合
取20—50质量份饮用水,添加至搅拌机中,然后控制搅拌机工作,将S2过滤后的果汁浆液和S3研磨后的混合粉进行混合搅拌,使其均匀混合,得到含有虾青素的饮品;
S5、包装

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种含天然虾青素的饮品工艺,其特征在于:所述水果果汁采用榨汁机进行榨汁并通过纱布过滤后使用,所述水果果汁包括但不限于血橙浓缩汁、石榴浓缩汁、蜜桃浓缩汁和哈密瓜浓缩汁。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种含天然虾青素的饮品工艺,其特征在于:所述S1中的果糖可采用水果酱、水果粒和水果片进行相应制作。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种含天然虾青素的饮品工艺,其特征在于:所述S4中的复合维生素包括但不限于维生素C和维生素E。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种含天然虾青素的饮品工艺,其特征在于:所述S1中的糖可采用白糖和红糖。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种含天然虾青素的饮品工艺,其特征在于:所述S5中的饮品盒规格包括30ML、70ML和160ML。
