Abstract

一种发光扫描驱动单元(EOA),包括上拉控制单元(11)、上拉输出单元(12)、下拉控制单元(14)及下拉输出单元(13)。上拉控制单元(11)接收到第一时钟信号(ECKi)时将高电平参考电压传输至上拉节点(PU)以控制上拉点(PU)为高电平状态,同时上拉输出单元(12)在其为高电平状态时将高电平参考电压传输至发光扫描端(Oe)并作为发光扫描信号输出。下拉控制单元(14)电性连接下拉节点(PD)与上拉节点(PU),在一个扫描周期内在两个不重叠的时间段控制上拉节点(PU)处于低电平状态及控制下拉节点(PD)处于高电平状态,下拉输出单元(13)在下拉节点(PD)处于高电平状态时将低电平参考电压输出至发光扫描端(Oe)。
