Abstract
本发明公开了一种板材,包括板材本体,板材本体包括通过粘结剂依次相粘合的面板、PET泡沫芯材、底板,PET泡沫芯材包括多个排列分布的基体,相邻的两个基体相靠近的端面之间通过表面热熔后直接粘接固定,相邻的两个基体的端面之间通过热熔粘接固定后形成密度高于基体密度的加强筋。在相邻的两个基体相靠近的端面之间通过表面热熔后直接粘结固定,此时在相邻的两个基体的端面之间会形成密度高度基体原先密度的加强筋,从而实现提高板材本体的力学性能,且能避免对重量造成过大的影响。同时本发明还公开了采用该板材制成的地板、墙板,具有良好的力学性能、轻质环保的特点。

技术领域
本发明涉及板材技术领域,特别涉及一种板材以及采用该板材制成的地板、墙板。
背景技术
板材包括有胶合板、木工板、纤维板、蜂窝板、阻燃板、铝塑板、装饰板等等。不同的板材具有不同的功能,以适配不同建筑材料(例如地板、墙板等)的使用加工。例如在地板领域中,地板安装结构分为实木地板、强化复合木地板、多层实木复合地板、竹木地板、防腐地板、软木地板等。不同结构的地板由不同结构的板材加工而成。
在复合板材中,PET泡沫芯材(主要成分为聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯)可以被作为复合板材的夹层结构芯材,但其力学性能和PET泡沫芯材的密度相关,密度越高,力学性能越好,但同时重量越大,所需的材料越多,成本越高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种板材,能够提高力学性能,且能避免对重量造成过大的影响。
本发明的上述技术目的是通过以下技术方案得以实现的:一种板材,包括板材本体,所述板材本体包括通过粘结剂依次相粘合的面板、PET泡沫芯材、底板,所述PET泡沫芯材包括多个排列分布的基体,相邻的两个所述基体相靠近的端面之间通过表面热熔后直接粘接固定,相邻的两个所述基体的端面之间通过热熔粘接固定后形成密度高于基体密度的加强筋。
通过采用上述方案,在相邻的两个基体相靠近的端面之间通过表面热熔后直接粘结固定,此时在相邻的两个基体的端面之间会形成密度高度基体原先密度的加强筋,从而实现提高板材本体的力学性能,且能避免对重量造成过大的影响。
本发明的进一步设置为:所述PET泡沫芯材表面通过涂刷防火剂后形成有第一防火层。
通过采用上述方案,PET泡沫芯材表面形成的第一防火层,在遇到火灾时能起到良好的防火作用。
本发明的目的是提供一种地板,具有良好的力学性能、轻质环保的特点。

实施例1:一种板材,如图1和图2所示,包括板材本体1,板材本体1包括通过粘结剂(粘结剂所形成的粘结层未标注)依次相粘合的面板11、PET泡沫芯材12、底板13。PET泡沫芯材12包括多个排列分布的基体121,相邻的两个基体121相靠近的端面之间通过表面热熔后直接粘接固定,相邻的两个基体121的端面之间通过热熔粘接固定后形成密度高于基体121密度的加强筋122。同时在PET泡沫芯材12表面通过涂刷防火剂后形成有第一防火层14。
实施效果:在相邻的两个基体121相靠近的端面之间通过表面热熔后直接粘结固定,此时在相邻的两个基体121的端面之间会形成密度高度基体121原先密度的加强筋122,从而实现提高板材本体1的力学性能,且能避免对重量造成过大的影响。PET泡沫芯材12表面形成的第一防火层14,在遇到火灾时能起到良好的防火作用。
实施例2:一种地板,如图1到图4所示,采用实施例1中的板材制成,在板材的板材本体1宽度方向的两侧分别形成有第一卡槽21、与第一卡槽21形状相配的第一卡条22,板材的板材本体1长度方向的两端分别形成有第二卡槽23、与第二卡槽23形状相配的第二卡条24。同时板材本体1的周侧表面通过涂刷防火剂后形成有第二防火层25,板材本体1的周侧表面通过涂刷封闭胶后形成有第一封闭层26,第一封闭层26处于第二防火层25的外侧。第一卡槽21、第一卡条22、第二卡槽23和第二卡条24均设置在板材本体1的PET泡沫芯材12上,同时PET泡沫芯材12中的加强筋122沿着墙板的长度方向延伸。
实施效果:地板采用板材制成,板材中的PET泡沫芯材12具有轻质环保的作用,同PET泡沫芯材12中相邻的两个基体121相靠近的端面之间通过表面热熔后直接粘结固定,此时在相邻的两个基体121的端面之间会形成密度高度基体121原先密度的加强筋122,从而使得地板具有良好的力学性能。在板材制成地板的过程中,需要加工形成第一卡槽21、第一卡条22、第二卡槽23和第二卡条24,此时会破坏板材本体1中的PET泡沫芯材12表面的第一防火层14,因此重新在板材本体1的周侧表面通过涂刷防火剂后形成有第二防火层25;同时在加工第一卡槽21、第一卡条22、第二卡槽23和第二卡条24的过程中,会对板材本体1中的PET泡沫芯材12进行切割,从而导致PET泡沫芯材12被切割处的泡沫颗粒容易掉落,因此通过涂刷封闭胶后形成第一封闭层26。
实施例3:一种墙板,如图1、图2和图5所示,采用实施例1中的板材制成,在板材的板材本体1宽度方向的两侧分别形成有第三卡槽31、与第三卡槽31形状相配的第三卡条32。同时在板材本体1宽度方向的两侧表面通过涂刷防火剂后形成有第三防火层33,板材本体1宽度方向的两侧表面通过涂刷封闭胶后形成有第二封闭层34,第二封闭层34处于第三防火层33的外侧。第三卡槽31、第三卡条32设置在板材本体1的PET泡沫芯材12上,同时PET泡沫芯材12中的加强筋122沿着墙板的长度方向延伸。
实施效果:墙板采用板材制成,板材中的PET泡沫芯材12具有轻质环保的作用,同PET泡沫芯材12中相邻的两个基体121相靠近的端面之间通过表面热熔后直接粘结固定,此时在相邻的两个基体121的端面之间会形成密度高度基体121原先密度的加强筋122,从而使得墙板具有良好的力学性能。在板材制成墙板的过程中,需要加工形成第三卡槽31和第三卡条32,此时会破坏板材本体1中的PET泡沫芯材12两侧的第一防火层14,因此重新在板材本体1的两侧表面通过涂刷防火剂后形成有第三防火层33;同时在加工第三卡槽31和第三卡条32的过程中,会对板材本体1中的PET泡沫芯材12进行切割,从而导致PET泡沫芯材12被切割处的泡沫颗粒容易掉落,因此通过涂刷封闭胶后形成第二封闭层34。

Claims (6)
1.一种板材,包括板材本体(1),其特征在于:所述板材本体(1)包括通过粘结剂依次相粘合的面板(11)、PET泡沫芯材(12)、底板(13),所述PET泡沫芯材(12)包括多个排列分布的基体(121),相邻的两个所述基体(121)相靠近的端面之间通过表面热熔后直接粘接固定,相邻的两个所述基体(121)的端面之间通过热熔粘接固定后形成密度高于基体(121)密度的加强筋(122)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种板材,其特征在于:所述PET泡沫芯材(12)表面通过涂刷防火剂后形成有第一防火层(14)。
3.一种地板,其特征在于:包括权利要求2所述的板材,板材的所述板材本体(1)宽度方向的两侧分别形成有第一卡槽(21)、与第一卡槽(21)形状相配的第一卡条(22),板材的所述板材本体(1)长度方向的两端分别形成有第二卡槽(23)、与第二卡槽(23)形状相配的第二卡条(24)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种地板,其特征在于:所述板材本体(1)的周侧表面通过涂刷防火剂后形成有第二防火层(25),所述板材本体(1)的周侧表面通过涂刷封闭胶后形成有第一封闭层(26),所述第一封闭层(26)处于第二防火层(25)的外侧。
5.一种墙板,其特征在于:包括权利要求2所述的板材,板材的所述板材本体(1)宽度方向的两侧分别形成有第三卡槽(31)、与第三卡槽(31)形状相配的第三卡条(32)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种墙板,其特征在于:所述板材本体(1)宽度方向的两侧表面通过涂刷防火剂后形成有第三防火层(33),所述板材本体(1)宽度方向的两侧表面通过涂刷封闭胶后形成有第二封闭层(34),所述第二封闭层(34)处于第三防火层(33)的外侧。
