Description

Moisture-absorbing quick-drying fabric and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of textile fabrics, in particular to a moisture-absorbing and quick-drying fabric and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The human body can sweat when being heated, and the clothes which can quickly absorb sweat and quickly evaporate sweat can be worn, so that the comfort is ensured. Cotton fiber fabrics, such as cotton clothes, are soft and comfortable and have good air permeability, but sweat in the cotton fiber fabrics is slowly evaporated after absorbing sweat due to the fact that the cotton fiber belongs to the cellulose fiber, and the cotton fiber structure has cellular cavities, so that moisture is easily stored in the fiber, the moisture absorption performance of the cotton fiber is good, but the quick-drying performance cannot meet the requirement. At present, cotton fiber fabrics, especially all-cotton fiber fabrics, have no moisture-absorbing and quick-drying products.
The traditional moisture-absorbing and quick-drying textile fabric mainly focuses on purified fiber, cotton fiber blended fabric and the like, for example, the production process of the ultra-soft smooth anti-fluffing skin-friendly CVC (continuously variable crown) undershirt cloth comprises the following steps: spinning → weaving → pre-treatment → peracid deoxidization → dyeing terylene → reduction → cleaning → polishing → dyeing cotton → post-treatment → finishing and shaping, wherein the spinning: the siro spinning process is used for mixing 75-85 wt% of cotton and 15-25 wt% of polyester to form the yarn. Further, the method comprises the following steps: (1) spinning: using siro spinning technology to mix 75-85 wt% of cotton and 15-25 wt% of terylene into yarn; (2) weaving: weaving the yarns in the step (1) into grey cloth; (3) pretreatment: treating the grey cloth in the step (2) at 95-100 ℃ for 20-40 min by using a pretreatment liquid containing a penetrating agent, caustic soda and hydrogen peroxide, and taking out the cloth; further, in the step (3), the pretreatment liquid is a solution containing 0.5-1.5 g/L of penetrating agent, 1-3 g/L of caustic soda and 1-3 g/L of hydrogen peroxide. (4) And (3) removing oxygen by peracid: adding acetic acid of 0.2-0.8 g/L and deoxygenise of 0.01-0.08 wt% into the cloth obtained in the step (3) to perform peracid deoxygenization treatment; (5) dyeing polyester: adding 0.2-0.8 g/L of acetic acid, 0.2-0.8 g/L of sodium acetate, 0.2-0.8 g/L of a disperse dye leveling agent and a disperse dye into the cloth obtained in the step (4), and treating for 40-50 min at 125-135 ℃; (6) reduction: adding 2-5 g/L of caustic soda and 2-5 g/L of sodium hydrosulfite into the cloth in the step (5), and treating at 70-90 ℃ for 10-30 min; (7) cleaning: adding acetic acid 0.5-0.8 g/L into the cloth obtained in the step (6), and cleaning at 50-70 ℃ for 5-15 min; (8) polishing: adding 0.1-0.2 wt% of polishing enzyme into the cloth obtained in the step (7), and treating at 53-57 ℃ for 40-50 min; (9) dyeing cotton: treating the cloth material in the step (8) for 40-50 min at 50-70 ℃ by using a dye solution containing a reactive dye leveling agent, a reactive dye, industrial salt and sodium carbonate; (10) and (3) post-treatment: adding 0.5-1.5 g/L soaping agent into the cloth in the step (9), treating at 50-70 ℃ for 15-25 min, repeating for one to two times, and then fixing color; (11) finishing and shaping: and (3) dehydrating and drying the cloth in the step (10), then carrying out heat setting on the cloth at 150-170 ℃ to obtain a finished product, and then carrying out oil softening treatment. In the step (11), the softening oil treatment process is to add 40-60 g/L of hydrophilic softening oil and 20-40 g/L of terylene hydrophilic softening oil into the cloth for padding. The conventional moisture-absorbing and quick-drying textile as described above is mainly to improve the quick-drying performance by blending cotton fiber and polyester component (i.e., polyester fiber), but since the moisture absorption of polyester fiber is poor, it actually reduces the moisture absorption performance of the entire textile by being incorporated. Therefore, how to enable the cotton fiber textile fabric to have quick-drying performance on the premise of not influencing the moisture absorption performance of the cotton fiber textile fabric is a technical problem to be solved urgently.
