Description

Light fabric containing cotton filaments and production method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of fabric treatment, and particularly relates to a bright fabric containing cotton and silk and a production method thereof.
Background
With the development of society and the improvement of living standard of people, people have higher requirements on comfort and aesthetic property of clothes. Cotton cloth is popular with people because of its advantages of easy warm keeping, soft fit, high hygroscopicity and air permeability, but the disadvantage of easy wrinkling and easy shrinkage of cotton cloth makes its aesthetic property very poor. In order to overcome the above disadvantages of cotton cloth, the mercerization process for fabric is carried out. The mercerizing refers to the same gloss as that of the silk on the processed surface of certain cotton fabrics, and the mercerized fabric has the advantages of stable size, high flatness and good luster on the surface of the fabric. After mercerization, the cotton-containing fabric has the advantages of general luster of silk, soft hand feeling, moisture absorption, ventilation and good draping feeling, and the fabric is fresh, comfortable, soft, moisture absorption, good in ventilation performance and good in glossiness, so that mercerization of the cotton-containing fabric is an important point of research of people.
CN107815895a discloses a pure cotton mercerized fabric and a production process thereof. The production process comprises the following steps of obtaining pure cotton fabric and sequentially carrying out the following steps on the pure cotton fabric: scouring, drying, mercerizing and dyeing; in the scouring process, water is added into the pure cotton fabric, the temperature is firstly increased to 55-65 ℃, and a penetrating agent, a defoaming agent, an alkaline agent and an oxidizing agent are added; then heating to 90-110 ℃ and boiling for 40-50 min; carrying out acid washing neutralization on the pure cotton fabric after the scouring treatment, and adding an deoxidizing agent to carry out deoxidizing treatment; in the mercerizing procedure, mercerizing the dried pure cotton fabric by using a sodium hydroxide aqueous solution with the concentration of 226 g/L-300 g/L, and then carrying out acid washing neutralization on the mercerized pure cotton fabric; the mercerizing is to mercerize the fabric by adopting an open-width mercerizing machine.
CN112301771a discloses a continuous dyeing and finishing method for improving the dyeing quality of pure cotton knitted fabrics, which is to sequentially perform open width weak mercerization treatment, open width scouring bleaching treatment and open width dyeing on the pure cotton knitted fabrics to obtain high-quality dyed pure cotton knitted fabrics; the high-quality dyed pure cotton knitted fabric means that the color yield and saturation of the dyed fabric are equivalent to the effect of dip dyeing; wherein, open width weak mercerization refers to open width mercerization adopting weak mercerization liquid; in the weak mercerization solution, the concentration of NaOH is 50g/L to 200g/L; the open width weak mercerization refers to open width mercerization adopting weak mercerization liquid.
CN106939464a discloses a cotton-bamboo fiber blended broad woven fabric and a production method thereof, and the production process flow sequentially comprises the steps of grey fabric stitch-turning, singeing, amylase desizing, scouring, oxygen bleaching, pre-stretching, half mercerizing, dyeing, tentering, formaldehyde-free shrink-proof finishing, preshrinking, calendaring and the like; the half mercerizing process is carried out by adopting a straight roller mercerizing machine, and the specific process is as follows: 24 pairs of straight rollers are immersed in alkali liquor for multiple times, and the conditions are as follows: naOH 140-150 g/L, room temperature, 24 direct-roll leaching for alkali removal, leaching solution temperature of 50-70 ℃, first grid 90-95 ℃ flat washing, third grid 80-90 ℃ flat washing, sixth grid 70-80 ℃ flat washing, seventh grid flowing cold horizontal washing, and drying, wherein the speed of the drying is 50-60 m/min.
From the above, when the cotton mercerized cloth is produced, the following production process is generally adopted: mercerizing, scouring, dyeing and drying, wherein mercerizing is carried out on the fabric by adopting an open-width mercerizing machine, open-width mercerizing equipment is expensive and occupies a large area, so that the cost of the mercerized cotton-containing fabric is high, the softness of the mercerized cotton-containing fabric prepared by the method is reduced, meanwhile, the cotton-containing fabric needs to be subjected to procedures such as spray washing, padding and the like after being mercerized by the mercerizing machine, the production procedure is complicated, the production period is long, the scouring and dyeing processes are usually carried out in a dye vat, and the equipment used in the procedures such as mercerizing, scouring and dyeing is different, so that continuous production of the cotton-containing fabric cannot be completed.
Therefore, how to provide a mercerization method for cotton-containing fabrics with simple equipment and short production period has become a technical problem to be solved.

(2) Washing the treated cotton-containing fabric obtained in the step (1) with water for 4-15 min at 40-70 ℃, washing the fabric with water for 4-15 min, repeatedly washing the fabric with water for 2-5 times, and performing scouring bleaching, wool etching and dyeing treatment on the fabric to obtain the cotton-silk-containing smooth fabric;
the mercerizing agent is mercerizing agent solution;
the mercerizing agent comprises a combination of sodium hydroxide and a penetrating agent;
the concentration of sodium hydroxide in the mercerizing agent solution is 8-30 Baume degrees.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the osmotic agent is a strong base resistant osmotic agent.
3. The production method according to claim 1, wherein the mass content of the penetrating agent in the mercerizing agent solution is 0.3-2 g/L.
4. A bright cotton-containing fabric produced by the production process according to any one of claims 1 to 3.
