Claims (7)
1. A dyeing treatment method for all-cotton fabric is characterized by comprising the following steps:
1) adding a wetting agent and a vat dye into deionized water, heating to 40-60 ℃, stirring uniformly, and then cooling to 10-20 ℃ to obtain a dye solution;
2) putting the all-cotton cloth blank into a container, soaking for 10-30min, and then singeing, desizing and mercerizing to obtain mercerized cotton cloth;
3) putting the mercerized cloth blank into prepared dye solution for circular dyeing, wherein the dyeing time is 20-60min, adding sodium hydroxide solution into the dye solution in the dyeing process, and obtaining dyed cotton cloth after dyeing is finished;
4) carrying out shaping treatment on the dyed cotton cloth by adopting a steam damp-heat shaping technology;
5) and washing the cotton cloth after the shaping treatment, drying and airing the two sides of the cotton cloth after washing to obtain the finished product cotton cloth.
2. The dyeing treatment method of all-cotton fabric according to claim 1, characterized in that in step 1), the wetting agent is one of polyoxyethylene alkylphenol ether, polyoxyethylene fatty alcohol ether and polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene block copolymer.
3. The dyeing treatment method of the all-cotton fabric according to claim 2, characterized in that in the step 2), the desized grey fabric is placed into a padder containing bleaching liquid for padding and bleaching, and steaming is carried out after padding and bleaching, wherein the steaming temperature is 100 ℃, and the steaming time is 20-60 min.

The dyeing treatment method of all-cotton fabric according to claim 1, characterized in that the bleaching solution comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20-30 parts of hydrogen peroxide, 5-10 parts of sodium hydroxide, 2-5 parts of adsorption resin and 30-60 parts of distilled water.
5. The dyeing treatment method of all-cotton fabric according to claim 4, characterized in that the bleaching solution comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 25 parts of hydrogen peroxide, 80 parts of sodium hydroxide, 3 parts of adsorption resin and 40 parts of distilled water.
6. The dyeing treatment method of the all-cotton fabric according to claim 3, characterized in that in the step 3), the ratio of the addition amount of the sodium hydroxide solution to the addition amount of the dye solution is 1: 20.
7. The dyeing treatment method for all-cotton fabric according to claim 6, characterized in that in step 4), the steam temperature is 100-160 ℃ and the setting time is 10-15 min.
