(2) and (2) putting the mercerized cotton-containing fabric obtained in the step (1) into a dyeing machine, and sequentially carrying out scouring bleaching, hair etching, drying and dyeing treatment to obtain the mercerized cotton-containing fabric.
The properties of the cotton-containing mercerized fabrics provided in the above examples and comparative examples were tested as follows:
gram weight: the cotton-containing plain fabrics provided in the above examples and comparative examples were washed with water, and the fabrics before and after washing were weighed;
tearing strength: GB/T3917.1-2009;
shrinkage rate: GB/T8630-;
fastness to rubbing: GB/T3920-;
color fastness to washing: GB/T3921-;
light fastness: GB/T8427-.
The performance test results for the cotton-containing mercerized fabrics provided in the above examples and comparative examples are shown in table 1 below:

As can be seen from table 1, the present invention simplifies production equipment and reduces production cost by adopting a mercerization process for the cotton-containing fabric in a dyeing machine, so that the mercerization process and the scouring, bleaching and dyeing process use the same equipment, thereby connecting the mercerization process with the scouring, bleaching and dyeing process, changing the traditional dyeing process of an open-width mercerization-fall dyeing machine, and realizing continuous production of the cotton-containing mercerized fabric; the prepared cotton-silk-containing plain weave fabric has good dimensional stability, good tearing strength, low shrinkage and good fastness, and the gram weight change of the cotton-silk-containing plain weave fabric is 5-8 g/m2The tearing strength is 480-520N, the transverse shrinkage is-3 to-4 percent, the latitudinal shrinkage is-1 to-2 percent, the rubbing fastness is 4-4.5 grade, the color fastness to washing is 4-4.5 grade, and the color fastness to washing is resistantThe light fastness is 3.5-4 grade.
If the concentration of sodium hydroxide in the mercerizing agent solution is too low (example 7), the resulting cotton-containing knit fabric has a lower wash fastness of grade 3.5 and a lower light fastness of grade 3, as compared to example 1; if the concentration of sodium hydroxide in the mercerising solution is too high (example 8), the resulting cotton-containing fabric has poor tear strength of 420N and poor crockfastness of grade 3.
Compared with the example 1, if the open width mercerizing machine is adopted to carry out mercerizing treatment on the cotton-containing fabric (comparative example 1), because the open width mercerizing treatment equipment is expensive and the occupied area is large, the cost of the mercerized cotton-containing fabric is high, the continuous production of the mercerized cotton-containing fabric cannot be realized, meanwhile, the shrinkage of the prepared cotton-containing fiber fabric is high, the transverse shrinkage is-6%, the weft shrinkage is-4%, and the tearing strength of the prepared cotton-containing fiber fabric is poor and is 400N.
In conclusion, the invention simplifies production equipment and reduces production cost by adopting the process method of carrying out mercerization treatment on the cotton-containing fabric in the dyeing machine, so that the mercerization treatment process and the scouring, bleaching and dyeing process use the same equipment, thereby connecting the processes of mercerization treatment, scouring, bleaching and dyeing, changing the traditional dyeing process mode of open-width mercerization and falling dyeing machine and realizing the continuous production of the mercerized fabric containing cotton; and the prepared cotton silk-containing smooth fabric has good dimensional stability, good tearing strength, low shrinkage and good fastness.
The applicant states that the present invention is illustrated by the detailed process flow of the present invention through the above examples, but the present invention is not limited to the above detailed process flow, that is, it does not mean that the present invention must rely on the above detailed process flow to be implemented. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that any modification of the present invention, equivalent substitutions of the raw materials of the product of the present invention, addition of auxiliary components, selection of specific modes, etc., are within the scope and disclosure of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. A method for producing mercerized fabric containing cotton, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) placing the cotton-containing fabric and a mercerizing agent in a dyeing machine, and carrying out mercerizing treatment to obtain a mercerized cotton-containing fabric;
(2) and (2) carrying out acid washing on the treated cotton-containing fabric obtained in the step (1) to obtain the cotton-containing silk smooth fabric.
2. The production method according to claim 1, characterized in that the mercerizing agent is a mercerizing agent solution;
preferably, the mercerizing agent comprises a combination of sodium hydroxide and a penetrant;
preferably, the concentration of sodium hydroxide in the mercerizing agent solution is 8-30 baume degrees;
preferably, the penetrant is a strong alkali resistant penetrant;
preferably, the mass content of the penetrating agent in the mercerizing agent solution is 0.3-2 g/L.

(1) placing the cotton-containing fabric and a mercerizing agent in a dyeing machine, carrying out mercerizing treatment for 30-80 min at 40-60 ℃, washing for 4-15 min with water, and repeatedly washing for 2-5 times with water to obtain the mercerized cotton-containing fabric, wherein the rotating speed of the dyeing machine is 2-3 min/circle during mercerizing treatment;
(2) and (2) carrying out acid washing on the treated cotton-containing fabric obtained in the step (1) at 40-70 ℃ for 4-15 min, washing with water for 4-15 min, repeatedly washing with water for 2-5 times, and carrying out scouring, bleaching, hair etching and dyeing on the fabric to obtain the cotton-containing silk smooth fabric.
