Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of textile dyeing and finishing, in particular to a dope-dyed bamboo fiber fabric and a production method thereof.
Background
The textile is an indispensable necessity in human life, and common textiles include clothing textiles, bedding and the like, and the textiles are often in direct contact with human bodies. In the production process of textile fabrics, chemical additives are usually added to improve the color fastness of the fabrics and reduce the severe fading of the fabrics under the conditions of washing, long-term illumination and the like. The chemical auxiliary agent is a synthetic reagent and has certain influence on human bodies, so that the demand on the ecological environment-friendly fabric is gradually increased along with the gradual enhancement of the health consciousness of people.
The dope-dyed bamboo fiber is a green fiber, and particularly is a novel green fiber with various colors produced by adding a colorant into a bamboo fiber spinning solution, and the fabric woven by using the dope-dyed bamboo fiber omits the dyeing link of fabrics and can reduce the use of chemical auxiliaries, so that the dope-dyed bamboo fiber is taken as an environment-friendly fiber, and the application of the dope-dyed bamboo fiber becomes a hotspot of research. However, the raw-liquor colored bamboo fiber has the defects of high price, poor water shrinkage and wet strength, so that the produced fabric has high cost, poor color fastness, poor anti-pilling capability and low fan-shaped tearing strength, and therefore, the raw-liquor colored bamboo fiber is limited to be used in large quantities.
