技术领域
本发明涉及一种按照独立权利要求所述类型的刮水片。
背景技术
已知玻璃刮水装置,在玻璃刮水装置中,从车辆的用于清洁流体的容器起将射束或用于射束的喷嘴布置在刮水臂处或刮水片处。当所填充的流体馈入管线在清洗过程之后例如由于运动的刮水片的离心力、但也通过重力缓慢地清空并且通过喷嘴开口漏空时,在此可能由于必需的流体馈入管线而出现了清洁流体的损失。若接下来应当再次导入清洗过程,那么首先必须通过泵再次填充流体馈入管线。这导致了直至清洗过程开始的延迟和响应时间。

发明内容
带有独立权利要求1的特征的刮水片具有的优点是,阀单元在喷嘴元件前不远处在用于清洁流体或清洗水的管线走向中。在所述一个端盖或两个端盖中的布置在此是有利的,因为在此相应地提供了空间。特别有利的是,喷嘴元件集成到设计成注塑件的端盖中并且从刮水片的边缘起清洁射束对准玻璃。在这种情况下,阀单元就直接处在喷嘴元件前。避免了流体管线清空。当导入清洗过程时,泵快速地在已经填充的流体管线内产生了压力,该压力打开阀并且伴随实际上可以忽略的响应时间开始了清洗过程。极小的响应时间也利于车辆的运行的安全性。

喷嘴元件有利地由端盖中的喷嘴构成。因为端盖通常作为注塑件制造,所以喷嘴能被良好地集成。端盖还用于,连接可能由多部分构建而成的支承元件,所述端盖保护支承元件的开放的端部或者达到了令人喜爱的造型。
在有利的设计方案中,在刮水片的两个端部处布置有带阀单元的端盖。
阀单元可以有利地由弹簧负载的止回阀或隔膜阀构成。始终需要一个阀,其封闭管线并且一旦达到了特定的超压就打开,与自行车阀类似。
可以在支承元件处固定有扰流板,扰流板的外端部被端盖覆盖。通过扰流板防止了刮水片在高行驶速度下抬起。在扁梁式玻璃刮水器中或无铰链玻璃刮水器中,通常在刮水片的整个长度上设有扰流板,该扰流板因此从用于连接刮水臂的适配器出发在两侧分别延伸至端盖。
流体管线有利地集成到扰流板中。
在另一种设计方案中,在两侧在扰流板的边缘中集成有流体管线。
端盖有利地具有通往喷嘴元件的集成的流体管线并且阀单元插入到端盖的流体管线和扰流板中的流体管线的连接之间。

具体实施方式

Claims (8)

1.一种刮水片,带有:刮水条;支承元件,所述支承元件在刮水片(1)的长度上将按压力分配到风挡玻璃上;用于与刮水臂(3)连接的适配器(6);在刮水片(1)的一个或两个端部处的至少一个端盖(2),端盖覆盖至少一个支承元件;和用于施加清洁流体到玻璃上的喷嘴元件(14);以及通往喷嘴元件(14)的流体管线(5、10、13),其能通过适配器(6)与刮水臂(3)的流体管线(4)连接,其特征在于,流体管线(5)从适配器(6)通往至少一个端盖(2)并且阀单元(12)在端盖(2)前或中与流体管线(5)连接以及喷嘴元件(14)连接在阀单元(12)后。
2.按照权利要求1所述的刮水片,其特征在于,所述喷嘴元件(14)由在所述端盖(2)中的喷嘴(15)构成。
3.按照权利要求1或2所述的刮水片,其特征在于,在所述刮水片(1)的两个端部处布置有带阀单元(12)的端盖(2)。
4.按照前述权利要求中任一项所述的刮水片,其特征在于,所述阀单元(12)由弹簧负载的止回阀或隔膜阀构成。
5.按照前述权利要求中任一项所述的刮水片,其特征在于,在所述支承元件处固定有扰流板(11),所述扰流板的外端部被所述端盖(2)覆盖。
6.按照权利要求5所述的刮水片,其特征在于,所述流体管线(5)集成到所述扰流板(11)中。
7.按照权利要求6所述的刮水片,其特征在于,在两侧在所述扰流板(11)的边缘中集成有流体管线(5)。
8.按照权利要求5至7中任一项所述的刮水片,其特征在于,所述端盖(2)具有通往所述喷嘴元件(14)的集成的流体管线(13)并且所述阀单元(14)插入到所述端盖(2)的流体管线(13)和所述扰流板(11)中的流体管线(5)的连接中。
