本发明属于陶瓷技术领域,具体涉及一种仿古白绿釉料及其制备方法、仿古白绿釉陶瓷制品的制备方法。
背景技术
陶瓷制品,在我国已经是家家必备的物品,无论是餐具还是工艺品,已经是随处可见了。然而,无论是餐具还是工艺品,现在大多数产品都是比较光鲜艳丽、创新的陶瓷制品,而看起来比较具有年代感的陶瓷制品大多数都是祖辈传承下来的,市面上也比较少见,而具有年代感的陶瓷制品其外表面会有破碎的感觉,同样具有一定的观赏性。因此,如何制备具有年代感的陶瓷制品具有一定的意义。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种具有一定年代感视觉效果的仿古白绿釉料,及用其制备而成的陶瓷制品。
本发明采用如下技术方案:
仿古白绿釉料,包括按照质量份数计的如下组分:高岭土70~80份,长石6~8份,石英5~7份,氧化锌2~5份,碳酸钙3~6份,辉锑矿石13~20份,硅灰石7~8份,白垩土6~9份,辉绿岩11~17份,氧化铁1~3份,麦饭石5~11份。
所述的仿古白绿釉料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤一、破碎
按照所述质量份数计,将所述高岭土、长石、石英、碳酸钙、辉锑矿石、硅灰石、白垩土、辉绿岩和麦饭石分别进行破碎然后混合搅拌,得破碎料,并过筛后备用;
步骤二、球磨
按照所述质量份数计,将步骤一所得破碎料和所述氧化锌、氧化铁混合后,进行球磨,并过筛得球磨料;
步骤三、捶打
通过捶打机进行捶打,得捶打料;
步骤四、调节浓度
将水加入到步骤三所得捶打料中,调节其浓度后,用离心机出去悬浮液,即得仿古白绿釉料。
仿古白绿釉陶瓷制品的制备方法,步骤如下:
对陶瓷坯体进行上釉,釉料为仿古白绿釉,然后将上釉后的陶瓷坯体进行烧制,自然冷却后进行打磨,得仿古白绿釉陶瓷制品。
进一步的,所述陶瓷坯体包括按照质量份数计的如下组分:红土70~80份,高岭土70~80份,长石7~10份,石英5~7份,废弃红土陶瓷10~15份,莫来石13~18份。
进一步的,其上釉时分2~3次,每次间隔5~10min,每次釉层0.2~0.4mm。
进一步的,所述烧制过程具体如下:
预热段:以1.3~1.7℃/min的升温速率加热至280~320℃;
烧制一段:以2.7~3.5℃/min升温速率加热至750~800℃;
烧制二段:以2.0~2.5℃/min升温速率加热至1250~1270℃,恒温20~30min。
进一步的,所述打磨时采用打磨器打磨15~20min。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下有益效果:
第一、为了使得陶瓷产品外表面具有破损的视觉感,通过采用少量的氧化铁和碳酸钙,使其在烧制过程中产生气体,形成类似凹坑缺陷的陈旧感,其利用了硅灰石的耐热性能,在烧制过程中的温度变化较大,可以有效稳定釉面的成型;
第二、通过捶打机对釉料进行捶打时,粒径小,可以使得原料结构形成扁平状,且各类组分分错叠加,有助于形成不规则釉面,即凹坑状。
第三、在烧制过程中,烧制一段的升温速率明显比预热段快很多,这个升温速度是申请人通过长期测试的结果,有助于形成辉锑矿石、辉绿岩和氧化铁在烧制过程中形成白绿釉面,且不会破坏釉面和陶瓷坯体的结合;
第四、在坯体中加入了红土,并利用莫来石进行补强,通过红土可以有效还原其陈旧感,透过釉面的破损面可以看到内部坯体,而红土再配合白绿釉的效果,可以很好的还原其历经风雨的陈旧感。

仿古白绿釉陶瓷制品的制备方法,步骤如下:
对陶瓷坯体进行上釉,上釉次数为2次,每次间隔5min,每次釉层0.2mm。其中,釉料为仿古白绿釉,然后将上釉后的陶瓷坯体进行烧制,自然冷却后进行打磨,所述打磨时采用打磨器打磨15min,得仿古白绿釉陶瓷制品。
其中,所述陶瓷坯体包括按照质量份数计的如下组分:红土70份,高岭土70份,长石7份,石英5份,废弃红土陶瓷10份,莫来石13份。
其中,所述烧制过程具体如下:
预热段:以1.3℃/min的升温速率加热至280℃;
烧制一段:以2.7℃/min升温速率加热至750℃;
烧制二段:以2.0℃/min升温速率加热至1250℃,恒温20min。
实施例2
仿古白绿釉料,包括按照质量份数计的如下组分:高岭土75份,长石7份,石英6份,氧化锌3份,碳酸钙5份,辉锑矿石16份,硅灰石8份,白垩土7份,辉绿岩14份,氧化铁2份,麦饭石7份。
仿古白绿釉料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤一、破碎
按照所述质量份数计,将所述高岭土、长石、石英、碳酸钙、辉锑矿石、硅灰石、白垩土、辉绿岩和麦饭石分别进行破碎然后混合搅拌,得破碎料,并过筛后备用;
步骤二、球磨
按照所述质量份数计,将步骤一所得破碎料和所述氧化锌、氧化铁混合后,进行球磨,并过筛得球磨料;
步骤三、捶打
通过捶打机进行捶打,得捶打料;
步骤四、调节浓度
将水加入到步骤三所得捶打料中,调节其浓度后,用离心机出去悬浮液,即得仿古白绿釉料。

其中,所述陶瓷坯体包括按照质量份数计的如下组分:红土75份,高岭土75份,长石8份,石英6份,废弃红土陶瓷12份,莫来石15份。
其中,所述烧制过程具体如下:
预热段:以1.4℃/min的升温速率加热至300℃;
烧制一段:以3.0℃/min升温速率加热至780℃;
烧制二段:以2.2℃/min升温速率加热至1260℃,恒温25min。
实施例3
仿古白绿釉料,包括按照质量份数计的如下组分:高岭土80份,长石8份,石英7份,氧化锌5份,碳酸钙6份,辉锑矿石20份,硅灰石8份,白垩土9份,辉绿岩17份,氧化铁3份,麦饭石11份。
仿古白绿釉料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤一、破碎
按照所述质量份数计,将所述高岭土、长石、石英、碳酸钙、辉锑矿石、硅灰石、白垩土、辉绿岩和麦饭石分别进行破碎然后混合搅拌,得破碎料,并过筛后备用;
步骤二、球磨
按照所述质量份数计,将步骤一所得破碎料和所述氧化锌、氧化铁混合后,进行球磨,并过筛得球磨料;

其中,所述陶瓷坯体包括按照质量份数计的如下组分:红土80份,高岭土80份,长石10份,石英7份,废弃红土陶瓷15份,莫来石18份。
其中,所述烧制过程具体如下:
预热段:以1.7℃/min的升温速率加热至320℃;
烧制一段:以3.5℃/min升温速率加热至800℃;
烧制二段:以2.5℃/min升温速率加热至1270℃,恒温30min。
对照例1
和实施例1相比,陶瓷坯体不含有红土。
对照例2
和实施例1相比,烧制过程为:以2.0℃/min升温速率加热至1250℃,恒温20min,然后自然冷却。
将上述实施例1~3和对照例1~2制得的产品进行检测,检测结果如下表1:
1、按照GB/T4100-2006进行耐低浓度酸和碱检测;
2、GB/T 3534-2002进行检测可容性铅、可容性镉含量;
3、GB/T 15614-2015进行检测光泽度;
表1为实施例1~3和对照例1~2制得的仿古白绿釉陶瓷制品的测试结果:

从表1中可得,实施例1~3制得的产品和对照例1~2相比较,虽然光泽度没有对照例1及对照例2的高,但是,这是这样的光泽度使得白绿釉面有仿古陈旧感效果,正是本发明技术制得的陶瓷制品所要的产品效果。
以上所述是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (7)
1.仿古白绿釉料,其特征在于,包括按照质量份数计的如下组分:高岭土70~80份,长石6~8份,石英5~7份,氧化锌2~5份,碳酸钙3~6份,辉锑矿石13~20份,硅灰石7~8份,白垩土6~9份,辉绿岩11~17份,氧化铁1~3份,麦饭石5~11份。
2.权利要求1所述的仿古白绿釉料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
步骤一、破碎
按照所述质量份数计,将所述高岭土、长石、石英、碳酸钙、辉锑矿石、硅灰石、白垩土、辉绿岩和麦饭石分别进行破碎然后混合搅拌,得破碎料,并过筛后备用;
步骤二、球磨
按照所述质量份数计,将步骤一所得破碎料和所述氧化锌、氧化铁混合后,进行球磨,并过筛得球磨料;
步骤三、捶打
通过捶打机进行捶打,得捶打料;
步骤四、调节浓度
将水加入到步骤三所得捶打料中,调节其浓度后,用离心机出去悬浮液,即得仿古白绿釉料。
3.仿古白绿釉陶瓷制品的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤如下:
对陶瓷坯体进行上釉,釉料为仿古白绿釉,然后将上釉后的陶瓷坯体进行烧制,自然冷却后进行打磨,得仿古白绿釉陶瓷制品。
4.根据有权利要求3所述的仿古白绿釉陶瓷制品的制备方法,其特征在于,所述陶瓷坯体包括按照质量份数计的如下组分:红土70~80份,高岭土70~80份,长石7~10份,石英5~7份,废弃红土陶瓷10~15份,莫来石13~18份。
5.根据权利要求3所述的仿古白绿釉陶瓷制品的制备方法,其特征在于,其上釉次数为2~3次,每次间隔5~10min,每次釉层0.2~0.4mm。
6.根据有权利要求3所述的仿古白绿釉陶瓷制品的制备方法,其特征在于,所述烧制过程具体如下:
预热段:以1.3~1.7℃/min的升温速率加热至280~320℃;
烧制一段:以2.7~3.5℃/min升温速率加热至750~800℃;
烧制二段:以2.0~2.5℃/min升温速率加热至1250~1270℃,恒温20~30min。
7.根据有权利要求3所述的仿古白绿釉陶瓷制品的制备方法,其特征在于,所述打磨时采用打磨器打磨15~20min。
