本发明涉及陶瓷技术领域,具体来说,涉及一种轻质环保仿岩石釉陶瓷及其制备方法。
背景技术
在我国陶瓷有着十分悠久的历史,现如今已被应用在很多领域,特别是在日用品中,陶瓷制品更是随处可见,其制备工艺也早已在全世界范围内广泛使用,日用陶瓷制品俨然已成为人们日常生活中不可或缺的一部分,形形色色的餐具、茶具、各类洁具等随处可见,这些陶瓷大多美观大方、造型多样。
随着社会的进步和科技的发展,对环保和使用安全的意识也越来越强,陶瓷餐具相比于塑料餐具具有耐磨性好、易于清洗、经久耐用等优点,但陶瓷脆性大,耐冲击能力低、易碎,而且破碎后难降解,现有的轻质瓷在制造过程中需要两次窑烧,且轻质瓷的质地较脆,易碎。
针对相关技术中的问题,目前尚未提出有效的解决方案。
发明内容
针对相关技术中的问题,本发明提出一种轻质环保仿岩石釉陶瓷及其制备方法,以克服现有相关技术所存在的上述技术问题。
为此,本发明采用的具体技术方案如下:
根据本发明的一个方面,提供了一种轻质环保仿岩石釉陶瓷,该轻质环保仿岩石釉陶瓷,包括以下原料组份;
长石15-25份、白云土20-30份、高岭土15-20份、滑石5-15份、氧化铁5-10份、氧化锰4-10份、火山石4-10份、双飞粉2-5份、海泡石2-5份、木鱼石5-10份、麦饭石5-10份、硅酸锆5-10份、石英20-30份、氧化铁3-5份、氧化锌15-20份、铅丹20-30份、碳酸钾6-10份、硼酸钙1-3份、黏土6-10份、硅藻土10-15份、金属氧化物4-10份;
其中,所述金属氧化物为三氧化二镍、氧化铬、氧化锰中的一种或者多种。

根据本发明的另一方面,提供了一种轻质环保仿岩石釉陶瓷的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
预先购置陶瓷釉原材料和包装材料,并分别入库存储;
对陶瓷釉原材料进行取样检测,并分析检测结果是否达标,若不达标进行隔离封存,若达标进行原材料放行;
将放行后的原材料进行批次汇总,并按照预先设置好的原料组称取各陶瓷釉原材料;
按仿生岩石釉陶瓷坯体的原料组分进行配比称重,制得具有仿生岩石形状的陶瓷坯体;
将长石、白云土、高岭土、滑石、氧化铁、氧化锰、火山石、双飞粉、海泡石加入到气流粉碎机,进行粉碎处理,然后进行球磨、熔炼、过筛除杂得到底釉;
将木鱼石、麦饭石、硅酸锆、石英、氧化铁、氧化锌加入到气流粉碎机,进行粉碎处理,得到混合物;
将混合物搅拌均匀并进行球磨,然后将向球磨机中加入铅丹、碳酸钾、硼酸钙、黏土、硅藻土和金属氧化物,然后进行熔炼、过筛除杂得到面釉;
将仿生岩石形状的陶瓷坯体干燥后在坯体上施加底釉;
待底釉吸附于坯体上后再施加面釉;
将施有开裂底釉和面釉的陶瓷坯体放入窑炉中一次烧制成型,烧成温度为980-1020℃,窑炉到达烧成温度后,匀速降温至自然冷却;
然后开炉,冷却后获得轻质环保仿岩石釉陶瓷。
本发明的有益效果为:具有青灰色的底色和红褐色的釉面效果、且面釉上形成有杏仁状的斑点,近似于与常见的玄武岩和石灰岩,釉面触感粗糙,给人以粗狂、古朴的视觉感受,双层的釉料可大大提高轻质瓷的强度,底釉具中添加了吸附性强的火山石、海泡石等多孔隙的原料,能渗透入轻质瓷坯体中,以增强轻质瓷的韧性。

实施例一;
如图1-2所示,根据本发明实施例的轻质环保仿岩石釉陶瓷,包括以下原料组份;
长石15-25份、白云土20-30份、高岭土15-20份、滑石5-15份、氧化铁5-10份、氧化锰4-10份、火山石4-10份、双飞粉2-5份、海泡石2-5份、木鱼石5-10份、麦饭石5-10份、硅酸锆5-10份、石英20-30份、氧化铁3-5份、氧化锌15-20份、铅丹20-30份、碳酸钾6-10份、硼酸钙1-3份、黏土6-10份、硅藻土10-15份、金属氧化物4-10份;
其中,所述金属氧化物为三氧化二镍、氧化铬、氧化锰中的一种或者多种。
为了更清楚的理解本发明的上述技术方案,以下通过具体实例对本发明的上述方案进行详细说明。
实施例二;
如图1-2所示,根据本发明实施例的轻质环保仿岩石釉陶瓷的制备,包括以下原料组份:
长石15份、白云土20份、高岭土15份、滑石5份、氧化铁5份、氧化锰4份、火山石4份、双飞粉2份、海泡石2份、木鱼石5份、麦饭石5份、硅酸锆5份、石英20份、氧化铁3份、氧化锌15份、铅丹20份、碳酸钾6份、硼酸钙1份、黏土6份、硅藻土10份、金属氧化物4份。
其中,所述金属氧化物为三氧化二镍、氧化铬、氧化锰中的一种或者多种。
实施例三;
如图1-2所示,根据本发明实施例的轻质环保仿岩石釉陶瓷的制备,包括以下原料组份:
长石20份、白云土25份、高岭土17.5份、滑石10份、氧化铁7.5份、氧化锰7份、火山石7份、双飞粉3.5份、海泡石3.5份、木鱼石7.5份、麦饭石7.5份、硅酸锆7.5份、石英25份、氧化铁4份、氧化锌17.5份、铅丹25份、碳酸钾8份、硼酸钙2份、黏土8份、硅藻土12.5份、金属氧化物7份。
其中,所述金属氧化物为三氧化二镍、氧化铬、氧化锰中的一种或者多种。
实施例四;
如图1-2所示,根据本发明实施例的轻质环保仿岩石釉陶瓷的制备,包括以下原料组份:
长石25份、白云土30份、高岭土20份、滑石15份、氧化铁10份、氧化锰10份、火山石10份、双飞粉5份、海泡石5份、木鱼石10份、麦饭石10份、硅酸锆10份、石英230份、氧化铁5份、氧化锌120份、铅丹230份、碳酸钾10份、硼酸钙3份、黏土10份、硅藻土115份、金属氧化物10份。
其中,所述金属氧化物为三氧化二镍、氧化铬、氧化锰中的一种或者多种。
实施例五;
如图1-2所示,根据本发明的另一方面,提供了一种轻质环保仿岩石釉陶瓷的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤S101,预先购置陶瓷釉原材料和包装材料,并分别入库存储;
步骤S103,对陶瓷釉原材料进行取样检测,并分析检测结果是否达标,若不达标进行隔离封存,若达标进行原材料放行;
步骤S105,将放行后的原材料进行批次汇总,并按照预先设置好的原料组称取各陶瓷釉原材料;
步骤S107,按仿生岩石釉陶瓷坯体的原料组分进行配比称重,制得具有仿生岩石形状的陶瓷坯体;
步骤S109,将长石、白云土、高岭土、滑石、氧化铁、氧化锰、火山石、双飞粉、海泡石加入到气流粉碎机,进行粉碎处理,然后进行球磨、熔炼、过筛除杂得到底釉;
步骤S111,将木鱼石、麦饭石、硅酸锆、石英、氧化铁、氧化锌加入到气流粉碎机,进行粉碎处理,得到混合物;
步骤S113,将混合物搅拌均匀并进行球磨,然后将向球磨机中加入铅丹、碳酸钾、硼酸钙、黏土、硅藻土和金属氧化物,然后进行熔炼、过筛除杂得到面釉;
步骤S115,将仿生岩石形状的陶瓷坯体干燥后在坯体上施加底釉;
步骤S117,待底釉吸附于坯体上后再施加面釉;
步骤S119,将施有开裂底釉和面釉的陶瓷坯体放入窑炉中一次烧制成型,烧成温度为980-1020℃,窑炉到达烧成温度后,匀速降温至自然冷却;
步骤S121,然后开炉,冷却后获得轻质环保仿岩石釉陶瓷。
综上所述,借助于本发明的上述技术方案,具有青灰色的底色和红褐色的釉面效果、且面釉上形成有杏仁状的斑点,近似于与常见的玄武岩和石灰岩,釉面触感粗糙,给人以粗狂、古朴的视觉感受,双层的釉料可大大提高轻质瓷的强度,底釉具中添加了吸附性强的火山石、海泡石等多孔隙的原料,能渗透入轻质瓷坯体中,以增强轻质瓷的韧性。

1.一种轻质环保仿岩石釉陶瓷,其特征在于,包括以下原料组份;
长石15-25份、白云土20-30份、高岭土15-20份、滑石5-15份、氧化铁5-10份、氧化锰4-10份、火山石4-10份、双飞粉2-5份、海泡石2-5份、木鱼石5-10份、麦饭石5-10份、硅酸锆5-10份、石英20-30份、氧化铁3-5份、氧化锌15-20份、铅丹20-30份、碳酸钾6-10份、硼酸钙1-3份、黏土6-10份、硅藻土10-15份、金属氧化物4-10份;
所述金属氧化物为三氧化二镍、氧化铬、氧化锰中的一种或者多种。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种轻质环保仿岩石釉陶瓷,其特征在于,包括以下原料组份:长石15份、白云土20份、高岭土15份、滑石5份、氧化铁5份、氧化锰4份、火山石4份、双飞粉2份、海泡石2份、木鱼石5份、麦饭石5份、硅酸锆5份、石英20份、氧化铁3份、氧化锌15份、铅丹20份、碳酸钾6份、硼酸钙1份、黏土6份、硅藻土10份、金属氧化物4份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种轻质环保仿岩石釉陶瓷,其特征在于,所述金属氧化物为三氧化二镍、氧化铬、氧化锰中的一种或者多种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种轻质环保仿岩石釉陶瓷,其特征在于,包括以下原料组份:长石20份、白云土25份、高岭土17.5份、滑石10份、氧化铁7.5份、氧化锰7份、火山石7份、双飞粉3.5份、海泡石3.5份、木鱼石7.5份、麦饭石7.5份、硅酸锆7.5份、石英25份、氧化铁4份、氧化锌17.5份、铅丹25份、碳酸钾8份、硼酸钙2份、黏土8份、硅藻土12.5份、金属氧化物7份。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种轻质环保仿岩石釉陶瓷,其特征在于,所述金属氧化物为三氧化二镍、氧化铬、氧化锰中的一种或者多种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种轻质环保仿岩石釉陶瓷,其特征在于,包括以下原料组份:长石25份、白云土30份、高岭土20份、滑石15份、氧化铁10份、氧化锰10份、火山石10份、双飞粉5份、海泡石5份、木鱼石10份、麦饭石10份、硅酸锆10份、石英230份、氧化铁5份、氧化锌120份、铅丹230份、碳酸钾10份、硼酸钙3份、黏土10份、硅藻土115份、金属氧化物10份。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种轻质环保仿岩石釉陶瓷,其特征在于,所述金属氧化物为三氧化二镍、氧化铬、氧化锰中的一种或者多种。
8.一种轻质环保仿岩石釉陶瓷的制备方法,其特征在于,用于权利要求1所述的轻质环保仿岩石釉陶瓷,包括以下步骤:
预先购置陶瓷釉原材料和包装材料,并分别入库存储;
对陶瓷釉原材料进行取样检测,并分析检测结果是否达标,若不达标进行隔离封存,若达标进行原材料放行;
将放行后的原材料进行批次汇总,并按照预先设置好的原料组称取各陶瓷釉原材料;
按仿生岩石釉陶瓷坯体的原料组分进行配比称重,制得具有仿生岩石形状的陶瓷坯体;
将长石、白云土、高岭土、滑石、氧化铁、氧化锰、火山石、双飞粉、海泡石加入到气流粉碎机,进行粉碎处理,然后进行球磨、熔炼、过筛除杂得到底釉;
将木鱼石、麦饭石、硅酸锆、石英、氧化铁、氧化锌加入到气流粉碎机,进行粉碎处理,得到混合物;
将混合物搅拌均匀并进行球磨,然后将向球磨机中加入铅丹、碳酸钾、硼酸钙、黏土、硅藻土和金属氧化物,然后进行熔炼、过筛除杂得到面釉;
将仿生岩石形状的陶瓷坯体干燥后在坯体上施加底釉;
待底釉吸附于坯体上后再施加面釉;
将施有开裂底釉和面釉的陶瓷坯体放入窑炉中一次烧制成型,烧成温度为980-1020℃,窑炉到达烧成温度后,匀速降温至自然冷却;
然后开炉,冷却后获得轻质环保仿岩石釉陶瓷。
