In the invention, the stomach medicine comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 9 parts of rhizoma atractylodis, 9 parts of angelica dahurica, 9 parts of charred gardenia, 6 parts of ligusticum wallichii, 9 parts of cyperus rotundus, 6 parts of medicated leaven, 9 parts of bryozoatum, 9 parts of malt, 9 parts of charred hawthorn, 9 parts of processed arisaema tuber, 9 parts of peach kernel, 9 parts of elecampane, 3 parts of safflower, 9 parts of bighead atractylodes rhizome, 9 parts of radix sophorae flavescentis, 9 parts of fructus evodiae, 9 parts of pericarpium citri reticulatae viride, 3 parts of indigo naturalis and 9 parts of semen. The prescription has reasonable compatibility, is suitable for being taken by patients with gastropathy with more constitutions, and has better treatment effect.
In addition, the invention also provides a preparation method of the stomach medicine, which mainly comprises the following steps:
pulverizing raw materials, soaking in water for 1-2 hr, performing microwave treatment under vacuum condition, filtering to obtain filtrate and residue, and concentrating the filtrate to obtain unguent. Specifically, smash the raw materials and can make the area of contact between raw materials and water bigger, the water logging is gone into the inside time of raw materials shorter, soaks the effect better. After soaking for 1-2 h, the water can fully soak the interior of the structure of each raw material, so as to achieve the expected soaking effect. After soaking, performing microwave under vacuum condition, wherein microwave energy can accelerate the dissolution process of effective components in the raw materials, so that the water-soluble effective components can be dissolved in water to achieve the desired extraction effect. In addition, the penetrability of microwave energy is stronger, can effectual promotion extraction efficiency to make the drug effect better. It should be noted here that the vacuum microwave extraction can be performed at low temperature, so as to avoid the damage of high temperature to the effective components and reduce the drug effect.
Vacuum microwave extracting, filtering to obtain filtrate and residue, and concentrating the filtrate to obtain unguent. The filtrate is concentrated, so that the volume of the liquid medicine can be effectively reduced, the occupied area of the liquid medicine during storage is saved, the liquid medicine can be conveniently transported and transferred, and the practicability is high. In addition, the paste prepared by concentration is convenient to prepare into pills, the drug effect is ensured, the preparation difficulty is reduced, and the yield is higher. It should be noted that when the stomach medicine prepared from the paste acts, the contained effective components can permeate into tissues and a blood circulation system more quickly, so that the treatment effect is quickly achieved, the pain feeling of a patient is effectively relieved, and the use effect is better.
In the invention, the power of the microwave is 280w-300w, and the microwave time is 15min-30min, so that the extraction efficiency of the water-soluble active ingredients in the raw materials is higher, the extraction time is shorter, the preparation time of the stomach medicine is greatly shortened, and the effect of saving time and cost is better. When the microwave power is lower, the energy of the microwave is not enough to achieve the expected extraction effect, and when the microwave power is continuously increased, the extraction efficiency tends to be stable and does not continuously increase, so that the energy consumption is larger, the cost is higher, and the cost of the stomach medicine is higher and the cost performance is lower. Under the condition of the microwave power, the expected extraction effect can be achieved in a short time, and the use value is high. Moreover, the microwave extraction is carried out under the vacuum condition, and according to the dynamic principle of the diffusion of the active ingredients, the diffusion speed of the active ingredients into water can be increased, so that the dissolution speed is high, more active ingredients are dissolved, and the drug effect is better. In the invention, the filtrate can be concentrated by adopting a reduced pressure low-temperature concentration method, and the concentration multiple is 13-15 times, so that the filtrate is prepared into paste, and the paste is convenient to store, use, transport and the like and has stronger practicability. If the concentration multiple is smaller, the moisture content in the paste is larger, the drying difficulty of the stomach medicine is greatly improved at the moment, the cost is higher, and when the concentration multiple is larger, the paste has overlarge viscosity and is difficult to be uniformly mixed with powder and a pill matrix, so that the quality of the stomach medicine is seriously influenced, and the effect is poorer.
In the invention, the filter residue obtained by filtering and separating is dried for 10 to 12 hours at the temperature of between 45 and 60 ℃, so that the moisture in the filter residue can be removed on the premise of not damaging the medicinal components of the filter residue (raw material), and the expected effect can be achieved while the medicinal effect is good. If the drying temperature of filter residue is higher, active ingredient will be destroyed in the filter residue to cause the drug effect of stomach medicine to reduce, influence treatment, and when dry temperature was lower, not only can increase the drying time of filter residue, drying effect is relatively poor moreover, influences the quality of stomach medicine, and the effect is relatively poor. Therefore, the drying temperature of the filter residue adopted in the invention can ensure that the drying time is shortest and the effect is better on the premise of not losing the drug effect. And then, grinding the dried filter residue into fine powder, and sieving the fine powder through a 100-mesh and 200-mesh sieve to prepare powder. The filter residue after grinding and sieving can make the stomach medicine more delicate in texture and better in quality. In addition, the materials with higher hardness and larger particle size can be removed by sieving, so that the mixture of the paste and the pelleting matrix is facilitated, and the quality of the gastric medicine for pelleting is better. When the powder contains harder and/or larger substances, gaps are easy to appear in the stomach medicine after pills are formed, so that the moisture absorption phenomenon is easy to occur, the quality guarantee period is short, and when the gaps and cracks appear in the pills, the appearance and the quality of the pills are poor, and the use feeling of patients is influenced. And when the aperture of the screen is small (the mesh number is large), the screening difficulty is large, the time is long, and the preparation cost is high.
In the invention, the prepared paste, powder and pelleting matrix are mixed, and are subjected to pelleting and pelleting, drying and sterilization to prepare the stomach medicine. Wherein the matrix for making pill comprises one of beeswax, polyoxyethylene glyceryl monostearate, poloxamer or gelatin. In the present invention, the mass ratio of the pelleting matrix to the powder is (1-1.5): 1. The pelleting matrix can not only mix the paste and the powder more uniformly to prepare pills with higher quality, but also improve the taking taste to a certain extent, so that the stomach medicine has better effect of entering the mouth. The specific effects of the pelleting matrix are as follows:
beeswax: beeswax has the effects of removing toxic substances, promoting granulation, stopping bleeding and relieving pain, and can further enhance the medicinal effect of stomach medicine. When the beeswax is used as a pelleting matrix, the beeswax can play a better role in adhesion and relieve the irritation of the medicament, so that the stomach medicament has a better slow-release effect and is weaker in irritation. And the water content of the beeswax is lower, so that the drying process of the stomach medicine is simpler and easier, and the cost is lower.
Polyoxyethylene glyceryl monostearate: the powder and paste agent has good thickening, wetting, stabilizing and emulsifying effects, can be used for more closely mixing powder and paste agent, and has good effect. And the stomach medicine has better sensory characteristics, so that the stomach medicine formed into pills has better luster and better visual perception. In addition, the antibacterial activity of the gastric drug is strong, the antibacterial spectrum is wide, so that the antibacterial property of the gastric drug is better, the possibility of mildew or insect growth of the gastric drug is greatly reduced, the service and storage life is longer, and the practicability is stronger.
Gelatin: the gelatin is used as a gel matrix, so that the powder and the paste can be bonded uniformly, the taste of the stomach pill can be improved, and the use value is high. Moreover, the gelatin has better biocompatibility and lower irritation.
It should be noted that poloxamer can also be added into the matrix of the pill to enhance the stability and absorption effect of the pill. Specifically, poloxamer can promote the intestinal peristalsis to slow down, prolong the retention time of the drug in intestines and stomach, and improve the utilization rate of the drug. In addition, the adhesive has better adhesive effect and controlled release function, thereby achieving the effects of slowly releasing the medicine and reducing the stimulation of the medicine. In addition, the mass ratio of the poloxamer to the powder is 1 (15-17), so that the expected slow-release effect can be achieved, the cost is low, and the cost performance is high.
Mixing the matrix, paste and powder, and making into pill. In view of the fact that the pill rolling process can enable the quality of the pills to be better, for example, the phenomena of hollowness, cracks, wrinkles and the like of the pills can be effectively avoided. Therefore, rubbing pills is also one of the important factors for guaranteeing the quality of pills. Then preparing pills after pelleting, drying and sterilizing the pills to prepare the stomach medicine. After the stomach medicine is dried, the water content is less than 8 percent. Therefore, after the stomach medicine is stored for a certain time, the phenomenon of crinkle does not occur, and the storage effect is better. When the moisture content of the stomach medicine is high, moisture on the surface of the stomach medicine is easily lost in the storage stage, so that the epidermis is wrinkled and the appearance is poor. In addition, sterilization can effectively remove microorganisms on the surface of the stomach medicine, thereby avoiding the generation of mildewing and/or vermination. It should be noted that both the paste and the powder need to be sterilized, so that the stomach medicine can be stored for a longer time, the stomach medicine pills can be superior in quality, and the curative effect is better. It should be noted that the sterilization may be performed by ethanol spraying, or may be performed by infrared sterilization, which is not limited herein.
In the invention, in order to enhance the oxidation resistance, the moisture absorption resistance and the stability of the stomach medicine, a coating is coated on the surface of the stomach medicine, and a finished product is prepared after defoaming. The deaeration process not only can make the coating shell more even fine and smooth, when the gloss is good, the aesthetic property is stronger, can also effectively strengthen the oxidation resistance and the moisture absorption resistance of the stomach medicine, and the preservation effect is better. In addition, the coating is formed by mixing the hydroxymethyl cellulose, the lac and the glycerol, and has good surface activity, so that the coating can be more attached to the surface of the stomach medicine, and the coating is prevented from falling off. And the glycerol has slightly sweet taste, so that the mouthfeel of the stomach medicine is further improved, and the feeling of taking the stomach medicine is better. It should be noted here that the defoaming process is realized by a vacuum pump, the pressure of the vacuum pump is 0.1MPa-0.2MPa, and the defoaming time is 2h-3 h. In addition, the coating can cover the taste of the stomach medicine to a certain degree, reduce the rejection feeling of taking, improve the taking feeling and achieve better effect.
