The embodiment provides a stomach medicine which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 8g of rhizoma atractylodis, 9g of angelica dahurica, 9g of charred gardenia, 6g of ligusticum wallichii, 9g of cyperus rotundus, 6g of medicated leaven, 9g of bryozoatum, 9g of malt, 9g of charred hawthorn, 9g of prepared arisaema tuber, 9g of peach kernel, 9g of elecampane, 3g of safflower, 9g of bighead atractylodes rhizome, 9g of radix sophorae flavescentis, 9g of fructus evodiae, 9g of pericarpium citri reticulatae viride, 3g of indigo naturalis and 9g of semen trichosanthis.
The preparation method of the stomach medicine comprises the following steps:
pulverizing raw materials, soaking in water for 1.8 hr, performing microwave treatment under vacuum with microwave power of 285w for 30min, filtering to obtain filtrate and residue, and concentrating the filtrate to obtain paste with concentration of 15 times.
Drying the filter residue at 50 deg.C for 11.5h, grinding, sieving with 200 mesh sieve to obtain powder, mixing the powder, paste and Cera flava, making into pill, drying and sterilizing to obtain the stomach medicine, wherein the mass ratio of Cera flava and powder is 1.4: 1.

The embodiment provides a stomach medicine which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 8g of rhizoma atractylodis, 8g of angelica dahurica, 8g of charred gardenia, 5g of ligusticum wallichii, 8g of cyperus rotundus, 5g of medicated leaven, 8g of bryozoatum, 8g of malt, 8g of charred hawthorn, 8g of prepared arisaema tuber, 8g of peach kernel, 8g of elecampane, 4g of safflower, 8g of bighead atractylodes rhizome, 8g of sophora flavescens, 8g of fructus evodiae, 8g of pericarpium citri reticulatae viride, 2g of indigo naturalis and 8g of semen trichosanthis.
The preparation method of the stomach medicine comprises the following steps:
pulverizing raw materials, soaking in water for 1h, performing microwave treatment under vacuum with microwave power of 280w for 15min, filtering to obtain filtrate and residue, and concentrating the filtrate to obtain unguent with concentration multiple of 13.
Drying the filter residue at 55 deg.C for 11h, grinding, sieving with 120 mesh sieve to obtain powder, mixing the powder, paste and Cera flava, making into pill, drying and sterilizing to obtain the stomach medicine, wherein the mass ratio of Cera flava and powder is 1.5: 1.
Coating a layer of coating on the surface of the stomach medicine, and defoaming to obtain the finished product, wherein the coating is prepared by mixing 20g of hydroxymethyl cellulose, 25g of lac and 5g of glycerol.
Effect example 1
The gastric drugs prepared in examples 1 to 5 were subjected to the performance test, and the test results are shown in Table 1. The performance test method specifically comprises the following steps:
and (3) stability testing: 10g of the stomach medicine prepared in examples 1 to 5 was taken, and then it was left to stand under the conditions of a temperature of 20 ℃ to 30 ℃ and a relative humidity of 70 to 85%, and the surface and oxidation state thereof were observed after 15d, 30d and 90 d.
And (3) appearance observation: the appearance of the stomach medicine was observed by placing it under normal light conditions, and it was noted that the observer was a normal color vision observer without color weakness and color blindness.

As can be seen from the above table, the products prepared in examples 1-5 have glossy appearance, fine and smooth surface and good visual perception, and the taste of the coated product is covered to a certain extent, so that the feeling of taking the stomach medicine is improved, and the using effect is better. And after the stability test of 15d, 30d and 90d, the appearance is still smooth and glossy, and the surface has no wrinkles, so that the moisture absorption resistance is better. In addition, the product is still as original after being placed for 90 days, the oxidation resistance of the product is good, and the interior of the stomach medicine is complete without gaps, sand return and the like. It can be seen that the stomach medicine prepared by the preparation methods provided in examples 1-5 has good stability, is beneficial to storage and interval administration, and has strong practicability.
Effect example 2
50 volunteers of patients with stomach diseases are collected, wherein 28 men and 22 women have the disease course of 14-17 days, and the effective rate and the cure rate are shown in table 2 after the product is taken regularly and quantitatively. Statistical analysis of gender revealed that the difference between the two was not statistically significant (P > 0.05). The stomach medicine is taken by the following method: the medicine is taken with warm boiled water on an empty stomach every morning, and is taken after two hours every day, and the taking frequency is once a day. It should be noted that pregnant women, enteritis patients, children, patients with severe heart disease and patients with high blood pressure need to take the medicine with caution, and wine, spicy food and uncooked food are forbidden during taking. In addition, volunteers are grouped according to their symptoms and severity, as follows:
a first group: the effective rate and the cure rate of 25 patients with gastrectasia and gastrectasia, wherein 16 men and 9 women respectively use the products prepared in the example 5 are shown in the table 2;
second group: the effective rate and the cure rate of 15 patients with hyperchlorhydria, 7 men and 8 women, respectively using the products prepared in example 5 are shown in table 2;
third group: the effective rate and cure rate of 10 patients with duodenal ulcer, 5 men and 5 women, after using the product prepared in example 5 respectively, are shown in table 2.
It is noted here that symptoms, changes in signs and adverse reactions were recorded at each visit, with follow-up observations at 7 and 14 days before and after treatment, respectively.

As can be seen from table 2, after a course of treatment, the stomach medicine prepared in example 5 has a good curative effect on symptoms such as gastrectasia, gastric hyperacidity, duodenal ulcer and the like, and has a significant curative effect. Moreover, according to the return visit record, the patients can more smoothly swallow the medicine, and the medicine taste is lighter and the feeling is better. In addition, statistical analysis of the data after 7d and 14d of administration revealed significant differences (see specifically X in table 2)2) Therefore, after the traditional Chinese medicine is taken for one treatment course, the effective rate is obviously increased, and the effect is better.
In conclusion, the invention provides a stomach medicine which has reasonable compatibility of raw materials and better synergistic effect, thereby having better curative effect on gastropathy, in particular chronic gastropathy. Specifically, the combination of the rhizoma atractylodis and the fructus evodiae can inhibit or reduce the secretion of gastric acid, so that the stomach medicine has a good treatment effect on stomach diseases caused by hyperacidity. When the atractylodes rhizome and the angelica dahurica are used together, cold-dampness and indigestion can be effectively treated. The combination of the charred hawthorn fruit, the fructus evodiae and the medicated leaven can effectively treat indigestion, and the stomach medicament has better curative effects on symptoms such as indigestion, meat food stagnation, gastral cavity fullness and the like. The malt, the ligusticum wallichii, the costustoot, the safflower, the bighead atractylodes rhizome and the cyperus rotundus are used in a compatibility manner, so that the stomach medicine not only has a good effect of promoting blood circulation and invigorating pulse, but also has good effects of promoting qi circulation and helping digestion, tonifying spleen and promoting appetite and tonifying qi, and therefore, the stomach medicine can play a good role in conditioning while treating stomach diseases, and has a good treatment effect. When the fructus gardeniae preparata and the natural indigo are used in a matching way, the traditional Chinese medicine has better effect of cooling blood and has better curative effect on symptoms such as blood heat caused by stomach diseases.
In addition, the invention also provides a preparation method of the stomach medicine, which can extract the effective components in the raw materials under the condition of vacuum microwave and has better extraction efficiency. Then the paste containing the active ingredients, the dried powder and the pelleting matrix are uniformly mixed to prepare the pellets, so that the pellets are convenient to take, take and carry, and have longer storage life and stronger practicability.

3. A process for the preparation of a gastric drug according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that it comprises the following steps:
pulverizing raw materials, soaking in water for 1-2 h, performing microwave treatment under vacuum condition, filtering to obtain filtrate and residue, and concentrating the filtrate to obtain unguent;
drying the filter residue, grinding, sieving to obtain powder, mixing the powder, the paste and the pill matrix, making pills, drying, sterilizing, and making into the stomach medicine.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the granulation base comprises one of beeswax, polyoxyethylene glyceryl monostearate or gelatin.
5. The method for preparing a gastric drug according to claim 4, wherein the microwave power is 280w-300w, and the microwave time is 15min-30 min.
6. The method for preparing a gastric drug according to claim 5, wherein the concentration factor is 13 to 15.
7. The method for preparing a gastric drug according to claim 6, wherein the drying temperature of the filter residue is 45 ℃ to 60 ℃, and the drying time of the filter residue is 10h to 12 h.
8. The process for preparing a gastric drug according to claim 7, wherein the gastric drug has a water content of less than 8% after drying.
9. The method for preparing a gastric drug according to claim 8, wherein the mass ratio of the pelleting matrix to the powder is (1-1.5): 1.
10. The process for preparing a gastric drug according to any one of claims 4 to 9, wherein a coating is applied to the surface of the gastric drug, and the coating is made by mixing hydroxymethylcellulose, shellac and glycerin, and deaerating the mixture to obtain the final product.
