Background
Along with the development of modern life, intelligent equipment is also more and more popularized, and a handing-over container is taken as an epoch product, is widely applied to the fields of medicines, commodities and the like, and brings great convenience to the life of people. However, the loading structure of the existing intelligent handing-over container often has the defects of complex structural design, inconvenient operation and unstable use performance, and therefore, an intelligent handing-over container with lower cost and higher practicability is urgently needed.

The invention aims to provide an intelligent handing-over container aiming at the defects of the prior art, and the specific scheme is as follows:
an intelligent handing-over container comprises a handing-over container body, wherein the right side of the handing-over container body is provided with a goods loading port, and the inside of the handing-over container body comprises a conveying area positioned on the right side and a goods channel area positioned on the left side; an X shaft, a Y shaft and a Z shaft are arranged in the conveying area, the X shaft is fixedly installed in the transfer container body, the Z shaft moves left and right along the X shaft through a first driving device, the Y shaft moves up and down along the Z shaft through a second driving device, a cargo hopper used for transferring cargos into a cargo channel is further arranged on the Y shaft, and the cargo hopper moves back and forth along the Y shaft through a third driving device; the goods way area comprises a plurality of goods ways, each goods way comprises a sliding area positioned on the right side and a temporary storage area positioned on the left side, the right side of the goods way is communicated with the conveying area, the left side of the goods way is hinged with a sealing door, and an electromagnetic lock is arranged between the sealing door and the goods way; the bottom of each goods channel is coated with a nano self-cleaning material; the first driving device, the second driving device, the third driving device and the electromagnetic lock are all electrically connected to a controller arranged on the left side of the handing-over container body.
Based on the above, the cargo hopper comprises a mounting frame, a shell is arranged on the mounting frame, a cover plate is fixedly arranged at the top of the shell, a supporting plate frame and a baffle plate frame are rotatably arranged on the shell, and a throwing opening is formed among the cover plate, the supporting plate frame and the shell; the bearing plate frame is driven to rotate by a first cylinder through a first connecting plate, two ends of the first connecting plate are respectively hinged with the telescopic end of the first cylinder and the bearing plate frame, and the bottom of the first cylinder is hinged on the shell; the baffle frame is driven to rotate by a second cylinder through a second connecting plate, two ends of the second connecting plate are respectively hinged with the telescopic end of the second cylinder and the baffle frame, and the bottom of the second cylinder is hinged on the cover plate; the first cylinder and the second cylinder are both electrically connected to the controller.
On the basis, the cover plate is provided with a bending structure for limiting the rotation stroke of the baffle plate frame.
Based on the above, the left side of handing-over packing cupboard body still is equipped with places the platform.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has outstanding substantive characteristics and remarkable progress, and particularly has the following advantages:
1. in the using process of the invention, the controller controls the first driving device, the second driving device and the third driving device to move the goods bucket to the goods loading port, then goods are put into the goods bucket through the putting port, then the controller controls the first driving device, the second driving device and the third driving device to move the goods bucket to the appointed goods channel position, then the first cylinder is used for overturning the bearing plate frame bearing the goods, the second cylinder is used for overturning the baffle plate, and then the goods can be discharged from the goods bucket into the goods channel.
2. In the invention, each goods channel comprises a sliding area positioned on the right side and a temporary storage area positioned on the left side, and the goods slide from the sliding area to the temporary storage area and stop, so that the goods can be prevented from directly sliding out of the goods channel at the moment of opening the sealing door; in addition, the bottom of the goods channel is coated with the nano self-cleaning material, so that goods can smoothly slide to the temporary storage area, and the goods channel can be kept clean.

In order to facilitate the intelligent operation of the handover container, the first driving device, the second driving device, the third driving device and the electromagnetic lock are electrically connected to the controller 9 disposed on the left side of the handover container body 1.
The cargo hopper 6 is mainly used for transferring cargo into a cargo channel 7 and needs to have storage and inclination functions, so that the cargo hopper 6 comprises an installation frame 6-1, a shell 6-2 is arranged on the installation frame 6-1, a cover plate 6-3 is fixedly arranged at the top of the shell 6-2, a supporting plate frame 6-4 and a baffle plate frame 6-5 are further rotatably arranged on the shell 6-2, and a delivery port 6-8 is formed among the cover plate 6-3, the supporting plate frame 6-4 and the shell 6-2; the bearing plate frame 6-4 is driven to rotate by a first air cylinder 6-6 through a first connecting plate, two ends of the first connecting plate are respectively hinged with the telescopic end of the first air cylinder 6-6 and the bearing plate frame 6-4, and the bottom of the first air cylinder 6-6 is hinged on the shell 6-2; the baffle frame 6-5 is driven to rotate by a second cylinder 6-7 through a second connecting plate, two ends of the second connecting plate are respectively hinged with the telescopic end of the second cylinder 6-7 and the baffle frame 6-5, and the bottom of the second cylinder 6-7 is hinged to the cover plate 6-3. The first cylinder 6-6 and the second cylinder 6-7 are electrically connected to the controller 9.
In order to avoid the situation that articles are scattered from the goods hopper 6 in the moving process of the goods hopper 6 caused by the rotation transition of the baffle plate frame 6-5, the cover plate 6-3 is provided with a bending structure for limiting the rotation stroke of the baffle plate frame 6-5.
In order to facilitate the placement of the objects by the operators, a placement platform 10 is further arranged on the left side of the handing-over container body 1.
The invention has the specific working principle that: when goods need to be stored in a certain goods channel 7, the controller 9 firstly moves the goods bucket 6 to the goods opening 2, then a worker puts the goods into the goods bucket 6, then the controller 9 controls the first driving device, the second driving device and the third driving device to enable the goods bucket 6 to move to the position of the specified goods channel 7, and the goods in the goods bucket 6 are dumped into the goods channel 7 by controlling the first air cylinder 6-6 and the second air cylinder 6-7 to stretch and retract. When goods need to be taken out, the controller 9 inputs an instruction of the designated goods passage 7, and the sealing door 8 is opened, so that the goods can be taken out.
