一种适用于离合器面片芳纶包芯线合股线的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、制造复合纱线:将芳纶纤维、粘胶纤维、亚克力纤维、铜丝、玻璃纤维以及陶瓷纤维进行捻线,形成复合纱线;
S2、耐磨树脂液的配制:将丙烯酸乳液、氯磺化聚乙烯、填充剂、石墨、抗磨剂、白刚玉微粉以及消泡剂,混合搅拌均匀后形成耐磨树脂液;
S3、浸渍树脂液的配制:将水性聚氨酯与聚氨酯丙烯酸酯熔融混合后,加入耐磨陶瓷颗粒进行搅拌共混,得到浸渍树脂液;
S4、多重复合:将复合纱线浸渍耐磨树脂液,一次烘干固化后再次包覆浸渍树脂液,再进行二次烘干,形成三层结构的芳纶包芯线。
作为优选,所述步骤S2中搅拌时的转速为1000r/min,搅拌时间为1-2h,所述步骤S3中搅拌时的转速为1000r/min,搅拌时间为0.5-1h。

S1、制造复合纱线:将芳纶纤维、粘胶纤维、亚克力纤维、铜丝、玻璃纤维以及陶瓷纤维进行捻线,形成复合纱线;
S2、耐磨树脂液的配制:将丙烯酸乳液、氯磺化聚乙烯、填充剂、石墨、抗磨剂、白刚玉微粉以及消泡剂,1000r/min转速下混合搅拌1h后形成耐磨树脂液;
S3、浸渍树脂液的配制:将水性聚氨酯与聚氨酯丙烯酸酯熔融混合后,加入耐磨陶瓷颗粒进行搅拌共混,搅拌时的转速为1000r/min,搅拌时间为0.5h,得到浸渍树脂液;
S4、多重复合:将复合纱线浸渍耐磨树脂液中1h,然后在60℃下烘干5h完成一次烘干固化,再次包覆在浸渍树脂液中2h,然后在100℃下烘干2h,完成进行二次烘干,形成三层结构的芳纶包芯线。

S4、多重复合:将复合纱线浸渍耐磨树脂液中1.5h,然后在62℃下烘干5h完成一次烘干固化,再次包覆在浸渍树脂液中2.5h,然后在110℃下烘干2.5h,完成进行二次烘干,形成三层结构的芳纶包芯线。
实施例4
一种适用于离合器面片芳纶包芯线合股线,按照重量份数计包括:芳纶纤维30份、粘胶纤维38份、亚克力纤维28份、铜丝16份、玻璃纤维45份、陶瓷纤维28份、耐磨陶瓷颗粒26份、氯磺化聚乙烯8份、填充剂12份、石墨12份、抗磨剂6份、白刚玉微粉6份、消泡剂4份、丙烯酸乳液24份、水性聚氨酯16份、聚氨酯丙烯酸酯28份。
其制备方法如下:
S1、制造复合纱线:将芳纶纤维、粘胶纤维、亚克力纤维、铜丝、玻璃纤维以及陶瓷纤维进行捻线,形成复合纱线;
S2、耐磨树脂液的配制:将丙烯酸乳液、氯磺化聚乙烯、填充剂、石墨、抗磨剂、白刚玉微粉以及消泡剂,1000r/min转速下混合搅拌2h后形成耐磨树脂液;
S3、浸渍树脂液的配制:将水性聚氨酯与聚氨酯丙烯酸酯熔融混合后,加入耐磨陶瓷颗粒进行搅拌共混,搅拌时的转速为1000r/min,搅拌时间为1h,得到浸渍树脂液;
S4、多重复合:将复合纱线浸渍耐磨树脂液中1h,然后在60℃下烘干5h完成一次烘干固化,再次包覆在浸渍树脂液中2h,然后在115℃下烘干2h,完成进行二次烘干,形成三层结构的芳纶包芯线。
实施例5
一种适用于离合器面片芳纶包芯线合股线,按照重量份数计包括:芳纶纤维30份、粘胶纤维35份、亚克力纤维30份、铜丝15份、玻璃纤维40份、陶瓷纤维23份、耐磨陶瓷颗粒27份、氯磺化聚乙烯7份、填充剂10份、石墨11份、抗磨剂6份、白刚玉微粉7份、消泡剂3份、丙烯酸乳液22份、水性聚氨酯15份、聚氨酯丙烯酸酯25份。
其制备方法如下:
S1、制造复合纱线:将芳纶纤维、粘胶纤维、亚克力纤维、铜丝、玻璃纤维以及陶瓷纤维进行捻线,形成复合纱线;
S2、耐磨树脂液的配制:将丙烯酸乳液、氯磺化聚乙烯、填充剂、石墨、抗磨剂、白刚玉微粉以及消泡剂,1000r/min转速下混合搅拌2h后形成耐磨树脂液;
S3、浸渍树脂液的配制:将水性聚氨酯与聚氨酯丙烯酸酯熔融混合后,加入耐磨陶瓷颗粒进行搅拌共混,搅拌时的转速为1000r/min,搅拌时间为1h,得到浸渍树脂液;
S4、多重复合:将复合纱线浸渍耐磨树脂液中2h,然后在65℃下烘干6h完成一次烘干固化,再次包覆在浸渍树脂液中3h,然后在118℃下烘干3h,完成进行二次烘干,形成三层结构的芳纶包芯线。

1.一种适用于离合器面片芳纶包芯线合股线,其特征在于,按照重量份数计包括:芳纶纤维20~35份、粘胶纤维30~40份、亚克力纤维20~30份、铜丝10~20份、玻璃纤维30~50份、陶瓷纤维20~30份、耐磨陶瓷颗粒20~30份、氯磺化聚乙烯5~10份、填充剂10~12份、石墨10-13份、抗磨剂5~7份、白刚玉微粉5~10份、消泡剂3~4份、丙烯酸乳液20~25份、水性聚氨酯15~17份、聚氨酯丙烯酸酯20~30份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种适用于离合器面片芳纶包芯线合股线,其特征在于:按照重量份数计包括:芳纶纤维30份、粘胶纤维35份、亚克力纤维30份、铜丝15份、玻璃纤维40份、陶瓷纤维23份、耐磨陶瓷颗粒27份、氯磺化聚乙烯7份、填充剂10份、石墨11份、抗磨剂6份、白刚玉微粉7份、消泡剂3份、丙烯酸乳液22份、水性聚氨酯15份、聚氨酯丙烯酸酯25份。
3.一种适用于离合器面片芳纶包芯线合股线的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、制造复合纱线:将芳纶纤维、粘胶纤维、亚克力纤维、铜丝、玻璃纤维以及陶瓷纤维进行捻线,形成复合纱线;
S2、耐磨树脂液的配制:将丙烯酸乳液、氯磺化聚乙烯、填充剂、石墨、抗磨剂、白刚玉微粉以及消泡剂,混合搅拌均匀后形成耐磨树脂液;
S3、浸渍树脂液的配制:将水性聚氨酯与聚氨酯丙烯酸酯熔融混合后,加入耐磨陶瓷颗粒进行搅拌共混,得到浸渍树脂液;
S4、多次复合:将复合纱线浸渍耐磨树脂液,一次烘干固化后再次包覆浸渍树脂液,再进行二次烘干,形成三层结构的芳纶包芯线。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种适用于离合器面片芳纶包芯线合股线的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S2中搅拌时的转速为1000r/min,搅拌时间为1-2h,所述步骤S3中搅拌时的转速为1000r/min,搅拌时间为0.5-1h。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种适用于离合器面片芳纶包芯线合股线的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S4中纱线放入耐磨树脂液的时间为1-2h,包覆浸渍树脂液的时间为2-3h。
6.根据权利要求3所述的一种适用于离合器面片芳纶包芯线合股线的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S4中一次烘干的时间为5-6h,且烘干温度为60~65℃;二次烘干的时间为2~3h,烘干温度为100~120℃。
