本发明公开了一种高性能刹车片及其生产工艺,该刹车片的各组分质量份数为:酚醛树脂6‑8份、丁腈橡胶2‑4份、陶瓷纤维8‑15份、黄铜棉5‑8份、紫铜棉5‑8份、芳纶3‑5份,复合矿物纤维10‑12份、蛭石3‑5份、硫化锑2‑4份、氧化铝2‑4份、氧化镁2‑5份、锆英石4‑8份、摩擦粉8‑10份、石墨10‑15份、焦炭8‑12份、重晶石8‑12份、重钙2‑5份、硫酸钡4‑6份。将原料A、原料B、原料C分组进行混合后再进行一起混合,这样有利于同组材料相互偶合,性能互补,这样所制的刹车片不仅能使摩擦系数在升温和降温过程中都比较稳定,而且磨损率较低,使用寿命较长,即能确保在低速行驶中刹车稳定,又能确保在复杂的行驶过程中刹车的稳定性,提高安全性能。

本发明涉及牙刹车片生产技术领域,具体讲是一种高性能刹车片及其生产工艺。
背景技术
现有技术的刹车片在生产过程中往往存在以下问题:刹车片的全部原料直接混合在一起,因每种材料不能完全充分偶合,导致最终产品性能不稳定,刹车片在高温下及复杂的工况下会出现表面开裂,导致刹车性能不稳定或下降。
发明内容
鉴于上述现有技术的缺陷,本发明的一个目的在于:提供一种高性能刹车片。
为解决上述问题,本发明的技术解决方案是:一种高性能刹车片,该刹车片的各组分质量份数为:
酚醛树脂6-8份、丁腈橡胶2-4份、陶瓷纤维8-15份、黄铜棉5-8份、紫铜棉5-8份、芳纶3-5份,复合矿物纤维10-12份、蛭石3-5份、硫化锑2-4份、氧化铝2-4份、氧化镁2-5份、锆英石4-8份、摩擦粉8-10份、石墨10-15份、焦炭8-12份、重晶石8-12份、重钙2-5份、硫酸钡4-6份。
进一步地,该刹车片的各组分质量份数为:
酚醛树脂7份、丁腈橡胶3份、陶瓷纤维12份、黄铜棉6份、紫铜棉6份、芳纶4份,复合矿物纤维11份、蛭石4份、硫化锑3份、氧化铝3份、氧化镁3份、锆英石6份、摩擦粉9份、石墨12份、焦炭10份、重晶石10份、重钙3份、硫酸钡5份。
本发明还提供一种高性能刹车片的生产工艺:包括以下步骤:
(1)将酚醛树脂、丁腈橡胶充分搅拌混合得到原料A;
将陶瓷纤维、黄铜棉、紫铜棉、芳纶、复合矿物纤维充分搅拌混合得到原料B;
将蛭石、硫化锑、氧化铝、氧化镁、锆英石、摩擦粉、石墨、焦炭、重晶石、重钙、硫酸钡充分搅拌混合得到原料C;
(2)将原料A、原料B、原料C一起倒入高速混料机充分搅拌均匀得到混料;
(3)将混料放入烘房中低温烘烤2-5小时;
(4)将烘烤过的混料填充入预制的模具中,在高温高压下压制成刹车片毛片;
(5)将刹车片毛片在烘箱内用200℃温度烘烤10小时以上,使刹车片充分固化;
(6)将刹车片作后期外观处理。
本发明的有益效果是:
芳纶是超高强度非金属纤维材料,强度是钢丝的5-6倍,同时具有耐高温、重量轻等特点,使得刹车片强度高、轻量化,将原料A、原料B、原料C分组进行混合后再进行一起混合,这样有利于同组材料相互偶合,性能互补,这样所制的刹车片不仅能使摩擦系数在升温和降温过程中都比较稳定,而且磨损率较低,使用寿命较长,即能确保在低速行驶中刹车稳定,又能确保在复杂的行驶过程中刹车的稳定性,提高安全性能。
具体实施方式
为比较直观、完整地理解本发明的技术方案,现进行非限制性的特征说明如下:
实施例一:
(1)按质量分数将7份酚醛树脂、3份丁腈橡胶充分搅拌混合得到原料A;
将12份陶瓷纤维、6份黄铜棉、6份紫铜棉、4份芳纶、11份复合矿物纤维充分搅拌混合得到原料B;
将4份蛭石、3份硫化锑、3份氧化铝、3份氧化镁、6份锆英石、9份摩擦粉、12份石墨、10份焦炭、10份重晶石、3份重钙、5份硫酸钡充分搅拌混合得到原料C;
(2)将原料A、原料B、原料C一起倒入高速混料机充分搅拌均匀得到混料;
(3)将混料放入烘房中低温烘烤3.5小时;
(4)将烘烤过的混料填充入预制的模具中,在高温高压下压制成刹车片毛片;
(5)将刹车片毛片在烘箱内用200℃温度烘烤10小时以上,使刹车片充分固化;
(6)将刹车片作开槽、磨削、喷塑、打码等后期外观处理。

1.一种高性能刹车片,其特征在于该刹车片的各组分质量份数为:
酚醛树脂6-8份、丁腈橡胶2-4份、陶瓷纤维8-15份、黄铜棉5-8份、紫铜棉5-8份、芳纶3-5份,复合矿物纤维10-12份、蛭石3-5份、硫化锑2-4份、氧化铝2-4份、氧化镁2-5份、锆英石4-8份、摩擦粉8-10份、石墨10-15份、焦炭8-12份、重晶石8-12份、重钙2-5份、硫酸钡4-6份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高性能刹车片,其特征在于该刹车片的各组分质量份数为:

3.一种高性能刹车片的生产工艺:其特征在于包括以下步骤:
