技术领域
本发明涉及卡丁车领域,特别是一种转弯半径小的卡丁车。
背景技术
卡丁车是一种青少年的娱乐设备,驾驶者驾驶卡丁车以体验真实驾驶的感觉。卡丁车速度适中,好学易操作,卡丁车对青少年正在发育完善的平衡系统更是良好的锻炼效果。卡丁车结构十分简单,由钢管式车架、转向系统脚蹬、油箱、传动链护罩、车手座位和防撞保险杠等组成。卡丁车操作简便,车手戴上防护头盔和手套,只须记住左脚刹车,右脚加油门,转向比是3:1到5:1,即可驰骋赛场。卡丁车底盘很低,离地仅4厘米,跑道光滑平整,使车手感到风驰电掣,加上咆哮的轰鸣,体会到平时所体会不到的乐趣。一旦滑出跑道,卡丁车会自动熄火停止前进,不会翻车,保障了车手的安全。
目前的卡丁车行业中,大多数品牌的卡丁车的传动机构采用的是链条传动,卡丁车的动力装置与车轮通过链条连接,动力装置通过驱动链条运动来实现车轮的转动,同时链条传动需要定期清洗、维护和涂抹润滑脂。然而,这样的动力装置驱动车轮的方式,在卡丁车转弯时,两个后轮的转速相同,不能形成转弯差速,转弯半径大,容易滑出跑道。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供了一种卡丁车, 两后轮在转弯时形成转弯差速,使得卡丁车的转弯半径小,滑行安全。
本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种卡丁车,包括车架,车架上设有含有轮毂电机的左驱动轮和右驱动轮,左驱动轮和右驱动轮都连接控制器,其特征在于:还包括有用于检测车身转向的陀螺仪传感器,陀螺仪传感器与所述控制器连接,为控制器控制左驱动轮和右驱动轮提供转弯差速控制信号。
优选地,所述左驱动轮和右驱动轮为前轮,或者为后轮,或者为前轮和后轮。
优选地,所述控制器还连接有采用霍尔传感器的加速脚踏结构、采用霍尔传感器的减速制动脚踏结构和挡位转换结构。
优选地,所述控制器还连接有启动开关结构、驻车结构、前进后退切换结构、灯光结构和仪表盘。
优选地,所述控制器还连接有蓄电池组和充电器。
优选地,所述陀螺仪传感器为六轴陀螺仪传感器,六轴陀螺仪传感器为MPU-6052C型陀螺仪。
优选地,所述控制器采用N32G455LQFP100芯片。
优选地,所述车架的外侧还设有防撞围框。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果在于:本发明提供一种卡丁车,在左右两个驱动轮内分别设置轮毂电机,在车身进行转向时,陀螺仪传感器向控制器发送信号,左右驱动轮内的轮毂电机调整转速使得左右驱动轮在转弯时形成转弯差速,卡丁车的转弯半径变小,滑行更安全。

根据附图对本发明提供的优选实施方式做具体说明。
图1至图5,为本发明提供的一种卡丁车的优选实施方式。该卡丁车包括车架10,车架上设有含有轮毂电机的左驱动轮20和右驱动轮20,左驱动轮和右驱动轮都连接控制器30,还包括用于检测车身转向的陀螺仪传感器40,陀螺仪传感器与所述控制器30连接,为控制器控制左驱动轮和右驱动轮提供转弯差速控制信号,在车身进行转向时,陀螺仪传感器40向控制器30发送信号,控制器30向左右驱动轮发出控制信号,左右驱动轮内的轮毂电机调整转速使得左右驱动轮在转弯时形成转弯差速,卡丁车的转弯半径变小,滑行更安全。
所述左驱动轮20和右驱动轮20在前轮驱动时可以是卡丁车的前轮,在后轮驱动时可以是卡丁车的后轮,在四轮驱动时可以是前轮和后轮都为驱动轮,根据卡丁车的设计结构需要进行转换。
如图2所示,所述控制器30还连接有采用霍尔传感器的加速脚踏结构11、采用霍尔传感器的减速制动脚踏结构12和挡位转换结构13;所述控制器还连接有启动开关结构14、驻车结构15、前进后退切换结构16、灯光结构17和仪表盘18;所述控制器还连接有蓄电池组19和充电器,这样方便控制整个卡丁车。
图4为控制器30电路原理图,图中的U5即为控制器30,控制器30采用N32G455LQFP100芯片;所述陀螺仪传感器40为六轴陀螺仪传感器,图5为六轴陀螺仪传感器的电路原理图,图中U6即为六轴陀螺仪传感器,所述六轴陀螺仪传感器单元为MPU-6052C型陀螺仪。
所述车架10的外侧还设有防撞围框101,在卡丁车运行过程中,减小碰撞产生冲击。
综上所述,本发明的技术方案可以充分有效的实现上述发明目的,且本发明的结构及功能原理都已经在实施例中得到充分的验证,能达到预期的功效及目的,在不背离本发明的原理和实质的前提下,可以对发明的实施例做出多种变更或修改。因此,本发明包括一切在专利申请范围中所提到范围内的所有替换内容,任何在本发明申请专利范围内所作的等效变化,皆属本案申请的专利范围之内。

1.一种卡丁车,包括车架,车架上设有含有轮毂电机的左驱动轮和右驱动轮,左驱动轮和右驱动轮都连接控制器,其特征在于:还包括有用于检测车身转向的陀螺仪传感器,陀螺仪传感器与所述控制器连接,为控制器控制左驱动轮和右驱动轮提供转弯差速控制信号。
2.根据权利要求1所述的卡丁车,其特征在于:所述左驱动轮和右驱动轮为前轮,或者为后轮,或者为前轮和后轮。
3.根据权利要求1所述的卡丁车,其特征在于:所述控制器还连接有采用霍尔传感器的加速脚踏结构、采用霍尔传感器的减速制动脚踏结构和挡位转换结构。
4.根据权利要求1所述的卡丁车,其特征在于:所述控制器还连接有启动开关结构、驻车结构、前进后退切换结构、灯光结构和仪表盘。
5.根据权利要求1所述的卡丁车,其特征在于:所述控制器还连接有蓄电池组和充电器。
