Abstract
The invention provides a novel water and fertilizer integrated irrigation device for crops, which comprises a mixing tank for mixing fertilizer and water, and an irrigation system communicated with the mixing tank; the irrigation system comprises a dripping pipeline and a cleaning mechanism for cleaning the dripping pipeline; the water dripping pipeline comprises a watering section, a first water inlet section and a second water inlet section, wherein the first water inlet section and the second water inlet section are positioned at two ends of the watering section; the pouring section is provided with a containing groove extending along the length direction of the pouring section, and the bottom of the containing groove is provided with a plurality of water dripping ports; the cleaning mechanism comprises a cleaning piece for cleaning the interior of the accommodating groove; the cleaning piece comprises a cleaning rod and a cleaning brush connected to the cleaning rod; the cleaning rod is positioned above the accommodating groove and is parallel to the irrigation section. The problem of current pipeline easily blockked up the mouth that drips by undissolved fertilizer is solved.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of water and fertilizer integration, in particular to a novel water and fertilizer integration irrigation device for crops.
Background
A water and fertilizer integration technology is a new agricultural technology integrating irrigation and fertilization, and is characterized in that soluble solid or liquid fertilizer is mixed into fertilizer liquid to supply water and fertilizer through a pipeline system according to the content of soil nutrients and the fertilizer requirement rule and characteristics of crop types by means of a pressure system (or natural fall of the terrain); however, when undissolved fertilizer appears in the fertilizer liquid, the drip port of the pipeline is blocked, and thus the irrigation is affected.
Accordingly, the present inventors have made extensive studies on the above problems and have made the present invention.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a novel water and fertilizer integrated irrigation device for crops, and solves the problem that a water dripping opening is easily blocked by undissolved fertilizer in an existing pipeline.
In order to achieve the aim, the invention provides a novel water and fertilizer integrated irrigation device for crops, which comprises a mixing tank for mixing fertilizer and water, and an irrigation system communicated with the mixing tank; the irrigation system comprises a dripping pipeline and a cleaning mechanism for cleaning the dripping pipeline; the water dripping pipeline comprises a pouring section, a first water inlet section and a second water inlet section, wherein the first water inlet section and the second water inlet section are positioned at two ends of the pouring section; the pouring section is provided with a containing groove extending along the length direction of the pouring section, and the bottom of the containing groove is provided with a plurality of water dripping ports; the cleaning mechanism comprises a cleaning piece for cleaning the interior of the accommodating groove; the cleaning piece comprises a cleaning rod and a cleaning brush connected to the cleaning rod; the cleaning rod is positioned above the containing groove and is parallel to the pouring section.
Furthermore, the cleaning rod is a semi-cylinder, and the cleaning brush is adhered to the arc surface of the cleaning rod.
Further, the pouring section is a semi-cylindrical body, and the accommodating groove is a semi-cylindrical groove coaxial with the pouring section.
Further, the cleaning rod and the accommodating groove are coaxially arranged, and the diameter of the cleaning rod is smaller than that of the accommodating groove.

Further, the first motor is fixedly installed on the outer side of the installation shell, and the first gear is located above the second gear.
Further, the irrigation system comprises a plurality of dripping pipelines arranged in parallel, the plurality of dripping pipelines are all provided with corresponding cleaning pieces, and the cleaning pieces are all driven by the driving assembly.
Furthermore, adjacent driving assemblies are connected through a straight rack, and the straight rack is located above the first gear and matched with the first gear.
After the technical scheme is adopted, compared with the prior art, the novel water and fertilizer integrated irrigation device for the crops, which is disclosed by the invention, at least has the following beneficial effects:
1. the accommodating groove of the pouring section is set to be a semi-cylindrical groove, so that the accommodating groove can be directly cleaned by the cleaning piece.
2. According to the cleaning rod, the cleaning rod is arranged to be the semi-cylinder, when cleaning is not needed, the arc-shaped surface of the cleaning rod faces upwards, so that water flow cannot be disturbed to pass through, when the accommodating groove needs to be cleaned, the cleaning rod is driven to rotate in a reciprocating mode, and the accommodating groove is cleaned through the hairbrush on the cleaning rod.

As shown in fig. 1-5, a novel water and fertilizer integrated irrigation device for crops comprises a mixing tank 2 for mixing fertilizer and water, and an irrigation system 1 communicated with the mixing tank 2; the irrigation system 1 comprises a dripping pipeline 11 and a cleaning mechanism 12 for cleaning the dripping pipeline 11; the dripping pipe 11 comprises a watering section 111, and a first water inlet section 112 and a second water inlet section 113 which are positioned at two ends of the watering section 111; the pouring section 111 is provided with a containing groove 1111 extending along the length direction of the pouring section 111, and the bottom of the containing groove 1111 is provided with a plurality of water dripping ports 1112; the cleaning mechanism 12 includes a cleaning member 121 for cleaning the inside of the containing groove 1111; the cleaning member 121 includes a cleaning rod 1211, and a cleaning brush 1212 connected to the cleaning rod 1211; the cleaning rod 1211 is disposed above the receiving slot 1111, and the cleaning rod 1211 is parallel to the irrigation section 111. Through setting storage tank 1111 of watering section 111 to semi-cylindrical groove to the clearance of storage tank 1111 is direct to cleaning piece 121, through setting cleaning rod 1211 to the semi-cylindrical body in addition, when not needing the clearance, cleaning rod 1211 has the convex one side up, so just can not disturb the through of rivers, when needs clear up storage tank 1111, reciprocating drive cleaning rod 1211 rotates again, utilizes the brush on cleaning rod 1211 to clear up storage tank 1111.
Preferably, the cleaning rod 1211 is a semi-cylinder, and the cleaning brush 1212 is adhered to the arc surface of the cleaning rod 1211. The cleaning rod 1211 is configured as a semi-cylinder, when the cleaning rod 1211 does not need to be cleaned, the arc-shaped surface of the cleaning rod 1211 faces upwards, so that the water flow cannot be interfered, when the containing groove 1111 needs to be cleaned, the cleaning rod 1211 is driven to rotate in a reciprocating mode, and the containing groove 1111 is cleaned by the brush on the cleaning rod 1211.

Preferably, the cleaning mechanism 12 further includes a driving assembly 122 for driving the cleaning rod 1211 to rotate; the driving assembly 122 includes a motor 1221, a first gear 1222 coaxially installed with an output shaft of the motor 1221, and a second gear 1223 fixedly connected to an end of the cleaning rod 1211 and engaged with the first gear 1222; the end of the cleaning rod 1211 is further provided with a first mounting shaft 1213 and a second mounting shaft 1214 which are rotatably matched with the first water inlet section 112 and the second water inlet section 113 respectively; the second gear 1223 is fixedly mounted on the first mounting shaft 1213; the first mounting shaft 1213 has a first through hole communicating the first water inlet section 112 with the accommodating groove 1111, and the second mounting shaft 1214 has a second through hole communicating the second water inlet section 113 with the accommodating groove 1111. First, the motor 1221 drives the first gear 1222 to rotate forward and backward, and the first gear 1222 further drives the second gear 1223 to rotate forward and backward, so as to drive the cleaning rod 1211 to rotate forward and backward, thereby cleaning the receiving groove 1111.
Preferably, the driving assembly 122 further includes a mounting housing for mounting the first gear 1222 and the motor 1221; the mounting housing is fixedly mounted at the junction of the irrigation section 111 and the first water inlet section 112, and the first mounting shaft 1213 passes through the mounting housing to communicate with the first water inlet section 112.
Preferably, the first motor 1221 is fixedly installed at an outer side of the mounting case, and the first gear 1222 is positioned above the second gear 1223.
Preferably, irrigation system 1 comprises a plurality of drip pipes 11 arranged in parallel, and each of plurality of drip pipes 11 is equipped with a corresponding cleaning member 121, and each cleaning member 121 is driven by a drive assembly 122. The plurality of dripping pipelines 11 are arranged in parallel, so that the watering and fertilizing of crops can be improved in a larger area.
Preferably, adjacent drive assemblies 122 are connected by a spur gear set 1224, and the spur gear set 1224 is located above the first gear 1222 and cooperates with the first gear 1222. The first group of driving assemblies 122 uses a motor 1221 to drive the cleaning members 121 to rotate, and the following driving assemblies 122 are connected through a spur gear 1224 to drive the remaining cleaning members 121 to rotate in a linkage manner.

A novel water and fertilizer integrated irrigation device for crops comprises a mixing tank for mixing fertilizer and water, and an irrigation system communicated with the mixing tank; the method is characterized in that: the irrigation system comprises a dripping pipeline and a cleaning mechanism for cleaning the dripping pipeline; the water dripping pipeline comprises a pouring section, a first water inlet section and a second water inlet section, wherein the first water inlet section and the second water inlet section are positioned at two ends of the pouring section; the pouring section is provided with a containing groove extending along the length direction of the pouring section, and the bottom of the containing groove is provided with a plurality of water dripping ports; the cleaning mechanism comprises a cleaning piece for cleaning the interior of the accommodating groove; the cleaning piece comprises a cleaning rod and a cleaning brush connected to the cleaning rod; the cleaning rod is positioned above the accommodating groove and is parallel to the pouring section; the cleaning rod is a semi-cylinder, and the cleaning brush is adhered to the arc surface of the cleaning rod; the pouring section is a semi-cylinder, and the accommodating groove is a semi-cylinder groove coaxial with the pouring section;
the cleaning mechanism also comprises a driving component for driving the cleaning rod to rotate; the driving component comprises a motor, a first gear and a second gear, the first gear is coaxially mounted with an output shaft of the motor, and the second gear is fixedly connected to the end part of the cleaning rod and is matched with the first gear; the end part of the cleaning rod is also respectively provided with a first mounting shaft and a second mounting shaft which are in running fit with the first water inlet section and the second water inlet section; the second gear is fixedly arranged on the first mounting shaft; the first installation shaft is provided with a first through hole for communicating the first water inlet section with the accommodating groove, and the second installation shaft is provided with a second through hole for communicating the second water inlet section with the accommodating groove.
