(3) uniformly mixing maltitol and red date freeze-dried powder at the mixing speed of 10r/min for 10min to obtain mixed powder 2;
(4) uniformly mixing the mixed powder 1 and the mixed powder 2 at the mixing speed of 10r/min for 30min to obtain mixed powder 3;
(5) adding 65% edible ethanol into the mixed powder 3 to prepare a soft material, granulating by using a 20-mesh sieve, drying at the drying temperature of 35 +/-5 ℃, drying until the water content is less than or equal to 5%, sieving by using the 20-mesh sieve, grading to obtain granules, mixing sorbitol with the obtained granules, and mixing at the mixing speed of 10r/min for 30min to obtain the anti-oxidation and anti-aging mouth-soluble instant drinking powder.

(1) weighing 33 g of fresh sea-buckthorn fruit freeze-dried powder, 17 g of red date freeze-dried powder, 19 g of sorbitol, 9 g of maltitol, 22 g of erythritol and 6.885 g of edible ethanol with the volume concentration of 65%;
(2) uniformly mixing the freeze-dried powder of the fresh sea-buckthorn fruit and the erythritol at the mixing speed of 10r/min for 10min to obtain mixed powder 1;
(3) uniformly mixing maltitol and red date freeze-dried powder at the mixing speed of 10r/min for 10min to obtain mixed powder 2;
(4) uniformly mixing the mixed powder 1 and the mixed powder 2 at the mixing speed of 10r/min for 30min to obtain mixed powder 3;
(5) adding 65% edible ethanol into the mixed powder 3 to prepare a soft material, granulating by using a 20-mesh sieve, drying at the drying temperature of 35 +/-5 ℃, drying until the water content is less than or equal to 5%, sieving by using the 20-mesh sieve, grading to obtain granules, mixing sorbitol with the obtained granules, and mixing at the mixing speed of 10r/min for 30min to obtain the anti-oxidation and anti-aging mouth-soluble instant drinking powder.
And (3) clinical trials:
40 SD rats with the weight of 450 +/-30 g are selected and divided into 4 groups, 10 rats are selected for free food intake and water drinking, the trial groups are respectively irrigated with each composition (one time per day, irrigated in the morning) through a stomach tube, the dose is 10ml/kg of body weight, the control group is irrigated with equal volume of water, the composition is the composition in the first embodiment 1, the composition in the second embodiment 8, and the composition in the third embodiment 6. Continuously drenching and feeding for 30 days. On day 31, the 4 groups of animals were bled from their eyes, centrifuged, and serum was collected and assayed for the following biochemical markers: malondialdehyde (MDA) content, superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) in blood. The specific results are shown in tables 1-3.

The results in Table 1 show that there was no significant difference (P > 0.05) between the formula groups compared to the blank control group. As can be seen from Table 1, the product is safe and has no toxic and side effects.

MDA (malonodialehyde) is one of the final products of lipid peroxidation of cell membranes, and the measurement of the content of MDA can indirectly estimate the degree of lipid peroxidation. The results in table 2 show significant differences (P <0.05) between the fractions compared to the blank control. As can be seen from table 2, composition three had a good effect on oxidation resistance.

Glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) is a system which contains selenium and is used for eliminating free radicals and inhibiting free radical reaction in vivo, and is particularly important for preventing membrane lipid peroxidation caused by free radicals in vivo.
The contents of SOD and GSH-Px in certain organs of animals and red blood cells of human bodies are obviously changed in an aging way, the enzyme activity is inversely proportional to the age of organisms, and the capability of eliminating free radicals is directly proportional to the enzyme activity.
The results in table 3 show that the difference between the components has significant significance (P <0.05) compared with the blank control group, and it can be seen from table 3 that the invention has good effects in scavenging free radicals, delaying senescence, resisting oxidation and the like.
Clinical test results show that the composition has good three effects, and the composite components of the invention have synergistic effect. The invention has good effects on oxidation resistance, aging delay and the like.

The instant oral powder for resisting oxidation and delaying aging as claimed in claim 1, which is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 33 parts of fresh sea-buckthorn fruit freeze-dried powder, 17 parts of red date freeze-dried powder, 19 parts of sorbitol, 9 parts of maltitol and 22 parts of erythritol.
3. A preparation method of an anti-oxidation and anti-aging instant drinking powder is characterized by comprising the following steps:
