With the development of science and technology, the use of automated industrial production is becoming more and more widespread, and industrial automation is to fully utilize energy sources and various information except animals to work by minimizing the manual operation in the whole industrial production. In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. However, it will be appreciated by those of ordinary skill in the art that numerous technical details are set forth in order to provide a better understanding of the present application in various embodiments of the present invention. Compared with the prior art, in the automatic conveying device provided by the first embodiment of the invention, by arranging the adjusting assembly 30 and the fixing assembly 40, before the article 100 to be conveyed is conveyed to the article pickup position, the adjusting assembly 30 adjusts the position of the article 100 to be conveyed at the preset position in advance, the fixing assembly 40 can be fixedly connected with the article 100 to be conveyed, and the position and the direction of the article 100 to be conveyed after being fixedly connected with the fixing assembly 40 are fixed by the fixing assembly 40, so that the position and the direction of the article 100 to be conveyed can be ensured not to change in the process of conveying the article 100 to be conveyed to the article pickup position by the fixing assembly 40, the position of the cargo conveying is more accurate, and the accurate conveying is realized.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the adjusting assembly 30 includes at least two side pushing plates 31, and an adjusting member 32 disposed on the side pushing plates 31. Wherein, at least two side push plates 31 are oppositely arranged at two sides of the first conveying part 20. It will be appreciated that in this embodiment, at least two side push plates 31 are provided on both sides of a predetermined position on the first conveying member 20. Further, the adjusting member 32 includes a base 321 fixed to the side pushing plate 31 and a telescopic member 322 disposed on the base 321, and the telescopic member 322 pushes the article 100 to be carried when extending out, so as to adjust the position of the article 100 to be carried. For example, the expansion element 322 may be a cylinder, and may drive a cylinder rod to expand and contract along with the movement of the gas in the cylinder, and when the cylinder rod extends, the cylinder rod may push the article 100 to be carried so as to adjust the position of the article 100 to be carried. Further, in this embodiment, since the side push plates 31 are disposed on both sides of the first conveying member 20, that is, the expansion members are disposed on both sides of the first conveying member 20, the expansion members on both sides can push the article 100 to be carried from both sides of the article 100 to be carried respectively in the expansion process, so as to adjust the position of the article 100 to be carried.
Further, in the present embodiment, the first conveying member 20 includes a guide rail 21 provided on the main body portion 10 and a stopper assembly 22, and the stopper assembly 22 is used for conveying the article 100 to be conveyed to a preset position. For example, in the present embodiment, the position limiting component 22 may be disposed at the loading position of the first conveying member 20, and when the article 100 to be carried is placed on the first conveying member 20, the position limiting component 22 abuts against the article 100 to be carried from one side and continuously pushes the article 100 to be carried to move along the guide rail 21 toward the preset position.
Preferably, in the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the article to be carried 100 includes an upper surface 101 and a lower surface 102 which are oppositely disposed, and a first side surface 103, a second side surface 104, a third side surface 105 and a fourth side surface 106 which connect the upper surface 101 and the lower surface 102. As shown in fig. 1, the fixing assembly 40 includes a plurality of fixing pieces 41, and the plurality of fixing pieces 41 abut against the first side surface 103, the second side surface 104, the third side surface 105, and the fourth side surface 106, respectively. The plurality of fixing members 41 are respectively arranged to abut against the first side surface 103, the second side surface 104, the third side surface 105 and the fourth side surface 106, so as to position and fix the article 100 to be carried from different directions, thereby preventing the article 100 to be carried from shifting in position during the carrying process. It is understood that the plurality of fixing members 41 are disposed to abut against the first side surface 103, the second side surface 104, the third side surface 105 and the fourth side surface 106 respectively, such that a portion of the fixing member 41 is disposed to abut against the first side surface 103, the second side surface 104, the third side surface 105 and the fourth side surface 106 from the corner of the article 100 to be carried in an L-shaped structure as shown in fig. 1, or 4 or more fixing members 41 are disposed to abut against the first side surface 103, the second side surface 104, the third side surface 105 and the fourth side surface 106 from 4 different directions, and the arrangement can be flexible according to actual needs.
It is understood that the fixing assembly 40 includes a plurality of fixing members 41, and the structure of the plurality of fixing members 41 abutting against the first side surface 103, the second side surface 104, the third side surface 105 and the fourth side surface 106 respectively to fixedly connect the fixing assembly 40 and the article 100 to be transported is a specific example in this embodiment and is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments of the present invention, the fixing assembly 40 may be set as a retaining structure, and a corresponding retaining member is provided on the article 100 to be transported, and the retaining structure and the retaining member are retained and fixed to each other, so as to fix the article 100 to be transported, and prevent the position of the article 100 to be transported from shifting during transportation. For example, the fixing component 40 may be provided as a plurality of pins, corresponding insertion holes are provided on the article 100 to be carried, and the pins and the insertion holes are correspondingly engaged, so that the fixing component 40 and the article 100 to be carried can be fixedly connected.
Further, in the present embodiment, the limiting member 22 includes a plurality of limiting members, and the plurality of limiting members are abutted to the first side surface 103, the second side surface 104, and the third side surface 105, respectively. A plurality of limit blocks are arranged to abut against the first side surface 103, the second side surface 104 and the third side surface 105 of the article 100 to be carried, so that the article 100 to be carried is limited, and the position deviation of the article 100 to be carried is reduced. It is understood that, in the present application, the plurality of stoppers are respectively disposed to abut against the first side surface 103, the second side surface 104, and the third side surface 105, which may be at least partially disposed in an L-shaped structure to abut against the first side surface 103, the second side surface 104, and the third side surface 105 from the corner of the article 100 to be carried, as shown in fig. 1, or 3 or more fixing members 41 may be disposed to abut against the first side surface 103, the second side surface 104, and the third side surface 105 from 3 different directions, and particularly, the arrangement may be flexible according to actual needs.
A second embodiment of the present invention relates to an automatic conveyance device. The second embodiment is substantially the same as the first embodiment, and mainly differs therefrom in that: in a second embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, in addition to the structural features provided in the first embodiment, the main body 10 further includes a bracket 23 disposed on both sides of the first conveying member 20 and a first power member 24 disposed on the bracket 23, the side push plate 31 is movably disposed on the bracket 23, and the first power member 24 can drive the side push plate 31 to move in a vertical direction on the bracket 23.
Compared with the prior art, the automatic carrying device provided by the second embodiment of the invention maintains all technical effects of the first embodiment, and meanwhile, the brackets 23 are arranged on both sides of the first carrying part 20, and the first power part 24 is arranged on the bracket 23 to drive the side pushing plate 31 to move on the bracket 23 along the vertical direction, so that the side pushing plate 31 can be suitable for objects 100 to be carried at different heights, and the application range is improved.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the first power element 24 includes a horizontal bar buffer type cylinder 241, a circular cylinder 242, a floating joint 243, and a fixed block 244. The third embodiment is substantially the same as the first embodiment, and mainly differs therefrom in that: in a third embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, in addition to the structural features provided in the first embodiment, the present invention further includes a second conveying member 50, the second conveying member 50 is disposed on the main body portion 10, the second conveying member 50 is disposed at the article pickup position, the object to be conveyed is placed on the second conveying member 50 after being conveyed to the article pickup position, and after the object to be conveyed is completely picked up by other automated equipment such as a robot, the second conveying member 50 conveys the object to be conveyed 100 remaining after being picked up to the recovery position.
Compared with the prior art, the automatic carrying device provided by the third embodiment of the invention has the advantages that the second conveying member 50 is arranged to carry the remaining articles 100 to be carried to the recycling position while keeping all the technical effects of the first embodiment, so that the recycling of the remaining articles is facilitated, and the automation efficiency is further improved.
