Abstract

本发明涉及笔记本封皮材料,尤其是一种表面仿皮质的PP材料的加工工艺以及该材料。本发明提供了如下技术方案:一种表面仿皮质的PP材料的加工工艺,分为以下几个步骤:a、塑化熔融,加热PP粒子,使之塑化熔融;b、挤出成型,用挤出机将塑化后的原料呈片状连续挤出,得到半成品;c、仿皮质纹路加工,挤出后的半成品用磨具压出仿皮质的花纹,磨具上带有类似皮质表面的纹路;d、冷却成型,对加工后的板材进行冷却,得到成品;e、切割,可根据需要的尺寸对板材进行切割,得到成品。本发明使得加工出的材料在具备PP本身的耐用性的同时,又具备了皮革的外观、手感。

一种表面仿皮质的PP材料的加工工艺以及该材料
技术领域
本发明涉及笔记本封皮材料,尤其是一种表面仿皮质的PP材料的加工工艺以及该材料。
背景技术
笔记本的表面包有封皮,封皮多为PP材质,也有皮革封皮。二者各有优点,其中PP材质的封皮耐腐蚀,更耐用,皮革封皮手感更佳,外表高端,但皮革的成本高,其韧性也不如PP,容易破损,因此需要一种兼具皮革的外观、手感以及PP的耐用性的新材料。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的问题,本发明提供了一种表面仿皮质的PP材料的加工工艺以及该材料,使得加工出的材料在具备PP本身的耐用性的同时,又具备了皮革的外观、手感。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了如下技术方案:一种表面仿皮质的PP材料的加工工艺,分为以下几个步骤:a、塑化熔融,加热PP粒子,使之塑化熔融;b、挤出成型,用挤出机将塑化后的原料呈片状连续挤出,得到半成品;c、仿皮质纹路加工,挤出后的半成品用磨具压出仿皮质的花纹,磨具上带有类似皮质表面的纹路;d、冷却成型,对加工后的板材进行冷却,得到成品;e、切割,可根据需要的尺寸对板材进行切割,得到成品。
采用上述技术方案,经过塑化熔融、挤出成型、仿皮质纹路加工、冷却成型、切割等步骤,得到成品,其中通过磨具在板材表面压出仿皮质的花纹,使的加工出的材料表面的样式与手感与皮革类似,使该材料在具备PP本身的耐用性的同时,又具备了皮革的外观、手感。
上述步骤c中的磨具表面的纹路为磨砂样式。
采用上述技术方案,磨砂样式的磨具加工出的PP板材表面为许多微小的颗粒,使触感与外观的样式类似皮革。
一种表面仿皮质的PP材料,该材料采用上述加工工艺加工而成。
采用上述技术方案,该材料在具备PP本身的耐用性的同时,又具备了皮革的外观、手感。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图及实施例对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步说明。
一种表面仿皮质的PP材料的加工工艺,分为以下几个步骤:a、塑化熔融,加热PP粒子,使之塑化熔融;b、挤出成型,用挤出机将塑化后的原料呈片状连续挤出,得到半成品;c、仿皮质纹路加工,挤出后的半成品用磨具压出仿皮质的花纹,磨具上带有类似皮质表面的纹路;d、冷却成型,对加工后的板材进行冷却,得到成品;e、切割,可根据需要的尺寸对板材进行切割,得到成品。经过塑化熔融、挤出成型、仿皮质纹路加工、冷却成型、切割等步骤,得到成品,其中通过磨具在板材表面压出仿皮质的花纹,使的加工出的材料表面的样式与手感与皮革类似,使该材料在具备PP本身的耐用性的同时,又具备了皮革的外观、手感。
上述步骤c中磨具表面的纹路为磨砂样式。磨砂样式的磨具加工出的PP板材表面具有颗粒感,使触感与外观的样式类似皮革。
需要说明的是,磨砂的颗粒需要打磨光滑,使之加工出的PP板材摸上去的手感光滑。
另外,加工出的板材上的仿皮质花纹为许多微小的颗粒或者凹陷。
如图1所示,一种表面仿皮质的PP材料,该材料采用上述加工工艺加工而成。该材料在具备PP本身耐用性的同时,又具备了皮革的外观、手感,该材料可作为笔记本的封皮使用,被包装在笔记本表面。

1.一种表面仿皮质的PP材料的加工工艺,其特征在于,分为以下几个步骤:a、塑化熔融,加热PP粒子,使之塑化熔融;b、挤出成型,用挤出机将塑化后的原料呈片状连续挤出,得到半成品;c、仿皮质纹路加工,挤出后的半成品用磨具压出仿皮质的花纹,磨具上带有类似皮质表面的纹路;d、冷却成型,对加工后的板材进行冷却,得到成品;e、切割,可根据需要的尺寸对板材进行切割,得到成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种表面仿皮质的PP材料的加工工艺,其特征在于,上述步骤c中的磨具表面的纹路为磨砂样式。
3.一种表面仿皮质的PP材料,其特征在于,该材料采用上述加工工艺加工而成。
