Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of traditional Chinese medicines for treating bovine sarcoidosis, and in particular relates to a fermented traditional Chinese medicine for preventing and treating bovine sarcoidosis and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Bovine sarcoidosis, also known as dermatoma bovis, is caused by a DNA virus of the genus capripoxvirus of the family poxviridae. Endemic diseases are prevalent in sub-saharan south africa and in madagaska. Also in Egypt and Stokes. The disease is introduced into China in 2019, 8 and 12 months, which is the first diagnosis of the disease in China. The virus may be present in the saliva of infected cattle, and the disease may be infected by the contaminated environment. However, the most important mode of transmission is arthropod-mediated mechanical transmission, i.e., the biting of mosquitoes and flies, so that insect activity after rain frequently occurs in previously prevalent areas, and the disease is related to rainy seasons. With the mechanical transmission of viruses by mosquito and fly bites, viremia associated with leucocytes develops rapidly in the body.
The incidence of the nodular skin disease of the cattle is 5% -45%, the mortality rate is 1% -10%, although the mortality rate is not high, the utilization value of the nodular skin disease of the cattle is reduced because the diseased cattle is thinned and the milk yield is reduced, and the node is caved in a pot shape or a hole after the skin is tanned, so that the great economic loss can be caused. Except cow and cattle, buffalo, rabbit, sheep, goat, giraffe and the like can also be infected, and the incubation period of natural infection is 2-5 weeks. The sick cattle are the main infection source of the disease, and the virus exists in skin nodules, muscles, blood, viscera, saliva, nasal secretion and semen of the sick cattle and is often infected for more than 3 weeks after the sick cattle recover.
At present, no related vaccine for the disease exists in China, the treatment principle mainly aims at resisting virus, improving the immunity of the organism, diminishing inflammation and controlling infection, and environmental disinfection and biological safety measures are taken as assistance

Has the advantages that: a fermented traditional Chinese medicine for preventing and treating bovine sarcoidosis and a preparation method thereof are obtained by fermenting a plurality of microorganisms and traditional Chinese medicine raw materials, and the effective components of the traditional Chinese medicine are mutually cooperated to activate the nonspecific immunity function of an organism, phagocytize, inactivate and weaken pathogens, and simultaneously, various toxins in intestinal tracts are cleaned by a plurality of beneficial bacteria to repair the damage of gastric mucosa, so that the upper layer cells of the gastrointestinal tract mucosa can play the immunity function, and the pathogens can not adhere to the intestinal wall, thereby effectively preventing and treating the bovine sarcoidosis.
The recipe is mainly used for treating the symptoms of externally-expressed exanthema, eruption failure or unsmooth eruption, numbness of toxin, external pathogenic factors attacking the lung, pathogenic qi struggling with each other, disturbance of purification, wind-evil and exanthema toxin attacking the head and face, and heat scorching and body fluid injury. For treating exterior syndrome due to pungent and cool natured drugs, it can induce eruption and remove toxicity. In the formula, cimicifuga foetida, which is pungent, sweet and cold in nature, enters lung and stomach meridians, relieves muscles and promotes eruption, and clears heat and detoxifies as a monarch drug. The kudzu root is pungent, sweet and cool in taste, enters the stomach channel, relieves muscles and promotes eruption, and promotes the production of body fluid and removes heat, and is used as a ministerial drug. The two herbs are combined together to gently raise and disperse, and pass through the exterior and interior of the body surface, so they are the commonly used combination for treating eczema due to their actions of promoting the transmission of the pathogenic factors to the exterior of the body. In the formula, the peony root is used as an adjuvant drug for treating the diseases of red peony root, bitter in taste and cold in nature, entering blood system, clearing heat and cooling blood and promoting blood circulation. To harmonize the property of herbs with gan-Zhi-gan-Cao.
