本发明涉及护肤用品,特别是涉及一种由天然的水果和蔬菜制作,有益于人体吸收和养护的果蔬类面膜的制作及存贮方法。
【背景技术】
众所周知,护肤品早已融入人们的生活中,特别是对女性而言,使用护肤品更是成为其生活的一部分。目前,许多女生都喜欢使用面膜来养护面部。现有的面膜大多含有化学成份,长期使用会产生一定的副作用。为此,许多人将目光瞄准了水果蔬菜类天然物质。然而,由于缺乏水果蔬菜类面膜产品,使用者只能将黄瓜等水果切片后贴敷于面部来充当面膜,其虽然可吸收水果的天然营养成份,但由于每次使用都要将水果蔬菜手工切片,因而费时费力,很难长期坚持。此外,由于水果、蔬菜等质地松软、脆弱且易腐烂变质,加之不易保存,因此很难制作成可批量生产和使用的产品。因而,如何提供一种由天然的水果蔬菜制成,既方便存贮,又可像普通面膜一样方便用的果蔬类面膜就成为一种客观需求。

本发明旨在解决上述问题,而提供一种由天然的水果和蔬菜制作,富含对人体有益的营养物质,无化学成份,对皮肤无刺激,有益于人体吸收和养护,制作及存贮简单方便,制作及使用成本低的果蔬类面膜的制作及存贮方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种果蔬类面膜的制作及存贮方法,该方法包括:
a、选取适于养肤护肤的水果或蔬菜中的一种或多种,通过切片机切成面膜薄片;
b、将切制后的水果或蔬菜面膜薄片由下至上层叠放置,面膜薄片与面膜薄片之间由分隔膜分隔,形成块状的面膜集合体,将面膜集合体压实;
c、将所述面膜集合体放入冷冻设备,在冷冻状态下存放;
d、使用时,将所述面膜集合体从冷冻设备中取出,根据需要将每张面膜薄片连同贴于其两侧的分隔膜一同撕下,然后从两层分隔膜中取出面膜薄片后使用。
步骤a中,所述面膜薄片的厚度为0.1~1毫米。
步骤b中,所述面膜薄片的尺寸小于分隔膜的尺寸。
步骤b中,所述分隔膜为透明塑料薄膜。
在本发明的另一方案中,该方法包括:
a、选取适于养肤护肤的水果或蔬菜中的一种或多种,将其粉碎成末;
b、在粉碎后的水果或蔬菜粉末中加入添加剂,然后压制成面膜薄片;
c、将压制成的水果或蔬菜面膜薄片由下至上层叠放置,面膜薄片与面膜薄片之间由分隔膜分隔,形成块状的面膜集合体,将面膜集合体压实;
d、将所述面膜集合体放入冷冻设备,在冷冻状态下存放;
e、使用时,将所述面膜集合体从冷冻设备中取出,根据需要将每张面膜薄片连同贴于其两侧的分隔膜一同撕下,然后从两层分隔膜中取出面膜薄片后使用。
步骤b中,所述面膜薄片的厚度为0.1~1毫米。

所述防腐剂为羟苯甲酯、咪唑烷基脲、苯氧乙醇、甲基异噻唑啉酮(MIT)、碘丙炔醇丁基氨甲酸酯、羟苯丙酯、DMDM乙内酰脲、甲基氯异噻唑啉酮、2-溴-2-硝基丙烷-1,3-二醇、咪唑烷基脲、羟苯乙酯、山梨酸钾、苯甲醇、苯甲酸钠中的一种,粘度调节剂为卡波姆、黄原胶、羟乙基纤维素、丙烯酸(酯)中的一种,舒缓剂为尿囊素、红没药醇、甘草根提取物、积雪草提取物中的一种,PH调节剂为三乙醇胺、柠檬酸、氢氧化钾、乳酸、氢氧化钠、柠檬酸钠、乳酸钠、氨基酸中的一种,稳定剂为EDTA-二钠。
步骤c中,所述面膜薄片的尺寸小于分隔膜的尺寸。
步骤c中,所述分隔膜为透明塑料薄膜。
本发明的贡献在于,其有效解决了水果,蔬菜等天然食品因质地松软、脆弱、易腐烂变质及不易保存等而难以制作面膜等问题。本发明通过机械切片将水果或蔬菜切成厚度为0.1~1毫米且均匀一致的薄片,然后将多张面膜叠放成适于存贮的面膜集合体,将该面膜集合体在低温下冷冻存贮,使用时一张张揭下即可进行贴敷。由于本发明的果蔬类面膜是由天然的水果和蔬菜制作,富含对人体有益的营养物质,无化学成份,不仅对皮肤无刺激,且有益于人体吸收和养护。此外,本发明的果蔬类面膜制作及存贮简单方便,制作及使用成本低,可长期使用,并可根据个性化需求选用不同的果蔬制作。

下列实施例是对本发明的进一步解释和说明,对本发明不构成任何限制。
实施例1
本发明的果蔬类面膜的制作及存贮方法包括如下步骤:
S10:选取适于养肤护肤的水果或蔬菜中的一种或多种,所述水果或蔬菜为人们日常食用的水果和蔬菜,最好是圆柱形的或球状的水果和蔬菜,例如苹果、西瓜、哈密瓜、黄瓜、冬瓜、苦瓜、土豆、胡萝卜等。将所选择的水果或蔬菜通过切片机切成面膜薄片1。本实施例中,将所选择的水果或蔬菜通过申请人已申请专利的申请号为202010964760.X,名称为“带式旋转刨切装置”进行切片。本实施例中,将黄瓜放入该装置,将其切制成厚度为0.3毫米,长度可无限延长的面膜薄片,然后再切断成与普通面膜长度相对应的面膜薄片1。
S11:将切制后的黄瓜面膜薄片1由下至上层叠放置,每层面膜的两侧各放置一块分隔膜2,由分隔膜2将面膜与面膜相分隔,以方便使用时取下,所述分隔膜2为透明塑料薄膜。所述面膜薄片1的尺寸小于分隔膜2的尺寸,以便于保护面膜。叠放后的多层面膜1形成块状的面膜集合体3,叠放时应将面膜摊平,并将面膜集合体3压实,以排出空气,防止在冷冻时结冰。
S12:将所述面膜集合体3放入冷冻设备,所述冷冻设备可以是家用冰箱或冰柜,所述面膜集合体3可放入冰箱的冷冻室内,在冷冻状态下存放。
S13:使用时,将所述面膜集合体3从冷冻设备中取出,根据需要将每张面膜1连同贴于其两侧的分隔膜2一同撕下,由于面膜与面膜之间由分隔膜隔离,相邻的两片分隔膜不会冷冻,因此,在常温状态下,面膜会快速解冻,此时即可从两层分隔膜2中取出面膜1后贴敷使用。由于面膜集合体3集合有多层面膜,因此可长期使用。
实施例2
本发明的果蔬类面膜的制作及存贮方法包括如下步骤:
S20:选取适于养肤护肤的水果或蔬菜中的一种或多种,本实施例中取哈密瓜,将其粉碎成末。
S21:在粉碎后的哈密瓜粉末中加入添加剂,所述添加剂可以是防腐剂、粘度调节剂、舒缓剂、PH调节剂、香精、稳定剂、抗氧化剂中的一种或几种的组合。本实施例中,取适量的防腐剂、粘度调节剂、PH调节剂、稳定剂、抗氧化剂加入哈密瓜粉末中,其中,所述防腐剂为羟苯甲酯,粘度调节剂为羟乙基纤维素,PH调节剂为柠檬酸,稳定剂为EDTA-二钠,抗氧化剂为茶多酚。将加入添加剂的哈密瓜粉末通过压延机压制成厚度为0.3毫米,尺寸与普通面膜相当的面膜薄片1。
S22、将压制成的哈密瓜面膜薄片1由下至上层叠放置,每层面膜的两侧各放置一块分隔膜2,由分隔膜2将面膜与面膜相分隔,以方便使用时取下,所述分隔膜2为透明塑料薄膜。所述面膜薄片1的尺寸小于分隔膜的尺寸,以便于保护面膜。叠放后的多层面膜1形成块状的面膜集合体3,叠放时应将面膜1摊平,并将面膜集合体3压实,以排出空气,防止在冷冻时结冰。
S23、将所述面膜集合体3放入冷冻设备,在冷冻状态下存放;
S24、使用时,将所述面膜集合体3从冷冻设备中取出,根据需要将每张面膜1连同贴于其两侧的分隔膜2一同撕下,然后从两层分隔膜中取出面膜1后使用。
尽管通过以上实施例对本发明进行了揭示,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,在不偏离本发明构思的条件下,对以上各构件所做的变形、替换等均将落入本发明的权利要求范围内。
Claims (10)
1.一种果蔬类面膜的制作及存贮方法,其特征在于,该方法包括:
a、选取适于养肤护肤的水果或蔬菜中的一种或多种,通过切片机切成面膜薄片;
b、将切制后的水果或蔬菜面膜薄片由下至上层叠放置,面膜薄片与面膜薄片之间由分隔膜分隔,形成块状的面膜集合体,将面膜集合体压实;
c、将所述面膜集合体放入冷冻设备,在冷冻状态下存放;
d、使用时,将所述面膜集合体从冷冻设备中取出,根据需要将每张面膜薄片连同贴于其两侧的分隔膜一同撕下,然后从两层分隔膜中取出面膜薄片后使用。
2.一种果蔬类面膜的制作及存贮方法,其特征在于,该方法包括:
a、选取适于养肤护肤的水果或蔬菜中的一种或多种,将其粉碎成末;
b、在粉碎后的水果或蔬菜粉末中加入添加剂,然后压制成面膜薄片;
c、将压制成的水果或蔬菜面膜薄片由下至上层叠放置,面膜薄片与面膜薄片之间由分隔膜分隔,形成块状的面膜集合体,将面膜集合体压实;
d、将所述面膜集合体放入冷冻设备,在冷冻状态下存放;
e、使用时,将所述面膜集合体从冷冻设备中取出,根据需要将每张面膜薄片连同贴于其两侧的分隔膜一同撕下,然后从两层分隔膜中取出面膜薄片后使用。
3.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,步骤a中,所述面膜薄片的厚度为0.1~1毫米。
4.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,步骤b中,所述面膜薄片的尺寸小于分隔膜的尺寸。
5.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,步骤b中,所述分隔膜为透明塑料薄膜。
6.如权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,步骤b中,所述面膜薄片的厚度为0.1~1毫米。
7.如权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,步骤b中,所述添加剂为防腐剂、粘度调节剂、舒缓剂、PH调节剂、香精、稳定剂、抗氧化剂中的一种或几种的组合。
8.如权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述防腐剂为羟苯甲酯、咪唑烷基脲、苯氧乙醇、甲基异噻唑啉酮(MIT)、碘丙炔醇丁基氨甲酸酯、羟苯丙酯、DMDM乙内酰脲、甲基氯异噻唑啉酮、2-溴-2-硝基丙烷-1,3-二醇、咪唑烷基脲、羟苯乙酯、山梨酸钾、苯甲醇、苯甲酸钠中的一种,粘度调节剂为卡波姆、黄原胶、羟乙基纤维素、丙烯酸(酯)中的一种,舒缓剂为尿囊素、红没药醇、甘草根提取物、积雪草提取物中的一种,PH调节剂为三乙醇胺、柠檬酸、氢氧化钾、乳酸、氢氧化钠、柠檬酸钠、乳酸钠、氨基酸中的一种,稳定剂为EDTA-二钠。
9.如权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,步骤c中,所述面膜薄片的尺寸小于分隔膜的尺寸。
10.如权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,步骤c中,所述分隔膜为透明塑料薄膜。
